So yeah im a tenant at Mirador went to checkmy mail last night and there was a vacant notice in my mail box im living in my unit my contract isnt up til April no communication no calls to me why is this complex constantly messing with my mail first theres no way to mail anything out and now this along with constant maintenance issues when I moved in a noisy dogg barking neighbor above me who the office does nothing about yeah ill never rent from Weiner again their lack of care n concern for their tenants is mind boggling!!! DONT RENT FROM WEIDNER

After living in three trainwreck apartment communities, I wanted to go back and give Weidner 5 stars. This has been my gold standard for apartment living, and maybe that is why I am so unhappy in every other apartment I live in. I believe in my time living at Acclaim I needed to place one single work order, which got completed in such a timely manner that I was only inconvenienced the first time I experienced the problem. The pool was thoughtfully designed, the unit itself was exceptionally planned with no wasted space and classy details. I did not have any issues upon move-in or move-out, and I never had to call Weidner because of an issue at Acclaim. The management seems to be carefully selected to provide exceptional and friendly service, not like many communities where landlords hide from their tenants. If Arizona payed its teachers more I would gladly still be living there, or at any of the Weidner communities. Excellent job; I wish more apartment communities in Phoenix were run as flawlessly as they were at Acclaim.

My biggest complaint after being at this location before Weidner even purchased the complex (I’ve been here 6 years now), is the extreme lack of communication from the leasing office. We have A LOOOOOT of water issues here, there’s always a leak someplace & they have to turn the water off. We used to get an email right as they start working on the problems. Now we are lucky to get anything. Prime example, I noticed around 2pm today there was no hot water. I called the office and asked about it & was told that, yes the water has been off since 7am (not sure if that was right tho) and when I asked if it was out that long if they had an estimated time on when it would be back. The woman said she was just going to try to find that out as I called (isn’t that just the way it always works?). Anyway, we got an email FINALLY at 4pm saying they were still working on the problem, no estimated time for repair and that not all bldgs were affected. That’s it, nothing more. It is now 845pm and we still don’t know if the issue has been fixed and if we will have hot water tomorrow.Just one of things that is going down hill with the leasing office and maintenance. It’s disappointing. There needs to be more direct and prompt communication to the people that pay to live here.

If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. I started submitting maintenance request in May for a broken AC unit. It has be running constantly 24/7 and barely dropping below 80 degrees. My AC bill started doubling in price since March of this year due to it running constantly. After 3 months and over 10 visits from maintenance, third party AC company, and a AC tech from the regional office it is finally “fixed”. All 4 of these professionals told me that I had a faulty system that needed to be replaced thus why my bill is astronomical. I presented it to the front office staff and request a refund for the months my bill had been doubling due to a faulty system that was clearly out of my control. I was told by Colin the from office that it is reviewable but not promised. I asked him how is it my responsibility for a failed system? All your professionals have told me is is failing and that is was completely out of my control. He try’s to tell me that they fixed it in MAY. I said Sir if you fixed it in May we would not be having this conversation at the end of JULY. I asked him if he would like to live in my unit and he even said no. Not to mention when a 3rd party AC company came to my unit to was 8:30 PM on a Friday night and he did not leave until almost 10PM. As a young female living alone I find this very unsettling that my apartment complex would allow this. I felt obligated to let this man into my apartment to try to fix my AC even though it was late at night because at this point it had been over 3 months of them trying to fix it and I had been living with a portable AC unit for over two weeks that was such a inconvenience. If you are a young female or a parent of a daughter you know how inappropriate this is. The front office has done nothing but blame me for something that I had no control over and is not my fault. I am a loyal tenant of almost 2 years and have never been late on a payment and this is how they treat me. It’s truly unbelievable. I have tried to contact the regional office multiple times and they cannot even give me a call back. If you want my advice you would be better off anywhere else than at Sonoma Landing.

I have an upstairs neighbor who uses his balcony for a dog run, occasionally washing the urine with whatever else right down in front of our patio. 4 times and twice witnessed by office staff and I am still dealing with it. A terrible way for disabled seniors to live. Whenever I complain I get the same answer Let us know if it happens again . What a joke, need to go the state health department now and see what can be done. Rev. Glenn Vitilio

I just came from this amazing place to look at the apartments. Apartment hunting can be really time consuming. My partner and I have been on the search for 6months , After visiting with Weidner apartment homes this community is high on the list. Great vibes in the area and from the staff. Monica Ramirez was our guide and did an excellent job, she was friendly and very efficient in the way she represented her company. I definitely feel this place is definitely worth your time to check out.

Me and my daughter lived at Sonoma Landing in Gilbert and while I loved the floor plan, loved the groundskeeping one person in the office made living there really suck. Jessica Alexander was kind of snobby when I went to apply but I thought that was just how she carried herself didn’t think much of it. We moved in I work 10 hour days and have my daughter part time so I was rarely there. Always paid my rent, never really had to call maintenance, I don’t have pets so I thought we were not much of a disturbance but something really bothered Jessica Alexander I don’t know if it’s because I’m in a bi racial relationship..? Or if it was just a race thing I could never figure out why she didn’t like me. I was clear she didn’t though. A family member passed away and I inherited a truck. My boyfriend drove it sometimes, she called me one day and told me I had to put him on my lease I told her he had his own lease she accused him of living with me and said “he even parks his truck here everyday” I told her the white truck was mine and his was grey she insisted the white truck was his I offered to show her the title she refused and demanded I show her his lease. Die to that family member passing I got other things and I needed a storage I started renting the smaller storage unit and asked if I upgraded to A full-size garage if I could remove the smaller storage and I was told I could. I eventually decided that I needed to upgrade to the larger storage unit she had me come into the office pay the prorated amount and I asked her if I could remove the smaller storage she then told me I could not and I had to pay it until my lease is up she said “you are stuck paying for both storage is until the lease term is up” So I continued paying for both I reminded her that she told me I could remove it and she said that she never told me that so I just kept paying for both. The white truck didn’t get driven for a while because I have my own vehicle I didn’t even realize that apparently the tags had expired. I came home one day and the white truck was missing I found out that it got towed from my apartment complex I had to pay almost $200 to get it out of the tow yard I found out that Jessica Alexander had my truck towed without giving me the required 24 hour notice I spoke with the director who is extremely honest and very nice and he told me that they are required to give us a 24 hour notice and he apologized for what Jessica did I also asked him at that time about the garage situation he also said that he was sorry because I could remove one Garage so not only did she have my truck towed but she lied to me and forced me to pay for both garages. I always paid my rent didn’t cause any disturbances so I cannot think of any reasons why Jessica Alexander could be so ugly the only thing I can think of is possibly may race ...I am not sure I also thought maybe it was because I made so much money and maybe that bothered her because the apartments there are cheap I have a decent job and a decent car it just never made sense I would have continued living there if I didn’t have the experience I had with her it is very sad because I loved the community It was very clean and very well-kept the director everyone else in the office and maintenance were always very nice I do not recommend renting from this property if Jessica Alexander still works there because you’ll be stuck in a lease and you will be stuck having to deal with the bullying that she does if she is no longer employed there I would highly recommend this property.

These apartments are terrible. They were ok a few years ago when I moved in but now are run down and infested. I’ve had bugs in both units I’ve lived in. AC goes out every summer and takes days to fix. Homeless people jump the fence and bathe in the pool. No parking anywhere at any time.The access to the mountain used to be the good thing about this place, but now that is all covered in broken glass and nasty trash. So gross here.

Cheap, soul-less company that cuts every possible corner to maximize profits at tenants expense and epitomizes everything that is wrong with this country and where we are heading. And as insane as it sounds, these scumbags have a company-wide policy to steal packages that are delivered and say that they were never received. I will be working on contacting local news organizations to investigate this. We have irrefutable evidence and Weidner will get what is coming to them.

First off the maintenance team is ok and on time, most act like they dont want to work and do half fixed jobs but there is this one maintenance man named JESUS now he has a awesome attitude and definently gets five stars in my book, you can tell he loves his job and is truthful with you and fixes whatever the right way, very professional so definently a shout out to JESUS hes who I ask for when something is needed. Weve been here 2 months already and yeah it is the desert so we found 1 scorpion but thats it no roaches. Our neighbors are very nice and quiet so no problem there, the community have very chill nice people living here. Havent really talked to staff besides Anthony who is very cool.

I am living 2077 apartment , this leasing people are worst people i ever met. i am staying here from past 3 years . this year i am facing worst time with guys.In this apartment all appliances are old , if they dont work leasing office charge resident to replace them. i placed a work order for sink clogged due broken pipe they charged me to fix it.one star also waste for this leasing team. old team is good

@WeidnerAptHomes @Roosevelt_Row is supporting a downstairs neighbor who is complaining about the noise our 2 and 3 year old children make. They served my family with an eviction notice. The downstairs neighbor just moved in a month ago and my family has been here since Nov 2018

Do not move here, unless you like giant Cockroaches, Rats and an inept management staff that only cares that you sign the lease, after that its all downhill from there. Carmen the property manager does know her elbow from a hole in the ground. The AC doesnt work properly and leaks, maintenance is constantly busy and never completes a job thouroghly and completely. The put a bandaid on it so they can get to the next fire. Lots of kids running around until 10-11pm and no parents to be found, crackheads digging in the garbage at all hours of the night. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION!!
