Lived here for 4 years and all I got to say is it is a good place to rent . The price is affordable and if u mind ur own business u shouldn’t have any problems. And if u keep ur plc clean u shouldn’t have any roaches or ants .

I was put in collections 6 months after I had moved out a few months into covid. They claim I ruined the apartment but I have before and after pictures. The place was destroyed and I have pics to prove it but they claim it was all me when it wasn’t. I don’t recommend you move in here!

New Management was rude and disrespectful, They don’t answer the calls or call back they don’t listen or care about your problem, THEY DON’T EVEN WEAR A MASK OR CARE ABOUT PUBLIC HEALTH they tell YOU and have posters to wear one but they don’t! UNACCEPTABLE, Roaches are also a huge Problem and crickets that don’t shut up while you sleep!

Only good thing about these apartment is the price and play areas. Management likes to say one thing and then later say another thing. Roaches and bedbugs are a problem here. They make the tenant pay to spray when it’s their job to do it. Kids do run around without parent supervision. Shady people come around too.

The people in the leasing office are so unprofessional! Rude and rush you off the phone. Only one I had a good experience with was Jose.I’ve been looking into moving here and it’s so hard to get ahold of anyone and when you do they’re rude.

I had a good experience at these apartments I really love the staff all the way from management to maintenance they are very nice and helpful, girls are super nice and have never given me a hard time only bad experience is with the deposit didn’t get anything back and apartment was left pretty clean but aside from that staff and complex is great!

The new Office manager and assistant and the old lady were disrespectful and they charge you for anything they can. And when you call they never answer or return calls. The maintenance goes inside your apartment while your still in underwear.

Sure enough the reviews are real about the trash people in the office. Had to call back to back to back to get someone to pick up the phone and when they did, the lady pretended she could not hear me and hung up. I was calling to find out availability on their 1bedrooms, but this first impression tells me all I need to know about this property. Look elsewhere!!

Great place to live they straightened out my deposit great managment

Awesome maintenance and office staff. I have had maintenance requests put in and they get to them right away. The office staff has changed, but has not changed the professionalism that it carries. They are always good (especially Rainbow), about enforcing what needs to be enforced. I LOVE the fact that the security is not just some random company. I like the fact that it is a Police Officer with authority. The community is really calm at night, I have had no issues with noise, pest control, or anything. For the price I pay, I am happy and satisfied!!!

I don’t agree with a lot of the reviews. Staff is very helpful. The apartments are nice. Moved in to a house. Don’t be mad for a deposit you don’t deserve I got mine back. Not paying your rent on time any place charges you late fees that’s for everything. You read and signed your lease right? Great place to live!

HATE HATE HATE! This is the most ridiculous Apartment Complex EVER! They claimed to have bought out the old management and replaced it with ones who cared about the property RIDICULOUS! We have been in this HELL HOLE for two months now and NOTHING has been done. We still have missing cabinets and a broken window outside our 2yr old sons room! Lets not even get started on the ROACH problem that they also claimed to eliminate. This place is so disgusting and so poorly managed. The maintenance guy, George, I feel very bad for you and hope you are soon able to find another place that actually cares for their workers. You deserve so much better. He will work his rear off for you, but is limited on what he can actually do because he is not SUPPLIED with what he needs. Management says they will have the issue fixed within 1-2 weeks tops.... 9 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NOTHING! We cannot wait for the least to end to get the hell out of here.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT. We moved in here because we thought it was the only thing able to be found that works with bad credit. WRONG WRONG WRONG! There are plenty of other places that will work with you, DO NOT SETTLE! Can you say SLUM LORD?

This place is sick! I lived here for about eight months and had a great time. We played soccer on the little soccer court every wednesday morning and became friends with many of the neighbors. Many of them are crazy drug addicts, but most are very pleasent.We did have one dude get stabbed by the back of the apartment, but the cops came and cleaned it all up quickly. Our car and apartment keys only got stolen once. But it was fine because you can easily trip the front door lock with a card.We only had a few roaches come through to say hey. Lots of kids in the complex, and the bus stop for the school is right outside. It really was fun to live here!

Another apartment with bad management and the people that run it. the owner is to cheap to get better people in there to keep people from moving out. All he did was change a group of bad people to for another. They say, they have someone come out to spray. But there are Roach everywhere in and out of the apartment. The help dept. will here about this. People are just breaking the lease that why, they have to sue or report to the credit report to get their money. But their is a way to get out of the lease. Need to go to the Housing Authorize and they will help you get out of your lease. You do not have to live there if the they do not fix your maintenance. This is how you are able to break the lease and get you money back. So, for those looking to move somewhere this is not the place for you. Worst place every and do not believe their lies. You have be WARN. STAY AWAY

Ive been living here for 12 yrs and everything has been changing slowly and its a good change. I am hoping to see more improvements around here. The last manager was awful her name was Debbie. One of the maintenance guy which was Jorge was nice but either didnt fix anything or fixed it the wrong way. Ive seen a lot of new faces around and the staff gets things done. I am not saying this place is perfect but they are getting pretty close.

They ask for a big deposit and at the end of your lease you can leave it sparklimg clean theyll make an excuse to keep your deposit. They kept $400 from me. Also had two other relatives and a friend that left and didnt get their deposit back. They kept my $400 deposit and now theyre billing me $180.00 i dont know for what...DO NOT RENT HERE BEWARE THEYRE THIEVES...RATS!!!

I just moved in and im happy they have Police as there security and lighting on the Car ports i wake up at 5am everyday and feel safe when i see actual police up front in the office. Honestly i was a little hesitant because i didnt think a cheap place like this would have this kind of Security! As for the Apartment its a pretty good size apartment i have the one bedroom one bathroom, big living room. I havent seen any roaches like people say but the office and my neighbors said the complex has changes and that this place is strict but its helped out! Cheap rent nice place make me happy! 13 months here should be nice and Peaceful!

I dont live there and I would never after what i received from an apartment that was selling a set of couches.. a little dirty but oh my bring that to my home and infested with roaches. Now i have an exterminator coming to take care of this infestation. NOW not just out of $200 but now paying $199 for this to be taken care of. I will not stop there, i will get the news involved and any one who will hear me. Sick and disgusting tenet that would sell something like this and take money from someone who paid money in good faith!!!!!!

Worst place ever... they dont give new blinds for your windows or screens... they office staff has a nasty attitude especially the one with those nasty eyelashes....they are slow and half ass fix every thing.. Ive turned in my keys and they still have not submitted the paper work for a refund of my deposit... oh yea that upgrade sign has been out there since before I moved in 2017 and there still has not been any upgrades to the property.....

Unorganized and just plain awful. Dirty laundry room. Half the machines dont even work. Good luck trying to find a parking spot if you get home after 9pm. Its ridiculous. With the amount we pay in rent youd think theyd make it a decent place to live.

If I could give it no stars I would, I lived here for almost two years. The staff is always different, they take forever to come fix anything. The Vinyl floor they have in the apartments is horrible mine starting piling almost right after I moved in, and they just kept gluing it back it looked horrible. When I moved in there my counter tops where damaged and I took pictures of the damages, but when I moved they kept my whole deposit saying that I should of took pictures of the whole counter for proof. After the year I was living there my apartment was supposed to get a walk thru so I could renew the lease they just had me renew and gave me the run around never came to do the walk thru. My apartment was full of roaches, I was given notices that they were coming in to spray and they supposedly came in and sprayed the day that I requested a spray I found out they didnt even have a spare to my apartment so my apartment was never sprayed. The whole time I was there I killed about 5 scorpions, if you have small children be careful, and make sure when you are doing a walk thru that you note everything single detail take pictures. Oh and also make sure to save that sticker they give you for parking as I was charged for it when it doesnt even peel off, I took it to a carwash to have it removed when I moved and threw it in the trash not knowing I was going to be charged for a sticker it was the worst experience living there.

This is the worse place to live. The management company like to lie about everything and trick you in signing on. If they say they fix everything there they are lying. They like to scare you in going in your apartment, when they say if you do not let them in they will kick you out. Thats against the law. You could go to the housing board authority to report it. the place un-kept and they try to check you out of money. They are suppose to give you a receipt but they do not. you have the right for a receipt if not go to the house board authority. the office of people is unprofessional. I would not rent here the worse of many. if the front of the drive do not look good turn around and go to another apartment complex. You will be sorry if you sign up with them. Thats why people move out right away after their lease or they break it. So keep you distant from here. They do not do any maintenance, and worse it would take them months just to get it done. So just drive by and keep going.

They are very clean compared2 the area it is in. The management is nice and efficent in monitoring the property.

ROACHES! VANDALS! THIEVES! BACKED-UP SEWERS! HIDDEN FEES! HORRIBLE PARKING! GUN SHOTS! DRUGATICS AND DRUNKS! SHADY MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP! Just a few of the issues I dealt with at Lynwood apartments. There is a reason these are the cheapest apartments in a not-so-great part of town. The roaches are there from day one regardless of how clean you are. My window was busted with a rock the day I moved in and my tires were popped by vandals. If rent isn’t paid by the first fees will up the price $100. They’ll tow your car in a heartbeat if you have a guest overnight prepare to get their car out of impound. The toilet and shower backed up and flooded my apartment with sewer water they let me out my lease early in an attempt to settle. Unsupervised children as young as 3 roam the complex barefoot, dirty and half-naked. Did I mention the roaches? Worse rental experience I’ve personally ever had wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone. Methheads and homeless people are constantly moving throughout it’s obvious someone is selling drugs in the complex. You can do a lot better on McDowell. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Horrible apartment! Theyre super strict for no damn reason. They charged us 300 dollars for having my cat here. LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS? You think with the money they make of you they would improve security but no. If somethings broken, it stays broken! My dad even went to tell them straight to their face about the condition and all they said is we will fix it lol such a lie. Its been almost a year. Theres bugs, lots. Theyre really old. People here dont know how to fix anything.

YOU COULD SMELL ROACH SPRAY & THE BATHTUB, KITCHEN FLOORS & INSIDE OF FRIDGE HAD DEAD ROACHES IN THERE. OH & IT GETS WORSE. THEN WE FOUND A BEDBUG ON WALL IN BEDROOM. i WANTED TO CRY!!! SO AT NIGHT WHEN WE SLEPT WE FOUND SOME CRAWLING ON US AND BITE MARKS IN THE MORNING THAT LOOK LIKE PIMPLES THAT ITCH!! Sometimes you wont be notified when they cut the water lines out on and off for the day. Every person here has at least 2+ cars and when they are doing construction in the parking lots they will tow your vehicle for not moving else where, when in the first place they know well theres barely any parking spots open. Its just another way for them to get money out of our pockets. When theyre picking up leaves and cleaning up the parking lots they will leave your car dirty as it can be. When they do parking construction and your car is not moved (like a few days ago when no-one was notified and no open parkings where left, some got towed and scratches from construction) they will leave your car filthy and expect gravel to be thrown onto your car. Who knows whens the last time the walls where painted inside the apartments, some look yellow when theyre supposed to be white. People have water falling into there apartment that comes from the second level having leakage and all they do is patch it up, that can cause mold, I wouldnt be surprised if these apartments do have it. The rent is going up and all theyre doing is adding new flooring which caused it to go up when they can use that money for painting the walls, fixing pipelines in the buildings so no one has to deal with water falling on them inside their living space from the second floor. The laundry room is to filthy and bad taken care of for the amount of rent we have to pay. Everyone gets the same response from the office well fix it well get to you soon and its just been over used to the max lol. Literally any of us living here can easily use the maintenance team/office/land lords etc. This place has become such a filth when all they do is gain money from us.

Management for one is extremely unprofessional. Takes weeks before they fix anything in your work order. Claim washers and dryers are brand new but they hardly work. INFESTED with bed bugs and roaches.Dont waste your money on this run down complex.

At first I was very hesitant to move to this place because of the reviews Ive seen. I moved in at the beginning of this year and with the new management so far its been great. I did see a couple of roaches in the apartment and the management eased my mind by telling me that its normal for the roaches to come out. I thought it was crazy of them to be telling me that but within a couple weeks they had gone away with the treatment that they had done before I moved in. My neighbors are polite and friendly as well. The staff is helpful it may take up to 3 days to have one of the maintenance guys come and fix anything and its a bummer but they get the work done. I had to recently renew my lease and did it for 12 months. They gave me an awesome price and discount. You just have to experience it for yourself.

Dont spend your money moving here!! I have lived here for 7 months, and have never seen so many roaches and scorpions before in my life!!! My 6 year old daughter was bit by one! You would think the owner will be on top of the roach infestation and the scorpions...but hes not!! They send out a pest control company every thurs...who sprays everywhere to take care of the problem...but that doesnt do any good, I found another scorpion on my bed today!!! The new girls in the office today 10/20/2017 didnt offer to do anything but send the same exterminator who comes every week for this same problem out again!!! Lmao!!! Wow!!! Idk why they would let go of rainbow who was the manager for these roach infested apts go??!!! At least she showed that she took this situation seriously!!!! I wouldnt recommend these apts to my mother in law!!! Dont waste your time or money... If you have the worst credit ever and dont mind all the roaches or sleeping in the bed with scorpions, then this is the place for you...updated: 2:04pm 10/20/2017...... just found another scorpion in the restroom!!!

I lived here over 30 years ago when it was new, sad to hear all the complaints on here, It was a gorgeous and clean place to live. I used to take bus 17 all the way to the end of the line in Scottsdale to go to work at Motorola. My boyfriend and I used to play racket ball every week end in their court too. The complex had parties in the clubhouse every so often, put on by the staff.Lynnwood was the last building on Mcdowell back then, Westridge Mall on 75th Ave was just finished being built.JUST SO SAD....BREAKS MY HEART

Just moved here 3 months agoo && the neighbor warned me about scorpions & didnt believe her tilll ifound one !! Luckily it didnt bit me !!! Especially beacuse im pregnant . !!! I just want to break my lease ! Cant have a newborn baby in 2 weeks in a apartments w scorpions !!! Idont recommend for anyone to come get an apartment here ! 😡😡😡

Worst place to live do not move here !!!

Probably the worst apt complex Ived lived at so far, true it is infested with bugs and cockroaches. I moved out a month ago, during the rain my roof had fallen off, after going to the office so many times, they decided to fix it in the last month I was moving out, got fixed after 6 months. Fridge never worked, food went bad the next day, never got fixed, so did the dishwasher, did not work. And they billed me a huge bill to pay for the dirty apt complex that was dirty and half of the stuff was not working already when I moved in. The worst experience ever!

Worst experience after moving out being charged for paint/ cabinets and countertops when those items were left how I received them since I was hardly home anywaysOffice never returns my calls ! Lots of roaches !

Office clerks disagree about apartment and parking rules

They are stupid, it is absurd to take advantage of having visitors evicted my girlfriend, just having a mop drying on the balcony will scold us, throwing up many balconies with some Stuffers. They are not fair these managers told lies in court k little man came out and more laughter of the manager after a judge k also does not listen to what happened, gave more credit to the handlers. Apart from that they support cockroaches, they have to support those drivers, they are two-legged cockroaches.

These departments are a piglet, they are infested with cockroaches, the water is passed from the depas above, they dont want to be responsible for anything
