Peaceful place; I FEEL SECURE. This is a small complex, management staff lives on site, night lighting is awesome and my neighbors are respectful. I feel comfortable walking my dogs in the late night and early morning hours. Maintenance staff keeps the property clean and they are quick to respond to service calls. I have a first floor one bedroom unit with a patio. Amazing natural light and my dogs love the ability to get sun and fresh air.

I need not to expound upon the many challenges of 2020, however relocation can bring much anxiety as you attempt to acclimate in an unfamiliar state. I want to extend much appreciation to Jason at Arrive North Scottsdale for his impeccable service and due diligence. This young man, professional in demeanor, excellent communication and conflict resolution oriented capabilities was valuable. I feel so comfortable spending time under this rental umbrella because of Jason. Three trips to this area, meeting and conversing with Jason I was sold.....thank you Jason you are awesome and much appreciated!!!!

I visited my friend who lives in this community for about a week and i had a great experience. I thought it was a beautiful area and was walking distance to a lot of places. The amenities were great and with the pool and the fitness centers used a lot. The apartments themselves were very cozy and had a great combination of space and design. I felt very comfortable during my stay here and would love to come back!

This is specifically related to a maintenance request that I had, although Im not happy about a lot of things that have been happening here lately. I called the emergency line because my garage door wouldnt open, I had appointments to go to, and it was outside of office hours. It took over TWO hours for them to respond and replace the batteries in my keypad ... and it STILL wouldnt open! I called the EMERGENCY number at approximately 7:45 am and my garage door want fixed until 2:30 pm! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! This response time needs to be addressed and fixed!

Move in was really easy and kinda loving this place right now!

FEES, FEES, FEES AND MORE FEES is what you can expect here. If you choose to live here just be sure ALL fees are clearly listed and explained to you. Also any small change/choice you make has ANOTHER FEE associated with it, so just be sure you ALWAYS ASK for what the fee will be for ANY change. It is kind of like a restaurant, when they ask if you want Ketchup, Mayo, Cheese or whatever - everything is an additional charge, including the Ketchup and Mayo.The maintenance crew is the only thing that remains good here. James and Geronimo are amazing and quick to fix service orders. That is my only regret for having to give this place 1 star, because they are amazing. Ever since Ashley Hunter left this place the tenants voices have not been heard. Things are stolen, office is closed on random days with only an hour notice, also very odd emails from the assistant Jason (who has friends visit him in the office, while residents are not allowed inside...very inappropriate).Just be sure you talk to a few residents before deciding if you want this place to be you new home. It was a great home for the first 4 years but this last year, not so much. Change in leadership really does make an impact.

My experience was extremely positive from beginning to end. The office staff are highly qualified, professional, and helpful. Arrive North Scottsdale produces a quality, beautiful, safe, pet-friendly home. Every step of the process is well thought out, and made easy and understandable for the prospective resident. They have thought of everything!The surrounding areas are exceptional as well with an abundance of outdoor activities to partake in and new restaurants to explore.All positives.

Absolutely love living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had issues with the postal service delivering packages but the office has always been able to help me sort things out. The property is well maintained and cleaned regularly. Highly recommend living here.

Getting set up and filling out all the paperwork with made incredibly easy for my roommate and I. Jasmined at the office is a saint! She was so helpful with getting everything in order and she has an incredibly friendly personality. Looking forward to living here!

We have been a resident since July of 2019 and we have loved living here! We actually talked to Jasmined today in the hopes of transferring to a different unit and she was so helpful and professional. Geronimo and James are great with maintenance requests. I came down here for a week to visit my buddy who had moved into the property recently. I really enjoyed the place! It was a short drive from a ton of different bars and restaurants in the area. I work remotely and was able to work by the pool each day and was hardly bothered by noise or distractions. The place was always clean and looked like a resort. I’ll be visiting again soon.

All the staff here at Arrive N Scottsdale are very friendly and helpful! This community is in a great location and close to major freeways. The units are remodeled and have a very modern interior. Jasmined at the front desk is great and makes sure that she can accommodate your needs. The complex is pretty quiet and clean, just regular apt living noise. The maintenence team is great here, they are really on top of things and gets things repaired in a timely matter. I have to recognize Jeronimo with maintenence, he has been extremely helpful with any of my apt maintenence needs. I truely believe that the exceptional staff here is what makes this apt complex stand out from the rest.

I have really enjoyed my time here at Arrive North Scottsdale. All of the residents that I have met have been very respectful and laid back. The apartment manager Jazz is amazing and hands down on of the best apartment managers Ive ever had! Their maintenance staff has responded to requests Ive made within the next 24 hours. It is also located centrally to anything you need really, all within walking distance (when its not 115 degrees haha). All in all, I am very happy with my experience at Arrive North Scottsdale and reccommend you come check it out if youre looking for an apartment in the area!Jason K.

I lived here for 6 months. The apartment is clean and units are well maintained (5 star). Staff is SUPER friendly (5 stars), and awesome (kudos to Jason and Lindsey, especially Jason...super cordial and just a great guy), although I frequently got the answering company (w/ plus or minus on the response back). The maintenance crew is great! I arrived in March (in the middle of COVID). I get its COVID and everything is slower but I never got the gate opener even after 4-5 months (and no follow up as to when I would get it...only excuse is that its COVID and programmers are not available) (Negative stars). I put in my notice first day of August for my lease end date at the end of September. I get charged extra $300 for being 5 days short of my 60 days notice. I got 3 emails asked me to renew my lease and get ZERO reminder to get enter my 60 day notice (if I am choosing to finish off my lease). My issue w/ this place is that the complex is optimized to make money to get you to pay your utilities/rent on time (which is acceptable). But, there is no any additional notice to accommodate your needs to avoid late charges or insufficient days so you get dinged because of the fine print stating 60 day notice with huge additional unexpected fees/costs (which was my oversight) (top service is helping clients with reminders to pay rent AND reminders to help facilitate move out and avoid these hidden fees). In summary, the unit and living experience were great. Staff is awesome. But with all of the connectedness, the company falls short of helping out the tenants w/ easy reminders of the fine print /hidden fees.

We moved into Arrive this past week and were incredibly pleased with the staff, specifically the Assistant Manager, Jasmined Smith. She helped us find the best apartment and the lowest price and promptly answered our emails and phone calls. We toured over 7 other apartments and we are ecstatic that we chose Arrive. I just moved in but it has been the easiest move in experience. Jazmine in the front office is amazing and made me feel extremely welcome. The apartment itself was perfect upon move in. I would definietly recommend Arrive to my family and friends.

Place is good community is fine everything else is good apart from the noisy neighbors . It gets really difficult because of this and even when I complained multiple times to management no action was taken. Moved to this community because of the peaceful atmosphere but because of this noisy neighbours considering moving out

Arrive North Scottsdale has met all of my expectations. Ever since they took over management for Verde, they have made some great updates to the complex. A new gym, renovated leasing office and pool area to name a few. Ashley and Lauren at the front desk are very accommodating. Few pros to my apartment as well are high ceilings, quiet neighbors, and cheap utility bills. Love living here - Danny D

I love living at Arrive! They have a great amenities and a wonderful staff! Every time I make a maintenance request, it gets done the day of. The office staff is very friendly and even takes the time to host fun parties on the weekends! The property is very clean and quiet. I highly suggest living at Arrive!

Ive been here 10 years and been through all the various ownership changes. Arrive North Scottsdale has upgraded as promised, it turned out better than I thought it would. Theyve turned it into a classy place you can bring a friend. The complex is quiet and most importantly crime free. The maintenance staff are very professional, courteous and take care of issues on a timely basis.

This past weekend, I went to take a look at Arrive North Scottsdale. When I arrived, Andy came up and gave me a tour of the different models that there were and went over pricing and everything. He was very attentive and nice and wanted to make sure they could meet my needs for an apartment I want. The area was very well kept and in a nice area.

I really enjoy living here. Lauren and Ashley are very professional and care about me as one of their residents. My apartment suits my needs and I am very comfortable. I have a dog and she adjusted well to apartment living considering she has an entire backyard to run around in back in Wisconsin. I have a one year lease even though I only spend 7 months here. I don’t want to worry about renting somewhere else. The activities they have are always fun and a great way to meet some of my neighbors. The changes they have made to the complex are fantastic. When you have the best why look anywhere else.

Going on five years and absolutely love it. Manager is the best Ive ever had. Jason, cares to the point where its not a question that youre in the right place. Cant say enough about him.

I was here temporarily in employee housing but really enjoyed my stay! They had free yoga events and I got to meet a wonderful community of women through the wine and makeup night! Looking forward to coming back.

After exploring various apartments in and around Scottsdale, Arrive NS was my #1 choice by far--thanks to the incredibly welcoming and warm assistant manager, Jasmined Smith. She beyond exceeded expectations of the typical leasing consultant and made me and my kids feel at home instantly. Though not the fanciest property or biggest apartments, Arrive NS is an unassuming diamond in the rough of overpriced and poorly managed apartment complexes that surround it. BEST VALUE IN THE AREA. I opted for a first floor 3-bedroom with upgraded finishes, higher ceilings (surprisingly), spacious laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and a private garage. The property is relatively small with only 200 units, which I liked, and offers a lovely heated pool with waterfall, spa tub, outdoor TV lounge with fireplace, fitness center with Peloton bikes and a little dog park. More than enough, but not too much to be pretentious. Please give Jasmined a raise ASAP and make sure she doesnt leave!!UPDATE 11/23/20: Soon after my last review, Jas was given a raise and promoted to manage another property (great for her, sad for us!); fortunately, we are still in good hands with Lindsey and Jason and the amazing maintenance crew here who take extraordinary care of the property and even pick up the dog poop that RUDE tenants leave behind (grrrr!). Jason has been particularly helpful and is always super friendly, saying hello to me by name whenever he sees me, which is so nice. And THANK YOU Geronimo for coming to our rescue to fix a broken door the same day--and on a Sunday! I am SO glad I chose to live at Arrive.

I am a vendor for arrive north Scottsdale. This is hands down one of my favorite properties. It is very laid back and I have yet to encounter an issue we couldn’t conquer as a team. I wish I knew everyone’s names, but the two I do know, Lauren and Ashley have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. And judging by the residents, it seems to be a very comfortable and happy place to live.

I have been living here a few months now and I really like all the updates they have made. Office and maintenance staff are all really nice and helpful. The maintenance guys always get to my work orders very fast. I really like the new gym and the coffee machine is awesome!

This a great community to live in. The management, maintenance staff have been extremely helpful and quick with assistance. The recent upgrades to the apartments with a smart lock and thermostat are a great addition. For now, the only thing I wish to see improved is the parking availability.

Management, maintenance, and a great location make this apartment complex fantastic. I came in over the weekend and spoke to Andy about looking to relocate, and all I can say is WOW! Such great customer service, with close access to the freeway and the amenities they have too! Definitely a place worth looking at.

We first moved here when it was Verde Apartment Homes but now that Arrive have taken over, only great things have come from the switch. The new locks on the doors with keyless entry is without a doubt a luxury and an amazing feature. The gym, office and pool have been remodeled to perfection as there is now a decent sized gym with brand new equipment and office space with plenty of room as well as snacks and a high quality coffee machine! The pool looks much more modern and has new equipment as well as a fire place!

My family and I have lived here for 3 years and have just signed on for another year. The community is very friendly; we actually know our neighbors! A new property management company, Trinity Management Company, has just bought this apartment complex and so far we have been very impressed! The staff have been very friendly and helpful, especially Ashley Hunter. Be sure you ask for her! She is a go-getter and does everything she can to make your rental experience is phenomenal. The maintenance crew is very quick with getting to requests. Many times our requests are responded to same day. James in maintenance is especially exceptional with his service and is very respectful, which means a lot when we try to coral 2 kids and a dog when maintenance comes over!

I absolutely love where I live! The location of Arrive North Scottsdale is ideal for my job, school, and social life. I originally chose to live here because I loved the floor plans and prices, but I’ve since fallen in love with everything else the community has to offer.First, I love the management here! Ive changed roommates and upgraded units within the complex during my year lease and the process was smoother than ever thanks to Lauren and Ashley. I feel very valued as a resident, as the two ladies were very knowledgeable and addressed each request I had. Me and my roommate are very thankful for all their help!In addition, the amenities are plentiful and USEFUL. With this years renovation, residents enjoy Valet Trash, keyless unit entry, Smart Thermostats, and personal Parcel lockers. The new gym is beautiful and the pool is great for tanning. Online access to the resident portal makes paying rent and creating maintenance requests incredibly easy. Each time I’ve made a maintenance request, the work order was completed within 24 hours. The maintenance guys are amazing and have even offered to fix other things in the unit while fixing our dryer!Finally, all the neighbors I’ve met have been very nice. This is the quietest complex I’ve ever lived and I love some peace and quiet.This apartment complex is modern, renovated, and trendy! Absolutely worth checking out when there are units available!

I love this community so much, very peaceful and very clean and neat. The staff is too good, they respond to our issues very quickly. Ashley hunter is the Manager and she responds very quickly and very friendly. Resolves all the issues instantly.

I really like this community. The staff is always so responsive and kind. The area is also really nice too- this is in walking distance to Harkins and a mini desert hiking/ biking trail. The only issue I have encountered is the parking. Sometimes there is no parking available. They are trying to create solutions though such as put vacant signs on open garages and car port spaces which has helped.

The property managers are awesome especially Andy. I use a walker and when I receive packages he always helps me out by delivering the packages to my door. The maintenance guys are great too always respond quickly and with a smile.

I had problems receiving my deposit check, and I had to leave a bad review in order to receive attention. Still, the service that they provided was special. I would absolutely recommend it regardless.It is a beautiful apartment with gyms, food, movie theatre, and bowling only a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment managers have awesome social events and occasional free donuts.

I have been living here for 3 and a half years and love it. The office and maintenance group are very delightful. I love the way they have redone the office adding in new exercise equipment. The other amenities around the complex add to the life style for tenants. The new upgrades to the buildings and hardscape really add to the curb appeal.

I have lived in this complex for two years. About 6 months ago a new management company took over. Its has been nothing but a pleasure to have them. They are always nice, friendly,and professional. If you ever need anything they handle it right away.There have been some amazing new upgrades to the community making sure our complex is the best place to live in town. A safe quiet community with tons of friendly neighbors,great office staff and fantastic maintenance staff,why look anywhere else? If I could rate Arrive higher I would! If you ever need anything Ashley is you girl to call!

Arrive has more than exceeded when expectations when they took over Verde a few months back. They have continued to improve the gym, buildings, locks, thermostats, toilets, ect. Its pretty quiet and the neighbors and people here are friendly. Any maintenance requests I needed were completed the same day. Also, Lauren and Ashley at the front desk are very friendly and always happy to help!

My roommates and I were scouring tons of apartments in the north scottsdale/north Phoenix area when we happened to come across Arrive North Scottsdale formerly Verde Apartment Homes. We took a chance with this apartment complex due to the amazing location (close to the freeway and many stores, restaurants, and other shops) as well as the spacious floor layout of the apartments. For the first year we encountered numerous problems with key access, dog droppings, trash, garages not working, water getting shut off every other week for hrs on end, etc. Life at the complex was aggravating at times to say the least, and the problems persisted and no one took any initiative to come up with a solution, that was until Arrive North Scottsdale management took over. Since the new management the complex has seen numerous beneficial upgrades to the exterior, interior and amenities of the apartments. They have livened up the place with new colors, furnishings, redesigned the pool and an amazing full fledged workout room. Any issue my roommates or myself has encountered has been taken care of within a timely manner and with a solution everyone can agree with. Ashley and Lauren from the management office have been a breathe of fresh air, they are both equally attentive and analytical. They have always been kind and charismatic towards my roommates and myself and I fully thank them both for the positive changes, good conversation and their appreciation for the residents of Arrive North Scottsdale. I would highly recommend visiting either one of them if your looking for an amazing apartment experience!

HELL ON EARTH! ~Unending Leaf Blower Noise Misery~If you work during the day on weekdays you should be fine, but if you; work weekends and have days off during the week. Work at night and sleep during the day. Or the unluckiest of them all, someone who stays home sick on a weekday. Prepare for a life of forsaken misery and suffering.Stay at home parent or work from home? Turn around, this place is not for you.Otherwise nice place to live. Parking is not as bad as others say.

Wow! We had such a great time at the community Halloween party tonight! Ashley and the staff really went above and beyond to make it a great event. The food was delish, drinks were amazing, music, lights and decor were all SO great! And it was nice getting to see the newly renovated clubhouse, gym and pool area! Love the new pool loungers, patio furniture and bbq grills!I cant wait to transfer into a renovated unit! We are loving all of the changes, upgrades and awesome community vibes happening since coming under new ownership and management! I usually move from one place to another as soon as the lease is up, but we are actually going to renew here - we love this community!!

There are very few places to park and you can easily hear people walking and talking past your windows during the day and night. The leasing office is extremely unorganized and only concerned about issues when it comes to money, everything else is like fighting tooth and nail to get any type of response what so ever. The only people who go above and beyond their jobs are the maintenance workers. There also seems to be some type of police presence at least once a week. I will not be resigning at the end of my lease and I do not recommend this apartment complex when there are far newer and nicer complexes on the street.

Lived here for 6 months. It was nice. Parking is very limited tho. Management seemed friendly and would always return my calls/emails. The service people here are pretty nice too.

I am moving to Arizona in August and came in town to look at some places near my new job. I’ll totally be moving to Arrive North Scottsdale once they have availability (i know I’m looking pretty early but I like to be prepared!). I toured probably about 10-12 places while in town and the staff here simply blew me away. I just felt like they were listening to my *many* needs lol. AND they were so much friendlier than the other places I toured! So impressed that I felt the need to share it. I got to meet both girls that work in the office and they introduced me to their maintenance team as well. Never had an experience like that before, I’m so happy that I stopped in to check them out.

It appears that the leasing office is short staffed. They did not show interest in showing a model apartment and had a indifferent attitude towards prospective tenants. Staff should be better trained.

2 stars because of parking. It’s abeolutely ridiculous. People are parked in all of the non-parking spots and there’s not even any of those left. Someone got a ticket for parking on the road, so that’s not an option. It’s completely unsafe for a young woman to be parking outside of the gates or far at all. They don’t even say they have any plans of fixing it. All they need to do is put colored stickers on the open covered spots, so anyone can park in those while they’re open first come first serve. Simple. They clearly don’t care about our safety or sanity. Terrible.Update: 3 stars now. They have been trying with parking. They took our suggestion (multiple people) asking them to use the many vacant covered parking spots. They are not updated frequently enough though so there are still parking issues, but has gotten a little better at least. The “updates” they make rarely add value to us, yet I’m sure will raise future prices when the updates were not needed. The only update truly needed is everyone having gate clickers(which we all had before), yet they went backwards there to now just a gate code. The landscaping is very boring, I liked it more before. The office people are nice, I will give them that.

The price is definitely reasonable for the area and what you get, not to mention Ashley in the leasing office is always throwing parties with free food. Free food is always a big plus.

I originally had a glowing review about 8 months ago from this one but I had to edit it.Starting January 2020 the (mandatorily charged) valet trash would sometimes not pick up my trash. When this was brought up in terms of compensation for services not rendered, they require maintenance requests instead of telling them directly in the office - do not make this mistake, file that request so its on record. When I cleaned and moved out, even though they admitted it was in good condition they already charged my security deposit and sent me the summary afterwards. They were passive aggressive in telling me it stays or they charge me other fees too. Even though its roughly $45, its the principal of lying and pseudo-blackmail that soured my move out experience after enjoying living 3 years here.Location wise its fine but... be warned. This has happened to me with the email exchange proof confirmation.EDIT: This review (and their reply) was written roughly two weeks ago from this update (6/22). I have sent my email as they generously stated but I have gotten no reply back since that time at this point.EDIT: it is July 23 2020, they have chosen to not reply still. It is assumed by no more edits adter this that they havent replied back to me and are okay with admitting in email that, if you do, you have cleaned your apartment on move out but will still charge you then in another email say to pay up otherwise theyll charge you with more things for no reason. Even if you protest it theyll say your deposit has already been deducted and never reply back apparently. Fishy management.

The apartments are well maintained but the rents are soaring high now. But the worst problem is the noise from pool area at night. Arrghh!!

A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love convience of the parking and new amenities . . I live with my fiancé and kids here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails near by !

I had left a previous five star review for Verde, but a new management company took over in June with a new name for the complex (Arrive) and things have become pretty lousy. We lost all of our great maintenance and office staff. The new company decided to do things that no one asked for, like valet trash service that no ones uses, adding keyless entry, adding Nest thermostats, upgrading the already nice gym and clubhouse, and basically destroying the peace and quiet that I loved about this place. There’s been construction of some sort from June onward, and they keep breaking the water line. Seriously, at least once a month they shut our water off. Until this week there was a giant dumpster taking up four parking places. For what we pay in rent it’s ridiculous. Especially considering we’ve been paying for a gym and clubhouse that no one has been able to use for four months. And with all these cheap “upgrades” that no one needed like valet trash and keyless entry, I’m sure they’ll be jacking up the rent. There are nicer, newer places worth what they cost; I really recommend shopping around. It’s a shame what they’ve done here.

Poor customer service from leasing staff . They don’t respond to phone calls or emails.It wonders me how a community thrives and gets so many positive reviews with such lousy staff. I think all the positive 5 stars are paid reviews.

This complex used to have tons of issues but with the new management and new company they have really made amazing changes! Love everything about these apts including location. Parking is tight but theyve worked on that part as well!

Great service and staff and just signed on for another year and quite neighbors even the ones with pets are not loud definitively check this place out.

After living here I found the the management was too irresponsible and unorganized when dealing with their tenants, that I had to decide to find another place to live. On more than one occasion they were unable to establish a rental agreement with us and were very unorganized and uncertain about the rates we Were quoted on receiving. There were multiple rental invoices that were way above the price we agreed to on a month to month basis and when discussing with management they never knew what the extra charges were on our account. It was always very difficult to reach and get ahold of management and their response was never in a timely manner. There are many other apartment homes within the north Phoenix/Scottsdale area that have better suited management that will make your rental experience enjoyable.

I toured this community this week upon wanting to get information regarding living here. Tyler was the leasing help, and did an awesome job. He answered any questions I had and made sure I was aware of guest parking and how things operate at Verde. I saw no issues. Gym is a little small (but get a gym membership if youre serious about fitness and get over yourself). Its obvious that a girl had a bad experience and told her friends to follow suit in leaving bad reviews.. 4 females all with no comment, just a one-star review at the exact same period. Seems to be a great place and the resident I asked upon pulling into the complex said she loved it there when I asked how she liked living there.

What I love about Arrive is the small quaint community we have. Every resident is friendly, considerate, and respectful. I moved to AZ by myself last year and I was afraid of being on my own, I definitely feel safe here. A lot of upgrades this past year... beautiful gym with Peloton bikes, rower, and TRX equipment. The fireplace by the pool feels like luxury and the patio furniture is vibrant and comfortable. The staff is AMAZING! Always welcoming when you come in for a cup of coffee or want to use the new Apple computers. Ashley and Lauren are the party throwing queens! Breakfast on the go, cookie decorating for the kids during Christmas and Postinos catering for the adults. They dress up, decorate, and make sure all residents are having a good time. Maintenance is great! Almost everyday they wave or ask me how Im doing. Theyre prompt and considerate when coming into your home. Ive really enjoyed living here and recommend Arrive to everyone.

Not impressed. Packages from Amazon are left unattended and “ ghost signed” for by office staff who take lunches at 2:45 pm on Saturdays with no back up. Also packages are stolen from there temp office 1070, with no offer to investigate or make a “better” safeguard/ delivery system for their clients. Screaming children at the pool with little adult supervision, no parking after 7pm. Don’t plan to go out after 7pm or you will not have a space. Location is convienent, value is good but get a P.O. Box for deliveries, park you car in a space before 7pm, don’t plan on relaxing at the pool. Not a good complex for single working ppl who have non traditional working hours.

Clean and modern apartments, great management, and reliable maintenance staff. My only small complaint is low availability of guest parking, though this is being worked on!

Ive lived in this apartment complex for 9 years with 3 different owners - this group is by far the most professional and nicest of all the predecessors. the leasing ladies ashley and lauren are very nice and maintenance men james and jeronimo always take care of whatever I need. thanks arrive!

I cant state the number of things i love about this apartment. prepare for a lengthy post(TL;DR at bottom) because this is the best apartment complex i have ever lived at! and i have lived in apartments all my life!my girlfriend and i have been living here the past 4 months and the apartments are super nice. they have been working very hard on upgrading the apartments even further. Just in the time we have lived here: we got new patio fans, new window screens, they swapped out the metal fence for a glass one(which looks way better) around the pool, upgraded all the gates with security systems and just re-paved the parking lot. really impressive!as been stated in other posts the parking is a struggle sometimes but they have been working on getting that resolved. like putting vacant signs over open parking spots that would otherwise be reserved and it seems to be helping a lot. they even offered to pay for ubers when they re-paved the parking lot because of the even more limited parking.the management are always responsive to any problem that arises and work hard on resolving any issue diplomatically. whenever an issue pops up, they are quick to help. maintenance has been the same and always does a great job. I have a hard time saying bad things about this complex because when ever there has been a problem it has gotten resolved. not only that but they are always super nice about it!!!we have really enjoyed the amenities and events as well. the gym is small but has what you need for a good workout. the pool is super nice and has a great little hang out area(with a tv) by the grills. There is also a mini dog park that always is stocked with doggie bags and is maintained a lot better than any apartment complex i have ever lived at. the events are always fun when we can make it to them and they always have something going on. again they are always very involved and it makes this place feel more like a community(which is rare in my opinion).the area is not to bad either. lots of things to do and lots of shopping areas within a five mile distance. movie theater and shopping mall (with a bomb frozen yogurt shop...no, seriously...go to sonoran desserts) just down the street. the neighborhood really isnt sketch at all as far as Ive seen. things are sometimes expensive but thats just scottsdale lolall in all a very nice apartment to live in and well worth the price. which is also very decently priced for the area its in. both my gf and I have absolutely loved living here and its looking like it will stay that way!TL;DR:*absolutely amazing management and maintenance. very quick to respond and resolve any issue.*great amenities, community events and complex wide upgrades(paragraph two for specific upgrades)*good area with lots of shopping and things to do (have to go to sonoran desserts!!!)*the apartments themselves are very nice as well.*parking is a struggle sometimes but they are working on resolving it(which has been effective so far)

I have lived at this community for 4 years and cant say better things! Its a beautiful smaller community with a comfortable feel. You can get to know your neighbors at their newly remodeled pool/clubhouse/gym. They have even set up Parcel Pending lockers so you can access your package from Amazon (actually all mail delivery services *UPS *FEDEX *ETC can use the lockers I think... I just have an Amazon ordering thing happening sooooo theres that) at any time of the day or night instead of having to wait until the office is open.The office staff is amazing, Ashley I see you girl. She has gone above and beyond. Like printed out multiple sea otter coloring pages for my kiddos school diorama project. On a Sunday. 5 minutes before the office closed. (Yes, I realize I am a giant ahole for rolling in that late on a Sunday with two kids covered in paper machete, sand, possible hot glue gun burns, and then asking for such an aggressive request so close to Ashleys freedom but like HAVE YOU EVER HAD TO MAKE A SEA OTTER DIORAMA??? I. Needed. Her.) She didnt even blink an eye. She was more than happy to help us print the best possible sea otter on the internet to color. ***we got us that A, thanks AshAlso, maintenance gentleman. Amazing guys. Lightening speed. Blink and youll miss them fixing your clogged drains from ridiculous amounts of hair you shed, ice makers on the fritz, disposal, air filter, washer that leaked: replaced same day. Sup. They even replaced my lightbulbs in my bathroom/kitchen fixtures. These guys have been so accommodating and helpful.The unit upgrades are legit. Water efficient faucets/showers/toilets. Keyless entry: you can also assign personal codes to certain people and see who and when unlocked your door on the app. You yourself can unlock the door from the app, as well. Thermostat controlled from anywhere via the app. Alexa works with it, too! I meannnnn.... This app even starts dinner, does all the laundry and dishes, pours you a cocktail, then bathes your kids. Okayyy, that last bit was a lie but unit upgrades: still legit.There are some cons... parking. Which they are working on!! Security Gates not working: its being addressed as of today, actually! Sooooo... not many cons in my book. *for Arrive North Scottsdale, that is. Nahmean.All in all... I feel safe with my two little ones, I have fun with the community, the staff on site are a delight, and it is a great place to call home.Come see for yourself.

Its a nice apartment community. However, people use the garages for storage instead of parking. Then they complain about the bad parking lol. Also an idiot with a truck and work trailer parks in the fire lane tow away zone with cones around it. Hello! Its not meant for that. If you have a bulky work truck, rent a house not an apartment.
