I moved here in June and they have exceeded every expectation. Erica was extremely helpful at the front desk, ensuring the move in process was easy. They go so far as to bring out fresh fruit when people are out at the pool! What really set me over is the exceptional staff and their professionalism. An incident occurred that was out of their hands but they still reached out to make sure I felt heard and assured that they are working on the issue at hand. I love the gym, I love the pool/hot tub area, and I love how clean it stays!

Annette, Jacky, and Erica are amazing! They made us feel welcome right away. Great communication and tons of resident events make it easy to continue staying here and be part of the community. We love our new home.

All the positive reviews that you see are lies. Talked to multiple residents of this complex over the past few months, and none of them had anything good to say. Someone’s car got broken into. One resident lost their key fob, and the management refused to replace it. Mind you without a key fob you won’t be able to enter your building, gym or pool.Gate is always broken, trash is always overflowing and stinks up the whole street. If they give you one key fob, most of the times you cant even get in the apartment complex. I was stranded with 4 people waiting outside, simply because the door was broken. And guess what management didn’t help us. One of the residents saw us from his balcony and came down to open the door.Management is very rude and don’t care about their residents. Sometimes it’s impossible to park in the complex and we had to park outside the gate.Homeless people sleep in the trash daily, so don’t be surprised if your car will get broken into. You are paying insane amount of money for nothing, just the name.Good luck living here!

Pretty good experience during the time I rented from early 2020 to mid 2021. Staff are responsive and actively managing the complex to make it in good condition all the time. Pool, gym, courtyard and landscape are well maintained. The shared space (elevator/hallway) are clean and no funny smell. My partner and I had one assigned parking space but we never had trouble finding one for the other.My only complaint is the gate on Highland St. It’d been broken for quite a few times when I lived there.I know there are so many good reviews that make them look fake. But I’ve never been asked to give one. And I do think Escape Apt worth a five-star review.

I love Escape! It has been such a nice introduction to Arizona and the floorplans are amazing. The staff is so kind and informative. I recommend escape to every person I know looking to move to the area.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’m not even sure where to start with this apartment between poor property management, poor cleaning of the trash that is always over flowing. As well as false advertisement in use of security. Which there is none. Let’s just say the security cameras are for show and don’t work and if your car is stolen or broken into. It’s not their problem 🙂 They are multiple break ins/theft in this complex - so you are paying $1500+ for literally nothing. Management is rude and lacks communication. Clearly. So yea. Move somewhere else. I beg you. Living here was a nightmare Still is a nightmare. Smh

Every residence complex has its pros and cons. Here are some of Escapes:Pros:1. Very friendly office staff always willing to help solve a problem professionally and courteously.2. Efficient and responsive maintenance team.3. Quality units with pleasing aesthetics and reliable materials.4. Excellent location that centralizes you for travel all over the valley.5. Surprisingly quiet neighbors due to the units thick walls. Most of the noise actually comes from the street through your windows.Cons:1. VERY limited surface parking and only one assigned garage spot per unit. The surface lots are fully claimed right around 8 PM most days.2. Gates and doors entering the complex are constantly broken. This creates not only a false sense of security for a gated community, but is a nuisance when trying to leave or enter the complex. Its very cumbersome to be returning from work and find that the Highland gate is once again broken, and you have to make a block around the complex to get in through an alternate route. Food deliveries after office hours are a coin toss because the keypad door breaks often as well.3. Gym is not large enough and does not hold adequate equipment to support the number of residents. Gym restrooms are often locked for no reason.4. Construction job of the exterior tile repair hasnt moved from their first section in weeks. Huge eyesore for the units blocked by them and for the complex in general.5. Complexs community office does not have a functioning printer or Wifi router.6. Upper level lounges television and music system is very frequently broken.7. Valet trash services randomly does not pick up trash on operating days. Havent quite figured out the reason for that yet. Short staff? Lazy technician? Either way, no accountability system for a service I pay for.8. No sufficient green space for residents dogs to use on their walk. I know thats difficult to do in an urban setting, so I cant completely knock Escape for this. But its definitely unpleasant to come home from work, open your car door, and get a big sniff of Phoenix sun-baked dog urine.Overall, Phoenix living is pretty expensive, especially for a location like this. The unit themselves are very nice and the staff very kind and helpful, but when factoring in the frequent state of repair a majority of the luxury amenities are in, the units shouldnt be priced as luxury units. Small things add up over time, and it often feels like the wool being pulled over residents eyes to forget what it is theyre paying for.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I was a resident here in the past year and it was the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The security is awful (and the staff does not care at all). I had my car and apartment keys stolen at the gym from a homeless man who was SLEEPING IN THE GYM BATHROOM. The staff did not seem concerned at all, even after I filed a police report, and I felt very unsafe living here. Most doors to the outside are broken, the gates to the parking lot are always broken and as a result random homeless people walk into the building and steal packages quite frequently. The theft got so bad that the manager send out an email with a direct line to the police department because now peoples cars are being broken into. DO NOT LIVE HERE if you want to feel safe in your space.

I was interested in a tour and overheard 2 residents (I’m assuming residents) talking about how they were giving incentives for good reviews. I decided to leave because I don’t know what reviews on here are actually true! Do not recommend anyone who does business like that.

This place is great! It feels very grown up. There are some people who dont really belong here due to how they act and party, but the management team is always on top of it. They allow Small to Large dogs and keep everything controlled with owners being respectful and having their dogs be trained and not pooping everywhere and barking.They have a great underground parking lot. An amazing gym and club house, which we use a lot. The hall ways are perfectly set with cool ac in the summer and nice warmth in the winter.The hot tub is nice and hot and big, which is nice to have people over for a BBQ. A lot of extra free seating areas outside. 2 fire pit areas. I love my neighbors, everyone is so friendly and talkative.If theres ever an issue maintenance wise, which there hardly is, they are very very quick to handle it. I am happy here!

It’s a guessing game which gate and doors will work at this place, if you’re into that kind of thing. To make it even more fun, they don’t answer you or come up with some bull about a part being out of stock so they can’t fix it. Expensive though, so that’s a plus, but the urine smell is free!

New resident at this community ...I have lived here for the past monthAnd someone broke in to my carAnd stolen all my tools for work...When I signed the leas on my apartmentOne of the first thing the leas manger offer me there insurance that they work with !!But it doesn’t cover the underground sharing garage !!When I spoke with few residents about thatall of them said it’s upon us before!And no cameras in the garage in this luxury community

One of the best luxury apartment homes in town!!! I had searched endlessly for a specific quality of a place to call home and this ended up being my last stops. As mentioned by many others, Jacob, Erica, and Mia were all complete professionals and very helpful with the process from the walkthrough to move-in. The studio lofts are breathtaking and definitely gives you the feeling of living in an actual 2 story home. At first you may think these are kind of expensive, but honestly for the area and for it being categorized as luxury living it is pretty competitive. The amenities are all prestige, clean and well kept, and not to mention 24 hours. Great place to live ❤️ 🏠

This is truly the worst placed I’ve lived and I’ve lived in many clawed buildings. The fob system has been broken for MONTHS they keep giving dates it’ll be fixed but it never is i can never get into the building and when you complain they don’t answer.We pay crazy amounts of money to live in “luxury” and they give no money off of rent when we haven’t been able to get into the building for months.Imagine coming home with groceries and not being able to get into the building.

When we first moved in here, things were great but somehow everything declined drastically over the last 6 months! Our sink constantly floods, the kitchen lights work half the time, and the key fob hardly ever work! The gates are also broken half the time!

After searching multiple different apartments and no luck, I found myself here at Escape Apartment Homes. From the minute I walked through the front door I was greeted by a warm and friendly(masked) face. As Jacob took me on a tour, I only enjoyed more and more the offerings they had. The amenities, style, and quality of apartment was exactly what I was looking for.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s the best apartment I’ve lived in. Lived in Phoenix for 8 years and none of my other apartments compare. The units are beautiful, luxurious and spacious. Can’t hear any noise from my neighbors as the walls are sound proof. All my maintenance issues get resolved very quickly. Location is perfect and amenities are amazing! Highly highly recommend this place!

The office and maintenance staff has always been so courteous and prompt with requests and making sure everything is running right in the complex.

I did not end up renting due to external circumstances but I loved the place. Great energy and the staff was amazing. Jacob showed me around the place and was a great host.

I lived here for a year. The space was fine, it was at the time the best deal I could find on a 2 bedroom. Parking will definitely be an issue if there are two cars - they have a very small guest lot and not enough parking for all of their other apartments. They’re also extremely misleading about the valet trash service - I was explicitly told by the manager when I was asking to move in if they recycled but about 10 months later he told my husband that they haven’t been recycling for quite some time but purposefully aren’t bringing it up to the residents. Sometimes the hallways smell like trash because of the required valet trash (that seems to have more and more restrictions - very arguably not worth the $30/month added on to your rent that you can’t opt out of). Amenities are pretty standard for any other apartment in this area. Pool was meh, not good not bad.

Escape was our home for two years. We absolutely enjoyed our time there!Chris and the entire office staff are always helpful and professional. If there was ever a maintenance issue it was addressed in a timely manner. The amenities are great, the pool is always clean and the resident parties (pre-Covid) rock! Also the location is fantastic! We do miss living there.If you’re looking for a place to call home in that area, look no further Escape is your place!

I love living at Escape! The office staff is great and super attentive to anything we need. Our apartment is in great condition, has a beautiful view, and we have super nice neighbors. The building is really quiet despite being full and we have never had an issue with residents or staff. And we love that its dog friendly!The Escape management team is super great. They were extremely accommodating when we thought we were moving out but changed our minds and helped us secure another apartment right away. Maintenance requests are always done quickly and they even replaced our screen door when we requested a new one.All of the amenities are amazing and you cant beat the pool, grills, two-story gym, and fun resident events (especially yappy hours for the dogs!). The resident events are always a fun time and a great chance to meet your neighbors. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here and recommend it to anyone who is considering moving!

The resident events were always a blast and the snacks were the best! Maintenance addressed any problems immediately. I highly recommend living at Escape!!

Went to go look at this property today, I called and made an appointment with Danielle. Told her I’ll be there between 3-3:30. Showed up right before 3:30. She was in the lobby waiting for me. She greeted me. Showed me around. The place was absolutely amazing. From the scent they had. From decor. Overall presentation. Remember what my wants were. Made sure to point out, key selling points. If we didn’t shop the property. I would lease with her. Other co-worker Alexa, was also kind! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Living here is blissful. Helpful and friendly staff, all the time. Great amenities, and services offered. Have requested for some fixtures and they get done within the same or next working day. Plus the interior kitchen design is what I love most about these homes. We will definitely continue to live here.

This is hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The apartment itself is beautifully designed, the common areas are well maintained and the staff go above and beyond to make the experience of living here so great!

Coming from Chicago, I lived an awful apartment complex before this, so all Escape had to do to be better was be absolutely ordinary. But as you can tell by my 5 star rating, they continually go above and beyond what is needed and expected. Upon move in, everything was great right off the bat and the company was great when scheduling our truck to come in and offload all of our stuff. Whenever a small maintenance issue came up, they were there the same day and had it fixed. The apartments are awesome and very modern. The complex is great for animal lovers and has an amazing pool. Fitness Center is much better than most other complexes and the surrounding area has lots to do and is very up and coming.Overall the apartment itself would get 5 stars, but the attention to detail and service we have gotten this past year really exceeded my expectations. You should live here!

Living at Escape is worth every penny. You will not find better quality of apartment, property as a whole, or staff anywhere else.The unit itself is wondeful, you can expect the unit you move into to look exactly like the pictures or model you tour. The only maintenance requests I’ve ever had to submit were for basic things that you would have to request anywhere you live, and all requests were handled promptly.The property is always in immaculate condition. The gym, the pool, the clubhouse, and hallways are extremely well kempt. The gates are always closed and never broken and I have always felt completely safe and secure here.The front office staff is friendly, fast, and accurate with any questions or concerns you may have for them. Parking has never been an issue, and the location is convenient to almost everything.When my roommates and I toured here, we all made a look at each other that said “this is the place” and never once in my time here have I felt otherwise.

Ive been a resident for about two months now, and I really dont have a bad word to say about the place. The amenities are really quite good (gym, pool, etc), the staff is attentive and friendly, and the leasing process was SEAMLESS. I was really impressed by how well things went, especially considering it was passed between staff members through the weekend into the week. It all points to excellent leadership in my opinion, and Mike seems like a super solid property manager. After two months, Id say that what I like best about Escape, outside of the unit and amenities, is the location and the convenience of that location. Theres a small format Target, a gas station, a heap of dining options, access to 51, proximity to the airport, etc etc etc. Ingress/egress can be a little confusing for guests, but I dont mind the trade-off of that in terms of overall building security. Bottom line, its fantastic property, its close to a ton of stuff you will use all the time, and they manage it really well.

Lived here for a year and a half and absolutely loved it. The amenities are like a resort and everything is well kept, even the hallways smelt like roses. I am now living at a “luxury” apartment in scottsdale for the same price and I gotta say living at escape spoiled me. Move out process was simple as well.

Best Apartment complex Ive lived in so far since moving from Atlanta to Phoenix. I was in Scottsdale before and checked out a LOT of places before deciding for Escape Apartments. Prices are super reasonable for the area and apartments feel like condos really. Also their fair terms for breaking the lease if you have to, are pretty much unbeatable in the Valley. The biggest contribution to my 5 star rating though is the highly professional leasing office team as well as the maintenance team. I never had any issues with them and I never met more genuine people than the folks at Escape who really desire to make your living experience 5 stars and most importantly stick to their word not telling you what you want to hear only for you to sign a lease with them.I only moved out in May 2017 since the area was a little too busy and noisy for me for the long run.

Ive primarily worked with McKenzie (leasing agent) and her manager, Mike. I have to say they both have provide the absolutely best customer/tenant service Ive ever received living at multiple apartment complexes throughout the valley. Because of the management alone, I would definitely recommend this place, however, it is a great complex altogether other than some of the super boojie people that live here.

I absolutely love living at Escape Apartments!The apartments are so nice and clean! The office staff is really helpful so that’s a plus! I especially like dealing with Jacky she’s the sweetest. They also have residents events like bingo which they provide snacks and drinks for us which is really cool my kids love them!
