Pay for a week or stay longer in the mid town area. Sent pictures to show a nice pool most are happy with management who is doing a great deal maintaining the property with the new owners.

Ive lived here since February 2020 and have no complaints. It came furnished with tv and cable, wifi, electric, water. Its under new ownership now and they are doing some really cool upgrades. And its clean and quiet!

Offering price lower than hotels with all the comforts would charge though not a whole lot cheaper than hoped it would be. Phoenix is expensive at times for a lot of things but this should save you money so call around and compare. I have seen enouph to support my high rating. I have reviewed here under five days ago and will add more photos. It is well above most of the similar properties I have seen the last few years and what ever may be lacking in the price or rooms themselves is made better by good management so far.

My friend lives here and although I had serious doubts about this place I have to say its really mellow there. A little expensive at first look, but its furnished and utilities are included. It is a bit small, but its quiet, there isnt any BS that goes on here like you think it might. Overall a good place if ya need to go month to month somewhere!

Its great located next to Phoenix Country Club and golf course. A lot of older trees and it is a great part of town.

8/01/2016 until present... I think this place is awesome they keep it clean and whenever I see a bug which is rare maintenance comes right away. My only complaint is I wished I could pay my rent monthly not weekly by force not choice! I’m getting ready to move cause I found a few places that’s much cheaper

Management is a joke! Lol tried renting a unit there after all day spent jumping through hoops for there outrageous requests. Which included asking me to provide a copy of my bank statement and tax return for last year because the dumb manager in the office thought my pay stubs were fake. LMAO. Furthermore apparently the company isnt a legit company I work for. However if you look up the LLC on the county website it sure does pull it right up.This place is a joke and management should know how to look up a business rather than beingignorant! The blonde manager is retarded!

Great place to stay reasonable friendly staff. Im glad Ill be moving into a more permanent situation as for the last 18 months Ive done nothing to travel for work and not have the pleasure of being in a place. I ended up staying a month, the first day I arrived was late in the day. I was greeted by the manager who arranged everything and set me up in my apartment. Although it is a little bit older furnishing can be touched up a bit, it was clean and ready for move-in. It was Pleasant dealing with as I was on a weekly program. When it came to a light bulb meeting changed maintenance whats first class. And I must say the least of my expectations was they were just as good at checkout. So was 18 months under my belt of constant constantly moving in and out, this was the best experience. Highly recommend.

The office staff was the most honest Ive ever rented from in Phoenix. Pleasant, yet down to business. When I lived here (about a month in the fall of 2016), they stayed out of my business and even refunded my (small, required) deposit when I moved out. And they gave residents vouchers every Friday for free chicken from Churchs!The one young woman who was running the office (by herself from what I could see) was professional and efficient and fair. No frills, no surprises and the complex is run with out any bull.

2 nights with out cable. This is B.S. when they want there money for rent they kick you out. But when you ask them to get COX out here they dont. WTF... Better give us all a discount or something. Get it together.

I stayed here about 5 months. The room was adequate. All utilities included and free wifi. Maintenance has got it covered and everything is kept clean. The pool too! Secure! No bugs!!!! Recommended if in a pinch or only staying in town a short time. Close to everything.

Place is too expensive for the small living space. The unit is not up to par especially for the amount of money you’ll be paying! Bugs are there and staff are rude. Be careful with renting from them they can throw you out anytime they want without giving you an explanation of why. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. For that price you can get yourself a nice hotel with breakfast served!

Seemed clean At first glance but 2 days in noticed the bed bugs and lice infestation that wasn’t even covered up. Wouldn’t recommend for someone looking for a clean, quiet or safe short term stay. My rent was late 8 minutes !!! and they were threatening my 14 year old daughter she was being kicked out on the street. Rude nosey staff, nasty attitudes all the way around. I had to clean for 4 hours the day we arrived just to feel good about bringing my family inside!

This apartment complex condones and approves of drug use. Move here if you are an addict or if you want your children to be exposed to drugs. My apartment fills with the smell every day. Ive complained since late January. Talked to owner/managers main office for the first time this past week. They have been lied to by the office here that there was even Finally moving in 4 days but I came home from work just now. It is 4:12pm. Smell is imbedded in everything. This place is actually pretty decent. It’s a good price as well for it to include WiFi and all. Most places charge extra for that. Thought it would be run down but the pool is clean and nice. Overall the community is pretty quiet. Super gated as well. Can’t even get out the darn community without a key so it’s pretty safe and secure. Even has a super encrypted lock just to get into the laundry mat lol I like it here. Also not one bug in sight.

I had enjoyed my stay here until I had found my dream home! No bugs in site not one and I was here for months. Great landscaped loud people here and there but not often. They were friendly and they had kept the place cleaned. A little pricy during the snow bird time. But I would definitely stay again if it wasn’t so pricy. But definitely worth it!!

I just moved in 504 about 5 hrs ago and had a leak in my A/C unit. Called maintance and Jesse came out and took care of the problem very quickly. Thank you Jesse .. He was very professional and knowledge..about his job. Great maintance response for sur.. Sorry about my spelling.lol

We (my husband and I) stayed at the Thomas Street location.We were snow birds fleeing from the harsh winter weather up north. We stayed from Jan-March 2018.After looking all through Phoenix, we struggled finding short term lease options, needing just a few months lease, so we came across 4rentWeekly. I must admit I was nervous staying there at first because we only had google reviews as a reference.We got there on a Friday and by Saturday afternoon we were moving into our new unit. Staff was very honest and even allowed us to look through a few different units to pick the one we liked best. We chose a one bedroom unit, and we were very very pleased. It wasn’t The Plaza, but it was clean, and I’m a clean freak. No bugs, not one single one. I even bought spray just in case and never needed it. Our neighbors were friendly but most of the tenants kept to themselves. Everyone says hello, and was very friendly but minded their own business for the most part. We explored Az, The Grand Canyon, Vegas, and it was nice we could return “home” after traveling. Our unit was very close to Walmart and shopping, and laundry mat was right on our floor. The maintenance men were great and come ASAP when we did have an issue with our oven, they came within the hour and fixed it. The apartments housed many travelers, but some residents have lived there upwards of 4 years. It was nice too we were permitted to smoke in our units as we are both smokers as well. The units come furnished but the only advice I would share is bring extra linens and sheets to cover couches, that’s what we did, but again the furniture was clean, I’m just funny about stuff like that. My husband is very picky as well, and even he said “he would stay there again, hands down.” The front office staff was really helpful too, they told us where to shop, or places to check out, and when we paid our weekly rent, they would always chat with us and recommend places to eat or to steer clear of. They even allowed us to bring in a rental recliner for my husband as he has a back condition. We had two guest fly out to see the canyon and they said the place was great for what we paid. We are planning a trip back this fall. Hey, it’s a weekly rental, try it for a week. But honestly for what you pay for a decent hotel for a weekend you can stay here for a week, give it a try. PS Also as far as safety goes, it’s a gated key code entry parking lot, you feel safe, but of course as with any travel, lock your doors, and use your head. Overall, be respectful, mind your business, communicate with staff, and you will be fine.

This place was ridiculously bad. Theres a quite a bit to touch on so, Ill sum up each thing as best as I can.1.) The drugs: Everyone in the complex uses all types of drugs; even the older folks(60+). I usually wouldnt care if the smell wasnt so strong. No matter how much febreeze or lysol you use, the smell comes through the windows and vents and stays in the pillows, couches, and bed. Its incredibly overpowering and almost smells like feces.2.) The bugs: As soon as I moved in, I immediately noticed the dead flies and and roaches along the window and on the floor. I asked the office to send someone to clean the apartment properly and they sent no one. I cleaned it myself and didnt see anymore bugs until the day after. On the day after, you wouldve thought I was the roaches guest. It was to the point where I had to ask for another unit.3.) The women in the office: Blow off any requests for maintenance, open your mail, and just overall act dead inside. Especially the one with dark brown hair. I cant even begin to explain how many open packages I saw in there.4.) Maintenance: Rude and often leave your place a dirty mess for you to clean up after theyre done.5.) Neighbors: Super loud country, harmonica, and rock music everyday. Like I said before, I usually dont mind but its just ridiculously loud here.6.) Finally, the prices: Its really expensive compared to what you get. Youre paying about $320 a week for everything I listed above. Also, if you do have a nice or newly cleaned apartment, they will tell you to get out, ban you from all of their locations, and raise the price. Theyre doing this a lot these days so more than half of the complex is empty now. Yet, theyre still telling (mostly hispanic, black, and younger white) people that no units are available for them. So yeah watch out for that.This place is for you if youre a drug user or a best friend of roaches. I dont usually leave reviews but this place needed one...for all the wrong reasons.

My stay here has been quiet and stress free. Unlike Anchorage Pointe, Weekly rental central actually charges the price they advertise! No hidden fees or mysterious taxes. My studio is in good clean working order. Ive noticed the maintenance staff is always busy, yet unobtrusive. So far very pleasant here. Ive enjoyed meeting my neighbors and grilling near the pool. The MGMT is professional yet pleasant. This property is well run.

Palm shadows is a very nice property I lived there for a year and had no problems the lady Erica in the front office is always very helpful when needed very clean rooms and property. for the weekly price to include everything its a really good deal would definitely rent from them again.

I hope things change because my experience was not a good one. The woman working at the time, no longer employed, was extremely rude and diSrespectful when I went in for information. They are under new management so I believe things will be better.

I have NOT rented from this place. I simply called to inquire on cost and availability. I was responded to with short answers and it seemed the office dispatcher on the phone had better things to do than to answer phone calls. It was a male, although I did not get his name. He did answer my questions, but he sounded like a machine, responding with simple answers, no room for discussion. I was left not even wanting to ask to see the place. I cant imagine how the tenants are treated if a customer willing to pay is calling and receive such responses.

There is a roach problem and for some reason they dont hire a real pest control company to come take care of the problem they have one of their janitors come in and bait the place which consists of placing a few drops of something in a couple places in the kitchen and bathroom but it doesnt seem to help the problem. The hot water went out frequently and so did the air conditioner/heat. The apartment I was in did not look anything like the pictures they display but some of the units were nicely remodeled. There are a lot of loud and annoying people around especially in the pool area. The management seems to get enjoyment from kicking people out. The biggest problem I had with the place is the cockroaches. I keep a clean place but it didnt help several times I would wake up in the night to find roaches crawling on me in the bed its definitely time to find a new home when that happens. The one good thing I have to say is that they were good about refunding the deposit upon moving out.

Its an okay place theres alot of noise

This is a gated community which is an extreme plus. However, my second night staying here I was initially unable to enter the facility because my key card stopped working. I had to wait for someone to exit to drive-in on the opposite side of the gate.My first thoughts were the apartments are older but nice. The unit I stayed in had an extreme stale odor that was hard to get rid of. I cleaned with products that were scented and burned candles (The odor was never fully removed).I had to wait until a unit was avavibale because they had to clean it. There was a clean white square in the center of the tub. It was obvious that a shower mat had been placed in there...but around it was a dirt ring. It looked like the tub was possibility stained until I cleaned it myself.I have been here 5 days. 4 out of the days I have killed 5 bugs. Four in the back area near the bathroom (one the bathroom sink) and the fifth one in the kitchen! My week isnt up yet and Im praying that I dont see anymore but Im sure I will.

Caught agent coming out of office at 12:59 pm. I asked if I was too late, since sign on door said closed. She said we go to lunch from 1-2 pm. I asked if they had any apartments, she said No, maybe after 2 pm. Just a year ago was $179 week, now $279. Not even real ac. You get what you pay for except too high here, especially with the looks of the residents and attitude of employees.

Rude office people especially the guy my boyfriend and I called ahead of time about renting a place to see what all the information was needed before renting I drive over because my boyfriend was at work and the guy asks for my id and gives me a key to go look at the $281 a week unit it was clean and decent size I tell him ill take it and then out the blue he want check stubs not a problem I show him my boyfriends checks stubs then he tells me he has to be there also I explain to him that hes at work so he says the apartment will still be available come back then so we all head over after he gets off work and of course the $281 down stairs unit was not available he then gives my boyfriend the key to the $287 a week upstairs unit we open the door and were hit with a very sour and foul smell due to being desperate I said well we will just re-clean it and open up the windows for fresh air so we go back down and tell them we will take it and then he asks how many people we tell him 3 which is myself boyfriend and 8 year old daughter then he says they only allow 2 people in the 1 bedrooms having drove all that way twice in one day I was pissed that they didnt mention any of that either times on the phone besides prior to this the lady I spoke with on the phone a few weeks back said that only the suites had a 2 person limit but the 1 bedroom apartments was 3 the guy tried to say it was the fire Marshall code which is BS because weve stayed in hotels with just one bed and much smaller...He gives a card to their other locations which wouldnt work since its further from my boyfriends job and our schools terrible impression so dont waste your time with these people theyre not upfront about everything and customer service skills are terrible!

I arrived at 9am after flying in from Chicago and was met with a very unprofessional lady who told me very nastily, We wont be open till 10, we are in a meeting. I left and she promptly got up and put a sign on door. This was not my first encounter with her and that one was not positive either. She lacks customer service skills and should be replaced.

I am a tax professional and have been renting a apartment here for a month. I was late a day om my rent and was told that I need to leave for 24 hours and then I can come back. I have been through alot of horrible tramatic experiences this year. Even though I offered to pay a larger deposit and expressed my apologies. I was told I needed to vacate within one week. I asked if she could talk to the owner and she was unwilling to work with me. I am a good tenant and I am only living here because I have lost everything due to unforceable circumstances. I am just starting to get back on my feet. Now I am put in a situation where my personal well being and safety is at risk and I will continue to voice my opinion until the appropriate remedies are taken.

This is a cheaper place that rents like its in Scottsdale. The smoke and pot smell can be over-come. The water damage, mold, major wetness and humidity, leaks and dealing with waiting on maintenance to actually fix the walls/ceiling from water damage - that is ridiculous. And the 4th time it happened they finally moved us (they couldnt get us into an equally large and good condition unit for 3 months).We are now recovering from the mold in our lungs and bodies, and urge everyone to stay away from this place. Asked for refund- was told a few times they dont do refunds by front office. It turns out it is the complex that is in error- not so much the tenants above us- the complex admitted it was an old tub that needs replacing, and they saw the concrete slab broken that much of the leaking was come thru. These are issues that should have been resolved a few years ago- not last week!

I am blown away reading the reviews posted here. I have lived here over a year and a half and found the office staff nothing but courteous and professional. The walls are solid concrete in between Apartments so I dont hear a sound from the neighbors.
