They took all my information said they could help me out then proceeded to never call me back or answer any of my calls. Very misleading and inconsiderate since I was very stressed looking for the perfect apartment (which I found on my own) Thanks for wasting my time instead of being decent and at least telling meyou could not/ did not want to help me.

I highly, highly recommend Josh. Finding the right apartment/lease in Phoenix can get complicated very quickly. Team up with Josh - he knows the culture of countless neighborhoods and properties. His insight into the current rental market and our particular situation was spot-on! We chose a wonderful place within a week and easily saved hundreds of dollars in application fees. The satisfaction he gets from his work is evident and he was genuinely positive and responsive. Service beyond expectations, especially in these current times. Five stars!

Don’t waste your time with these people. They aren’t serious about helping you out. Just seem lazy & if they find you one place, that’s good enough for them and they don’t seem willing to look after getting ONE apartment that would be willing to work with you if you have so-so credit. I’ve been left hanging several days & had to reach out the following day to see if they even tried to locate any other apartments.

Glen is AMAZING!!!!! We were in Bend Oregon, had a very small window of time to work with. I called on a Thursday. He called me back Thursday night. Took the time to listen to understand what we were looking for. Assured me that He could help. Called me back Friday morning and refererred me to a great apartment complex that he was sure we would love. We got the place! Sight unseen which of course took a considerable amount of faith in His ability. After reading His reveiws before ever even calling I already knew He was the guy I needed. Needless to say when we got here phoenix we loved LOVED, and still love the apartment He found us!!!! Thank you Glen!!!!!!

She made this move so much easier for our new resident. Definitely made the move seamless.

Called to get help finding a house or townhouse. Josh went on and on about how impossible it is to get into a house and that they ONLY place people in apartments and that placing people in homes is a waste of their time! Misleading advertising! Waste of time!!... After posting this review the agent called me after 10pm leaving a nasty message about my review. Add unprofessional to the list!

I needed to find an apartment where my 86-year old mom and I could live comfortably within our budget. We have specific needs because of Moms situation, like ground floor for wheelchair access.I called two other apartment finders.The guy from Valley Kings was upset that I told him his first suggestion was not within the parameters of my desired living area and he never called me back as he said he would.The guy at Apartment Finders spent the entire conversation telling me how busy he was and arguing that I wouldnt find anything in my price range because he claimed rentals had doubled in the past year and a half.Then I called Apartment & Home Solutions and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! From the get-go Bob was wonderful--calm and confident that he would find something I felt was perfect for us.Bob and I began with a wide net, then focused on the area where I really wanted to live. Bob listened and always referred us to beautiful living spaces that were within the stated price range and had the specified amenities for our needs. Within a week and a half, we had found the perfect apartment--beautiful, spacious, secure, underground parking, with an elevator, a fantastic view, in the area where I wanted to live, and within our budget!Thanks Bob. I have consulted with Glen on & off, for over 14 years and he remains a Master Scout, through the vast world of apartment hunting! He is a Valuable Resource, keeping up with the latest apartment availability, amenities, income & credit requirements, deposit guidelines, etc. The Internet is useless, as most websites are not updated as to availability or other pertinent information you need before you apply.Most apartments that you call - you get an off-site call center person who doesnt even know which floors the available apartments are on.Glen gets 5 stars from me!! Caleb, who was our agent, helped us find the cheapest yet spacious place in a great neighborhood within 2 hours! They do work well within your budget and very friendly service. And its free!!

Havent had a very good experience with them. When I called to see if they could help me, I was told I was calling too soon to find an apartment for when I needed one. My apartment complex made me put in a 60 day notice, and I would have liked to know if I would have a place to live before I had to do so. I was told I would receive a call back in a few days. A month later, I am still waiting for a call back.

Gave a range up to 1100. Spoke to someone on the phone who never called back. Emailed them and texted - ghosted

I worked with Bob on a Saturday afternoon to find me a 1 bed/1 bath apartment within a specific price range. I understand and have dealt with relators before and know if you tell them your max budget most will look for places at your top budget. So I chose a price range that gave me some wiggle room. Im not from Arizona and found out right away that my price range was unrealistic to stay in a safe location which I told Bob was my #1 requirement. I called him 3-4 days later saying I could bump by TOTAL BUDGET up by $300. When I say total budget I mean base rent + utilities, electric, renters insurance, and internet. I wanted Bob to keep me informed about his apartment findings. He said he would call or email me, however, I found myself sending him 4 emails and 6 calls with NO RESPONSE in one week! Very unprofessional!!! I finally sent an email saying we need to meet or else Im done working with you and he FINALLY decided to respond back. He found me two places with base rent $150-200 over my max budget price. Also, when meeting with Bob twice a few of his co-workers came over and interrupted our meeting to tell him something he didnt think was important. If Bob cant make a pretty penny off of you (aka: high budget) he will put you on the back burner.

Im blown away. Caleb is the true king of apartment/home hunting. We had limited resources and credit to work with, and were told by other well known apartment hunters that we might be out of luck. Switched over to Apartment and Home Solutions, working with Caleb, and BAM! Were in a LUXURY apartment within a day. One. Damn. Day. Total miracle worker!! HIGHLY recommended. Dont even waste your time elsewhere.

We have used an apartment locator in the past and they werent even HALF as involved or intentional or helpful as Josh was for our apartment search! He was so incredibly patient, going through every single apartment option in the areas we were interested in and visited every single site with us while giving us his honest opinions on the pros and cons of each. He was professional and helpful and we just had the best experience looking for an apartment—when normally its an exhausting, time consuming search. We definitely recommend this place and are going to send everyone we know to Josh!

Dishonest business. Within two minutes of sitting down they suggested we go to a “guy they know” that can diagnose our pets as service dogs, just so that we would not have to pay pet fees or deposits. We made a choice to own pets, so obviously that comes with some extra fees, and I find it unethical that this business would suggest we get a fake diagnosis to get out of that.

I spent months looking for a place to no avail as I was denied by 4 places due to low credit. But I had good income, solid rental and job history, and no evictions, judgments or bankruptcies. I had never been denied before in 15 years of renting in 5 different cities. So I was completely disheartened and worried because I had to be out of my place in two weeks. I googled this place and stopped by on a Saturday. I met with Glen who was absolutely wonderful and within 15 minutes I had several great options to choose from. Im pretty picky and had a wishlist that I figured Id have to compromise on, but nope! Glen got me into the PERFECT place within an hour! Modern, updated, luxury, garage, in a very desirable area. It had everything on my wishlist and I couldnt believe how easy the process was! I only wish I hadnt wasted so much time and money searching on my own and went here months ago! Even if you dont have credit issues, this is the BEST place to start your home search. Glen had relationships with each complex and was able to get specials. And of course, after dealing with several other agents and property management companies, it was such a relief to not feel judged bc of my low credit score. Ive been working on it and they even offer a service to help repair your credit. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had in a home search, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place!

My wife and i walked in with a look of utter defeat..i recently lost my job anf now our home had to be sold..Glen saw the tears in my wifes eyes and told us it would be ok...He was right..he found us a very nice apartment and it removed the burden..instead of tears of sadness my wife was crying tears of joy.. Glen makes you feel safe and secure..he even went out of his way to meet us at the complex (which was about 20 miles away ) He walkec with us through the tour and answered all of our questions. I reccomend Glen 100 %

Really off to a bad start here. Found out they were open till 6pm drove 20 minutes walked up at exactly 5pm and the woman flipped the sign to close when I was standing in front of the door then she walked out and pretended not to see me and I said Excuse me it says you are open till 6pm Mon - Fri are you not anymore? She said well sometimes but I have to leave. Why let people find those hours online and post them on your door? Thankfully apartment finders on 16th St and Bell are true to their hours and welcomed us in at 520 when they close at 530! The woman here could have offered to at least set something up or tell me the days they are sometimes open till 6pm.

Genuinely helpful people, services are free but I did feel that past me being in their office little leg work was done.

If you have a lot of money to work with then they may be able to help you, otherwise keep looking.

I reached out in behalf of a friend, that had a restricted budget and an immediate need. Susan provided me with a wealth of knowledge and direction, which helped speed up the process. I only wish I had connected with her sooner. She is an expert in her filed and a class act.

Spoke with someone named Bob who scheduled an appointment with me and promised to send me some apartments to review. Never got any such information and even called the day before our scheduled time and was again promised he would send me information. Still nothing and I can honestly say this company feels like an utter scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Scammers ! Was working with a guy they call Bob, the realtor ! Yeah !
