Absolutely best apartment complex I ever lived in! If you put in a service request it was filled it was responded to within 24 hours and usually fixed. there were a few times they needed to order parts to fix something and kept me updated on the status of the part and had it fixed as soon as it arrived! Amazing location and and amazing views. The walls were also thick in our apartment, you could never hear your neighbors next to you or above you. the gym and pools at this complex are also amazing! 10/10 recommend living here

High cost to residents for low quality service. As residents we request better from Campus Leadership.Camden campus has issues with their Campus Management Systems and poor/ dismissive resident services. The following are my complaints about the advertised Luxury Living by Camdens North End Apartments:- Lack of campus security. The last 2 months of living at the Camden have been plagued with garage burglaries. Occurrences of theft being reported nightly by the community with slow response and corrective actions from the Camden campus.- Lack of pest control. Being on the 3rd floor I experience crickets, moths and cockroaches. Specific unit pest control has been issued for in apartment issues, however the campus in its entirety still has problems.- Lack of cyclical cleaning. Common spaces such as entry ways, elevators and community bathrooms are left uncleaned. Requests for specific attention to filthy floors and entries are not completed. Dog poop on every corner.Physical Spaces are gorgeous, good decor and amenities around the campus. Maintenance Team works well to keep the spaces repaired and service requests are under 5 business days to complete.

Amazing amenities that make you feel like your on vacation every day! Two pools, two hot tubs, even two gyms! Very clean no matter where you walk around. The people in the community are extremely friendly and the dog parks in the 6800 community are amazing. The units are extremely well insulated and you will not hear your neighbors above or next to you. The maintenance team is extremely fast at fixing any issue that has come up. This has been an amazing place to live so far and I highly recommend to anyone.

I am SO very happy to be a resident here at Camden North End! When I was looking for a place to live, I made a list of the things that were important to me to have in the home I was choosing to live. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful surroundings, exceptionally clean apartments, well maintained pool, several grilling areas, and a safe and clean workout center were just some of the things on my list. The leasing staff gave me tours of 3 different apartment models, which really allowed me to choose the best model for myself and my 2 dogs. The pool area is beautiful with its cabanas, spa, and lawn chairs. I live alone here and I feel extremely safe with our security gate as well as security doors on each building. I have met many great neighbors at the beautiful dog park and at the food truck nights that we have twice a month. I happily give Camden 5 stars!!

The maintenance guys here are always so helpful and nice! Huge shout out to Jesus for fixing my work order! He fixed it, and was very nice! Jesus and Jeff always help me out and are two really helpful and polite gentlemen. Everyone who works here are always so nice and helpful. We greatly appreciate the team here. :)

Stayed here for close to 17 Months. Folks at the reception are super cool and especially Alexis has been Awesome since the Day1 of our stay here at Camden. Maintenance crew are super quick in responding to our requests. Lived next to the Dog park and it becomes too noisy at times sometimes even at 10-11PM. Except this we dont see any issues during at stay. Would definitely recommend Camden.

Really glad I stopped by! I was passing through the area and saw this community tucked away. I decided to stop in to take a tour not knowing it was appointment only. When I got there, I called and spoke with Briana! She was very eager to help and was able to fit me in very quickly. After looking at the studio and one bedrooms, I decided on going with a one bedroom. After visiting so many different communities, I can say my experience with Camden and it’s staff has made my decision easy and I plan on submitting an application.

I have lived here for about 5 weeks now and its pretty obvious this is a great community to call home! Maintenance staff are fast, efficient and friendly, the grounds are extremely well maintained, and the office staff could not be more helpful. It is also great to have an apartment with its own community board to be able to chat with your neighbors. Location is also pretty perfect...within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and directly off the 101. So happy I decided on Camden North End!!

Ill lived here for about a year and I can say is a very nice community, the staff and the maintenance team is always very helpful and fix everything really fast. The amenities are really nice and the apartments too. I recommend this complex to everyone! Great place to live.

My first day here was an absolute nightmare, the apartment wasnt cleaned, whatsoever. From bugs in the ice drawer, food in the dishwasher to hair in the shower drain. It has only gotten worse with time.The last 2 years living here have been a nightmare. I renewed because my rent was not increased and a concession was given and did not want the hassle of moving during the peak of COVID-19. However, that was quickly proven to be a poor decision on my end.Ive never seen more crime in 8 week span at a community than I have here, and I have lived at many places through the East and West coasts.The rent increases residents are seeing this quarter are absolutely astonishing and do not coincide with the quality that this community offers. Im sorry, a 20-30% increase is not the norm or not bad for the area.The office staff (minus Carlea, who has been nothing but amazing since the beginning) mainly care about protecting the Camden name and not actually listening and helping other residents.I have had so many documented issues in my 2 years here including many tenant laws that are consistently broken by Camden that I decided to inquire about leaving my lease early as Camden is no longer a place that I wish to call home for myself or my family.I was told this was not a possibility unless I wanted to pay cancellation fees and pay back my concession, otherwise I must ride out my lease despite all of the problems that we, like many other residents, have had. Others are being let out of their lease with no problem, so Im unsure why the lease terms are not being held true for ALL residents. I was told by the Regional Vice President, Carter Powell that one resident was let out of their lease because it was the right thing to do. Is letting me and my family out of a similar lease not the right thing to do? Carter is who I emailed regarding getting out of my lease, and he did not even have the respect to respond yet had the Regional Manager, Dahnn Brown respond when she was only copied on the email for documentation purposes.Our concerns may be addressed in the public eye i.e the response Ill get to this review or on our Camden Resident Board but very minimal changes have actually taken place. In reality, it has been Camden Vs. a majority of the residents dealing with similar issues that I am facing.I am very much so done being told that the major issues here are not Camden specific as many of us here know that this is not true.I expect a very fake and distorted response to this review stating the above and everything possible to protect the Camden name and not do right by the residents paying their salaries. Its almost better in their interest not to respond at all.I would suggest looking around at other properties in the area. There are MANY that are brand new and higher quality within 10 minutes of here. I almost, beg, that no one call this community their home.

As a Camden employee I have really come to learn how amazing this company is and everything they do to go above and beyond for their residents. Camden North End is a perfect example of Camdens culture, teamwork, and family. We have a beautiful community and amazing residents. It makes me very thankful to be trained in the industry on how to treat our customers. The value of the building and the community feel it brings is unmatched. I am so thankful to be a resident and employee of such a great place!

Where to start? I flew into AZ for an impromptu job interview and only had 2 hours to spare to search for a new home before I took to the skies again. Thanks to Camdens extended office hours, I was able to take a peek around. Even though I arrived at the office just past 6pm, I was greeted with a smile and the energy of 8:01am (because it takes a minute for the coffee to kick in). It was Abbeys first or second day at this property, yet she didnt skip a beat in answering my questions or following up where needed. The entire application and rental process was paperless and a breeze. Im still in awe that other companies havent reached this level of simplicity. Move-in day was a simple as walking into the office, getting the welcome packet and keys, and receiving a tour of my actual apartment with maintenance to point out some key features. Service requests are a breeze because Jeff, Anthony and Nate do their best to resolve issues timely and professional...not to mention that they take care of the grounds like its their own back yard. Since moving into the community I had gotten to know Albert (come back!), Rachel, Celine and Alexis in the office very well. I always received a warm welcome and genuine interest in my well-being. Emotional intelligence is hard to come by in this world, but its on full display in the office. One day I took a stroll to the office on the day my great-grandfather passed away because they keep Werthers Candies on hand. He would always slip me some whenever I would visit, so they remind me of him. I mentioned this anecdote and the regional manager, who was in earshot (I didnt know who she was initially) overheard, and she gifted me the entire vase. That degree of empathy is unheard of. What could be possibly better than any of the things Ive mentioned so far? Pets of course! My puppy Kurry absolutely loves the staff and the areas he gets to roam around. There is never a dull moment in the dog parks on-site. Ok, maybe there is something better than the pets...the people in the community. Moving over 1000 miles away to an area with no friends or family was challenging for all of 3 days because I was welcomed with open arms by the actual sense of community that North End cultivates. From children to the more seasoned souls, I feel I have an extended family I never know I needed. Nothing I could ever write will explain this little patch of earth, so stop second guessing yourself and stop by. Tell them the neighborhood food scientist sent you!

Camden North End has an amazing staff!They definitely enhance selecting the best customer service. They helped my friend with a language into a new home and be very comfortable with the process! They were more than a patient! I recommend highly the people who are coming from out of state! To be comfortable in Arizona you have to feel welcome to your surroundings! And Camden North and has definitely given that hospitality.

I enjoy living at Camden North End. The team is great, grounds are clean and amenities are nice. The girls in the office are always pleasant to chat with maintenance is efficient and quick. Jeff always goes above and beyond when stopping by for my repairs and I appreciate him as well as the rest of the team. Thanks!

My husband and I moved here from the East coast and couldnt be happier with selecting Camden North End Apartments. We overlook the pool area which tends to be quite active, but we are fine with that. Residents are having a great time and our patio view is beautiful. The amenities are wonderful - great gym, yoga area, fire pits, cabanas by the pool, yard games, outdoor grills, garages/covered parking, small/big dog play areas, indoor mailroom, trash valet, & more. The residents are very kind and share a community page for apartment updates, items for sale, recommendations for businesses, etc. The office staff and maintenance staff are very accommodating and go above and beyond all the time. They truly want their residents to be happy and comfortable living here. The only downside is probably limited parking for those that dont have assigned spaces, and the spaces are geared towards compact-size cars. We highly recommend living here.

I just moved to Arizona from Arlington, Virginia and I am so glad that I chose to live at Camden North End. The office staff is exceptional and they were very flexible during the whole moving process. My Leasing Consultant, Abbey, and the Resident Services Manager, Carlea, were kind enough to endure multiple FaceTime tours, answer a myriad of my questions, and send me multiple videos of different floorplans. I am proud to say that I live and work for a company that cares so much about their customers. If you are moving to the North Phoenix area, I highly recommend Camden North End!

The staff here are some of the most professional and friendly people Ive dealt with. The rooms are well insulated, and sound pollution is kept to a minimum. However, Id avoid living next to the pool if youre really sensitive to noise. The complex is kept up well, and you get what you pay for. As the complex has filled up, it has become a little harder to find guest parking during prime times near your building (weekend nights).

I’ve lived at a few apartment complexes in my life but by far this one is by far the best one by far. The amenities are great, the office staff are prompt and polite. The maintenance team is great, always quick to respond, polite and always willing to go the extra step. My apartment is great. Being in a lot of complexes but thats my favorite. Jeff is the best maintenance man I have known if there was any problem he always came and helped me, even when my vehicle didn’t start he did everything to help me no matter what time, what the problem is he always here to help.

The Camden North End is by far the classiest, cleanest, quietest, and most well managed apartment complex in the area. The team genuinely cares about us residents and how they can further our experience here. They repaint and deep clean buildings when they need to be done, maintain the grounds, and make sure everything is running smoothly. The people that live here are at a higher sophistication and that makes a world of difference. When this place says luxury, they mean it. Thank you Camden and I’m looking forward to seeing all the new buildings once they are opened !

We really love living here! The apartment itself has lots of light, utilities that work well (finding a dishwasher that really works in an apartment is a godsend), and plenty of space. The staff is super helpful and very timely whenever we have questions or need . The complex is well-maintained and has great amenities - we love the dog park!

Another business using covid as an excuse to understaff their property and deny tours. What little staff there is appears to be unprofessional, I will search elsewhere.

Modern, new, clean and quiet apartments. Very close to shopping, theater, restaurants and quick access to 101 highway. 3 bedroom unit is spacious and very comfortable. Feels like we are in a resort...pool and club is better than what we have experienced in 5 star hotels. Staff - Abbey was very helpful and is exceptionally nice. Alexis was also very helpful. Highly recommend it.

I Just moved to this apartment complex two months ago and the manager, Jessica, the consultant, Abbey, are very responsive as well as the maintenance team and specially Jeff are all really amazing. This Complex is one of the best places in Scottsdale I have ever lived!

I will honestly say I hardly write reviews.I only write reviews if I had terrible service or experience. Terrible meaning I really want to warn people how bad it is... because as a person who has a business, you should never base off of someone having a bad day or one bad managed day. But Camden to me was an amazing experience and I want people to know how extraordinary they are because of their great service! The best of the Best Jeff Kisling. Jeff mounted our tv and helped putting up our curtains when we moved in. Always asked how we were doing because we moved in when I was pregnant and he always asked us how I was doing with our pregnancy to our birth. Etc..Jeff made our family feel at home and legit like family. I honestly feel terrible for writing this review so late because I feel like I owe Jeff more than a great review. If circumstances were right we would’ve stayed back for Jeff. He was always prompt, friendly, efficient, and the plus was making us feel like we belonged at Camden. I am beyond blown away by how amazing this community is. We just moved in a few days ago and already, I feel like we made the best choice in choosing this place. We narrowed our search down to a few apartments with Camden being at the top of our list (even though it was more than we wanted to spend for an apartment). We came from a nightmare of an apartment in Goodyear, AZ where everything you can imagine went wrong and the management had a defensive attitude with every problem you encounter. The #1 reason we decided to spend more and choose Camden was because of all the raving reviews about the staff and every interaction we had with them was extremely pleasant. I was never made to feel as if I was a hassle or an inconvenience. I will admit, sometimes I tend to be a very particular person and pay close attention to detail, especially when Im spending more money than Id want. The staff so far as never let me feel like I was expecting too much or that i was too high Maintanence. Moving in was went very smooth with Abbey handling everything that needed to be done and the Maintanence team, who made our apArtment so perfect for us. On move in day I got the keys and was explained everything. They even left us a cute move in gift of essentials that most people forget when moving, like toilet paper and hand soap. The Maintanence guy, Jeff, came by and asked how everything was and if I needed anything. He even helped me move two boxes that I was unable to lift myself. I have NEVER experienced a staff that went so far above and beyond.The apartment itself is so great too. Smaller than we are used to, but we got a corner unit and there is so much natural light that helps open up the place. So far, Im blown away and my wife and I wake up every morning feeling so excited to have found such an amazing place to live with a management team that truly cares about their tenants. It Ill update again after Ive been here 6 months or so.The only complaint I have is how far I have to walk to my assigned parking spot. Hahaha But thats just me being lazy.

I love living at Camden North End! I have been here since December and I have had nothing but an outstanding experience! The staff is all amazing and exceeds my expectations to providing a memorable experience of living here. I love that the complex is brand new, I love the interior of my unit. Also, the amenities are amazing as well! The hot tub is my favorite part because it is HUGE. I also love all of the community events that they host!

DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MOVING HERE!! This place does have some positives and negatives. The positive will be the construction on the units, the amenities, the location is nearby grocery stores, movies, restaurants, shopping and the highway.Negatives, especially if you have kids! This place is targeted for a demographic of younger professionals. That being said, there is no playground for little ones and not a kid friendly pool which will have loud music and people complaining on the Camden dashboard of it. It also has people who disrespect the no smoking community and smoke marijuana more often then not. You will likely see the property respond back with feedback on that there investigating or taking all the steps needed. There are many neighbors who express there concerns regarding a lot of issues on the lack of communication and false information from this place.Also, be aware that you will have to PAY FOR THE COMMON ELECTRIC BILL of your building which comes out to $30 to $50 on top of your own electric bill?! I was never told that when I renewed my lease of any changes. I don’t care if it states it in the lease agreement, it was never mentioned which makes it look shady especially after renewal on a 16 month lease. I have called over 5 luxury apartments nearby and even near Scottsdale who responded back on that they don’t charge that ridiculous fee.

WOW WOW WOW WOW.We love this place, from the moment my wife and I stepped foot in the office, the staff was unbelievably accommodating and helpful. Stayed past closing time to show us our unit. Now that weve been here for a little while, I will tell you the impeccable service and attention to detail the office provides is second to none. If youre looking for a unbelievable place to live, and a professional staff this is the place for you. Oh and did I mention they love pets.Thanks Camden North, you guys are AMAZING.

The apartments and amenities are absolutely beautiful! Resort living at its finest. Everyone is always so polite and friendly. Staff has always been very attentive to my needs. Maintenance is out working in the 110 degree weather every day and still doing a fantastic job. Very pleased!

At first, being brand new apartments, I had some issues that were really bothering me but I have to tell you these employees have bent over backwards to fix the issues. My little one and I have lived here almost a year, and it may be THE BEST decision I have made in life!! The management team, welcomes us as family each and everyday. My little girl is treated like an absolute princess and we both are showered with so much love. Our community here is now our family. The maintenance team: Jeff, Mike and Anthony are incredibly friendly and has gone above and beyond to help this mama out. My littles Jeep needed some mechanical help and Jeff far surpassed my expectation as a resident. We feel like we live in a resort where we hang out with family that we are BLESSED to be surrounded by. Hands down best Apartment Community on earth.

I cannot say enough good things about this property or its staff. It has been many years since living in an apartment and I have not been disappointed in choosing Camden North End. The property and its amenities are continually kept up and well maintained. Its almost like living at a resort. The staff (maintenance team, leasing team, construction team) are outstanding. They are warm and friendly and always willing to listen. You never have to be concerned about making suggestions, asking to have something fixed, corrected or changed. If you have 4 legged family members, they are very much welcomed as well. Thank you Camden (Albert, Rachel, Moet, Celine, Abbey, Mike, Jeff, Anthony and Tony and his construction crew.

Nice CommunityThis has really work well for me as I needed to be close to Mayo Clinic.The best Staff and helpful, A Shout out Welcome to Angel great Manager.I have always lived in a home first time in apt in over 30 yrs.So when I give my rating its base on the quick and professional attitude I experienced. So many positives to this complex! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the staff is absolutely incredible!! Choosing a new home can be difficult but every single person here at Camden North End has made it easy. Moet, thank you for dealing with all my questions and emails during the move in process. The pool is beautiful, the gym has everything I need, and I cant wait to see how the dog park turns out. I havent personally needed maintenance yet but I saw a resident in the hall asking for help and they seemed eager to assist. I hope you get the chance to experience Camden Living.

Its a gorgeous property, even though its still under development! The amenities are fantastic, including the best fitness center which includes a separate spin, yoga and TRX room. The entire staff of sales, management and maintenance are friendly, professional and quick to respond. They really make sure the residents have what we need and are comfortable.

These apartments literally have everything you need. All the amenities are offered, its very clean, and the apartments are absolutely beautiful! Their pool light cooled during the summer and heated during the winter, there are electric car charger and an amazingly awesome pool and club house, including a rideshare lounge 😎

Tried to go in today to get a showing but the girls here in the leasing office were in the back talking the whole time and never once came out to greet us or help us!! We left after 25 minutes and are disgusted that they obviously dont care or want to give anyone the time of day regardless of what their conversation was about.

They were very good about fixing the issues I needed in the end. Very nice apartments with great amenities and clubhouse is awesome.

Camden North End is very classy! There are endless amenities, including a resort style pool with oversized hot tub (which I LOVE), and there are cabanas, grills, fire pits and even tvs out there. Its amazing! There is honestly too much stuff to even list in one review but another GREAT thing Camden has that no other place does is a maintenance man like Jeff! Hands down the coolest, most down to earth, person youll ever meet! Hes had to come a few times and as a stay at home mom that can be pretty scary sometimes but with Jeff it was completely different. He came in and did his job (not to mention he did it well and in a timely fashion) and we carried on a conversation practically the entire time. No awkward silences or feeling like there is a stranger in your home. Jeff is absolutely amazing. Not only is he very handy, he is also a people person and takes time and initiative to get to know you which personally I found very comforting! The BEST place to live in Scottsdale!!!! MY husband and I recently moved to Arizona from Utah. We werent able to make a trip to look at apartments before moving so we rented an apartment here at Camden North End without even checking it out first. We were a little nervous because the photos looked too good to be true but we are BLOWN AWAY!!!! The apartment is so nice, new, and well built. Management really put a lot of thought into how they built and designed the apartments!The amenities are so incredible too. The gym is a really complete gym and cleaned daily (no need for a gym membership anywhere else), the pool area is sooo nice and clean, and we love the little added things like the food truck area, study rooms, uber lounge, etc.What we love most though is the management team here. Everyone is so nice and goes above and beyond to help residents out. We can tell they really care about creating a home and not just in it for money. Already we know we dont want to live anywhere else in Scottsdale but here!
