Danny and Cody helped me out today when I went in to get my phone screen fixed. They were really kind and hilarious, and made it an overall easy experience. They were fully masked up and had a lot of precautions so I felt safe despite COVID. I dropped off my phone, and it was ready for pick up in 30 mins or so with a new screen! Hopefully I won’t ever need to go in again, but if my screen ever breaks again, I know this is the first place I’ll go!

Jeff White, head of repair, was amazing!! He walked us through all of our options, fixed my daughter’s phone screen within 10 minutes, and even stayed open late since we came in right at closing time. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a phone repair.

I dont remember the name of the guy who helped me but his service was unforgettably impeccable!! We crack screens more often than we should, and I cant tell this isnt a brand new phone!! Excellent workmanship and customer service. Definitely coming back soon (unfortunately its necessary for us 😉)

The front desk worker was extremely rude, Jeff took forever on my repair, and the GM is responsible for all of the arrogance of this business. I do not recommend nor will I return. My laptop was fixed by Apple for $200 after a $600 quote from them. Then, my screen protector broke after a month of use. HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE quality. Use anyone else.

IFixOmaha at eagle run is great because they offer fast service and do a great job with my devices. I know this is one of their newer locations so there is hardly ever a wait which is convenient because Im always on the go and need my phone back asap! Thanks iFixOmaha.

They have done good job in the past for fixing phone screens. Recentley waited two weeks for phone to be fixed after they broke it more trying to replace screen. I understand it happens but they could honor the discount they promised me when they ordered the replacement parts. They did not keep their word for a discount for being without the phone for two weeks due to their trying to replace screen on original visit. Their hours of operation are not convenient since they do not open till noon. I will try the other guys next time i do need this type of service. They did not seem to care if they inconvenience you for multiple trips to the place of business for one phone repair.

WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. Took my brand new iPhone X in to get the screen fixed after it cracked and what a huge mistake that was. First time I picked up the phone I noticed my phone wasn’t connecting to WiFi nor was it getting reception. Later also noticed my Bluetooth wouldn’t connect. So I call up the store and they tell me to bring it in so they can look at it. Literally a hour later they call me and tell me to come pick up my phone and that everything is working. I pick up my phone and not only is EVERYTHING NOT WORKING but the camera and the ear piece no longer work. I paid $250.00 to get a fixed phone and it’s worse now then when I took it in!!! I’ve talked to every possible person there is to talk to. They won’t give me a refund or do anything else. What’s funny too is when I was standing in line to pick up my phone this last time a young lady in front of me was also experiencing the ear piece no longer working. Don’t waste your money!!! Take your money and your phone elsewhere if you actually want to get what you pay for and a WORKING PHONE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY

This place is my go to for Phone and iPad repair. Always great quality service and materials. These guys know their stuff! They also carry good quality cases and glass protection.

Samantha was honest and to the point when I went in to get a quote to get my laptop screen repaired. She looked the part up and ordered it on the spot. It came a little later than we both thought so I had to wait a few weeks after the part was in to get it replaced since in was at college but service and honesty were amazing!

Samantha is awesome. She provided excellent customer service and fixed my phone when another technician said he couldnt. I highly recommend using this location. This will be my ifix of choice from now on.

It is unlikely that you would be able to find a better run facility to get your iPhone or iPad fixed. I have used these folks several times in both locations both here and Cass Street. They have done an excellent job for both cracked screens and for other troubleshooting on my iPhones. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff appear to all be graduates from Ravenclaw and know their electronics inside and out! Highly recommended.

Would give you guys 0 stars. I took my pixel in and you guys could not replace the battery without breaking open the screen, adding $60 to my repair. Do not advertise you can fix Google products because obviously you cannot. I will take my business to your competition.
