Called every monday this month to get my bins. My bins got stolen or taken back by you guys.got a police report and everything. But everyone keeps saying I will get my bins or hangs up on me. About to show up at the office an figure it out.

I second the review of “they never answer their phone”! What is the point of having a phone if you’re not going to answer it? The longest I’ve waited for someone to pick up the phone is 45 minutes and still no answer, I couldn’t wait any longer. They also do not reply back to e-mails!

The trucks keep tearing my yard up and they act like theyre going to fix it but yeah I barely ever hear anything back from them worst company ever how hard is it to drive into an alley without driving into someones yard.
