They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very personable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was also happy that they didn’t charge an arm and a leg for the repair!!

Went in with a phone with a screen that went black. Had access to nothing. The gentlemen there were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. They looked up and saw that my phone was still under warranty and replaced the screen free of charge!! You guys were a lifesaver and will use you for all future issues!!!!

I was quoted $300 to $360 to replace my screen on my Note 10. UbreakIfix was so much cheaper. They were professional and quick and came in $50 less then anywhere else. Awesome service

Im sure our experience would have been lovely if the store had been open and was not closed for vacation. Wed driven in from rural NE in time for the 10 am opening. We thought to try the northwest store, but no one answered and havent returned our call in 3 1/2 hours. Calling ahead to verify store hours was not an option because there was no special message saying that either store was closed for vacation. Samsung recommended the place. We were very inconvenienced and disappointed. Several other (disappounted) customers arrived while we were figuring out our best move.

Dropped my work phone and booked service through the Samsung website. That part was easy and great. Then came the shoe drop. First I received a call about half an hour after booking to gather more info about my device and the service I needed... All was well until they informed me the quoted price was wrong and they were going to increase it by over 16% - even though there was no change in scope of services or misrepresentation in the quoting process. Im sort of over a barrel though because I need my screen fixed and theyre the local team recommended by the manufacturer.Then I show up to the appointment for the repair of the device and find out they cant replace the screen because the phone has some of its settings locked by my employer. Not that they cannot use the passcode to get to the home screen but that there are more advanced tests they have to run before changing out the screen that they cannot do without developer access rights. Long story short not only did they not stand by the online quote for services they ultimately wasted my time by having me drive across town to tell me they wont work on the phone.

I drove 95mph East on I-80 to get home so I could write this review. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the efficient process at this location. The staff saved my skin and my job this afternoon by fixing my phone before they closed at 5pm. Thanks guys for your speedy turnaround and friendliness today! I owe y’all a beer.

My daughter locked herself out of her iPhone. Walked in and was treated with great respect and total professionalism from the start. They explained what would need to be done and how long it would take. Called us with in the said time frame that it was ready for pick up. When we got back to the store, we were greated right away and made sure that my daughter was able to get back into her phone and that everything was working. The guys were amazing. 10/10 call customer service.Didnt get my phone repaired due to the price being higher than my phone was worth (the phone itself was a super cheap one).But the gentleman I talked to was one of the most helpful Ive ever talked to about this stuff. Explained they would have to order the part, exactly how long it should take to get in, made fun conversation about the phone and his experiences. Made me laugh. It was just a delightful call and never once made it seem like I was a nuisance for asking questions.

Seriously everyone here is amazing!!!!! They are incredibly nice and kept me updated on my kids ps4 and switched! They let me know what was going on and were super respectful and knowledgeable! No bad things to say about them! I highly highly recommend!!! Will be a repeat customer!

Brought my Samsung cellphone for a Samsung insurance fix. (Previously I reported the phone and made the insurance claime and selected this uBreakiFix as the repair location.) I dropped my phone off and it was fixed and ready in two hours. Way better than sending my phone in the mail for repair.

Best place for Samsung repairs! I had a cracked screen, 2 hours later they replaced screen, and installed new battery! Best price I found compared to 2 other phone repair places as well. Very clean office, professional and easy to work with! I wouldnt go any where else if you have a Samsung device!

Do yourself a favor and get your repair done anywhere but here. I suspect the company is trying to overcharge as they refused to honor the promised price. I came into the store to have a screen repaired. Each time I spoke with a rep from this store they gave me a different reason why they wouldnt honor a price I had documented and qualified for and had me jump through different hoops with Samsung. I wasted 3 trips to this store and each time received different information that all lead to dead ends. Since each time an employee gave me a different solution and none worked I can only say that they have no idea what they are doing or how to work their systems. I tried all of their so called solutions and none of them worked. Their final solution was to try and charge me full price. Communicating with your employees is equivalent to talking to an ATM machine. After spending hours with this location and Samsung I can only say the experience was the worst Ive ever had from anywhere.And yes, I did fill out the correct online forms and followed the links provided by the store that all ended with the same result that they refused to honor the pricing that I was promised. I suspect that the company was trying to overcharge and is using their promotions as a means to bait and switch their customers.I spent a lot of time in their office this weekend and from what I witnessed from interactions with other customers that adds to my suspicion. I believe there has to be much more reputable and helpful companies than this one so I recommend trying anything but UbreakIfix first.

Visited 3 different T Mobile stores and they were no help with my Samsung S21 SIM card issues. uBreakiFix had it working in less than 30 minutes.

The screen had cracked on my son’s iPad & they fixed it perfectly within 24 hours. They were quick, polite, knowledgeable, & very friendly. Their prices were competitively reasonable & I’d definitely use them again should I ever need to in the future (but hope not to have to!).

My wife took my Note 10 in there because I wasnt able to get my phone to charge. Was prepared to pay for a repair. Turned out there was something small in the charger port and they were able to get it out and fix my phone. Didnt even charge me at all. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Service was great! The cost to repair our cracked pixel screen seemed high at first, but we decided to go with a trustworthy repair. They also replaced the battery and top speaker so we feel like we got a lot of value out of what we paid. Definitely would come back for any future needs.

A year later my phone screen needed to be replaced again. Within my phone, the plates were missing and screws were lose. But they wanted to pass the buck and not accept any level of responsibility. 90 day warranty. They felt like plates are not necessary but then wouldn’t share if they were missing. Yet the technician I went to today prioritized getting plates back into my phone and in the meantime put electrical tape in its place. Disappointed by the level of transparency and care by this company. I expect better. I am sure I am one of very few incidents that occur, but it occurred and didn’t feel they took a “make it right” approach.

I took my iPhone there to get a shattered screen replaced. The representative was very professional, knowledgeable and they were very responsive. They had my phone fixed with a new screen, case, and screen protector In less than 2 hours. They use high quality materials so the phone looks and works like new!

I needed the back glass repaired on a Galaxy S9. This was the only store in Omaha that had the replacement piece in stock. Service was fast and friendly and the price to repair the glass was reasonable. My only complaint was that they asked for my number to call if it was finished early and they hadn’t. The nice gentleman that checked me out was very knowledgeable about the products and made great suggestions for a new phone. If I ever need my phone repaired again, I will return to this location.

The technicians are knowledgeable. My PC was fixed in a few days. Their office was not only secure but they also were taking the recommended precautions for COVID-19. I work in the IT field and I would definitely recommend this shop to my coworkers and friends.

Best customer service possible! My iPhone would not turn on due to some minor rain water damage. I had already purchased a new phone but simply needed to access thousands of photos that were not backed up to the cloud. They ran a FREE diagnostics test to determine the problem of why my phone would not turn on, disconnected water damaged part and just like that I have access to all past photos. To top it off when I went to pick up my phone they tell me the fix is FREE and there is no charge because it was such a simple fix. They didn’t have to do that and could have easily charged me because they did in fact fix my phone. In short I will never use another phone repair shop again. Honesty and integrity go along way in my book. Thank you!

My Google Pixel XL needed a display and battery replacement. uBreakiFix repaired it within hours, used original equipment Google parts, and did first-rate work. There was an issue to be resolved in our communications concerning the repair, and what was to be done, and they met me more than halfway in settling the matter. They were honest, reasonable and ethical. If I need any cell phone repairs in the future, I will definitely go to uBreakiFix West Omaha again.

I went in to get my phone looked at as the charger wasnt working. They took a quick look and realized it was pretty dirty inside the charge port. They cleaned it (for free) and gave it back to me. They advised I continue to monitor. Super quick and helpful and didnt try to trick me into paying for a service that I didnt need. Honesty goes along way.

First time I have ever cracked my iPhone screen under the screen protector. These guys were awesome and very helpful! They had my phone back in 2 hours with a new screensaver!

I broke the phone screen on my pixel 2 and the technicians were able to fix my phone extremely quick. When I dropped off and picked up my phone they were extremely professional and kind. Bee helped me out at the counter and was very good at explaining the process to me. I would recommend this business to anybody. While in the store it looked like they fixed everything from phones to laptops that have any ailment from viruses to broken parts. I was worried about the 30 minute drive to the store, but it was well worth it.

This place is amazing. I had a broken Galaxy S9 for a year. I called Ubreakifix today, and was able to get a same day appointment. The cracked screen was replaced in an hour and a half, and they told me that they had replaced the battery also! The phone looks as good as new!I am embarassed I waited so long to come get this done.I saw Chris today, and he was awesome. Lifesavers!! Completely restored my Samsung phone after a strange Beta Blip blocked updates. They were super helpful and professional. Only needed an hour or so to do it too. If you werent aware this company is a certified Samsung Care professional so theyre highly recommended if youre Samsung owners that have needs. Verizon customers if you are utilizing your extended warranty or Insurance I highly suggest you request using these folks. Only about 10% of the Verizon reps and techs are aware of this as an option. They can build a phone from parts they are that good.

These guys are fast, accurate with how long theyll take to do and got the job done right. I have to disclose i did not pay for the service as they are running a promotion to help first responders but i probably would of still gone there even if i did. Thank you everyone at the uBreakiFix team.

Although my merchandise was too old to get parts and be repaired, the staff was very nice and explained the situation well. They retrieved a DVD that was stuck inside the unit because it would not come out and didnt charge me for the labor. They also were able to get a tiny piece of plastic out of my tablet power portal for me so I didnt have to buy a new one. Great experience all the way around.

Great experience in the past with cell phones. Just took my MacBook Pro for a new battery, was under $300. Battery was recalled by Apple so should have been free, but Apple wanted $1475 to fix liquid damage before replacing battery. The computer worked fine, all I needed was a battery. Thankfully uBreakiFix replaced the battery.

I had a stellar experience at U Break We Fix in west Omaha, we were greeted as soon as we entered. There was a rattle every time I hit my I-phone home button and it was driving me crazy. After taking it back to look at it, shortly after it was brought back out and fixed like new, there was no charge and the employees were professional and nice. Would definitely recommend.

My sons Xbox suffered the Black Screen of Death We tried just about everything we could find on Google to fix it ourselves, But nothing worked. So we googled places near us and found this wonderful business!From the first phone call to the last transaction at pick up...only 1 day later ! I made an appointment here yesterday because of so many positive reviews. The location was a little out of the way for me, but it was well worth it! They called to remind me of the appointment and quoted the cost before any repairs took place. They also offer a 90 day warranty on screen repair. I was originally going to get the screen fixed on my iPhone XR but it turns out the screen protector was cracked not the screen itself. Instead of taking my phone back and charging me for a new screen they pointed out it was just my screen protector and saved me HUNDREDS. Could not recommend these guys enough. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. I’m going here for all my future repair needs!

Answered my phone call, when I wasnt sure if my appt booking went through. Clare was helpful and answered all my questions. I would have given them a 5 except they acted surprised when I showed up for my appt, asking a lot of questions again. Maybe thats standard, I did ask if they would replace my battery but did not see a note about it on my bill. For Covid CDC rules I think they did awesome, difficult when you are obtaining info from the car and picking up.
