Completely unprofessional, would never willingly go to this franchise again.I broke my phone screen and under Verizon’s warranty, filed a claim to get it fixed at this franchise. The store I made my “appointment” with was apparently closed Saturday and Sunday which did not show up when I scheduled online, I only found this out after presenting to the store and finding a homemade sign. I returned Monday to finish my task, again the store was closed without any information as to why. I called a different location, which said yes I could come in to have my screen repaired. Okay when I arrived, the only man in the front helping customers was obviously completely high. After a painfully long wait I was told they couldn’t assist me as my “appointment” was with the other store.All in all, a complete waste of time. I never post reviews but this was so completely ridiculous it is warranted.

These guys were great. They made a follow up phone call. The place is very professional, super clean. I felt like I got a good deal. The price was even a little better than a couple other places in town. Definitely recommend.

I have no idea if they can actually fix something, but their customer service is poor. Went Friday just before 6pm and was told they close in an hour and couldnt really help me. I asked what I needed to do, and he said to bring it in between 10-4 and theyd fix it same day.Went back at 1145 today and I get told that they dont have the part. Not sure how he knew because my phone never left my pocket and he certainly hadnt diagnosed anything. He told me that I should have called first.Maybe good help is hard to find, but this was 2 different people who both have for customer service skills.

Aside from the fact that Google took forever to confirm a very simple warranty repair, the store and staff did a great job taking care of things.

I was greeted and helped quickly and efficiently. I was told the work would be done within 4 hours. I was notified my phone was ready (after only 2.5 hours). Phone was good to go!

I happened to have an unfortunate break on my Samsung S20 Ultra screen. Brought it in the next morning when they opened and was complet within 2 hours. Not only was this top notch Samsung quality service. Definitely good at what they do.

They let me borrow their phone to call the Samsung insurance and fix my claim.Helpful and patient.Samsung insurance is a pain to make a claim. The website doesnt work at all, so you have to call. Then you have to wait half an hour listing to the robotic voice tell you over and over to go to the web site ( that doesnt work) eventually a person will get on the line and ask you all kinds of questions about your phone, as if they dont already know exactly what you have. Then you have to select the uBreakiFix as the repair location and you can drop your phone off and it will be ready in two hours!

My foster dog broke the screen of my one month old Google Pixel 4a. Id received a quote from another company in Omaha of over $200 to fix it. They also said theyd need to order the screen, so itd be a few days. uBreakiFix replaced it for under $150 and within 1.5 hours. Very pleased to have my practically brand new phone back to looking brand new so quickly! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Honestly I think my Nintendo Switch came out worst then it came in. I took it trying to get a water damage repair, they did get it to turn on but now it just turns off when it wants to. Also they charged me for something I never asked for, they apparently fixed the joy-con rails but they are so loose now and come off easily. Terrible.

My Samsung note 10+ screen broke and I already knew this would be expensive with this type of phone but went looking around found ubreakifix online and tried the one in Des Moines, IA. with an appointment they told me they were sorry but didnt have time with all the walk-ins they had. I was not happy as a drove over an hour for service and got turned away. Tried again but this time the store in Omaha on Farnam st. This time I received EXCELLENT SERVICE. Done within 2hrs!

I had two hard drives that had broken PCBs on them. Schrock wanted $400 to swap the BIOS chip out between them and their donor boards so I could use/recover the data off the drives. These guys charged me $50 and Im not getting data off my brothers hard drive that failed in 2010. I want to especially thank Nolan for helping me out and getting the job done over the course of a few days. I didnt rush him and Im glad he didnt rush as Im sure it took some learning.

Got run around all day today. First Google recommend I work with UBreak to fix my phone since they are contract/authorized with Google. West Omaha UBreak near my house doesnt have the replacement parts. I was directed to this location as they have the only parts available. After getting in contact with this location. I left my device thinking itll be taken care of. Got a call later in the evening that they cant fix it and Ill have to go back to dealing with Google SMH... so its back to Google again.

My charging port was a bit dirty so my iPhone would not charge. I was worried it would be a costly repair, but the folks here cleaned it in about 5 minutes, did not charge me, and informed me on the replacement cost. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service, came in kind of knowing what I needed fixed on my Samsung Galaxy S10+. The employee gave me prices on the spot, the time it would take (which was accurate), and even checked to see if the items they needed were in their stock to do the repair that day. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would suggest everybody to go here especially if you have a Samsung.

They fixed my samsung screen back to new! Super helpful people answered all of my questions. The manager even offered to stay late in case i wouldnt be able to get back to the store by closing time due to my work schedule. Luckily, I was able to get it picked up before closing but really appreciated the customer service they offered!

I had gotten my phone screen fixed faster than I was quoted, and the quality is excellent. Very knowledgeable staff was able to answer every question I had. it was a Samsung and it even came with a new battery. Highly recommend this place!

I brought a friends HP computer here to get fixed. First red flag shouldve been when they said they were HP certified which usually means they have specific instructions by HP to not do any component level fixes and just broadly replace parts to artificially inflate repair costs, much like Apple certified repair experts.I had opened up the computer before-hand and essentially gave them my diagnosis of the PC when I dropped it off, which I couldve used it to fix the computer myself but unfortunately lack the voltage, soldering stations & rework, and microscope equipment to do so. After about a week they got back to my friend saying that the entire motherboard was shot, which blew my mind considering what I saw when I opened up the computer didnt even remotely indicate that and that there was no hard drive and it was missing. This sent my friend into a frenzy as he had very sensitive client information in his storage that needed to be recovered at all costs and, since I had worked on my friends laptop before taking it there, it immediately made me the prime suspect in misplacing or taking it.So after an entire day of questioning my sanity about what couldve happened to the hard drive in his computer I eventually come to find out that there was never a hard drive missing at any point. They literally couldnt even identify a M.2 NVMe drive, right there sitting on the motherboard. Im astounded by the incompetence of this place. I dont even want to know what their methodology is for diagnosing computers here and how much unnecessary expenses my friend was charged. What a joke.

So friendly and great manager at location inside Nebraska Furniture Mart. A first laptop I bought died within 2 weeks and they did their best to help get photos off but the hard drive was dead. He made this unpleasant experience with buying a laptop much easier with his willingness to help. In the end Nebraska Furniture Mart gave me another one of the same model so Im setting it up now I would totally recommend uBreakiFix Jason was awesome.

I had my battery replaced two months ago and it doesnt even last a day with moderate use. It didnt last right from the start so I tried a factory reset and nothing changed. I tried sending a message through their website but I got no response.EDIT: Thank you for your quick response. Due to your location change. I will visit your west Omaha location hopefully next week.

So far the first day of having my screen fixed. I had a crack that went through at an angle from corner to corner. They replaced my iPhone 7 Plus screen with in 30-45 minutes. The sales rep was really helpful and honest. Answered all my questions, he even went ahead and salvaged my old glass screen protector. So now my new screen has that added protection lol. It’s nice knowing I have an apple screen which comes with the factory warranty. Otherwise you can buy a generic third party screen for cheaper but it only has a 45 day warranty. If you don’t care then that’s great because they also price match and then take $5 off the matched price for the generic screen replacements. All together though it was a great experience, the rep was cool and made everything understandable. I really appreciated it, thank you Ryan M.!

Great service by the Omaha location. I thought my pixel needed a new battery and charger port. Once the techs opened my phone up they informed me the phone just needed a new charge port. A simple factory reset has fixed the battery life issue. $85 to fix my phone versus $600+ for a new. If I ever need phone repair in the future, I will use uBreakiFix!!!

This place has it all, price, quick repair time and great friendly customer service. Since the first phone call all I had was great customer service, affordable price, compare to others big difference and super fast, it took only 2 hrs Is like I get a new phone. My experience at this Ubreakifix location was excellent!!! 5 STARS!! They were able to do my repair while I waited!! And they replaced the screen on my NOTE 9 for only $29.00!! Jason and his staff were extremely courteous and continued to keep me updated throughout the process. Im sure I was bugging them.(its so hard to be with out a phone for even an hour) While I was waiting I witnessed several interactions with other customers, including an elderly woman having issues with her laptop. I didnt even know they did laptops. Jason was so patient and had to explain things many many times. I hope that when my mother goes places that she is treated like this. You can very much tell that they really love what they do. Bottom line is that I would very much recommend this place to everyone that need something fixed.

When my Pixel 3 back glass shattered, I was worried that fixing it would take weeks. uBreakiFix had a replacement in stock and had it ready for me in 2 hours. Incredibly awesome.Be aware; they require a factory reset on your device to make sure youre privacy isnt compromised. Annoying, but worth it since Google makes restores easy.

Extremely professional. My S9+ I had dropped it under my car seat. I couldnt get to it so I moved for chair forward a bit, it basically destroyed my phone. I didnt even think the phone was repairable. UbreakIfix took care of it in a hour and thirty minutes, the pricing was good too and they are certified by Samsung.

These guys are fantastic! Before I left my phone with them they gave me a quote and estimated time. Two hours later my phone was ready. They explained to me they accidently quoted me the wrong price, but they wouldnt charge me more than what I was quoted. They are much more reasonably priced than other places in town and nothing beats great customer service.

They were very nice and fixed my phone when the screen was cracked, it took about 2 hours and cost a little over $200. The screen was good as new when I got it back, but the vibrate function on my phone didnt work. I brought it back and they said it worked when they gave it back to me (which I know it didnt because I noticed it didnt vibrate when I typed on the keyboard which it normally does, but u thought they just turned that function off. But then I realized when I set the ringtone to vibrate only it wasnt working) anyways they said they needed to order a part and it would take a week to get it in so I brought it in when they got the part, waited another 2 hours for them to fix it and when I got it back the fingerprint recognition wouldnt work... so I walked back before leaving the store this time and asked why it wasnt working, they said the piece must not have gotten plugged in right when fixing the vibrate function and it would take 20 minutes to fix. Finally when I got it back it works like normal so far but took 3 different visits. They were super nice but after all that hassle Ill probably go somewhere else if it happens again.

If you are looking for Apple product repair service, do not use these guys. They dont know what theyre doing. They are nice people but after losing 2 weeks of productivity and getting the runaround for days, I feel its important to warn people not to go here if they have Apple products. I would have had more respect for them if they just would have told me from the beginning that they didnt think they could fix the issue vs trying to fix something they had no experience with and pretending they knew what the issue was, and ultimately breaking it.I have actually been here a couple times to successfully repair screens on a couple of android phones in the past and was very happy with the service, however that all changed recently when I brought in my Macbook Pro with a battery issue. If you own Apple products- you should be aware that this company is NOT Apple Accredited. They are NOT a certified Apple Repair Center- I heard they used to be but they lost their accreditation and I learned why, the hard way.My Macbook Pro was working fine- I just had a battery error and they said I needed to replace the battery which seemed like an easy enough request. A week later, the battery was in, I brought in my machine and had it back at the end of the day. Completely dead. They claimed they didnt have a charger so they couldnt charge it to test but to take it home, charge it overnight and it should be fine. I did that- It had less than 1% battery in the morning and wouldnt boot so I brought it back in. They said the battery was fine and that it was probably my charger that was the issue. They later they said that they had another computer brought in that was similar to mine and they swapped out batteries and the other one worked so they decided the new battery was defective. So a few more days wait as they ordered another one. Got the new battery in and ended up getting the run around for 2 more days as they were Waiting for the delivery or working on an OS issue. They kept saying they would call me to let me know what was happening with my machine but I never got a single call or update. I always had to call them after the times they promised to communicate had passed. I finally went in and they said that they worked on it all night but cant get the OS to work and they think my hard drive suddenly became defective. At that point I was fed up and asked them to return my machine. They then said that if it was found to be defective that they would replace it for me at cost- not charge me labor. I took it to an Apple Certified Repair Center- they diagnosed it with this:1. The batteries in my legacy machine actually can be replaced but you have to replace the entire housing because its attached- Ubreakifix had pried my old battery off the housing and glued in a different one so it clearly wasnt a genuine Apple replacement part.2. My hard drive was completely destroyed. Unresponsive. Likely due to physical trauma- like being hit while the other techs were trying to pry the original battery off. I lost all of the data on that drive. (thankfully, I had backed everything up prior to bringing it in)At that point I had the new repair center give me the new battery and I returned it to Ubreakifix and asked for a refund which they were smart enough to give to me, no questions asked.I dont usually write bad reviews, but this experience was so awful I wanted to warn people to beware on Apple products with this company.

I smashed my S8+ plus on my bathroom tile floor. The oled and glass broke. So essentially the display would not work at all. I took it in and they fixed it in about an hour. Everything looks great and works perfectly. The price was fair and the workers were friendly.If you have a Samsung phone, then I recommend getting your phone fixed here, as I believe they are the only certified Samsung repair service in Omaha.Thank you!

I purchased a new screen for them to replace on my iphone within 10 minutes of leaving store it was cutting out and touch sensory was lagging. They offered to replace under warranty. Then i get it replaced and the screen wasnt installed properly and when i dropped the phone with a case even on it from about 2 feet of the ground the screen seperated from the phone and shatter. I am responsible now to pay for a new screen when they didnt even install it properly.I want to go back and put a slight change on my review. I spoke with someone named Dustin and he offered to fix the screen free of charge. Never was my intention to receive another screen, (was gonna go somewhere else hoenslty) but i appreciated what he did and i will more than likely go back just because of that.

UPDATE I GOT MY PHONE BACK AND SO FAR SO GOOD ITS WORKING LIKE NEW AGAIN I WISH THEY WOUOW HAVE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THEY RECEIVED A BAD BATCH OF PRODUCT INSTEAD OF LEAVING ME IN THE DARK AS TO WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG TO FIX MY PHONE BUT NO COMPLAINTS PHONE IS WORKING GREAT!!! NOW A 5 STAR RATING FROM ME pretty frusterated they seem like nice enough people i made an appt to take my phone to them on a sunday actually droppped it off the night before they said by thursday i should have it back since its a google pixel and theyve had alot come in with the same issues.. well its now saturday a week later and i still dont have my phone back.. i understand running out of parts whatnot but next time i have an issue if they dont have the parts right there i will not leave it there i will have them call me when the parts are available.

Called to have my battery replaced. It took 5 separate trips to NFM to get done. (Things like: on the phone they tell me they can get it done today. I show up 20 minutes later and am told - no they cant actually get it done today) They did get my battery replaced eventually, but now my camera has two black spots in it and it needs to be re-taken apart and cleaned. Overall a negative experience for me.
