I had called and visited a number of Car audio stores. Jesse was the most knowledgeable with a high energy attitude. He said we can do anything.I took my 2011 4Runner in for a new Android Auto Receiver and back up camera. Could not be happier. Not only is it integrated with the steering controls but it gives me real time data from the cars onboard computer.He was able to mount the back up camera in the same location as the factory camera.Hats off to Jesse and his install crew.

Staff was friendly, however when I got my dash cam put in ironically my rear view mirror falls off the following day with a chunk of glass missing and now I have to get my windshield replaced, it also took them two and a half hours to put in my dash cam versus the hour they told me it would take. Would not recommend.Thank you JT for the remarkable customer service and making this situation right. Love my new windshield.

I called them to install a remote start in my vehicle. They were very knowledgable and explained my options in a clear and concise manner. Later on they called me and told me my car already remote start and all I needed were remotes to use it. I bought this car used and had no idea.Another shop would have charged me full price for a new remote start and not told me but they were honest and fair. I havent done a lot of business with them but Im impressed and definitely think its worth your time to go here.

I took my car in at this shop Inphase Audio because my cars radio (2009 Mustang GT) just suddenly stopped working. The wiring done on this radio was botched from the person who installed it. Everything was wrong with it pretty much. They took a look at it and figured out what the problem was asap. Took them no time at all to fix the wiring and get my radio working again. Some real professionals here. 10/10 would come back here to get any audio done on any of my cars.

Jesse was awesome actually explained my problem and what would fix it and got me in the same day. I would recommend going here over the Stereo West or Metro Audio dynamics. Smooth process.

Had them install a remote start and alarm kit on my truck. Experienced issues from day one, the alarm would go off after about 45 minutes from arming it, then agsin randomly until i drive, then the cycle repeats went in and they told me the computer in the truck that controlled the door sensor was more than likely bad. Tested the computer, computer tested fine. Went back in and was told the same thing, even after explaining the truck computer was fine. Took it to a different shop to see if they could diagnose it and was told that it was wired to poorly for them touch. Called inphase and once again explained the situation. The person on the phone was not helpful to say the least, he then told me he would go talk to the tech who did the install and would call me back in a few minutes. 3 weeks later and still no call back. Took it to another shop, where they fixed the issue of the alarm not being wired to the bad computer at all, just some lazy hack of a bypass to avoid having to take the time to wire it to the computer. Which fixed the first issue, but the alarm still randomly goes off after a few hours, just like the day i got it back from inphase. Horrible customer service and installation. Wouldnt trust them to reconnect a battery at this point. Hack shop at best. Wires are run all over the place, absolutely no pride in the install whatsoever. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Had them fix some door wiring today. Theyre always on top of it. Had me in and out probably within an hour. Only place Ill go for car audio.

Inphase Car Audio helped me fix my Bluetooth in my car. I explained my problem to the car dealer and a couple other audio places. The other places responses: We can charge $159 just to look at it, but the radio probably needs to be replaced OR we can take out your system and ship it to New York for repairs. But Inphase fixed it in a few short minutes no problem! And they were super nice and friendly about it! I highly recommend!!

Brought all my JL Audio gear from my 14 Ram 1500 and had these guys install it in my 2020 Ram 1500. The quote started with Jesse, asking my needs and going over the details of the install, how to get the best sound possible with my current gear. Once all the details were decided the install appointment was made. Being from Columbus, this install had to be done in one day. Willy was up to the challenge and did an excellent job getting all the work done. He ended up staying about an hour and past closing to get it done. I would recommend them for all you car audio needs.

So without going in to the details I did have a small issue with my remote start system but they way it was handled and the way they took care of it was extraordinary. The customer service I experience was some of the best around. I spend my day making customer service success stories at my job and the way this was handled would rival even some of my best days. Because of this I definitely plan on recommending this place to anyone I know and returning for any other car modifications I may need.Side note: Some other aftermarket car modification retailers in the area have a bad habit of talking down to their customers that are not knowledgeable about cars. I never once felt this was the case here. I felt respected and appreciated as a customer even if Im not the most knowledgeable about car audio systems and cars in general

They installed a remote start to my wifes car and did a great job. The owner took the time to explain its operations and what to expect when battery life starts to diminish in about a year to bring it in for replacement of the battery.. They offer military and law enforcement discounts. Would return.

This place is worth every star. I had no idea what I wanted as far as compatible stereos for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I called ahead and spoke with Jesse and he was so enthusiastic to help out. I went in store and he gave me detailed descriptions of all my options and I chose the Sony XAV-AX5000. Jesse had availability the NEXT day to install it and the shop finished it in TWO HOURS! I am over the moon about this upgrade! Don’t waste anytime looking online. These guys are experts and can help you find exactly what you want in the quickest amount of time!

We had difficulty trying to install a remote starter in our car. It took 5 trips out to InPhase, and in the end we ended up having them just pull the remote starter out and we went somewhere else.They are still getting 3 stars because they did stand behind their product and warranty it, and were very good about working with us. It would have been nice to have someone do a quick check for whether the basics work on the car before giving it back to us. (In our case, the remote car unlock button stopped working, followed by some lights not coming on).

I have been a customer of Inphase for over 20 years. They installed auto start equipment and fixed my radio in my Navigator multiple times. For some odd reason the radio has to be reset periodically. The customer service is awesome! You dont find this kind of service very often any more. Everyone is friendly, helpful and willing to help! Went there for a multimedia in-dash stereo based on Google reviews. Wasnt sure what I needed or wanted. Also, was only in town for 2 days and they got it done immediately. These guys are knowledgeable, great and I highly recommend. You wont be disappointed.UPDATE: Went back for a second install - this time on my Jeep Wrangler JK. Had them do the works this time, speakers, amp, sub, receiver, back up camera and remote start. Turned out FABULOUS. I live 5 hours from their location in the middle of the state and made the effort to get it back to them which says a lot. Still highly, highly recommend. Jesse was fabulous.

This place is great! They go the extra mile to help. The customer service is outstanding. I had an factory radio installed and a satellite radio in addition and the workmanship was impeccable. I was told by Stereo West that there was no way to install satellite with an older radio like I was having installed but Inphase did it with no problem and I LOVE the job they did. Went in on a Saturday just to look and was immediately greeted and given advice. No pressure or typical salesmen tricks. Then upon making a decision they scheduled my installation around my schedule. Installation was quick, painless, and they even showed me how to use it. I spent more than I intended but that was not their issue. I went into Inphase looking for a new double din screen for my car but I didnt want to spend an arm and a leg. All of the guys at the front were great to be around and very friendly. The stereo I wanted was pretty pricey for my budget and Jacob was able to find me an affordable double din for my car and I can really say that I left there very happy! Great experience every time I walk through the door - Highly Recommend - The best in town!

When I was 16 years old I got my first stereo from Inphase. 8 years later (now) I got a new car and decided to go back since they did a great job the first time. I tell you what’, I’ve never been to another car audio shop and I will never will, Inphase has done so much work for me and I could not be happier with the results. I don’t know anything about speakers, head units, or remote starters but they walked me through all of it. They worked with me, not just for me; I really appreciated that. Inphase wanted to get me exactly what I wanted and they did not disappoint. Even when I wanted a product they didn’t sell, the installed it for me, no problem. I’ve probably spent 30+ hours in their shop in the last two months. Can’t say enough how awesome these guys are. A big thank you to Jesse, Cam, Jeremy, JT, Jacob, Dave and whoever else has worked on my car. I look forward to doing more work with them in the future. Love these dudes.

These guys now do Upholstery!I got my stereo, window tint, and 2 way remote start here. Years later Im still loving it. Not one bad thing has happened to any of it. I hope the apholstery is the same way.

My car is now equipped with awesome safety features like forward collision alert and lane departure warning all at a very responsible price. When walking into Inphase i really did not know what it was that i wanted to get into my car, other than a remote start. The team was very informative to me of what everything was and did. I ended up leaving with purchasing a whole new system. They made an appointment and it was done right away. Plus they also told me they have a lifetime warranty for their service, which is always a plus.

The fellas up there are kind, understanding and helpful, had them install my head unit...but to no avail. turns out the previous owner had damaged a part of my electronic system. I was saddened by this as I have several small children and a very tight budget. they went out of their way to help me out and did a diagnosis of the electrical systems for me and pinpointed the failure. after this....they gave me several options for the repair.first...replace blown part with the medium ranged part regaining full function..$600second.. replace blown part with a get me by regaining 90% function...$350.......and finally this is where they show their true colors....and this is just awesome..the showed me the part that was damaged .. THEN helped me locate one on eBay for 50 bucks!!!I had previously been to metro and them elitist fools would have NEVER tried to help in this way..completely impressed with the service here. went out of their way to help and have earned my business for life!

Inphase is the place to go in Omaha for any and all car audio install needs. I brought in my car with my own door speakers and amp -- Jesse and his team hooked up my ride and installed everything super nice and clean. They cut out custom spots for the tweeters and even painted the grill to match the color of the plastic!! They tuned the amp perfectly and I appreciated the through and clean installation overall. They definitely exceeded expectations for me. Since I started coming getting work done there in the early 2000s, I have learned that they are definitely the best car audio shop in Omaha. Inphase has great customer service and are very knowledgeable. Im glad I decided to act and quit trying to do it myself! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

We went in thinking we needed a new radio, Jesse came out worked on ejecting our Navigation DVD with various tools. After getting it ejected and re-inserting it, the systems re-set itself and now works just fine! When we had it at the Honda dealership they wanted to charge us $4,000 for a new factory radio/navigation system. These guys are honest, dont try to up sell you and have great service!!!

Was initially very impressed by the hospitality of the employees. Discussed some things with Jesse for my Lexus, he showed us around the shop and some projects they were working on. Seemed to be super willing to do some custom lighting stuff on my car. Told me email was his preferred method of communication so I emailed him twice about a month apart and received zero response. Spoke to him on the phone in between those two emails and he said he was going to a convention in Vegas where he was going to be on the look out for a solution for what I wanted done to my car. Never heard anything back. Seemed to understand that first impressions are everything and then completely guttered that impression pretty much the moment I left the shop.

I needed to get a remote start for my mother for Christmas and the original retailer I went through dropped the ball. I called Jesse at Inphase at 11:00 Christmas Eve morning needing to get this handled. By 2:00 pm I had the starter in my hand and installation scheduled. The other retailer told me how rude I was for bothering him on Christmas Eve when I had placed order a week ago and he never sent it to me. Jesse took the time to listen and get the issue fixed and saved my Christmas. Service at this place is top notch.
