Ive had my phone repaired at CPR twice in the last couple years and theyve been great both times. A couple weeks ago I went in for a USB port replacement and they cleaned my port to fix the issue for free instead of replacing it. They saved me $85. Definitely recommend.

The staff here was great. Said it may take 48 hours to complete and they had it done the next morning. Very helpful and affordable.

Thankfully my phone’s issue was an easy fix for them. Will definitely use their services again. Thank you.

Worst Service I have received at a business in Omaha. I will never set foot in a CPR Cell Service Repair. My new cell service repair company is iFix on Cass Street. I received great service at iFix. I recommend everyone do the same.

I have been so happy with the service here......I have brought them my iPad twice, the first was a pretty gnarly break. I got the iPad back both times in a timely manner, with good communication about the status and expected pick up date. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this business.

I had Elan replace a battery in my Pixel 1 phone a few months back. It came back in perfect condition and worked great.Unfortunately this phone recently died. I took it in, and they gave it a thorough inspection and told me that it was probably the motherboard gone bad :( Still, they were very professional and they didnt even charge me for this second bit of work.Ill definitely go here for all future phone work.

We needed to get my wifes iPhone Xs Max screen repaired, and Apple only had appointments a few weeks out. I called CPR and they were very friendly, and responsive as well. The gentleman at the front told us to just swing in and they could knock it out pretty quickly.They knocked it out in under an hour and the quality looks the same as before it was cracked. Another positive is that it comes with a lifetime guarantee as far as quality goes.Price was comparable to Apple, slightly cheaper overall.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a quick repair.

Fantastic customer service and a miracle worker! My phone was run over by a car. It did not have much hope, screen was unresponsive and completely smashed. Dropped the phone off and after some testing, they were able to fix it. Works great, looks and feels practically new. Highly recommend these guys.

Took 2 PS4’s to them, one of the PS4 was in their shop a second time due to power issues. Although my PS4 reached its prime, they were very reassuring on me getting a new system and even took the hard drive out for free for me to put in a new system. They also offered to put the hard drive in once I got my replacement system. Love them!

I initially took my phone in to replace a cracked screen. Things went really well. Later, my phone started acting up. The camera was glitching, and the screen popped out of place. I took it back in and CPR staff covered the cost of the repairs for me. Things were handled professionally, and I was very thankful for their generosity to fix the initial mistake.

Quick and affordable phone repair.The individual that helped me was professional and knowledgeable. I was surprised to find out the screen on a phone and the battery on another would be done within a couple of hours. The reason for surprise was that a different shop in Omaha that I dealt with previously took two weeks for the same type of work.The repairs were completed in about an hour and a half. It has been about three weeks and both phones are still working great.

Went in was having a problem with my phone battery holding charge. Greg actually listened to what I had to say, without interrupting. Please, I beg of you, please do not get your iPhone XS screen repair here. I had a horrible experience that lasted over a month and was finally made right by Apple (free of charge). They do not use authentic parts and the screens do not function properly. Both of the screens that were installed by CPR were never flush with the back of the phone, causing the screen to be more susceptible to damage. The screens were overly sensitive and almost every time I would take it out of my small, secure cell phone pocket in my purse, I would be locked out of my phone for 5-15 minutes for “too many attempts” even though the screen had not been touched by anything other than fabric. Both of the screens stopped working entirely after a short period of time. The first time it happened CPR made good on their warranty promise, the second time they refused because the LCD screen was cracked on the inside. After further research and discussion I found out that this was EXTREMELY uncommon for any phones newer than the iPhone 6, not to mention it happening twice within a couple of weeks. It was most likely caused by the fact that the screen was never fit on to the phone properly. Please seek help elsewhere and save yourself the headache and chaos of running all over town trying to be able to use your phone. If your warranty company wants you to CPR please voice your concerns that they will not return your device to it’s proper condition and see if you can go elsewhere. Again, Apple was AMAZING and I would recommend going there first to figure out your options.

They saved my sanity by showing me the heavy duty screen protector was cracked, not my actual screen. They didnt have a replacement in stock, but directed me to somewhere that did, and reassured me that the protector did its job. This made me feel so much better about my situation! Always super nice, and super helpful, and super busy. Avoid lunch rush, imho.

These guys do quality work in a shirt amount of time. I had stepped in my phone face down in the rocks and shattered the gadget guard screen protection and my screen. Filed an insurance claim and CPR Cell was 1 of 2 places that I could take it. I chose CPR because they said one hour and nothing out of pocket. I was very happy with the service I received today. I cracked the screen on my Samsung phone and needed a replacement. The young man who waited on me was very helpful. He didnt think they had a replacement part for my phone, but he double checked and found that they did have a part that would work. I was able to wait for the phone to be repaired, which was done before the quoted time. The phone was checked over to make sure everything was working correctly and I was on my way. I have already recommended this location to friends and will be back if I ever have the need. Very satisfied!!!I made a second visit to this location last Monday to ask about a battery for my phone. They did not have one in stock, but ordered one for me and called 2 days later to let me know it was there and I could pick it up at my convenience. Very friendly, helpful and informative. Not knowing anything about this place I took a chance and just drove out there. They greeted me right away (other customers already there), I sat down on a chair and in less than a minute someone from the back came out to help me. My phone fell in water a week ago. They said theyd see what they could do but would need to leave it overnite. What the heck, Id been without a phone for a week now. I received a call the next day that it was ready. Amazing, I figured I waited too long to get if fixed. And my phone had a cracked screen. They gave me a price to replace it but would need to be ordered. 2 days later I got a call the screen was in. In the meantime I had a family emergency out of state. They kindly said will hold the screen til I came back. I went in 2wks later and without an appointment they still had my screen and fixed it within an hour. Highly highly recommended CPR.

I was so pleased with the service at CPR!!! I had dropped my phone in the morning and it was stuck on a black screen/wouldnt turn off/on. I entered my information on CPRs website and hoped I could stop in and get it fixed on the same day. I arrived to see if I could get my phone fixed that day and I was greeted by Eilan- he told me he just had to replace the screen. He also said that I wouldnt be charged if the screen replacement didnt fix it. He told me to come back in 30/45 minutes. I came back about 30-40 minutes later and it was fixed!! The service was outstanding and I was so thankful they were able to fix my phone so quickly.
