IFixOmaha on Cass handled my broken screen repair the way it should be. The website to setup an appointment was easy-peasy. The staff working there were all very knowledgeable and capable. They said it would be about 1 hour for the repair but it took about 1.5 hrs bc of some staffing issues and the amount of repairs before mine. The price to fix a broken screen on my iPhone SE was $109 which is now under lifetime warranty and added on a screen protector for $20. I was very please with all parts of this transaction!

Extremely unsatisfied. Very experience with this company was a nightmare. The customer service was horrendous, beginning when I brought in my device, and I was never told there was a diagnostic rate. Rather I had to pay upfront for a service I did not need. After two attempts to get my device fixed I talk it home and find they never attached the screen, so the screen is particularly off. I am in shock over this. When speaking with the manager of the store, I discovered he likes to blame the customer. Excuses were made for poor customer service. My intellect was attack, as the manager told me when I asked for an itemized list of what they did to my device....You would not understand as is too technical. No one in this field gives an itemize list of the work that is done. I guess as a woman, I am not bright enough to understand technology. I would strongly encourage woman not to go to this business. Not only is their customer service motto, blame the customer, the way I was diminished as a female was unacceptable. If I could I would give this 0 stars.

Manager was super rude after I called to communicate an issue/complaint I had. He says “I don’t care” and starts being super condescending and doesn’t stay on topic after I call out his ways of business. Very unprofessional but I see the efforts, he is a hot head. Very terrible customer service from the manager but decent from the employees. DO NOT go to chain tech stores like IFix they do not care about customer satisfaction and overcharge. Go to any other local repair store, trust me the extra 5 minute drive is worth it.

Awesome place and great people, our kid broke a different size charger inside her iPad, they removed the broken pieces and it was able to charge again in 2 minutes. They were very quick and said we didn’t owe them anything because it was an easy fix. If you have a problem with a phone or tablet bring it here!

Had problems with my phone. Paul tried replacing the speaker. That did not help. Have me my money back. He then helped me find a used phone. He set it up, got a case delivered for it, and transferred all my information. He was kind, friendly, and treated all my questions as important. I will be back to this business again and call for Paul.

I debated between repairing my phone and getting a new one. Ultimately I decided to repair it and made an appointment this morning for today. The gentleman was ready before my 5:30 appointment and even had my phone repaired before he said it would be done. I appreciate that they were quick but also provided quality. He also answered all my silly questions as I do not know much about the inner workings of a cell phone. It can be stressful when your phone does not work especially if you use it for work, etc. so it’s certainly nice knowing they could fix it so quickly and with such good quality. My mom has also had her battery repaired and I have had my laptop repaired here before. Thankful for their consistent quality work time and time again. Thanks guys!

I came here to get my phone fixed they fixed it i had to come back because the screen was messing up and they fixed it then after that my screen fell right off cleanly and i went to multiple places before and me and everyone could see they never glued my screen in right so when i went back they said they were not going to fix it under the warranty that i was going to have to pay in full again so when i said he was robbing me cause it was gon be another $300 he slammed my phone down and said i was no longer welcomed. So i went to uBreakiFix off of 168th and i promise you they have way better pricing and most people have insurance on their phone that they don’t know they have and i didn’t until i went there and paid $30 without the insurance it would’ve been 130 so i promise you you’re wasting time with ifix cause they mess up your phone after working on it and have very rude staffing.

I took my laptop in to get a diagnostic to see if we could replace the keyboard. They charged $50 for the diagnostic, which I think is fair.The reason I am giving them a 1 star is because they were going to charge me nearly $400 to replace the keyboard and palm rest. I understand the work is tedious but they could not tell me how much exactly each part was and how much they were charging for labor. I did not mind paying the $400 if I would have received an exact breakdown of how much the parts were and how much I was paying for labor.iFixOmaha advertises as being honest. Just like any other shop, I should be able to know how much each part costs them. Their excuse was they could not disclose the cost because of their supplier. When you go get your car fixed, you are told how much each part is without knowing who the supplier is. The same should be applied here.The fact that they did not want to be truthful and give me the exact breakdown of the cost estimate led me to take my business elsewhere. I ended up taking my laptop to another shop and was charged $280 to get it fixed. I recommend looking elsewhere with companies who value transparency!

Ive taken my daughters phone here a few times to get a new screen over the years. My experience was always good. When another phone in my house got cracked a month ago, I sent him here to get a new screen. Apparently when these screens are put on, your phone is no longer water resistant. Here we are a month later and his phone has water damage from being splashed. My frustration lies with the fact that this information was not divulged. Had it been, we would have paid the overage at the Apple store and not taken the chance of voiding the apple warranty. He works a job that there is always a possibility of his phone getting wet (which for transparency, that is not what happened this time). Terrible communication and the offer of $20 off for a new screen was an insult. $200 a month ago and wants another $180 today. My suggestion would be to make sure to communicate with customers that not only does the new screen not create the same water resistance as the original, but make sure customers know it voids the apple warranty on the phone. I didn’t even go, their prices are just insane. I own a 2015 MacBook pro and needed to replace its battery. Apple would do it for 130, battery + labor, these guys want 220 for the battery alone! I dont know the labor cost but theyre a scam. When i needed to replace my Samsung galaxy s6 battery, they wanted 200 dollars, Samsung would do it for 45 bucks. This place is a ripoff, never come here. Also, i called in asking what the price would be, they said 220, and 200 for my phone so i just went to official samsung and official apple and got appointments there : T

I took a laptop in to be repaired because it was not registering when I would plug it in to charge. They had the laptop for almost 4 weeks and the only thing done was a battery replacement which still did not resolve the issue. I ended up having to take it back in the day after picking it up to which they kept it for another 2 weeks to replace the DC port (luckily they didnt charge more since I had already paid over $300), but once I picked it up, we noticed that what ever repairs (or lack thereof) they did had now created a new issue where the laptop is charging but will not turn on unless it is plugged into the charger. When I called back and spoke to the manager Jeff, he advised that he was going to research what the problem could be and call me back. It has now been about 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back, tried calling him back but was told their phone was acting up and they were unable to transfer me. Im going to have to take the laptop elsewhere and pay even more to have it fixed properly. This is the worst service experience Ive encountered in a very long time! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Shady.I have a charging port problem with my phone. They told me the charging port itself is 100 dollars and if replacing it doesnt work theres a 35 dollar restocking fee. This doesnt even get in to the cost of repair.That seemed a little high so I looked to see where I could find those parts. I was able to find them for between 6 and 12 dollars.

This business is awful...PLEASE Do NOT GO HERE! I have contacted the BBB because this place have not refunded my money. I was charge for a services that they was unsure needed to be fix. They mess up and needed to send out for another part which took a extra week just to tell me they couldn’t fix it. When I went to pick it up they stated I needed to give them a extra 36 dollars and they will refund my money that they have charged me at drop off!! They never refunded me. Honest company. Good people. I brought my iPhone in for a standard screen replacement. When another part of the phone stopped working during the repair they replaced my iPhone at the same rate of the original screen replacement. They had the opportunity to swindle me out of more money and they didn’t. Plus the man that helped me set up my new iPhone stayed 1.5 hours PAST store hours to ensure it was completed correctly. ❤️

I’ve gotten several of my phones fixed at this location. The service is always fast they are always friendly. They let you know what’s going on and exactly how they are going to fix it with no hidden fees or prices. I walked in very late for my scheduled appointment, the door was unlocked even though it was after hours, and they were still able to fix my phone in a matter of less than 25 minutes. Great at what they do.

Took my girlfriends phone in to get her screen fixed. It cost $300 which is very expensive I thought but I was desperate because the phone wasn’t working so I went ahead. Within a week of it getting fixed it broke again after it rained and the phone got a little wet. Took it back in and the staff was very unprofessional and tried to say she broke it again and had to pay $300 again to get it fixed. We then took it to my phone provider and they told us that they installed it wrong and it was broke because the screen was not completely glued which cause the water to get into the screen. I took it back to them and after an argument with the employee working he said that he would take a look to see if there was any physical damage. He replaced the screen free of charge because there was clearly no physical damage and it was their mistake in the first place. Definitely will go elsewhere if I ever need my screen replaced again.

Took my phone there to get my screen fixed and two weeks later it started glitching and not being able to work in certain areas of the screen along with the phone freezing. They fixed the screen again which was covered under warranty but then my phone got slightly dinged one the case by the power button ( right side) and the phone turned black and blue until it went completely black. i took it back to this location where they proceeded to tell me I was at fault and they would not fix it since there was a ‘crack’ by the left side where it got hit. After telling him the phone was not hit there he then said there was a huge crack underneath the screen (which there was not). I even took it somewhere else where they told me there was not a crack on the right side and he made that up. DO NOT recommend

Thanks for a discount on my nice screen without a home button. Still fully Functional I was told. Unless you count the home button as fully functional.

We stopped in to ask about my husbands phone that wasnt charging. They let us know that it was just dirty (YIKES) and cleaned it out for us for no charge. In and out in less than 3 minutes. The guys working were super nice and helpful and were our lifesavers today! I plan on going back there with my phone soon.

Really amazing and honest customer service. I went to the this location because my touch screen is not working at all. The quote to replace it would cost $109 plus tax. However, after they open up my iPhone, they found out that they just need to clean the dust on the connection cable to make it work again. Eventually, they clean the cable and return my iPhone free of charge. Strongly recommend this place to everyone who need the service.

Fixed my Amazon Fire Tablet cheaper than other places quoted. Despite difficulties, kept me updated and didnt charge extra, took an extra week, but that doesnt hurt my opinion.

This Place is great! I have my phone fixed there a few times. Every single time the wait is not to bad: 30-60 min is what I have noticed. It is very affordable as well. It has got to be the best place in the area for fixing phone screens quickly.

Ive been having to literally hold my charger in my phone for it to charge, Ive been so busy its been going on for awhile. I brought it one other place, and they told me $100 to fix the charging port. Today, I brought it to this place, and Mark helped me.. in less than 4 minutes it was charging normally again. He fixed it, and saved me over $50 in repairs for his trick! We went in to order a battery for my Droid I told him I was a first responder and I have to have my phone for work I ordered it on a Saturday it came in on a Wednesday which they said it would however it was not the right one or tab was missing either way they couldnt put it in so I gave them benefit of the doubt however they said they would order a new one on Wednesday Wednesday came they said check back on Friday checked on Friday no battery they said it should be in by Saturday Saturday week Warner Drummond said look wheres the battery I got to have my phone and they said we didnt get it ordered and we ask for a refund and were still waiting on a week refund a week and a half later if you dont want your phone fixed thats the place to take it

Took my iPhone 7 in for a screen repair yesterday. Lady at the front was all smiles. Reassured me my phone would be returned in working order. It took 45 minutes for the screen repair and my phone was like new again. Super friendly staff, clean store and the people are helpful when it comes to concerns/questions.

Usually this place is reliable despite the poor communication but had quite an awful customer service experience most recently. I spent over 300 hundred dollars on my last repair. (justifiably so) However, about a week later my phone display stopped working. The screen had popped off which I had never heard of happening to an IPhone before. I was asking a multitude of questions about the phone and how potentially the screen could have fallen off. I asked these questions calmly and collectively however I was met with really condescending, combative, and unfriendly responses. If I just spent 300 dollars on a repair that included a new phone case and screen protector to protect my phone from future damage and the incident that damages my display is that my phone screen falls off; I might want to ask some questions before spending an additional 120 dollars. The response I was given was that someone must have tried to break into my phone or I dropped it hard enough. One individual mentioned how it does not look like i dropped it but quite plainly someone must have tried breaking into it thus rupturing the small adhesives that connect the phone to the display. (Not sure on the actual technical terms) I know this to not be true since I know exactly when the display stopped working. Additionally, the other individual whom was combative from the get-go said I must have dropped my phone hard enough. I found that hard to believe because there is absolutely no other damage to my phone, not even a single scratch. When I went to other stores they said the pentalobe screws were missing which would make sense how easily the screen would have popped off. All the stores said it would be very hard for the screen to come off even with a drop. (I myself and friends have dropped iphones so many times and with a lot of force without the screen just popping off) Normally, I don’t write customer reviews because I have worked in the customer service industry myself and know how it goes. However, the condescending tone, combative behavior, and contradictory responses by the two employees was really unacceptable. Lastly, the gentleman continued by saying he had done me a huge favor on the price he gave me for the additional repair. He mentioned how he not only gave me a week but actually a week and a day to decide to take his offer. Amazing. I went to a couple stores and they literally either gave me the same price for the repair or at times slightly cheaper. Save your time and effort and go somewhere else because these folks won’t take responsibility for mistakes and be really poor communicators and even combative. Though like I said, normally they are reliable.

I had some bad luck with my phone and work and needed it fixed twice in a week. They fixed it quickly and were professional about what they did and why. Prices were better than other places. Definitely satisfied and already have referred others.

Have had a couple experiences with this company and cant say enough how impressed I am with their willingness to go the extra mile and the honesty and integrity they have shown. Highly recommend them and will definitely go there first for any problems.

Prices were very high considering they put a crummy knock-off screen in my phone. The screen pops out of the phone (the original screen tapered smoothly down into the aluminum piece) and now my home button is all loose and floppy when it used to be snug in there. I am not sure if the button is separate from the screen, but I know for a fact that it wasn’t replaced, as it has the same distinct chip out of it that was always there.The colors are abysmal- they change any time I move my phone around. Roommate showed me this does not happen with his phone when he moves it (we have the same model).Also, the screen’s touch sensitivity is quite poor. I occasionally have to tilt my phone sideways to flip the screen so I can tap something I couldn’t seem to tap when the phone is oriented the other way. Other times, it seems that the screen does what it wants and will randomly open things or select words, etc.I also feel like it is somewhat crooked, but maybe that part is just my imagination.Overall, I am just very dissatisfied with this establishment. I wouldn’t mind paying a much lower price for a third party knockoff product, but honestly, I paid more than most places charge simply because it was an emergency and no one else was open. I feel I was swindled and taken advantage of.

My phone looks great and the display is perfect. Samantha was very helpful and funny. I have an iPhone 6S and she said that the fix on my phone was a 6S (like success ) and that alone is worthy of 5 stars.

Not only is the price better than any place in Omaha but the lifetime warranty will save you even more if you end up with a screen related issue. UPDATE: My previous review was 5 stars. After replacing the screen the brightness is stuck on high and the phone gets too hot to use after roughly five minutes and has to be turned off. Took it back to the store, was told this is a motherboard issue, and could in no way be related to the repair. I was not having any issues other than a cracked screen prior to the repair. They tried to replace the screen because it could be the screen causing the brightness issue and is pulling too much energy and making the phone heat up. But after trying four defective screens they said I would need to come back another day when they get a new shipment. I called and left messages three times and never had my call returned. Went back to the store and was told I am lucky my phone even works, and they cant do anything now. Wouldnt trust taking any devise back to them and would not recommend this service to anyone. I handed over a working devise and was handed back a devise that can hardly be used; but coincidentally could in no way be related to their service.

WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. Took my brand new iPhone X in to get the screen fixed after it cracked and what a huge mistake that was. First time I picked up the phone I noticed my phone wasn’t connecting to WiFi nor was it getting reception. Later also noticed my Bluetooth wouldn’t connect. So I call up the store and they tell me to bring it in so they can look at it. Literally a hour later they call me and tell me to come pick up my phone and that everything is working. I pick up my phone and not only is EVERYTHING NOT WORKING but the camera and the ear piece no longer work. I paid $250.00 to get a fixed phone and it’s worse now then when I took it in!!! I’ve talked to every possible person there is to talk to. They won’t give me a refund or do anything else. What’s funny too is when I was standing in line to pick up my phone this last time a young lady in front of me was also experiencing the ear piece no longer working. Don’t waste your money!!! Take your money and your phone elsewhere if you actually want to get what you pay for and a WORKING PHONE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY

I have always had good experiences with this location... only had trouble with the GM’s arrogance and it’s affect on the other branches. Had terrible service with Eagle Run (which he condoned) and only gained a refund through the GM’s reluctant will. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOR RECOMMENDING.

I dropped my phone and so I couldnt use my touch screen anymore. My upgrade wasnt due for a while and I needed a phone badly so I went to them so I wouldnt have to buy a new phone. They were amazing and I got my phone back good as new in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!
