If you need your phone fixed, this is the place to go. My day started off with dropping my phone on the ground and next thing you know I had a cracked screen. I knew to come here right away because I know that they do a great job at fixing phones. This particular time, I was overly impressed. I got there before they opened and Troy helped my out right away even though they werent opened yet. He needed to do some stuff and then he said he was going to get started on my phone. He quoted me a rough time of when it was going to get done which was beneficial. I am not sure who Troy was but his technician Chris came in when they opened, and he got started on my phone right away.After everything was said and done, I got my phone down quicker than they quoted me. The whole process was very professional but also just very personable. I think Troy was a manager but I am not sure. They have a business to run but this crew here is personable. Its about getting the job done, and doing it the right way, while maintaining a positive customer relation.You guys are great, and I would definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

I took my iPhone 7 into I fix it Omaha thinking I needed a new battery because I was charging it three times a day. But the man was kind enough to tell me that my phone was discharging because I kept leaving my apps are open. I should’ve known better but I forgot to do this. They could’ve taken my money but instead they sent me on my way as a happy camper.

IFixOmaha is the place to go!!!! They fixed my water damaged laptop and even cleaned it. It looks and works better than it did when I dropped it off!! Additionally, the service was excellent and very kind. This is now my go-to repair shop, I will be coming back! 100% recommend.

My whole family loves their service. We all go here every time something happens to one of our devices and they are incredible every time. They also dont BS you and try to make you pay more than what you want.Today when I went to have my screen replaced (in 45 minutes, it was so quick) I was waiting in my car for the service to be done and the guy who was helping me came out and waved to me to let me know it was done early instead of letting me sit out there and have my time wasted. I have been to this location many times before and the repairs were so minimal that they never charged me. So when my smart phone screen was cracked by another individual, I knew immediately where I was going to take it; iFixOmaha. I dropped it off, ran some quick errands, and it was complete when I got back; less than an hour later.

Rather than buy a new phone, I went to iFixOmaha to see about getting a new battery instead. In 2 hours I had my new battery at a fraction of the cost of a new phone. Thank you!

I walked in to have my charge port fixed; prior to starting a repair the technician checked the port for dirt/lint, that turned out to be the problem. He could have easily just replaced the part and charged me but didn’t. Appreciate the good customer service.I recommend to others.

My laptop wouldnt power up, so I went online and looked up repair shops that were nearby. I found iFixOmaha, just North of 144th and Old L Street, booked an appointment online, and took my computer in and described my problem to Brian and Chris. Chris walked me through the various likely fault scenarios in clear, plain, non-technical language, and said hed look at it still today, and would reach out later that day, or next week. I was in and out in 5 minutes. 3 hours later, I get a call - its ready for pickup. I rush over and have a pleasant conversation with Brian and Chris once more. Chris explained that he took my laptop apart, removed, cleaned and reinstalled each component, and ran a component-by-component diagnostic scan, and that everything in the computer was in top working condition. He put it back together and it powered right up! Some piece of debris or something must have been causing the issue, and his cleaning and reseating of the components resolved it. Everything was explained by Chris in clear, plain, non-technical language. I took out my wallet and asked what the charge was. Oh, no charge, it was completely covered by the diagnostic fee. That diagnostic fee, by the way, was only $50, which I consider a real bargain. If you have a problem with an electronic device, phone, tablet, computer or the like, I cant recommend iFixOmaha highly enough (especially Brian and Chris at the Southwestern Plaza). They were friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. I couldnt ask for a better experience. This is my honest, no B.S. real review. I have not been compensated in any way! Give them a try, you wont regret it!

I had a great experience working with Brian at Ifix Omaha recently...I opened something on my phone from someone and it instantly sent reminders that a virus had been installed.I called the store in southwestern Plazs and was told by the person who answered the phone that a $25 diagnostic fee would be charged which I agreed was more than fair. I was having trouble getting my phone to charge. I walked in, gave my phone to the guy at the counter, and he cleaned out the charging port for me free of charge! I went to several places trying to fix my iPhone 6 Plus. At Apple store they ask for a lot of money and will take them so long to get it done, other places didn’t even want to try fix the bending part. I visited this place and met Mark and he did fix it in one hour and returned it to its original shape like new with reasonable price. WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. Took my brand new iPhone X in to get the screen fixed after it cracked and what a huge mistake that was. First time I picked up the phone I noticed my phone wasn’t connecting to WiFi nor was it getting reception. Later also noticed my Bluetooth wouldn’t connect. So I call up the store and they tell me to bring it in so they can look at it. Literally a hour later they call me and tell me to come pick up my phone and that everything is working. I pick up my phone and not only is EVERYTHING NOT WORKING but the camera and the ear piece no longer work. I paid $250.00 to get a fixed phone and it’s worse now then when I took it in!!! I’ve talked to every possible person there is to talk to. They won’t give me a refund or do anything else. What’s funny too is when I was standing in line to pick up my phone this last time a young lady in front of me was also experiencing the ear piece no longer working. Don’t waste your money!!! Take your money and your phone elsewhere if you actually want to get what you pay for and a WORKING PHONE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY

Great service! Repaired glass on my phone promptly and follwed through after completed when a minor issue arose. Will go again if ever needed.

Josiah James took extra time past close to make sure my phone was fully fixed. After they replaced the glass the sound didnt work, they had to mess with it a few more days to fix. Before I knew the sound was bad they took a couple days longer than what they said to replace the glass. They didnt give any discount for taking extra long the first 2ed and 3rd time. The price to fix was more expensive then the phone. I had encrypted data so I had to get it fixed and it was near my work so I just ate the extra 100-50$ then it should have been because I was lazy.Josiah James rocks. The owner needs to satisfy the customer better, I rather not be lazy and just go somewhere else for cheaper that will provide an accurate time.

A real downer having a phone issue, but iFixOmaha made a tough situation into a good experience. They are fast yet very thorough and the customer service is outstanding. I got a full explanation of the problem and how it was remedied.

Took my phone to Best Buy and they tried selling me another phone, saying that mine was unfixable because there are sensors and the screen is bent and that if they were going to fix it, they would need a week to fix it and 309 dollars. Dissappointed, seeing as I had just paid off my phone the month before...I was told to check into iFixitOmaha. I went to the location on 144th, Caedan (Cayden?) took two seconds, saw the screen had come apart from the display and said Yeah I can fix it, should be about 30 minutes. Went to the local Goodwill for 10 minutes, came back and expected to wait. Caedan came out, saw it was me and just said I got it all fixed for you. After paying 105 and some change, I came out with a new screen, attached was an antiscratch screen film and it was all working like new. He even suggested a liquid screen protector, and seeing as he was so very helpful and worth the money, Im probably going to go back and get that done. That man deserves a raise. I dont go online to review things, its not in my nature But this place deserves every penny and more business. Thank you.

I did not recommend bringing your phones in to get fixed twice I had an issue this very last time I brought my phone in to get a part replaced the earpiece stopped working the antenna for Bluetooth Wi-Fi and signal stopped working rear camera did not work they refused to fix the issue when I took my phone somewhere else they opened up not only parts were missing but 17 screws antenna was not plugged in they refused to reimburse me money to get my phone fixed somewhere else

Broke my phone (galaxy S4) screen, went to local competition which said they would have to order repair part and then it would be a 3-5 days before it was fixed. Came to iFixOmaha and they not only fixed it within an hour but beat the competitors price by $40. Staff was very nice and friendly. Customer service cant be beat.

I had a terrible experience with iFixOmaha while attempting to get my LG G6s camera lens repaired.To begin with, I had a three week wait for the part to arrive, even though they said it would be 3 to 5 days. This wouldnt have been the end of the world if they hadve made an effort to reach out to me and explain the complications at all, but I digress. I brought in my phone once the part was in and left it to be repaired. When I returned, I was greeted with a lens installed crooked, which was WAY too small for the hole, and moves around. The back glass of the phone, which was inexplicably removed, now is falling off in one corner and it is discolored along the bottom from the removal process. In the end, they refunded me for the massive inconvenience, however I now need to find someone to replace the lens AND the phones back glass.Avoid this company at all costs.Update: I sent the phone in to the manufacturer to get it repaired. The camera lens cost me about $75 which was expected. The back glass, which was damaged during iFixOmahas repair, however, cost me ANOTHER $75.Once again, avoid this company at all costs.Edit: Improved grammar
