Can you check my email sent a week ago and reply back? Or else you can check my voice messages left 2 weeks ago and call back? Appreciate your response.

I’m not sure why, but I’ve messaged this guy for months and haven’t received a return call or email.. Nothing. I’m starting to think he just kept my tv for parts.

After getting ahold of the owner and letting him know my expectations for communication for the remaining time he was repairing my TV everything went very smooth and I knew where everything was in the process.

Very few tv repairmen will work on the flat screen TV. Scott is one of the few. Most will say isnt worth it, go buy a new one. It took a while but its fixed. Hes very busy because he is good at what he does.

We took two vcrs in for repair. Scott ordered and tried 6 different parts to try and fix them. We are so appreciative of his efforts and will be a customer for life.

Weve had two TVs have their lamps go to out in the last year. SOS is very affordable and timely with the repairs needed. The communication process, from contacting them, to getting an estimate, to informing us it was fixed was great as well.

I saw the great reviews on goggle & next door so i thought i would reach out to scott via email which on his voice mail said it would e the quickest way to get a response/quote. sent on sat oct-17 . have yet to hear back. just trying to see if a 3 year old RCA whos picture went dark is worth fixing. Update! Scott did get back to me.gave me a fair guestament range of repairing it. also offered to let us drop it off to be recycled. Scott explained with the covid-19 he is just been spread rather thin. Scott thanks for getting back to me pointing us in the right direction .

I was really wanting to have high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, Ive emailed Scott at the email provided on the voicemail recording as well as left a voicemail, on top of multiple calls throughout almost a 2 week timeframe. I was simply needing a quote to repair a TV. Its a shame because there are many positive reviews, but the topic of my review seems to be a trend.Edit: Scott replied, was very respectful and explained his reason for delay! Moreover was honest in his reply.

My parents had a 65 TV that stopped working a while back and they replaced it immediately so the thing was just collecting dust in the basement. Seeing a chance to get a relatively new (like 3 or 4 years old), nice sized TV on the cheap if it was repairable, I jumped at the opportunity. After some Google searching, I came across SOS Television Repair. They had a solid Google rating, the reviews looked good, and they offered free estimates on repairs so I took the TV to them to see what it would cost.Unfortunately, the estimate I got back was way too much for the quality of the TV (it apparently had a lot of burned out LEDs) and, with 4K prices falling, it did not make sense to repair in my circumstance. Scott, who I worked with, was open and honest about the whole thing. Since I didnt think fixing the TV was worth it, I asked what my options were as far as recycling and Scott mentioned that they recycle free of charge - which was a HUGE bonus since I had it in my head that this would cost at least $20.The overall experience with SOS was great and it was exactly what I would have expected based on the ratings/reviews. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their TV fixed!

My mother in law dropped off her TV over a month ago and has heard nothing back. Shes called and left messages and has not received a call back nor had any of her calls answered.*Edit* there was a mix up with names but once we got that figured out not only did he fix our TV fast but he also offered my mother in law a discount and apologized again for the mix up. We have the TV back and it works great again!

I was thrilled when I finally got my LG flat screen TV back. The motherboard had to be replaced. They did a wonderful job fixing it but it took almost 3 months for them to get it done! When I finally did get it back, the wrong base was screwed on it but who cares! I got my TV back and it was working again! WHOOHOO!!

Edit 10.30:Owner took time to research parts and told me itd likely be at least $600 just for replacement panel via Samsung website. He told me I can bring it in for a free estimate, and if I decide not to keep it they offer free recycling for flatscreens.○○○○○○○○○○○○○○○Not sure if theyre no longer in business, but I messaged and left a VM with their office and never received a response. Disappointed because they are highly rated and was looking forward to potentially using their services for a Samsung flatscreen.

It took 2 weeks to get my estimate, but once I got my estimate, my TV was fixed early the next day. My only other gripe is that the location is hard to find based on the map. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very courteous and free estimate were positives. However it took a week to get the estimate and then over a week for the repairs to be made. They had the tv for nearly 2 1/2 weeks before completed.

The Google Map listing is way off, it shows you at Jiffy Lube across the street please correct Ive tried. Update: Found it next to Choo-Choos bar & grill. Scott treated me like I wish everyone did. Great service and very informative and patient. To top it off he did minor repair & gave me a used part for FREE. Will recommend to all, SOS tv repair is the best!

I have a large Vizio TV that I was having trouble with. My Tivo drove the picture, but I could not change the volume or turn the TV on or off. I called Scott and he suggested to unplug the TV and maybe it would reset. I followed his FREE instructions and like magic the TV was fixed. No question he is my TV repair person in the future.
