I wish I could give ten stars. If you are thinking of using Digital Dot - DO IT! My brand new iPhone was run over on 144th street for THREE HOURS before I found it. It was completely shredded. Shattered screen, display had completely fallen off, inside was exposed. Despite the *extensive* damage (like, really extensive), Digital Dot FIXED. MY. PHONE. Every photo I have taken of my daughter since the day she was born lived on that phone, and I was too cheap to pay the $2/month to back it up to iCloud, so I was devastated. It meant the absolute world to me that these folks would even ATTEMPT to fix the mess of a phone I brought them. They were SO kind and professional. I am still in absolute disbelief that they fixed this phone. They are tech magicians. Because they are the only Apple Certified repair shop in Omaha (and in my opinion exponentially better than the cold-hearted hipsters at the Apple store), they have a lot of customers, so I had to wait my turn for a couple days, but it was WORTH IT to have these wizards recover all my stuff. I was so happy, I took them pizzas. I will gladly pay my $2/month to back up my phone now. But if I ever need help again, Digital Dot will be my first stop!

I cannot say enough nice things about this company. They went out of their way to fix my sons macbook pro with a damaged display and assembly. They even recommended a new hard case to avoid future damage. We needed the work fast as he was going back to school 500 miles away and they delivered. Brought in on a Monday, apple parts shipped across country during a pandemic by Wednesday and repair done a day later. The actual Apple store said one to 2 weeks with no promises but Digital Dot done in less than 4 days. I HIGHLY recommend them for your future use. They turned a frustrating Apple experience into a pleasant one. Avoid the big Apple box and bring your repair to the DOT. You wont regret it.

Digital dot for the win! Their staff was so cool, friendly, and knowledgeable. Theyve been super slammed since the apple store closed- as theyre now handling all the apple product repair in Omaha. But even with that additional workload and pressure, they manage to be quick and efficient, and handle every interaction calmly and with world-class professionalism. Also, cost is fair and the team members handle themselves with integrity. Highly recommend!

I had to take my computer in to get my internal speaker fixed. Due to Covid the wait time was about a week and a half to get fixed. At end of week two they said that it was fixed because they couldnt get the problem to arise. Obviously this was not the case because I had it home for no more than 2 minutes and the speakers stopped working. Will not take my computer back there.

My iPhone X for some reason, became unresponsive. I scoured the web for solutions since all Apple stores closed, to no avail. I contacted Apple support and they gave me the option to send it in for repair or take it to their local authorized repair rep, Digital Dot Systems. I’m glad I did. Although it took a few days to get an appointment for drop off, they repaired my phone completely and quickly. Very professional. They even did the repair (screen replacement) at no charge. I’d recommend them any time and plan to use them again in the future!

I took my computer in to be looked at when it was not working, they called that afternoon telling me that it was not able to be fixed unless I wanted to pay a massive amount almost equal to the cost of a brand new computer. I made the decision that I would just buy a new computer and let them know that, they said they would get rid of my old one. A month later they called me back saying that ended up looking again, found out they were wrong the first time, that it was 100% covered by warranty and that they fixed it. Since they waited a full month to contact me I had already bought a brand new computer and thrown away the charger to my old laptop. No apologies were ever given for the misunderstanding.

I would give 10 stars if i could. Im a small Business and they took great care of me. Apple store can pound sand as far as Im concerned.

Brought my computer in. Was told it would be looked at in a week. After two weeks I called them. Was told it was still in diagnostic and had to ask how long it would be. They said another week to 2 weeks. 4 hours later I received a call saying it was done. When I brought it home it still wasnt fixed. When I called to ask why it doesnt work. They proceeded to say well then this must be bad on it. No apology for me paying to fix a computer that wasnt fixed.

I brought my iPhone x to them when Apple wanted to charge me $1000 to repair my phone out of warranty. They opened it up and found that the problem was a bent pin and was a very easy fix. He didnt charge me even though I would have gladly paid for his time. Phone works perfectly now. Even when the Apple Store re-opens, ill be bringing my devices here.

I took 2 macbook laptops here as a walk in and they had them diagnosed and one fixed in the same day! one of them was too expensive to fix but i had bought it second hand and was not hopeful for its repair. they offered to safely recycle it for me for free!! i much preferred my experience here than the Apple Store itself! cannot recommend this place enough!

Digital Dot Systems has come a LONG way since I first stared dealing with them a few years ago.Today, theyre amazing at everything they do. Theyre super helpful, and will go out of their way to help if they can, often for free. If they can fix your computer problem on the spot, they probably wont charge you for it. Theyre the best, and have gotten me out of a few jams. I highly recommend Digital Dot Systems.

Scheduled an appointment 1 week out for a battery replacement. I showed up for my appointment only to be told they dont have the battery in stock. Im giving a poor review as they wasted my time by not calling me to let me know.

Insisted that Apple does not support IPhone 6 battery replacement after I verified with Apple and Best Buy that they do.Did not offer alternatives. I was able to get an Iphone battery replacement with an Apple battery at another vendor.Disappointing that DigitalDot would not attempt to be helpful.

Took in my 2013 iMac 27 computer for repair after Apple store refused to work on it because unavailability of logic boards for this specific model (parts no longer manufactured). Vincent at Digital DOT was persistent in trying to find the part, and was able to secure a working logic board after many failed attempts. Got my Mac in working order. No complaints. Excellent follow up and status updates. Would highly recommend.

Took my MacBook Pro in on Wednesday for a cracked screen. I received a call the following day that it was ready. The parts are genuine Apple OEM. I would definitely use them again.

The employees were nice and to the point however, their system with apple was being weird and unfortunately they were unable to service my machine and I had to just ship it into Apple directly.

I have owned Macs for years and whenever I have had a problem with one of my machines I have gone to Alan there and he has fixed the problem. The best part is that they are FAST and reasonably priced. I own a business and cant have down time so it is great that they work quickly and efficiently. Love this place.

The work took longer than I was told. When it was completed, and I did receive my MacBook back, the screws for the base had not been replaced. I hope everything else was completed with better attention to detail. The responsibility was put on me to drive the 15 miles back to the shop to have the work completed.Friendly people, they did resolve my problem for a reasonable price, poor explanation about the cause of my problems, poor service. I would like to recommend them as a local Apple Authorized service shop... but I cant give a very high rating.

Excellent experience today at DDS. Friendly staff, listened to my explanation of the problem, explained services and prices clearly. We got lucky in that the problem was a consumed battery and they happened to have that specific one on hand; but Ill definitely head back here first the next time a problem comes up.

Very nice staff but the pricing did not match what I could get from Apple directly. This is not the first time Ive found this to be true on MacOS and IOS related hardware. You may or may not get a quicker turnaround on your repair but you wont get many of the benefits of having an actual Apple repair. Go direct and save.

Went in for an issue with the keyboard on my Macbook. I gave them my information and was told the typical turnaround was 3 days and a full diagnostic was done in 24-48 hours at which point I would get a call giving me an updated status. After 3 days of no contact I called THEM and it was clear that they hadnt even touched my computer yet. I was told theyd call back in 10 minutes when they had completed their diagnostic. 45 minutes later I get a call that says it was the keyboard (which they should have already known because I told them) and they would overnight the part and have it done by the middle of next week. After Tuesday, Wednesday, and most of Thursday pass I have to call them again and am told they still dont have the part at which point I told them I needed it back and their communication had been terrible. I got a call back later in the day that said the part should arrive the next morning and it would be available in the afternoon. The next morning I get another call saying they didnt know where the part was and I went in and took back my computer still broken. At least they charged me $0.TL;DR - Was told a 3-day turnaround time, but these guys babysat my computer for 10 days with downright terrible communication and never did get my one problem fixed.

Everytime I have worked with Alan at Digital Dot, it has been nothing but the most pleasant experience, on the phone and in person. Digital Dot is easily the only Go To place for apple repair. people who complain about diag fees and the such are just upset because it cost money to find out your repair is going to be more than you want but that is life. They will shoot you straight everytime here! 100% recommend for any and all apple computer repairs.

DDS wanted $208 for a refurb power supply that could be had for $45 online - a markup of approximately 460%. Literally the most expensive one I could find online was $130. Plus $90 to install when it can be completed with the assistance of youtube in about 10 minutes. I think the most disappointing part of the experience was that the tech wouldnt tell me what the part number was - I guess he assumed that Id give up and pay $300 for a ten year old computer to be fixed. Sadly, I imagine lots of people lack the confidence to try fixing something on their own and get taken advantage of like this often. Had to dish out $60 for them to tell me it was the power supply. Wouldve been better off doing my research ahead of time as apparently my model iMac is notorious for power supply issues.Wont make that mistake again.

I accidentally deleted photos off my computer. Took to Digital Dot to see if they could bring them back. Almost $600 later I have FEWER photos and video than before I brought it in.

Charged me $60 to tell me I need a new logic board. And my laptop had new scratches on it. Not to mention the owner parks his red Jeep right in front taking up 2 parking spots. I assume this is the owner because the license plate said DIGTIL DOT or something similar. What a douche...

Charged me for giving me no solutions whatsoever. They called me once and didnt give any further attempts to get in contact with me. The office is cluttered and unprofessional. Find somewhere else.
