This is a great place to sell all your movies and games. In store credit is a great deal as it gives you more than cash and the employees are nice and knowledgeable.

I cant imagine how challenging it must be to run a used gaming store well. These guys do a great job. Huge selection, but more than that, the staff is knowledgeable and always KIND to my 10-year old, answering his questions and engaging him to try new things, related to his current interests.He leaves this shop feeling not like a little kid, but like a respected gamer with peers.For him, that makes this shop so much more than just a place to buy used games.Thank you!

Went back to this store after a couple years. No more damaged games from sunlight and staff was very friendly. Talked about current game prices and how the store functions with their trades. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Great turn around for this store from previous visits.

The Gameroom is absolutely amazing! I spoke at great length with the owner, Chris and he answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns politely, professionally, and with a smile. I asked him about the negative posts and press that they have been plagued by and he offered explanations instead of dodging. This is a tremendous business that offers specialized services for retro gamers and restoration services! I received my order for Ultimate Fighter Season 10 promptly and its like brand new! I didnt know this place existed up until a few months ago while hunting for older games, and Ive been back a few times already because Im so impressed! The staff is amazing and very kind. Most other game stores have employees who talk down to me, completely ignore me if I have questions, or disbelieve me when I say Im in their membership programs. I dont want to say its because Im a woman, but none of my male gamer friends have experienced any of these things and Ive honestly never seen male customers treated that way. Its enough of a problem that I dont like shopping at those places. I havent had any issues like that with the staff at Gameroom. They are very respectful! Theyre also pet-friendly and allowed me to bring my cat Khajiit in because it was on our way home and I didnt want to leave him in the car. Their online shop is also convenient and Ive made a couple orders that arrived quickly. Everything that Ive purchased has worked so far. The stock is obviously going to be what people bring in, but I always find something to add to my collection, and at decent prices, too. Yep, Gameroom is now my favorite game store!

Never go there way overpriced better off going to pop culture exchange or Benz game zone

It was okay. Honestly it was a bit plain and dingy. We bought a game for my son but they seemed to have a hard time finding a copy of the game he wanted that wasnt all scratched up.

Called to ask more about a game before purchasing via their website. I’ve worked with their Lincoln Store and it seems their customer service is just as awesome here too. Very easy to work with and sometimes stores can’t get that customer service right over the phone. Recommended and thanks!

Large selection, sometimes I like to browse here to find gems. Some things I looked for were not available, but the staff let me know if it was in stock at other locations and provided other options to buy. Can be a tiny expensive but it is understandable for hit games. Kind and honest people. Cute cat and nice Japanese music is always playing.

I was looking for a specific game went to oth er sites and were more than pricey. I happened to stumble upon this site and found the game at a reasonable price. I ordered it and had it shipped. It came at a reasonable time and the disc and everything was in good condition. I will continue to do business with these people.

They didnt have the games I was looking for exactly but they helped to make sure my console worked right and the employee that helped me was super friendly and helpful. They definitely earned 4 stars for sure

I go in this store a lot. They sell games for about the same as you see on Ebay. When you sell stuff here its a good deal. Keeping in mind that they need to resell it. Way easier then putting adds up. Staff is very nice. they tell it like it is. They will not lie to you to make a sell.

He asked For a Refund & He couldn’t get it. & This Was January 1st, 2021 Today is January 2nd, 2021 And They are Only offering in store Credit and He spent $90 on the game System & $20 on the Games

This place took the time to talk to my wife she is disabled veteran half blind/deaf this place did so awsome she came home with new wii and 43 games and she has never been so happy in her whole life coming back from the war she told me they let her have her service animals with her they helped her reach for things an talk so loud that she could hear them then then took out a magnifying 🔎 glass to show her everything and read her what she waa buying on top of it all after that she called them to ask how to set it up to the TV and they walked her step by step and asset her with it over the phone.One of the employees knew sign language this was a good man that blew her to over all happiness.Highly recommend this place

They have a nice selection of games for all consoles, new and old! They also have a huge selection of DVDs. The staff was very friendly also. The parking lot is the only downfall. Its a tight space to get into.

I was excited when the Gameroom took over the old Gamers location. It seemed like a good step forward for that building. But sadly, this place is a hot mess. It looks nice at a glance, but once you start looking around its very noticeable. There seems to be no organization to the store. Games arent alphabetized at all, multiple copies of a game arent even together. I saw a shelf of PS4 games, but then saw an almost empty glass case with just a stack of PS4 games at the bottom and sitting right next to a bunch of broken glass. The employees seem very lazy as well. I asked an employee if the my had any PS3 Guitar Hero guitars and he didnt even get up out of his chair to look, he just told me that they probably didnt. But then I ended up finding one myself just 15 feet away from him. Maybe once they are more organized and better staffed, this would be a great place to check out. But right now you have to go on a scavenger hunt throughout the entire store to find anything youre looking for.

I think the guy who helped my son and I was named Cory, but I could be wrong. Anyway, great customer service everyone we go there. And you get more from them when youre selling things.

Horrible service- went to get ps4 controller because mine joystick was messed up and since they had to send it out to get fixed I bought another one and they lost my RED controller and tried to give me a plain black one with a massive scratch on it

Ive always had a good experience in this building. To me, Gameroom is a breath of fresh air comlared to Gamestop. The people treat me well, they have always had what I want as well advice. What they offer is a unique local experience in a heavily marketed, corporately franchised industry. Theyve got the stuff that the bigger gaming stores do not offer as their isnt a massively lucritive profit margin. Need some obscure, rare, vintage game on a vintage console? Go here, talk to them, theyll have info and resources on those things that the larger corporate franchisee wont.

I went to GameStop next door looking for an Xbox 360 hard drive, the salesperson suggested a couple stores across town and never mentioned the one right next door. The service at Gameroom was excellent, very fair prices, and it looks like the offer service on older systems. Definitely will be back.

The place is a mess but it shares a lot of memories when I was a little boy. My dad would take me and my brother to gamers to simply pick a game we wanted and he buy it for us. So many great classics like Metal Gear Solid and other classic gems on Nintendo systems you can find and play for the nostalgia!

Was in there 2 minutes tops before I had to leave because I am allergic to cats and they have at least 1 IN THE STORE! Really upset, I was looking forward to a good game store after Gamers closed down but this isnt it for me. I cant even step foot in there again to really give it a shot. Please get rid of the cat(s) so I can shop at your store.

Place with games of older consoles and used controllers sold for half their original price a little messy inside with not all of the product being in shelves, but being lined up on the floor. Very large selection and was quite impressed with the trade in deals they offer.

My go to for used video games & movies. They always have seasons of all my favorite tv shows that i cant find in any other store & its cheaper than ordering them. 1 of the few places left where you can still buy all the classic consoles & games. Hands down the best game store in the area.

Gameroom is currently liquidating the inventory for a few Gamers stores, and will be reopening as the Gamers Gameroom on January 7th. Even though the store is technically liquidating, it looks better than it has in years. The hard work and love of the new management is clearly evident, and Im excited to see all the good things they accomplish here.

I traded in DVDs and games for store credit. I used part of that for a refurbished PlayStation 4 controller. I was told they were refurbished. Took it home and it drifted. Took it back and they gave me a different refurbished one. They tested itto get home and after a short time of use that one started drifting also. Im going to go back for the third time. But I get tired of running back and forth.

Love this place the games are so cheap here I got here at least two or three times a month to get my son and you game for his Nintendo Wii the employees are always so helpful and friendly looking forward to my next visit

I took in 10 games zelda was one .I know they sell it for at least $30 and the other 9 games I seen on there wall any where from $10 to $20 They gave me $15.00 for all 10 with the excuse 6 games they dont pay for anymore but theyll sell them to ya for a high price Total RIP off tonight i lost all faith in buying and selling any games.....

Went in there last night with a friend, was looking around for a bit. My friend ending up finding a game she was looking for so we get up to the check out and the guy that was working didn’t even acknowledge us or anything and I know he knew that we were waiting. So after a few minutes of a waiting told my friend piss on this and walked out. Hopefully this game room gets better workers in there or it’s gonna fail..again. So from now on I’ll just either go to game stop or bens game zone. Least Bens game zone is waaaay better and has better selection of games and he takes care of his customers. This game room definitely not.
