I went in to fix the screen on my Moto G 5G 2021 about a week ago and met one of the employees named Charles. Since the phone was really new, Charles had some difficulty trying to find parts from distributors, especially ones that werent defective. A few delays for the repairs happened, but eventually he managed to replace my screen and it works good as new! Charles was very apologetic about the lateness and I understood that plans dont always go out the way we want them to go sometimes. Originally the bill wouldve been about $117, but he was nice enough to give me a 10% discount for the trouble. I greatly appreciate that along with the work he did!

Charles was IN CHARGE! I was sent here by Duk at AT&T as my 6 month old phone was doing strange things. Charles took one look at the phone after hearing my complaints and said that I was the 2nd person that day with this issue. He explained that any cell phone can be replaced within a year of purchase according to a federal law.I had assumed that I couldnt return my phone as I hadnt purchased Apple Care or ATT protection.It made my day.Today, I have my new phone, thanks to Charles. Good service. It has not been long enough to test the battery life between charges. I will need to stop in and have some bubbles removed from the face skin which was not there prior to the change out of the battery.

Oh my gosh greet service, the owner was so NICE.I got my screen fixed on my phone which was about $160 dollars and a screen protector which was $30 dollars, which rounds to $190 +tax, also if you crack the screen protector you can get a new for $10 dollars. And that whole process only took about 1 hour-1:30 minutes.

I called CPR today with an issue with my old iPhone 7. I explained the issue and Charles gave me a strait answer. He told me that my issue would be very expensive and the best way to deal with it would be to call Apple directly. Rip Off! paid $160 for a screen repair only to to have it crack 2 weeks later. They said they would repair it for full price. Come to find out its relatively easy to change the screen yourself and the parts are only $60. I feel jipped

Took in my iphone 11 with a broken screen. Phone was still operational when I brought it in. Came back after an hour from dropping it off and the tech was telling me the phone is defective and the screens werent connecting. The tech called the owner and I took the phone to another CPR store where they tried some new parts on it, same result. They seem like good guys and respectable, but my 1 star review is for what happened after.First they told me that I brought the phone in not in working condition, which is a lie. The tech at the 78th and dodge store was using the phone and and turned it off. After mentioning this to the owner and them telling me the only thing to do is to now get a new phone, I was frustrated I gave them a fully working phone, besides part of the screen cracked, to be given a dead phone. The owner gave me his personal cell and said he would help replace a new one and make this situation right. Once I found out the price of a new phone and ordered it, I reached out to Mr. Hammer and he ignored my calls and texts.The workers themselves seem like great people and care about what they do. I was just very disappointed with the being told I would receive assistance in getting a new phone to just being ignored.Anybody with iPhone screen damage is better off going to Best Buy or Through Apple to get guaranteed Apple quality screens.

The screen went out on my friends phone, and I thought we were screwed. Nothing was backed up like we thought it was, and I couldnt transfer any of the data to my laptop. I called Charles to ask what he could do, and he not only answered all of my questions, he also gave me an estimate on the phone. He gave me multiple options for replacement or repair, and ultimately I decided to go with a replacement as the old phone was very inexpensive and in terrible shape. I bought the same type of phone elsewhere, then brought both phones in with me. Charles walked me through multiple ways he could retrieve the data from the broken phone. He ended up going with a solution I hadnt even thought of, which turned out perfectly. He finished the job well before the time he had estimated for me, which was amazing considering he was running the shop on his own that day! When I went back to pick up the phone, he showed me exactly how he fixed the problem and what to watch for in the future if something should go wrong. He even applied the screen protector I bought elsewhere at no extra charge. And the quote he gave me for everything was dead on - no unexpected costs or fees. He was so professional, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He also was never pushy or condescending - which as a petite female who appears strangely juvenile for my age, I SO appreciate!!Overall the entire experience was fantastic and I will 100% visit again with any issues I may have in the future. I have already recommended this place to others and will continue to do so. Charles was a total lifesaver for us and the services at CPR are worth every penny!

Edit: The owner contacted me and I got the proximity sensor fixed at no extra charge. Thanks!The Good: I shattered my screen, stopped in, and they had a new screen on my phone in 45 minutes. Very quick. I loved that.The Bad: the proximity sensor no longer works. The screen stays on when holding the phone to may face during calls. It may have happened during the drop. It may have happened during the repair. No way to know now.The Ugly: the replacement screen is off from factory. It has an odd tint to it especially when looking from a slight angle. The screen itself functions absolutely how it should though. It just looks off.Loved the quick repair. Do not like that my phone does not function properly and screen has a strange tint to it.

This place is amazing!! They truly back their work. Had a screen replaced elsewhere and it failed just beyond 90 days. Here their work has a lifetime warranty. Super quick turn around times too!! I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Kind of wish I didnt take it in, because I found out I could just port the data to a new phone. My old phones display is completely broken now so I lost a lot of precious files on it. That being said, the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and personal and let me known everything that was happening every step of the way.

Although I have a less popular phone than what CPR usually works on. They reordered when what they started with wasnt quite right, and gave me a discount for having to wait another week. Great service and my phone works like new!

My I-pad mini was showing a black screen and looked like it wasn’t charged. Plugging it in didn’t work and holding the power button down did nothing. Took it into CPR repair shop and after a 1hr they were able turn it on and get it back to normal. They told more couldn’t fine anything wrong with it and no $$ for just looking at it.

These guys are awesome. The first time I came here was because I’d totally shattered the screen on my iPhone 7. They had it fixed in half an hour. I went back again when I sent it through the washer on accident and unfortunately it was totally dead (unsurprising) but they did fix an old iPhone 6s I had that had been dead for a year because the charging port broke. They fixed the port and found out it needed a new battery too which they gave to me for free. Highly recommend, they are super nice too, great customer service. Will definitely come back for any future repairs.

After a really rough day and quite a negative customer experience at the IFix store down the street Charles and cohorts were lifesavers. Seeing my confidence had been shot in what to believe about the damage done to my phone he walked through every technicality of my phone and thoroughly expounded to me what was wrong, what might have happened and went out of his way to not BS me and explain the parts. I’m really appreciative of his hospitality and “up-front” honesty. He did all that without even knowing that I might fix my phone there. Some of you tech repair stores out there should take some notes. Ultimately, it was just an all around superb customer service experience. If you are tired of the nonsense prices and being skeptical that you might be getting overcharged or slightly scammed just go to these guys. They’ll be upfront with you about everything.

If you have an apple phone go somewhere else they sell fake faulty parts and the owner wants no part after you complain does not stand behind his products because he knows they are trash. I took my phone here to get fixed battery and screen one week later the screen cracks again so this time I take it to an apple store to be told that they repaired the screen with a cheaper product and put in a faulty battery which caused the screen to overheat and crack again. I will be checking into legal matters regarding this issue since the owner does not want to get in touch with me to make this matter right after blowing 310.00 dollars very disappointed it’s a scam go some where else.

Just got my husbands screen replaced, and everything about the transaction was great! It was quick and affordable, and the gentleman who helped us was friendly. We will come back, if we ever need another phone serviced.

When I went to pick up a phone I dropped off to get the screen replaced and they told me exactly what they did and even notified me of things that were previously done to the phone and if they were going to affect my phone’s operation. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing a screen replaced!

Place is awesome. Two guys behind the counter were friendly and fast. I walked in expecting to spend $75 on fixing the charging port of my iPhone, but they found lint stuck in there causing the issues and didnt charge me anything or say it needed to be fixed for the $75. They are quick, honest and professional. Definitely will recommend to everyone and use them in the future if need be.

I love these guys! No B.S. The experience I had at iRepair was for my charging port. No charger I had would fit in the port. First, my provider told me the phone was shot. And to buy a new one. Of course. Then I checked around and priced some options. I was in the area so I stopped in. The guy at the front asked to check and see if the charge port might just be dirty. He went in back for a few min. and handed me my phone and said here ya go. I waited for a explanation and a bill. He said no charge! Just needed cleaning. How cool is that! Its been working great ever since. They earned my trust. Apparently some places still believe in customer service :-).

The service at iRepair Smartphones was outstanding. First he did a free diagnostic, the included some free fixes. He got lint out of the charger and reconnected the battery. He also checked how the phone charged with a variety of chargers. When I was impressed that they did so much for free, he laughed and said, We hope we dont see our customers again. Which would mean their phones never have problems again. That reflected a great overall company attitude that puts the customer first.The waiting area was quite. It was a great place to sit and read with my son. Cameron also let us take a look at the inside of the phone. He gave us historic information on the technology that my 9 year old found fascinating.The issue with my phone was unusual for the type of i-phone I have. What appeared to be a battery issue was a mother board issue. That meant that the repair took longer then expected. While being completely unconcerned about having to work an hour late, Cameron was very thoughtful of our time. Each time, before he tried a new diagnostic, he checked if I had time for it.Because he was working late for me, two more customers came in. He graciously helped them also. One mans cracked screen got fixed in about 5 minutes.Camerons knowledge, great attitude about staying late, and concern for the customer led me to think he was the owner. He was an employee. His attitude reflects a company that puts customers first, even if it means paying overtime. So while you may get different service agents, they will all be from a company that helps employees and customers to thrive.

Wifes screen broke on Christmas eve, took it here to get fixed they said it was a l.e.d. light something. This will be the 3rd time coming back under warranty . Because half her screen freaks out. Still.. otherwise highly recommend

Out of all the places we called to fix my hubands Note 4, they had the best price! Every other place wanted over $200. Not only that, everywhere else would have had to order the screen. It was done overnight :)

Christian did a great job today. Turns out that my LCD has gone bad. He had the estimate back to me in a few hours. Could have been fixed same day. The only surprise I had was that my new phone from Verizon is actually a refurbished phone! Me, my wife and daughter do not remember any declaration by the Verizon rep that our s5 Galaxy phones are refurbished units. We watched him take them out of original packaging. He said we will love our new phones. I will check our paperwork then go visit him. But even with an appointment at Verizon it will take a couple of hours before meeting with any rep. Every time we go to Verizon we wait. Its very annoying. Verizon customer service is jacked-up!!

Theses guy do awesome work they restored information on my iPhone that apple wasnt even able to fix.. I will always come in to the shop way before going to Apple Store.. highly recommend place!!!!!

This store offers fairly competitive prices because they have horrible service. I brought my iPad in on a Sunday and they (reasonably) told me it was too close to closing for it to be ready that day. Should I stop by about noon on Monday, they said, it should be ready to go. However when I came in Monday afternoon, they told me to come back by closing, then at closing they said Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I was told they were going to start it but for the glue holding the screen to dry correctly, it should be left overnight and if I came in at opening Wednesday they promised my iPad would be done. But of course when I went in Wednesday morning they said the crew the night before had only taken the screen off, and they were just about to glue on a new one. Finally after having my deadline pushed back 5 times they got it back to me Wednesday evening.It was a good repair job until two weeks later the adhesive they put under the home button to keep it up gave way, leaving the button unusable. I took it back on a Friday afternoon. They said it was an easy repair and they were happy to fix it, and the staff told me itd be ready to go in a few hours. Now its Monday and I still dont have my iPad because they cant meet a deadline. This store is amazingly consistent in procrastination, and poor in all other aspects of their service.
