Its one lady in there I dont care for at all, she is very rude. I will not go back if she has to do my feet again ‼️‼️

Did a great job, my favorite place to go. Very professional and have great hours, I get my pedicures done here all the time and have never been unhappy.

Went to get a full set due to I couldnt get to my regular salon. Asked for specific details to my nails like do them a little thicker than normal( I work a lot outside) and to have them buffed afterwards. She stated I didnt need thicker (they lifted within a week) and no can buff but suggested I get clear gel instead because it is better. (Ive had my nails done for 35 years I should know how I want and like them) I said no it yellows( I am very active outside so I know) She does clear gel for free, guess what? It yellowed. 🤦‍♀️ Do not recommend. If you are willing to pay for a specific service you should get nothing less.

The prices that are shown through out the shop is less likely what you’ll pay. They will tell you the price after starting your service. I paid $18 just for them to paint my toe nails (no gel, no full pedicure or anything, just adding polish)- I also needed one nail repaired. She didn’t have the color I had already so I just requested a color change. She suggested that I just paint that one nail silver and I declined. So I just asked to change the color on my nails too. She wanted to charge me an additional $45 to change the color of my nails. I CAN GET A FULL SET FOR THAT PRICE! So of course I refused. I asked for the ring of nail colors to see if I could find the match and she said that she doesn’t have the color and to go back where I got my nails done for them to paint the repaired nail. I will not be back!

I DO NOT recommend this nail salon. I went to the salon because they were open late. I got SNS and a pedicure. After about 4 to 5 days the SNS started chipping. When I returned to get my nails fixed the manager was rude, unprofessional, and did not want to fix all the nails that were not right. Their SNS is obviously cheap because the manger was able to pop the SNS off my nails. I WILL NOT patronize this nail salon again.

I came in to get a full set pink and white. The lady looked at my nails, which are short and suggested that I get ombre instead and she said it would look better. I agreed. Before she started she said Ombre $50, I said $50? And she nodded yes. While she was doing my nails she asked did I want to get my eyebrows done which was $10. I was pressed for time so I said No. She repeated tried to convince me to get the eyebrow wax and I finally told her I was in a hurry and didnt have time. Long story short, when I get ready to pay, she says $60. I was like no...you said $50 before you started. She said no, no I said $60. I know she said $50 but apparently, they feel like they can charge people whatever they want to. This was very unprofessional and although it is very convenient for me to come here, they will never see me again.

I gave a good review months ago. But the materials are either Cheap and diluted or theyre not using the proper amount. I got my nails done Monday and by Wed my index finger was getting weak and I just sat in my car and removed it without a tool or anything. Yes its clean, yes its not bad as far as the look. But quality isnt there. They dont believe fixing the problem. Ive heard of others with the same problem because I referred ppl. But never again. Their only response is go somewhere else. Poor workmanship.

I walked in the door with both of my daughters we were all expecting to get our nails and feet done we all had masks on. As soon as we half way walked in the door an asian lady said no kids in hea I tolf her they were getting their nails done too she shook her head . didnt even greet us very rude . I started to go off but decided to go to the nail salon down the street dont go here they are very rude and their nail shop is hot dirty looking and it stinks ....

I got a pedicure done April 22, 2021 and It Was HORRIBLE!!! I only came here because I was in need bad for a pedicure and this was the only place open late but I swear I’m never coming bad I’m sorry for cheating on my people at Sun Nails🥺 I’ll be going to sun nails to fix up my toe nails because they are uneven !!!!!

Very professional also extremely clean neat and tidy. Beautiful job on my nails and very pleasant owners.

Good service but not worth the price.

I went to this shop on 03/22/2020 to get a manicure with SNS dipping powder. Cost 40 dollars to take off and put back on. A little more that I would normally pay but, they were open on a Sunday so I was okay with that. Color was pretty when put on but, a week later and it is literally chipping off at the top of my nails and sides by cuticles. Ive had SNS on plenty of times and it always stays on until I soak it off. This is the first time it ever started to chip off. The quality is horrible and I never did get a real manicure just soaked the powder off and put it back on. Paid more than normal for poor quality and not even full service. Very disappointed and would not recommend. This was my first and last time.

Service is slow . Only have 3 associates at all times. Was only nail filing one side . Cut me with the nail filer. Over charged for pedicure and doesn’t do a good job . Almost fell cause there was water on the floor. They don’t know how to do up to date designs especially with stones. One of my nails are sore from filing to hard. Nail lengths are not even. I would not recommend this place . Period !

Theyve easily become my favorite nail salon in Macon. They dont have many chairs available at a time, but the service is always great.

The eyebrow wax lady responded “I do how I want to do “ in a very rude tone to my younger sister . The lady was very unprofessional and her customer service is horrible . Absolutely AWFUL!!!! The male, Im assuming the owner was very rude from the time I walked in the door until I finally decided not to patronize them. Reminded him that he was a minority as well and he will not talk to me down. I strongly recommend people to go somewhere else!!!!!

They do a good job on S & S Nails here. I went to another place out by the new mall and it wasnt quite the same. And the ladies here are very nice and do a good job. Tonys not bad on the feet.

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. Service has always been top notch. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they take the time to know their loyal customer by name. The new location is beautiful and bright.

Love them I go all the time! This is the first nail salon Ive gotten my eyebrows and lip done at and they do the best I literally never go anywhere else to get waxed I love this salon! They are very friendly and it is so comfortable.

Horrible place! My daughter and I waited for over 30 minutes for a pedicure.. once they finally come to do our pedicure they were done in 10 minutes! I complained to them and they were so rude..my toes were all different shapes and the bottom of my feet were worst then what they were before I went for a pedicure..my husband could even tell the difference when I got home he said my feet were very rough! I will never go there again!!! Dont waste your time! Completely horrible! Wouldnt even leave one star but had to in order to do the review...

Do NOT I repeat Do NOT go to this salon! Major rip off with regards to their featured products Nu Skin! Just another reason theyve found to overcharge their customers. The owners are husband and wife and actually reside in the same sub division as I do so its nothing personal but the wife is very rude and discourteous. The husband cant do nails that will last one week! Buyers be ware!!

My nail tech was very friendly, I love the way my nails turned out. I also ended up getting a pedi! They have options with all organic products, which is nice!

Never had any issues with my pedicure but i finally let them try a manicure which was ok till they popped off like press ons 3-4 days later! Then tried to charge 30 dollars for it being done incorrectly the first time. Never again.

Went to this shop on Fri. August 9th for SNS. On Sunday August 11th, 3 of them just fell off. I called back to let the know, they wanted me to pay 15 dollars to get it repairedNEVER AGAIN. NO STARS

PLEASE do not waste your time and money with this nail salon. I regret I did not view the reviews before hand. I received a pedicure that was rushed and horribly done! My toes were only painted in the middle, showing my nail color around the edges. I was rudely told by the wife when you use white color you can only do one coat, if not it looks bad .. NEVER AGAIN!!

Second time going here. The first time was good. This time today, I spent 3 hrs there. I got a pedicure and overlay with removal of old set. First off, I got there 10 mins til 12pm. I was seated immediately for my pedicure. The water was cold. They made it hot. I sat there 45 min before my toes were touched. I got the $30 pedi with organic products. He never used the products on my feet. I asked him to use the cheese grater instead of the razor..he did that on a dry foot. The massage was wack! My hands are ugly. The acrylic was too thick for my hand. I asked him several times to thin it out around the cutical, but instead he wanted to go on and on about how many years hes been doing nails. I had to reiterate several times just make me happy. My thing is, if im paying u just stfu and do the job. Tom is rude af! I should have known that when the girl next to me had clear and red nails and she asked him to put the same red on her toes but he refused and told here shes fine with blood orange toes and clear nails with red diamonds.

No one cared to inform me I would be waiting with soaking wet waterlogged feet for almost an hour. The man who finished up another client, disappeared and never came to let me know I would be getting service any time soon. I left after my massage chair turned off for probably the 5th time. Known several people that waited forever, wont be back.

I hadnt been here in years an I remembered why when my nails started lifting before 1 week. I dont do manual labor so this is unacceptable.So stingy with the acrylic. I had to ask him 3 times to shape my nails the right way. A waste of money. I wont be going back ever.

I came yesterday and it was TERRIBLE I came in I asked gel nails and they made my nails FAT as hell!! I seen baby roaches, I seen mold, they told me I only had to pay 20 and they charged me 50 damn dollars !!!! They service is terrible and it has a terrible odor!!
