Terrible experience do not go here. Multiple staff members including the owner were not wearing masks. I requested a certain color of SNS and they begin the process of SNS and then later realized I did not have the color. Then they had to takeoff the first layer of us and us to switch to chill. After the gel they kept making mistakes on my thumb and had to redo it two times. Also the owner who is not wearing a mask kept standing behind the technician that was doing my nails so that I was being exposed to two people and one that was not wearing a mask for no reason.

Terrible service I sat in chair almost 2hrs only to end up leaving cause they kept skipping over me I hope no one else supports this sorry business

Nails are streaked and have ridges. One nail broke right there while he was doing them and when I said something he said it’s fine, I’ll fix. Complained about the ridges and they attempted to fix them. 2 nails broke off in less than 24 hours. I asked before if they knew how to do SNS nails. They stated they did but my 2 broken nails and jacked up ridges determined that was a lie.

I am very big on customer service. I truly feel that considering the clients that patronize this nail salon first language is English, that they should do a better job at speaking it in the front of their clients. What the owners and employees here dont know does that I I am fluent in 3 languages including Vietnamese. They were very nice in the beginning but Asian people have a thing with trying to get you to do what they want you to do as though they dont know what the hell no means. I wont be patronizing this establishment anymore. They are very judgemental and slack with the job that they do when they do your nails. Its not worth it.

This visit was horrible and just ridiculous. I was going in for a fill in and two of my nails were coming up on the side, the guy doesnt cut that section off and try to repair it, he puts acrylic over it. Smdh. When I correct him, he gets up and tells me to wait on the next available person, then wants to tell my son to sit down and be quiet. The service was pitiful and only two guys doing nails

Worse pedicure ever. I didnt see him sanitize any of his tools after using them on me. The callus remover was rinsed off and patted dry with a towel. They are nasty as hell, I got polish all over my damn skin. It looks like I painted my own toes. I will never go back and I pray I dont get a fungus

This is a late review. I went into this shop, a few weeks ago, to get a full set of nails. The nail technicians greeted me when I arrived. I waited for more than 20 minutes for them to acknowledge thati was still sitting there with no service. Two nail technicians walked in with two customers. They sat them down and began doing their nails. I continued to wait patiently. Then, an older nail tech comes to me and says Im sorry they have appointment. I not know this. You wait please. He will do you next I waited for 30 more minutes on the nail technician that was supposed to do my nails. Then the two nail technicians that came in with the other 2 customers got up and left with the customers. There are 3 people waiting to get nails done by one man. I left. I havent been back since and I dont plan on it. I feel they should do better about their service, maybe communicate with each other. Plus, they never acknowledged me again after I had been waiting almost an hour. No thank you! I dont recommend this place at all. I would put any stars but I have to in order to post this.

Online says they close at 8. Walked in at 6:40 for just an SNS and was told they’re closed.. the open sign was ON. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not return, ever.

Worst manicure ever. Didnt notice until I left, but there was a hair caught in my nail polish. Got a french manicure, and the white was uneven and patchy. He also used a horrible shade of pink clear coat that makes my nails look like they have a bad chemical burn. Wouldnt have been bad if it didnt take two hours to do. Didnt even bother asking them to fix it, it wouldnt have been worth the time. Wont ever go back. Wouldnt have gone today, but they were the only ones open. Terrible.

Wasnt always good customer service they tend to switch the prices up which makes it confusing after getting nails done as far as i know from doing my nails there i only let one person do my nails and he was from spain he was awesome dont know if he is still working there he always done a great job
