So my first problem is my nail tech kept answering the phone at least 10 times while in the middle of doing my nails. Second, He was obviously not paying attention to the picture that I kept showing him cause this is not what I wanted them to look like. This is honestly the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Im surprised that I didn’t walk out and actually paid for these. Even the other three people that I was with were unhappy with their experience.

Helen Nails are very unprofessional. The owner (Lewis) was very rude as well. I received a gel short full set that was $35 and gel toes were $40. Their prices are different and overcharging. Mind you my sister was with me and her nails were $35 as well but her nail length was medium to long gel full set. When i asked about it they don’t charge by length but confused on why it was the same price. It is ghetto and the lady who was doing my nails were ruff & also another lady who did my toes, they were not neatly done and sloppy. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Terrible , my nails look horrific . It took less than 20 minutes to get my nails done. They’re bubbly and missing paint and not painted all the way. They look bad. Was there almost 2 hours to get them fixed and still didn’t get them fixed. I had to leave . Terrible . Will never go back again.

They made me sit there for almost an hour waiting to get my nails done. They were rude as can be. So my boyfriend found A LOT NICER NAIL SALON WITH NO WAIT TIME AND DOES AWESOME BUSINESS. THEY ARE MORE POLITE. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND HELLEN NAILS TO ANYBODY!!!!!

Horrible place . My daughters nails were so messed up . She went back to get them fixed we were there for an hour and a half people were walking in getting there nails done while we sat there . Very unprofessional horrible work never again will we go there or recommend this nail shop
