Today was my first visit and never going back. Normally if a nail salon is doing bad I let them finish, pay and just never return but this location did so bad throughout everything that I just had to stop them in the middle of it and leave.I came in with SNS, but now wanting gel polish with a manicure. A man starts to file down my first nail of SNS and starts to hurt my skin around the nail. He just says, “sorry” and proceeds with the same technique. He starts on my second nail and files down so much that he filed down my real nail and was in a lot of pain. Then, I believe the owner continued where he left off. She wrapped my fingers in the foil but left me waiting around 15-20 minutes until she did approximately 5-6 costumers eyebrows. I patiently waited........Finally after already being there approximately 40 minutes overall she starts to “remove my cuticles,” and as soon as she finished my right hand I looked at it and immediately said to not continue especially after she took out her “instruments” out of her pocket. NOT EVEN KNOWING IF THEY WERE CLEAN OR NOT. She didn’t remove not ONE cuticle from my hand. On top of that she still wanting to charge me $19. Very disappointed and do NOT RECOMMEND.And here is a photo of the hand she “took cuticles off”

Firstly, the male nail tech cut my thumb so deep that it bleed entirely to long.. When the guy finally decide to ask do I want something to put on it, it burned tremendously. I had to wash my hands twice to get the chemical from the cut. Even after that I let him finish my nails. But the drill was to high and burned my nail bed. Not once but at least 5 times. He also got upset that I kept snatch my hand away and told me to stop moving. The place itself seem older but tolerable. They aren’t very sanitized especially during this pandemic.Ps I got my nails done today, a fill in. My nail as already broken.

ONLY THING THEY CAN DO IS EYE BROWS ..WELL (LYNN) THEY MOM MOVES VERY SLOW ND THEY RUSH ON YOUR NAILS ND OVER CHARGE!!!!! ILL NEVER GET MY NAILS DONE AGAIN.

Do not go here if you value your time. I have now been here twice and every single time, I have had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come begin my manicure or pedicure. Additionally, they do one thing at a time so pedicure first then once complete, they move to manicure... so inefficient. I spent over 2.5 hours there getting a mani/pedi. I have never had it take that long in my life. I am so upset that I spent money here!!!

This place came highly recommend by my mom. However, I was immediately turned off upon my arrival an hour and 10 minutes before their posted closing time (approximately 4:50) when they turned me away at the door citing their 6pm closing time (at 4:50). In my opinion, if a business owner knows that it would like to close its doors at 6PM and wishes not to accept more customers after 6PM, then it should post closing hours of 5PM in contmplation of a 6PM closing. Otherwise, if a customer shows up at 4:50 (well before your posted 6PM closing time) you should a be in a position to accommodate that customer OR change your hours. I really wanted to try this place out based on its decent reviews but have been very disappointed today with its inability to accommodate my schedule (within their posted hours).

Probably the worst pedicure i have ever received. the tech was re-using his gloves and they had holes in them.

They charged me $50 for eyebrows & a pedi i asked for regular polish and she gave me gel.

This was my first visit! My nails were done meticulously! They are beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I will be back. :)

I gave this salon a try last week and I will never spend my money there again!!! My nails look horrible and I get annoyed looking at them. A bulky SNS nightmare. First time and last time...

I visited this parlour 2 weeks ago, it was the only one open on a Sunday. I had a pedicure, The visit was wonderful, atmosphere very relaxed and clean. Im getting ready to go there again this morning for my bday!🎉😊

WORDT NAIL JOB EVER. He tried to do SNS and I swear he’d never done it in his life. I had a fake tip put on and you could clearly see it through the dip powder because it was bent downward. Took almost two hours because he had to redo them. He put a clear coat over SNS?? Then it bubbled and clumped up and I had to get them redone by someone else. Called SEVERAL times to try and get my money back but no one ever answered the phone. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT GO HERE

They do great work, but I wasn’t thrilled when I went back two weeks later for my first fill in and got charged the same amount for a full dam set.

I guess because I was new Lynn did a very rushed job on my nails and they where breaking off in 4 days. In my years of getting nails done that has never happened !! I will never be back!!!!
