Pedicure was nice.. nail art and shaping is 🗑..showed a picture and still got $65 kid art on my nails...if I ever go back itll just be for basics I like how thin/natural the sns feels and my feet feel amazing...no creativity tho this design was not worth an extra 15..stickers arent laid neatly..the pink (I wish I would have left it plain🤦🏾‍♀️) is what I got the other pic is what I wantedUpdate..the next day*Today4/16/21...not even 24 hours later the design is peeling off..😒

My nails turned out incredible! The wait for a walk in was definitely longer than I expected but the service made up for any time that we spent waiting. Pricing was fair and definitely worth the quality of the nails.

I got a full set with some decals and one nail with rhinestones. The work was good but way overpriced. I have a regular nail tech that does an amazing job but I had an event and couldnt book with him last minute. This same design would have been 30 dollars cheaper and probably done better. I wont likely be back. Good for something last minute and if you dont mind overpaying.

Will NEVER step foot in this place again. I walked in for a service, signed the book. Almost every tech looked my way and didn’t say a word.After about 20 minutes of waiting with no acknowledgement, a Caucasian customer walked in…was greeted and escorted to a station. Minutes later, another Caucasian customer walked in and the same happened. When I got up to leave and scratch my name, a few tech just stared with no word spoken. I quietly left. So sad we keep doing this to each other as a PEOPLE. SMH.

This salon looked nice inside and the pedicure itself was good. 4 days later and almost every single toenail is chipping. I always get regular polish on my toenails and can keep it for 3-4 weeks. This is pretty disappointing

I have been a loyal customer for years and because of todays experience I will not be coming back. I had a 3pm appointment for SnS, but when I got there it was a bit busy which I understand; however, they had me sitting there with my fingers in acetone for over an hour. Someone did not attempt to even get to me until 4:15pm. I would completely understand if I was just a walk-in, but I had a scheduled appointment. When it came time to pay, I asked to talk to the manager. I told her what I just described to you and the only thing she said was that they have to honor the walk-ins that come in before me. My response to that is what would be the point of even scheduling an appointment? They were not understanding in the slightest, especially since I had somewhere to be at 5pm and I did not even leave the salon until 5:05pm. I am never one to get upset at customer service because I work in customer service but this is ridiculous. Dont go here, go to Macon Tan and Nails less than a mile down the road instead.

I went here for the first time to get a pedicure. They was very nice & greeted me & immediately sat me down to be serviced. I waited about 20-30 minutes still no service but it was fine, but then an older Caucasian lady came in told them she wanted a pedicure & immediately again she was sat down (water ran in foot bowl) & within 5 minutes she was being serviced. All while i have been waiting patiently at least 30 minutes without any water even being ran to soak to my feet. I just walked out without explaining why. Will not return again. I am giving 2 stars because they did greet me immediately, the place was set up very nicely, & it was clean.

I just moved to Macon and have tried a few salons, so far this one has been the best. However, my fingers are so cut up from cuticles being cut too much, which defeats the purpose of a manicure. When she wiped my fingers off, it stung but over the past 2 days it looks like I got in a fight with a cat. The pedicure was amazing, the mani and painting is great and ill probably be back. I believe in second chances, but I feel as a professional if my cuticles didnt need to be cut, then dont cut them to avoid looking like this

I will never go here again!!!!. First of all I am a bidding nail tech and I didn’t have my supplies to do my own acrylics like I normally do. Because I saw that this place had good reviews I went to sky nails. I wanted to get a simple fill in and polish and my acrylics I had on were bright pink with powder. When I asked for what I wanted they said They could not do that unless they take my set off so they can charge me more which is bogus because a I have done many times before so I picked a color and got a acrylic fill in. There prices are not what they say I called and asked what they were and it was 20 for a fill in and $3 dollars for missing nails so my fill in should’ve came to be 35 at the most but of course it was $55 dollars. Than when I go home the next day one nail came completely off and my thumb is lifting. I’m very disappointed and I threw away the card they give out.

I have visited this establishment twice.My first two experiences were great.My third visit was awful.The young lady that was doing my nails completed them in 20 minutes.She did not properly clean them She performed a very rushed job.When it was time to perform my pedicure, normally the tech would be more professional.She asked me to roll my pants up.Again she was very rushed.She wanted the money,but the service was awful.I dont know whether the tech was having a very bad day,or not enough staff available.God Bless Her Though
