The salon is gorgeous and clean, good to know they offer some space for your small parties like Birthday. Bo did my nails, I showed him a picture and he made it look even better than that. My daughter and I have been looking for a new nail salon for a while so we decided to try Beaute & Le Bar and it was THE BEST DECISION ever. First of all, the salon is immaculately clean and smells very fresh, not that heavy chemical smell that normally accompanies nail salons. It has high ceilings with beautiful chandeliers, marble accents, and hundreds of nail colors to choose from. We were greeted immediately at the door and were walked through how to register and how to select the services we wanted. We moved to the rear of the salon where we sat in some of the nicest pedicure chairs I have ever been in in my life. My technician was named Bo and my daughter’s technician was named Kelly. They were friendly, fast, and did exactly what we wanted and even gave us input on what colors they thought would look best against our skin tone (and they were right!) We both got standard pedicures and gel manicures, start to finish the process took a little over an hour and we were both very pleased with the outcome! They are a little pricier than some other salons in town but you definitely get what you pay for. With that said, for both of us combined I only paid 30 more than at our old salon. Definitely worth every cent. We have found a new home!

PART ONE OF REVIEW* I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt a certain level of responsibility to share my experience at this nail salon. I visited Beaute & Le Bar 2 days before my birthday on a Saturday to treat myself to fresh birthday nails and a pedicure. I, like I’m sure some of you are currently doing, did a quick google search for nail salons near me and came across this salon. I thought it was cute and felt as though most of their reviews were promising so figured I’d give them a chance. I wish I had kept looking for nail salons.The inside of the salon is cute and it was pretty clean..I visited on a Saturday with no appointment so it was very busy and I was prepared to wait for a while. It was the way I was checked in that first gave me a poor experience. When you first walk in you are greeted by the front desk associate who asks what you are visiting for. I told her “a full set and pedicure” and was asked to wash my hands and then check in on their iPad at the front. I did exactly that, the iPad had me type in my name and tap on what services I was there for and then told me “someone would be with me shortly”. I sat down and waited for at least 45 minutes which only began to get frustrating when I noticed people who came in after me being serviced (unsure if these people had appointments scheduled). I even could see open pedicure chairs and manicure chairs so I just could not understand why I had not been called on yet. Then, the most aggravating thing occurred. The front desk lady walked over to where myself, and some other ladies were sitting in the waiting area and referred to me and another customer and said, verbatim, “so you guys aren’t getting anything or?”. I was so shocked by this level of professionalism! I’m wondering in this moment “what was the point of signing in on the iPad then?” I nevertheless responded politely and patiently to the front desk woman and repeated the services I was there for.. it was at that moment more than 45 minutes later from me walking into the salon that I was finally able to start my services.I had also wanted to add, but ran out of space before posting this review that I had to say “ouch” multiple times while the nail tech filed my nails. Also I ended up spending $115 here ($28 for class pedicure and then so then the remaining $87 was apparently for the full set). I feel as though that price was so unreasonable!

I went to this salon a few times and each time the service was okay...but this time and the last time was a horrible experience I got tony the last time and this time and he done horrible on my nails...the last time I asked for a simple French and it was the worst I have ever seen and I’m not just saying that! Looked like a 2 year old done them I asked him to redo them and just paint them solid white they was lumpy and horrible looking I was tired of complaining and I didn’t say anything else I just payed and left unfortunately I didn’t get a picture .I got him this time and just said oh boy I guess I’ll give him another chance but now I’m regretting it my nails are lumpy they have bubble under them as you can see in the picture the acrylic is all over my cuticle I had to come home and file it off I’m so upset I’m ready to soak them off and I got them done today they are uncomfortable and ugly..im so mad especially over the price I payed I’m very disappointed and I won’t be coming back to this salon in fear of getting him again.....

It was fine. They just didnt use hot water for me or my familys feet when we were getting them done, it was more room temperature. I didnt notice when I was there, but one of my nails wasnt polished properly. It was only $26 a person, so, I guess you get what you pay for. It could have been worse, but I will go somewhere else next time, just to be honest.

Ive been here 2x so far. The 1st time I wasnt really amazed w the results, but I did like the customer service. So I gave it a 2nd chance and made sure I was more vocal about what I wanted from the moment I walked in so I could be paired w the right nail tech for me. On both occasions I was treated well, didnt feel rushed to pick a color (big deal to me) and was able to make a change if I wanted something different, without any attitude. They listened. Salon is gorgeous but they are way overpriced and the techs are not very good. I have been 3 times and each time my pedi is just ok but nithing to write home about. My nails however always look terrible. Thickness is inconsistent, white tips donts look the same. Nails are not filed uniformly. They certainly could do better considering how expensive they are. Wont be back.

I got a gift card for secret Santa at work. I love getting my nails done but Macon salons have been disappointing me lately. Johnny did my bails and did an outstanding job!!! It was worth every dime. Im so in love with my nails. My pedicure was pretty top notch as well. I felt like for a man he could of did a better job massaging my legs and feet but its all good. Ill definitely be back. Thanks for bringing a real nail tech and spa experience to Macon.

Inconsistent. Ive been here 3x, and my first visit was amazing. Loved it all. Great clean building, low smell, great pedi chairs, left feeling pampered. The next two times I was disappointed by the service I received. I went for the more expensive pedi package, and the techs didnt massage me and flew through the experience, really making me upset I spent any money there. This last time, which was yesterday, my nail tech left polish residue all over my toes. Didnt even do the whole volcano pedicure per their description. While I was seated next to someone who got a jelly pedicure only, 20$ cheaper, and was getting her legs rubbed down and done the way she should have. I normally tip excellent, but could only leave 15% to this guy from last. I guess it depends on who your tech is, but Im not risking it anymore.

I dont think I will ever go to another nail salon. The colors, environment, cleanliness, customer service, everything was AMAZING. I let them know that I had an ingrown toe nail and she fixed it without me flinching, bleeding or any type of pain. The leg massage put me straight to sleep being accompanied by a massage chair. Highly recommend and will be back.

The place was very nice on the inside. I made an appointment based on some reviews I seen. I walked in and check-in was easy, and I was seated right away. Within about 15 minutes my pedicure started and then they came and did my nails. All in all, I will be back.

I had two technicians. The lady Mae, I think her name was, was awesome she did my pedicure and my eyebrows and my eyebrows haven’t looked this good in years. My manicure looks like something my 8 -year old niece could’ve done. I can’t remember his name but I was disappointed. It’s a beautiful and unique space as well. I’ll be back but will definitely be requesting Mae every time.

The nail tech did a great job my nails. He was very attentive and made sure I got the style and designs that I wanted. The atmosphere was so laid back and chill. I felt welcomed. I will be going back very soon

I have used this salon several times for the past year. It is the closest to my house. I won’t use them anymore. Every once in awhile, I will have a great technician but the majority of the time, I leave disappointed with the service.I have left with bumpy nails. I had a technician get short with me for asking for other color palettes. This time around, I asked the nail tech to remove my ingrown nails and she barely attempted to.My husband asked me why I keep going back when I leave unhappy so often. The truth is, every once in awhile, I get a great tech. But most of the time is subpar. I’m going to try differently salons near me. I’m not even picky. But when you $$$ for a service I’d like to be happy with the results.In the pictures below I just left the salon with a gel pedicure. The pinky toe has already peeled off. The color swatch I picked out was a beautiful dark pink with glitter. The gel paint itself was not what was displayed.

I came in to get my nails re filled and asked for a shape up. my nails are not shaped correctly and the color is lumpy and way too thick. the nail tech who did them was not engaging in conversation with me except only speaking to the woman working on my friend next to me. i’m quite when in new places just to see if they will fix the lumps and shape them correctly. sadly this was not done and i do not think i will be going anymore to this salon i was expecting more but now i have to go get my nails fixed bc they are way too lumpy and thick. the colors are also patchy on the sides and near the cuticle. j feel if i paid the money they should come out great i was just sadly let down with this visit

Great thing that you are not required to wear a mask. The wait was a little long, but understandable considering I went on a Friday. Pricey, but my nails do look great.

I wanted a simple manicure with a buff and shine. My nails and cuticles look horrible. My nails have deep scratches. They attempted to fix it but it could be done without digging deeper into my natural nails. This is not the first time I have had issues with simple services. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

1st visit but prb last… maybe It was the tech i was assigned.-he did a sloppy very poor job. Didn’t remove cuticles, filed nails crooked splashed finished coat halfway on . Burned me a couple times with the electric file..then the pedicure? got sprayed with foot sprayer bc tech didn’t realize he had it aimed at my lap… I asked to have my toenails trimmed bf painted.but barely trimmed so I trimmed when I got home . When he painted my toes, they dried to the towel . On top of this , way overpriced for the service rendered .. the salon was huge but “too” crowded with “stuff” and techs running into each other .. very very disorganized set up..

My nail tech, Mailynn, was very informative as this was my first visit. They provide a menu of services after being seated as well as bottled water. I got the Volcano 🌋 pedicure which was $50 and came with a orange scrub (fresh oranges), some fizzy stuff added to my water (volcano affect), a callus scrub, and some other things. It was nice for my first visit. Next time Ill go with the regular. The salon is beautiful with plenty of stations and techs to assure u wont have a lengthy wait if any.

I always love coming here for a mani pedi! The wait is never too long and I’ve never had a bad experience. I had Jennifer today and she did a great job! She was so friendly and efficient. If you’re in macon, you should definitely be using this salon!

The salon itself is gorgeous. I honestly was blown away and felt like a Queen. It was very impressive, but other than the decor nothing else was right. I made an appointment after work and walked into a crowed front counter, so crowed that I opted to wait outside the door, you could audible hear a lady screaming at the front counter. Finally came in and was sat down at a pedicure station after I asked for a manicure. And just waited for about 20 minutes with nobody checking on me. Finally I got soaking and was moved to a table. I showed a picture and said I wanted a manicure with SNS. Absolutely no manicure, no pushback if cuticles, nothing but taking off the polish, and reapplying on dry hands and cuticles. Nails themselves were okay. But I just felt completely rushed and the tugging and pushing of my hands when just a professional communication would have done fine. I can’t read your mind! Just tell me when to remove my hand, take my hand, etc! Checkout was a take your card, slap down your Receipt and leave. Just super off putting. I’ll just keep going to my regular salon and wait for my Saturday appointments.

Pretty good place, clean and usually quick. The only things I don’t like our that my friend has not had her manicure three times now after selecting it when she checks in. And the way they do their colors is a weird numbering system, so you can’t really pick By the name of some thing you know so she’s always struggling to choose a color. They’re friendly for the most part but they are really pushy when they upsell and almost seem put off when you select just the basic service. But, all that said this is the one in Macon that we prefer and go to consistently.

First time visiting and I felt rushed. The tech was very rough with my feet. I also do pedicures so I kinda knew how things are supposed to go. I also got a manicure which the tech was very nice and took very good care of me. Back to the pedicure the guy was a lot older I also explained to him the gel polish brand that he was using does not stay on the nail very long plus it stains, he pretty much just brushed it off as if I dont know what Im talking about or whatever but thats fine you know to each its own, upon leaving the salon I stopped and spoke with I assumed the manager and I expressed to him that I did not like the shape of my nail because they were very uneven. Never did he ask if I wanted them fixed. But overall the atmosphere is very pretty but hey I guess you pay for the atmosphere and not the service between a pedicure and a manicure I left out paying 110 bucks and was not satisfied

Loved it! Super relaxing. I got the Volcano pedicure. I only get pedicures every couple of months and it was worth it. Michelle is gentle and sweet!

Minh was just amazing! He was super friendly and helpful when I asked him about all the different pedicures they offer. His foot/leg massage was the best Ive ever had! The chairs are the most comfortable and best massage chair Ive ever sat in. I was in the tan ones all the way to the back. The manager (maybe owner?) was very accommodating and sweet. My friend said the guy that did hers was a little rough and they made sure to take care of the situation. I will be back when I decide to spoil myself again

The salon is beautiful, and they got me seated with a technician very quickly (I made an appt). However, I’m not understanding why I was charged $60 for a simple SNS manicure (no tips, no special design, etc)... additionally, the manicure it self was good but not great. My tech left the powder all around the edges of my nail. I’m just underwhelmed especially for the price w tag.***update***Shortly after posting my review, the salon and Lynda reached out to me to rectify the situation. They ended up refunding me the difference of what I should have been charged ($40), as it was a small mistake which led to the overcharge. Lynda also cleaned up my manicure for me. Thanks for the follow-up!

Will never go back. I’ve been a few times and something always goes wrong. All I wanted to do today was get a mani pedi. I asked for an extra 10 min foot massage ($15 extra) Bryan DID NOT EVEN TOUCH MY FEET!! I stand on my feet all day I just wanted a massage. When I asked him why he didn’t massage my feet and spent the entire 10 mins on my upper calf he said that he didn’t want to touch them because I flinched when he was using the pumice stone one my feet......why would I ask for a FOOT massage if I didn’t want you touching my feet? The last time I went I was getting a full set the day before my graduation so they would look good while at graduation and the party afterwards. Not only did the woman rush through the process she was very rude when I took two extra minutes trying to find the perfect color to match my dress. I got them done the day before graduation and by the time I walked across the stage the gel polish was peeling off they looked horrible. Then not even 2 days later every single one of them feel off🙄. And That was just my past two visits. I HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else if you want your manicure to last more than half a week.

He took his time even though they were busy and I appreciate it so much! Nicole worked on my hands and kept me entertained from sitting down until I left! She was so sweet! Definitely found my new home away from home!

This is my full review. Their site only let me do 300...This is my 2nd time getting service at this salon. First let me say the salon is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The first visit I got a pedicure totaling $60. I still dont understand why I paid 5 dollars to have polish removed if Im getting service totaling that much. My pedicure was not the best but I knew they had recently open. So I gave them a 2nd chance this time I spent 98 dollars. My full set shape is just how I like it but 15 for 1 coat of clear gel thats not even covering my whole nail and plus the sides or popping off. I feel each service should have been done separately. It was very uncomfortable sitting with my legs straight and then the nail tech pulling my hands and upper body another direction.Therefore parts of my nails dont have acrylic. My pedicure the polish this time is amazing but I have so much uneven skin around the toes. The lady used a wood tool instead of the metal I let her know that wasnt working but hey shes the tech. In all i wasted $156.00 but I guess you pay for the experience now and not service. I was hoping to have my daughters party here but can not afford to throw way hundreds of dollars just to sit in pretty chairs.

The inside was very clean and very pretty. My mom took me and my sister to get our nails and eyebrows done. I dont know what the guys name was but he was very rough with my nails and I have a few scars on my fingers near the nail. My left pinky nail was shaved?? down a bit too much and I can see some of my skin from under the nail. Other than that the lady that did our eyebrows was very nice and they came out very good.

Nicole offered me water right when I sat down and she really took her time. I am always extremely impressed with Quynh! She is so thorough and takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect! We always have great conversation and it’s never awkward. I moved to Macon 3 years ago and have been bouncing around to salons since. I have found my place and my nail person! Quynh is literally top notch!!!

I went with my daughter and granddaughter on Sunday as a walk-in no appointment., My daughter purchased a set of nails (sns)(powder) and my granddaughter age 6 rec a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and I rec a pedicure with gel polish and I received ombre red to black (sns) powder nails. Julie did an amazing job on my pedicure I would recommend her to everyone. Johnny did a great job on my ombre nails. My only complaint is they need better communication. The language barrier could be tough. Since these services were paid together with my daughter & granddaughter being finished before me. One person wrote down what to pay incorrectly and lets just say Im glad one person understood english well. Other than that it was a great experience and I will be returning and I will pay per services per person not as a group to keep confusion down.

Had a great experience with Harley doing my gel manicure and Cloe doing my pedicure. They were wonderful, friendly, and both my toenails and fingernails look perfect. It is a beautiful facility...definitely the nicest in Macon. Have been there several times and always had great service, but today was the best!

This was my first time visiting this nail salon . It was very Crowded . I was told to sign in . I did that . I was in line to be served . There was a couple in front of me . I heard a very loud holler that lasted several minutes. I asked the couple what was going on. They said a woman fell. Another woman came up in front of me to pay . She looked at me & busted out laughing. She said the lady fell . I said oh .. she said don’t say oh . I said I am not judging. I didn’t see what happened. She was very rude & said I will . No one that worked there said anything to her. I asked how long was the wait . They said one hour. I said cancel me. The guy ok. Not a very pleasant experience. Especially for the first time. Not Professional at all .. Hope The Woman That Fell Is Ok.

Awful wait time . Nails were poorly done. Paid $70 for short nails with gel polish which looks like a 2 year old did them 😔! I highly do not recommend coming here.

The guy who did my nails not only charged me extra for a shape I didnt ask for, but he burnt my fingers several times with the nail file and left my fingers bloody and sore for several days until it hurt so bad I had to pop off the nails just for relief.

I high recommend Ms. Nicole she was absolutely Wonderful! Her customer service was impeccable and extremely friendly. I had been looking for a nail salon to call home and finally I found one! This salon was extremely clean and beautiful! Sure can’t wait till the bar opens! Again ask for Ms. Nicole she’ll get you right.

We waited for over an hour. They never showed us nail colors or a list of services. When we finally got up to leave, they asked us to stay so we did and they did make up for it. It ended up being a good experience. I definitely recommend an appointment.

Never again. I researched this place beforehand and called to make an appointment. I was very much looking forward to the Unicorn Pedicure + hot stone and massage offered on their website. However my happiness quickly spiraled downward. I was annoyed upon arrival to find the manicurist assigned to me didnt want to wear a mask. Dont advertise that your establishment abides by covid guidelines if it doesnt (they also say they require customers to wear masks as well, but they werent because idk pick a reason). She only got her mask after I asked her to.We then sat down I told her what I was here for, she looked confused and handed me the menu which was way different than the website. Fine, Ill go with the volcano pedicure which sounded unique and why not its been a while so Ill spoil myself. Not good. The volcano scrub was terrible, the lotion was terrible, the pedi chair was terrible (switched off every 15 mins or so), the nail care was terrible (think miscut toenails where its not fully cut on the sides) and the massage was, can you guess it? Terrible. After leaving I had to use a mound, yes mound, of tissues to get the oil off of my legs. Had I not fish couldve been fried on them.Overall my experience was not great and I will never be returning to or recommending this location.

I was in here today 4/19/2021 health inspector was leaving sassy nails headed there all but 2 employees jumped up running around picking up things running to back out sit there 10 mins and nobody came back to finish my nails they only did my toes and put acrylic on nails I I had to walk out due to school pick up they told me to come back to finish

We were in the area and tried it out. Pedicures mediocre. And they are not as friendly and only focus on asking you if you want gel polish and look at you displeased when you get the classic pedicure and regular polish. My sister asked me to leave a small tip as a good gesture. I sure did as she requested but she gave me money back. Its a definite no to returning.

They cut my cuticles and didn’t even give me what i wanted. it was a simple french tip and the guy had to get someone else to do it. the lady who did them did them super rushed and messy. they were $70 and looked terrible there was no product on the bottom of my nail which i repeatedly said but they weren’t listening to me. then refused a refund. i will never go back.

I was super stoked to go and have a girls day here at this salon because I saw a few pictures posted from friends on snapchat and the salon looked amazing in the pics. So, I asked for a gift card to the salon for Christmas. Me and my best friend planned a girls day without our kids (which is rare) and were both extremely excited to be able go share the experience together. I also heard they had a wine bar which made it even more enticing. We went and as soon as we walked in our temps were checked (which I understand due to Covid) and then told to go wash our hands prior to check-in. We did, then we were asked what we wanted and we said pedicures. With that said, I had been looking online several days before our visit at all the services and was interested in several things on the menu. Unfortunately, we didnt get the opportunity to ask questions, we were told to follow them back to a chair. We passed several sections that appeared to have different types of massage chairs, but never once were we asked what we were looking for or if we had questions about the services. To make a long story short, the entire visit was rushed feeling. Had we have known what the other sections offered, we would have loved to do the additional services offered there, not to mention have some wine. We were given 4 nail charts and told to pick from those for our colors. None of them were impressive, but we made a choice based off what we were given. Then towards the end, we saw another client sitting there with about 10 different nail charts to chose from. I inquired and was told that I could also pick from them as well. This would have been nice to know prior to that because at this point my nail tech was almost done. We asked a few questions about nail art, but a couple of the designs I wanted (from pictures online) he told me wasnt something I could get. So I had to go with a single color and no nail art (something I never do, because I like wild crazy stuff on my nails and toenails) I dont want to bad mouth my tech, he was really nice and did answer any question I asked. But me and my friend both left the salon feeling very disappointed with the service, or lack of from start to finish. We needed to be informed of all the salon offers so that we know what questions to even ask. I added several options to my jelly pedi, which cost additional money (callus removal and hot stone massage) and honestly I feel like I get more from my regular salon I have always gone to with just a deluxe pedi and I also pay a lot less as well, plus I get to show them pics of nail art and they do it 9 times out of 10. During my pedi there they offer additional services to me while I am getting my massage so I know what all they can do for me. To sum it up, overall, I am not very happy after our visit today. I do want to say I dont feel it was my techs problem or his fault, I just think the services provided are what the techs are trained for and they do what they have been taught. So this is by no means an attack on him. At this point neither me of my friend were excited about our first visit as sad as I am to say that. We expected so much more and thought we would get pampered but instead we were just rushed through the entire visit.

The volcano pedicure is amazzzinngggg and it really relaxs you. The lounge itslelf is very beautiful inside. Its a MUST on visiting to get the experience.

My daughter and I stopped in this shop on a Sunday, by Monday morning her nails looked awful. She asked for SNS but the gentleman who did her nails just kept putting on the powder and then he began painting them with gel polish. Now half her nails are ashy and half painted with gel polish. Beware and if you know the process of your service and they don’t follow it don’t pay!!!! However on Wednesday Mrs. Linda called me and was very nice and apologetic about my dissatisfaction with the service we received. She promised to make it right whenever we are back in Macon!

The staff went above & beyond for me. Lynda did an amazing job on my nails & their prices were the best compared to ANY other salon. Open 7 days a week is a PLUS!! Will definitely be back!

My nails keep popping off I paid 55 for them not to even stay on longer than a week I’m disappointed it was my first time getting them done there

I came into the shop on 09/12/2020 and didn’t have a great experience. I spoke with Mrs. Lynda and her and Richard fixed all my issues! Richard re did my nails and they have lasted for 3 weeks! Thank you so much Mrs. Lynda!

I walked in and I was so impressed , the decor was impressive. And my pedicure was amazing, loved how she had a full conversation with me! Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend

I am a long time supporter and patron of another local nail salon but decided to give this one a try since they are close to my house. The customer service was wonderful! Harley did my pedi and she was so sweet and helpful! She took the time to explain things to me so I knew what all my options were. The only minor complaint I have is that the massage was a little weak for my liking, which is nothing that couldnt be fixed if I had spoken up. All in all I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back... maybe once the bar opens for mimosas and pedis! :)

This place was amazing from start to finish. Literally the best mani /pedi in my life. Massage chairs were amazing, add on options, swanky inside . Tons of polish options. Junior did my massage and I would request Him again.

Update 10/24:I went back to the salon for just a pedicure. The pedicure was fine but nothing special. The massage chair was better than the actual pedicure. I got my pedicure at 2:30. I had a nail that was messed up from the “toe spacer” but I just assumed it could be any fault and didn’t want to sit and wait for it to be fixed. I stayed to let my toes dry and then didn’t put on any socks/shoes until we went out dinner at 7:30. when I took my shoes off ALL MY TOES ARE MESSED UP.I am rating this a 1 star because of a few reasons. The first reason is every time I get SNS nails, the nail technician constantly cuts my skin. Last time I went, I was cut twice. The second reason is my SNS has already grown out. If you look at my nails, you would think it has been 2-3 weeks. The nail technician does not dip my finger down to the end of my nail. I’ve had my nails done for just a week. The 3rd reason, I went for a pedicure and because I was getting my nails done at the same time, I could not use the massage chair. So I essential paid for just a change of polish on my toes. I started recently driving to a place by my parents in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and once you experience a nail bar/salon.... the Macon salons do not have anything on Atlanta salons. I was hoping with a new salon, there would be new technician, however, the same technicians came from Sassy Nails, which is the same quality.

Shop was busy but very professional

Michelle was really rude. She messed up my pedicure & was very rude about fixing it. She had another lady do it named Nicole! Nicole was very nice & did It exactly how I wanted it! I would def recommend Nicole!

The first time I tried this place I got a woman, I’m not sure of her name but she was very kind and sweet! I got a sns mani and a regular pedi, the color I picked out isn’t what I got but that was fine I corrected it for my sns nails and they were both beautiful! My thumb nail cracked like a week later which isn’t common for my sns experience, but nothing too crazy. I went back a second time with my mom and had a bad experience, I got a man not sure of his name, he was rude and had an attitude, in the process of soaking my old sns off one of my tips must have fallen off, he has to have seen this but he didn’t care. He just kept going and did the whole “manicure” and left that one nail ALOT shorter than the rest, it looked ridiculous. He didn’t massage my hands or apply lotion so I paid for a mani but didn’t get it. This was exactly 5 days ago and not only is the one nail so much shorter than the rest but another nail has cracked in two places and broken off, I had to file it down to keep from snagging it on things. It was obvious he just didn’t care. I won’t be back.

Went and got a pedi.. they took my temperature check and Ask me to wash my hand and sign in on the iPad ... then I was seated in the chair and had to wait 5 min but it was ok (the atmosphere was relaxing so I didn’t mind) I decided to get the herbal botanical jelly pedicure and it was amazing ...overall this is a place that’s not like any other nail salon in macon .. ( I didn’t even think that I was in macon) I will be back ..

Went in to get my nails and toes done today and it was a complete failure. Front desk took forever to get me in, soon as I walked in there was a group of people at the front. Finally when I was seated in a pedicure chair ( don’t pick the pink ones, very uncomfortable ) I felt like they left me there and forgot about me. 20 mins in I got up and left. This place was packed with people, and the Chinese people were running around like there was a fire in the building.

I called to inquire if I needed an appt. Was advised No but there is no wait time if I had an appt. My appointment was at 6pm. At 650 I still had not been seated. . The front desk clerk watched me walk out without saying a word or giving an update on when I could expect to be serviced.

I went there Thursday and get my nails and toe done they did a good job .they had good customer service .

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Macon! I went for the first time recently and they did not disappoint. This will continue to be my nail salon in the future.
