I wish I could give this place zero stars! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Poor quality work! I witnessed the owner curse at a customer and call the police on her because he cut her cuticle (bleeding) and she didn’t wanna continue the service. He chased her to her car! The wife did a poor job on my nails so I was soaking them off to be redone. After the commotion I decided to leave with half done nails!

He took his time and did a great job with my nails. The length, color and shape was perfect. Surprised at the cost for a fill in increased. I was required to pay 45.00 for a fill-in, cut down, one nail repair and basic gel polish. One week later still pleased with the presentation of my nails.

It could be a little professional atomsphere wise. You got women coming in not having any regard for other customers by loud talking to the nail techs and shop owners like they work there. And their appt schedule needs to actually be used.

Theyre very unprofessional.! You cant talk to anyone. He told me that hes watching me. He started arguing with me and the woman that worked I said there dud too!

They close earlier than some nail salons. Last walk in at 6:30pm. Doors locked promptly!

I love this place. My nails always look good an last as long as they are supposed to. They moved from Kroger shopping center recently and the new store is cute. Ive been going to them for 5+years.

This was literally the worst manicure and pedicure experience that I have ever had. I would give zero stars if possible. The job was rushed and the quality was nowhere near worth $60. I could have done a better job at home for free. The nail tech was male and I will never return to this place again.

Not polite and slow

I used to go when they were in Kroger on Pionono but the last few times Ive been I felt rushed and my SNS polish did not last 2 days before it started chipping. Not sure if its the products or their work but I will probably be finding a new nail salon.

Does good work on pedicures. Dont really like the nails. I personally dont like how they peak in their language around customers and at times, you can tell its about the customer. . The Male owner has a very rude manner and not really people friendly. They have moved to this location from Kroger. This is my first and possibly last visit.

I was not there long and I love how they check your temperature before you enter and masks are required

I will NOT be going back!!! So how is the male nail tech going to catch an attitude when I told him that I didn’t want him touching my hands and nails AFTER he screwed me over not once but twice!?!? And I’m supposed to just let him put tips on when he cost me my real nails under the basic jacked up tips I was overcharged for two months ago; then instead of putting on a full set last month, he did a fill in!!! Heck no he CANNOT, SHALL NOT & WILL NOT touch my nails - EVER!! Apparently neither will anyone else there!!

The man was so busy doing 3 peoples nails at the same time. I asked for my daughter to get pedi and mani but they forgot to do her nails

This places had bumped its prices due to tax season. They are very unprofessional. A young lady paid $25 for acrylic on her real nails. Absolutely ridiculous . He decided to be sarcastic and hand her 10 fake nails. Once again completely unprofessional.

Terrible service. Long wait time, argumenative employees. I actually have been going here for the last 7 years but the staff changed and since then its been horrible. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Unnecessarily slow, unorganized, sloppy, what was a beautiful pair of long natural nails was trimmed, rather cut, into irregular ovals, uneven, and unattractive and too short. It was the worst manicure I have ever had and a perfectly poor example of SNS procedure.

Dont go there when theyre busy. Nail tech rushes the job. Resulting badly, and a very dissatisfied customer.

He was the only nail tech so the wait was a lil bit over an hour. I wouldn’t let the man do my nails ever again bc he cut my cuticles & my nails are short and thick and then he had the nerve to say $40.00. I could of just went to Helen nails. These are the ugliest nails I’ve ever witnessed.

This crew moved from Midtown Kroger. The service is on par but the new place is too small for all their followers. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS...there just is not enough room for guests to wait!
