If I could give it zero stars I would. My nail were rushed, and it wasn’t colored in all the way, and it was polish all over our nails and feet. They had to push the older lady over there to work on us. The man didn’t even file my nails. When he got done with my feet he took the towel with him I find that very nasty and unsanitary and I had to ASK them for the flip flop.(they gave me a broke pair) They were staring, laughing, and talking amongst themselves, it made us feel uncomfortable. It was to pricey. The decor was Beautiful tho, but everything that glitters aint gold. I definitely will not be coming back.

Absolutely wonderful. Helen did my nails. Usually they would hurt the day after but they dont. She made sure they were perfect. Note to self: DONT TRY SUNDAYS AT ANY NAIL SALON OR SPA.. LORD THE LINE OR WAITING PERIOD IS AMAZINGLY LONG.

Messy work. I went in today for a very basic gel polish change with simple lines after leaving another shop that messed up the same design. I showed the lady the picture and she acted like she could perform the service. She paints very sloppy and literally walked off to go wax someone’s eye brows before even checking to see if I was satisfied. One of the kids they have working in there came and put cuticle oil on my fingers. Definitely won’t be back.

This was a nice experience I had with my daughter-in-law who treated me who treated me to a pedicure. I would definitely come back here the place was clean the people were nice and you did not have to wait a long time.

Beautiful salon but not very professional or well executed service. I went with my best friend and her mother and we got a full set while her mother wanted a pedicure. They finished with her mother and left her sitting there for 20 minutes and didn’t communicate that with her until one of the employees came and shooed her away (literally, she did the hand motions and everything). I wanted a coffin shape; the guy I had filed my nails down so much the shape is inconsistent and he cut me multiple times doing my cuticles and drilling. After painting the base color he up and left me there for a few minutes without saying anything and a woman came and took his place. I asked for a few stars on my nails and instead of communicating that they weren’t confident doing that design they did them anyway and they turned out horribly. I finished first and went to check on my friend; her nails were beautiful! They turned out perfect and exactly like she wanted. The guy doing her nails even offered to fix the designs on mine with no extra charge. The woman who painted the “stars” on mine saw him fixing the design and in front of everyone said something along the lines of “I guess she didn’t like my design” and proceeded to point me out to other employees. I even saw two customers walk out after seeing how other customers were being treated! Overall, it was a beautiful salon but touch and go with who you get to do your nails. I’m likely not to go back based off the first and only experience I’ve had with them.

I went today and I had a older woman do my toes and she did a good job. I went to get my nails done at station 5. Amanda did my nails and she was very rude. She had an attitude the entire time she was doing my nails. She did a poor job on them. I have been here plenty of times and had good service but this time wasn’t. I probably will not return because of the service today.

I have had a lot of good experiences here. I would recommend it.

ZERO STARS!!! i’ve given this place multiple chances. first of all they’re rude & they give you nasty looks. with me being a woman or color, it makes me very uncomfortable. they speak to each other in their language and it makes you assume they’re talking about you. not sure who did my nails & feet today but she was VERY rude and her attitude was DISGUSTING!!!! today was the last straw & i’ll never go back

Sassy Nails is beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, appointments, even for a bachelorette party, are useless. I made an appointment a week in advance, and we still had to wait almost an hour to be seated. None of the people in our party were started on at the same time, and it just made for an awkward experience. This is probably a great place to go to on a slow day, but not at 3 pm on a Sunday.

Very expensive. Good work though. I probably wont return unless they have a special.

The person who did my pedi acted as if I was a burden, didn’t greet me. Huffed when I gave her my color, continuos aggressive movements. Bumped me a couple of times with the gel light and didn’t apologize. Upon paying and leaving, no thank you no nothing not even after I said thank you.. … normally they put your shoes on… she didn’t bother. She was just like “go”…. Shouldn’t have tipped but was still considerate and left $4.00 not coming back here for sure.

Tried a design but it didnt work. She gave up and didnt even offer a glitter topcoat and she threw her hands up and said just leave it like that and walked off

I only go when Sandy is working. She is amazing at both mani and pedis! If it wasn’t for her I would never go here.. There’s another lady that is good but I can’t remember her name.. but I’ve seen someone pull off gel polish off my friends toe nails and it ruined her nails (as expected) so yeah.. Sandy is your girl! Well, mine, but I know how important it is to look at reviews and find a recommendation!

They forgot about me after getting the rest if my party done. They cut me multiple times, and started to laugh when I flinched during the sanding and drilling procedures. They couldnt do the fairly uncommon design I asked for, and eneded up giving me a basic design that was completely ugly and sloppy. Too short of nails, glitter everywhere instea of the tip like I asked, and not to mention how uneven everything was. Will never be going back here.

I enjoyed my first Mani and pedi for my birthday, it was so nice and relaxing. The massage chairs did a great job on my back lol. The technicians did a great job on my hands and feet and added color to my toes. Cant wait to experience it all over again.

Let’s just say after my pedicure my feet are still hard and my nails were filed so low on my manicure that they bled! I got gel polish on my nails and they told me it would last 3 weeks, it’s chipping on the first day! Terrible terrible terrible service. It’s such a shame bc when you see the inside of the place it’s so pretty and looks 5 star but these ppl do not know what they are doing!

Whatever you do try your best to avoid this place. Make sure you don’t request for “John” if you absolutely have to come. I watched him loose his temper on a customer because she asked for a change of color before he started her nails. The prices never stay consistent and the customer service is terrible especially towards AA. Stay away!!!

Much needed pedicure it was great got a full set and they we not good I have been getting my nails done for years they didn’t do my cuticles just not happy with the nails but very clean place.

The place is beautiful and my pedicure was excellent but I also got a manicure and it was the worst I’ve ever had. I was burned by the wax because it was put too far up my arm, I was snipped several times while getting my cuticles removed, and the nails were painted so horribly half the paint is gone in a span of 24 hours

Got a mani and pedi . Didn’t even get a deluxe pedi just the cheapest one and my total was over $100. This place is extremely overpriced and my nails are already chipping and they were gel after 2 days

The nail tech wiped her hands on the leg of my pants and I waited over an hour and other people were constantly being put ahead of me. I also did not like the way they cleaned between clients. The same towels they half cleaned the seats with they put down for the clients to put their feet on. They never cleaned the foot tub before placing the the plastic in it to soak the clients feet

Had to go back to get my nails redone because the gel didn’t last 6 days. They redid them free of charge but they still don’t look great (they had same lady redo my nails). Not a terrible experience, but just ok.

Favorite spot to go for pedicures. Very relaxing! Theyre very friendly and do a great job! They also have a great variety of colors and wont charge you extra for polishes like other salons. Very pleased :)

Ive been here a couple times now and the first two times were good, my pedicures were nice and relaxing and my acrylic nails were nice, the only down side was they over used the drill a bit causing my nails to hurt. This time however, was PERFECT! My nails looked great and there was no pain. I got the hot rocks spa pedicure and enjoyed a 30 minute massage! It was amazing and relaxing! Love it here!

Linda is amaaazing! She is so creative and takes her time to do the job right. Customer satisfaction is her specialty and you can tell she enjoys what she does and does it well! You will not find any one else in Macon that will put the amount of work and attention to detail that she does. This is simply breathtaking!

Me and my boyfriend went in for pedicures and enjoyed every moment of it! The nail tech even took a picture for us! The massage was extremely relaxing and I would definitely recommend this place! They even have a suggestion box where you dry your nails for customers to give them tips on how to improve their shop, that shows me they really appreciate and care about the people who patronize their facility!

Awful! I was in town for business and I needed a manicure so I stopped in. It took a full 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. when I was finally able to speak to a worker I told him I only wanted a s&s manicure.theyve made me sit in a pedicure chair for My manicure so I had my feet with shoes on in the pedicure bowl. The nail tech then put a bowl of polish remover in my lap and told me to soak my fingers I could not believe it.it was very messy and could have easily spilled all over me. I noticed other customers had the foil soak off when I asked why they did not do this for me the response was it doesnt matter its the same. Im so glad I have another nail salon that are regularly visit. Sassy nails is the worst Im surprised there were any customers in the shop at all.

This is not my usual nail salon but I needed my nails done today and Sassy Nails was open, so I decided to try them out. I have to be honest the salon was nice and the customer service was good. However, my fill-in and pedicure was not done very well. The tech did not take all my polish off, so you could see the old color when she finished, when I said something she said it was because the polish was dark it didnt come off. That was not true she was just rushing and didnt take it completely off. The guy who did my pedicure just didnt do a good job at all. Not only was the actual services not good but, I paid 20.00 more than I usually pay. Which I wouldnt have mind if the services was good. Overall, you just dont get what you pay for at this salon.Oan....I left my phone and they put it up for me and I really appreciated that! Thats mainly way I gave them a 3 stars!

The staff was friendly and efficient; however, my nails were still wet after sitting under fan for several minutes prior to leaving. Suggestions: UV dryer, quick dry nail products in future. The last thing you want to do is repaint nails after your service or wear botched polish.

I love this place! I pass many nail salons to go to this one. They are a little pricier than some others, but the quality of services is incomparable!

Last week made my 2nd time to this salon. I will not be going back. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I had to return the next day so they could fix my gel pedicure because 1 of my toes had started peeling off and 1 had already peeled off. And then this week, I had to go somewhere else to have them redo my gel manicure because it started peeling off my nails. I paid good money to have this done and then had to pay extra for another gel manicure which was unnecessary. It all should have been done correctly in the first place. Never again. Beware if you are thinking of using this salon.

Today was my first time coming here and the mail tech did a fabulous job. There was no wait time and she was very professional. My nails look great. I will return again! 😊

Ive never had to wait; no matter how busy the day or season, they get me right in. They give better, longer & stronger massages than any nail place Ive been to in 8 different states. They have a HUGE variety of colors in polish and gel/shellac. Theyve never hurt me, they use new gloves each time (sounds weird, but I watch many nail places re-use the disposable gloves😕), they use nice products, and the atmosphere and decor are lovely and relaxing.

The chair they put me in kept moving, my nails were thick and I said thin and narrow 😡 I will not be going back!!!

This is my favorite nail salon. The staff is great and I love the manicures and pedicures. The gel manicure here is cheaper than other places and looks great!Edit: I loved this salon until Saturday. I asked for my tips to be taken off. I thought theyd soak them off like they do for gel and sns polish. Instead, they ripped them off. It hurt very badly and one of my nails is below the quick. I dont know if Ill go back there ever again. Which is sad because they did regular gel manicures beautifully. Now, Im hesitant to return. Which is sad because I got used to Everton there.

I love everything about this place. Its a little pricey, but worth it. My favorite nail tech is Amanda. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I wish I could give 0 stars. You are better off painting your nails yourself. I went in for a manicure, and to start she only painted the bottom two-thirds of my fingernails. Leaving the upper part of the nail, the half moon up to the cuticle, unpainted. I asked her very nicely to paint the rest of the nail, so she painted the nail, and all over my skin. In addition, since the first layer was so horribly done, you can see the line from the second coat. The final product was sloppy work that I could have done myself. Actually, I would have done a much better job if I had done it myself. Bottom line, if youre looking for a good manicure, just go somewhere else.

Great pedicures but not so good on manicures. There is only 2 manicure chairs, so you usually have to sit in a pedicure chair. Holding the gel light in your lap is definitely not the most comfortable and its not relaxing at all having to reach your hands across to the side. The last two times Ive gotten the gel manicure here, it started peeling in less than a week! They are fast, but it definitely seems more rushed and sloppy. Like I said, just go for pedicure and do your manicure somewhere else!

Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. After multiple times of saying no thank you to upselling of services the lady continued to ask. Also, she cut my foot from being so rough and could care less of my toe bleeding. This salon is over priced for the service they provide their customers.

Would not return. Gel nail polish was not done well. Didnt even last a week. When I showed him how one nail was already coming off, he peeled the nail off quickly, and repainted it without first buffing the nail. Because I had an opaque color, you could see the damaged nail below after he finished. I regret paying for this poor service.

The entire staff was super friendly and I definitely enjoyed spending some of my “me time” here. As I was leaving, I noticed a woman was coming inside 10 minutes before closing as I was paying and she noticed it was packed and realized they closed in 10 minutes so she walked right back out - one of the employees noticed and followed her outside and asked if she needed help and she responded with how she wanted a medi/pedi - the gentleman insisted that she come in and let that happen for her. Needless to say, that’s what you call customer service!!! I will definitely be back.

The first few times I visited Sassy Nails, I had a good experience but for the past 4-5 times Ive been, I keep getting the same girl who cuts me every time! I have said something to her each time and she just has the worst attitude! Every time I go they are packed and usually all of the good nail technicians are taken, so Im stuck either trying to find somewhere else to go or deal with the rude girl who cuts me every time. Ive been on the verge of cussing her out before, but I hold my tongue and just dont tip her well. Its very disappointing because I keep holding onto those first few times where I had a good experience. Maybe its just time to find a new nail salon.

Worst maicure and pedicure I ever had. $25 for a pedicure that does not include callous treatment, this was an additional $5. Gel polish was not smooth and had bubbles in them and they charge an additional $5 to take gel polishoff. The absolute worst, a 5 year old could do better.

Price too high for quality of service they nickel and dime you on every single solitary thing not real happy with the shape of my nails I had to complain to actually get a pedicure that I paid $57 for plus an additional $10 for gel plus an additional $5 for taking off the gel I get my nails done in the city of Atlanta inman park and Ive never had to pay this amount of money for a pedicure and its not even that good and I had to complain to actually get pressure for massage because this is the 2nd time that I have not gotten anything that I paid for. The only reason I come here is because I work in this area but I will make it a point to not come here ever again. I am not happy with the service and completely over charge

Small business. ONLY 2 nail stations on the same table!! My 1st time going wasnt really pleasant. Waited too long for mani/pedi. Dont really do designs. Unless they were being lazy. Didnt have NO water to soak my feet while I sat in pedi chair waiting patiently to be seen. Now on a positive note.. They did a good job, has plenty colors to choose from, prices are Ok for the location. I got the gel acrylic for the 1st time with them & I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Ive had it on for a month now w/out needing a fill in. It looks like a normal two week wear. I would go back if I had to since I work nearby

I did not like they did my nails at all. I was really disappointed, first of all they started on my nails then stopped for a hour for another person to do them, and the shape wasnt even right , my nails werent even and she polished them very sloppy. $25 down the drain.

I went in for a gel mani pedi. They messed up one of my nails very noticeably, but I had to ask them to fix it. They are quick, but also made me feel a little rushed. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience.

Communication is tricky here, and I left with acrylics that I hated. A simple fill-in was a disaster. I had to constantly re-directed my nail artist because he was shaping/cutting/painting my nails wrong. They had to be redone several times after I pointed out he was using a color I didnt want and refused to stop painting. He ended up just walking away to the back, and someone else had to come fix and finish my nails. If Im paying over $30 for a fill-in and polish change, I would like to leave loving (or at least, liking) my nails. Instead, they came loose 3 days later, and I ended up just going somewhere else to get them fixed.

I usually like this place and havent been in a while but this is the worst pedicure I have ever gotten for 25.00 I could have done my own pedicure. Its not worth the money!!!!

The pedicure and eyebrow arching was nice my nail are horrible they are bubbly and lumpy he messed up and was to lazy to take the nail he tried to buff over the nail IT WAS HORRIBLE... I WILL NEVER GO BACK

My boyfriend and I decided to get pedicures together because our feet were looking rough as we are very active and outdoors alot. We paid the additional $5 for dead skin and callous removal and my feet looked the exact same as they did when I came in. I went back in when I realized how poor of a job was done and they said if I had wanted it all gone I should of gotten another treatment. They didnt care that we were unhappy and assured us they dont rip people off on purpose, (eyeroll). We each wasted thirty dollares and left very dissatisfied. If anyone is considering going here for any reason other than just getting your nails painted, DONT! Save your time, money, and dignity and find another nail salon.

Okay, Ive read some pretty horrible reviews on this place and I feel the need to set the record straight. Ive been going here regularly for at least 5 years. They stay BUSY because of where theyre located. I know some people have written they feel rushed and yes, it can feel that way depending on how busy they are. I recommend going first thing when they open, especially during the summer. Also, when they arent busy, they spend A LOT of time massaging your feet and legs. Some of the options for a pedicure are a little pricey, but the length of time they spend makes it worth it. Plus, they have a big salon and lots of pedicure chairs. I like how spacious and clean it is. Manicures can be tricky there, just depends on who you get. I always get SNS and I feel they do a good job. Some of the men can be a little heavy handed with the drill so speak up if they are hurting you. Overall I feel like its one of the best nail salon options in Macon. They DO charge to remove gel/SNS polish. So if youre opposed to paying extra to have it removed make sure you soak it off before you go. Richard, Amanda, and Jessica all do great manis! Ive probably used every tech in there for a pedi and they have all done a great job.

Husband and I went he received a pedicure and I received a pedicure and gel polish the very next day my gel polish is chipping off and he has some sort of ingrown toenail now where they clipped his toenail, so sore he can’t hardly walk . I went back and they went over my gel polish acted like it was no big deal ,did not charge me but the very next day it’s all chipped off again !needless to say I will not be back there and very overpriced !

I paid almost $80 for what I thought was gel nails and toes and a pedicure... they put regular polish. I got scammed. Will not be going back
