Got my Stepdaughter a mani/pedi as late birthday. They did a good job.

SNS nails turned out great and guys were fun, but didnt get the typical hand massage and moisturizing treatment for $45

I loved how Salena took my nails off by soaking them and using her nail file machine. A lot less painful and more tolerable than with them digging under a dry nail. Thank you so much. I love this manicure. She did an excellent job. The lady that did my pedicure really worked the kinks out of my legs. Felt so good. I could hardly walk afterwards. Such great work.

She was so rough she cut my toeNow its burning . How is this ok? Im about to freek out thinking of the germs and bacteria that are getting into the cut . No apologies.40 $ for a service that left me in pain and I pray no infection will set in.How is this ok?

Good service, just not good with there prices. I’ve took my Niece and Wife a couple of times for the same service and all four times they charged different prices. Seems like there would be more of a set price for what your having done.

DO NOT GO HERE I got a full ombre set and an old set removed and was charged $95. When they finished i brought all my complaints and dislikes to the table. my nails are bummpy the top coat doesnt cover my nails the tis look like i have been scrapping my nails on cement i asked for all these to be fixed prior to leaving and they refused told me i didnt know what i was talking about and that they were the professionals i needed to listen to them. They refused to fix them and i still had to pay they said the owner would be in in the morning i cam back first thing to be told the owner wasnt there and there is no one for me to talk to im just out of $95.

Service was okThe manicure they gave me was a joke.He didnt do anything but file and paint.It was ridiculous. No clipping of cuticles or anything.Ill stick with artisan nails on zebulon road

First let me say i have really bad social anxiety. I went in with stiletto inch nails and came out with stubs covered in let me see your manager polish. I asked for 3 nail repairs and a polish change. I normally bring my polish but i forgot and said no biggie Ill just pick one there. I had my son with me and had to go to work in About 2 hours. Thought Id be in and out. She said i think you should cut them down because of your work. I reluctantly agreed but asked that she keep them pointy. She didnt She made them squared. I asked for regular polish as the gel can only be taken off by drill. She got a attitude. I asked for a specific color (sienna/ dark orange) as i was in a wedding party and she came back woth blood red. I thought the lighting had made it look reddish but not that it was red. She literally picked thewrong color up after i refused theother colors SHE PICKED....and kept telling her the one i needed. But she asked me to pay before she painted them.......everything about this visit was wrong. I couldnt leave fast enough. She didnt really listen but charged me 23 for what should have been a 15 buck job. My son was there and i had to go to work. Not to mention SOCIAL ANXIETY from being in a salon. I wouldnt recommend anyone go here. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this place was the worse. I hate red.

They did an awful job they didn’t shape them right nor did they do the right length. Every nail is different shapes and sizes and I don’t recommend going here at all. .

Paid 45 dollars for the worst nail job i have ever had in twenty years, & the American luau who did my nails took longer than my friend who came with me! HER nails looked great... Get it together please!

I have NEVER been to a salon where I was 100% happy. I was helped by Mrs. Goddess. She welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and just took such good care of me. I had a particular request and was not sure of the route to complete my nail look and she jumped right on it and it came out beautifully. I would recommend this sweet lady to highest individual out there.Please go book with her for your next visit and let her know that her friend Ashleigh recommended you! This was the first time my daughter ever had her nails done. I took her and a friend for her birthday. Her friend fared better, at least the nail tech was nice.The girl that did my daughters nails was young, very chunky with long, ridiculous nails. She was hateful. She never cracked a smile, jerked my childs hands for no reason and I believe she she enjoyed hurting her. Im only sorry that I let her finish. Horrible place.

I love this place. Its very clean and everyone Ive meet speaks pretty good English. Sam and Caroline are my favorite girls there but others have been good too. They remember me when I come in and the way I like my nails done. Thanks girls see you again soon! I recommend to anyone looking for a good salon in north Macon.

I went in the middle of a weekday and was able to served immediately. The woman who did my gel manicure did a bad job filing and shaping my nails. After she filed and manicured them, I had to ask her to re-do it. I had skin hanging on several fingers and my nails were all different shapes. After the second time, I just asked for a nail file and did it myself. This was all while I was in the spa chair getting my toes done. Maybe it would have been better if she waited until we got to her station. She also filed my nails AGAIN at the end of my gel manicure (for some reason). It was really annoying.The women doing my toes was nice. She tried to keep conversation going and made sure she fixed her mistakes as she went. I got home and realized that my big toe nail was cut crooked, so I’ll have to stare at that until it grows out.They both did a good job polishing from what I can tell.

Great service

There are many talented women there but make sure you dont have the owner/manager wax your face. Sadly. I wont be returning after more than 2 years of loyal patronage. I refuse to pay anymore to be treated badly and brusquely and then wax left on my face and neck . It was traumatic. I pray she changes her attitude.

This place was so relaxing that I fell asleep. The ambience is wonderful and peaceful. Also, my technicians Caroline and Kelly were wonderful. They were very gentle and thorough. I love my mani and pedi. I will be a regular here.

- Fast to get in (and I dont mean that nail salon trap of pick your color and get in the water - I mean theyre working on me within 2-4min).- Quality work. They dont injure me and my nails last longest from this salon than any other around town. (To you reviewers who said they did a bad job, youve got to try different people. Ive had two that hurt me back when, 8 that are good and 4 that are phenomenal. I go back to those 4).- Massage is great. Some are better than others, but theyre ALL much better than other salons where they distractedly and haphazardly massage my bones in a lazy and painful way. They spend a fair time on the massage too.- I dont ever have them rushing (as other reviewers said), except when Ive told them Im in a rush. And then they just do the same quality work in less time, they dont skimp.- A super plus that most of them speak English reasonably well and have English names we can pronounce, which makes explaining our wants and needs easier. I love that.- They dont push up-selling. If you ask for a pedicure, thats what youll get. They do offer a deluxe pedicure, but dont ram it down your throat. They dont try to sell me gel on my feet or extra massage time. They offer these things if YOU want them. I love that about this place!- I like their layout. The pedi chairs in the round give a sense of privacy if youre alone but you can still easily chat with your friends/family if they come with you.- my favorite salon of all the cities Ive lived in and it took me 6 months to find the salon and the people I like in it.

I’m new to the Macon area and I’ve had trouble finding a good nail place. I’ve gone here a few times now and I’ve had a pretty good experience each time! I’ve gotten gel nails and a regular pedicure. I just got SNS for the first time today and I love it. I definitely recommend this place!

I Googled nail shops in the area I was in while waiting for my car to be serviced and I could Princess Nails. When we arrived , they said it’s would be about 15-20 minutes for a pedicure , that actually turned into about an hour before we were actually seen/serviced. I was patient because one of the workers was very apologetic and said they were swamped because it was spring break. Because of that, I made an appointment to come back the next day for a gel manicure. I actually arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I used that time trying to find the right color to match the pedicure I had just gotten the day before . When the lady came back with the color I picked , it wasn’t right so I went back to her front to get the sample. Well when I looked back , she started servicing another customer and I was told I had to wait until one of the other ladies was available. That’s unacceptable! I had an appointment and was actually early and even at the table to get serviced so why would I wait for her to serve someone who came after me ?? I won’t be coming here again . Two bad experiences is enough, I don’t need a third !

Came here on June 28th and said they ope ed at 10:00am. Me and 4 other women were outside waiting. I should have left. Sat in the chair and it was an awful experience. The lady didnt know what she was doing and kept pinching my toes with the nail cutter. Then asked me did I want claus removed for $5 extra. I dont have calluses. Never in all my years getting a pedicure have I had such terrible service. Wont be going back. I shouldnt have paid.

Ive been there a few times. The first time they did okay so I figured Id try it again out of convenience to me. NEVER AGAIN. They are so slow. They dont do good work. I got my toes done and it looks cheap and flaking off. I also got a fill-in. They didnt even replace my nails that broke off and my nails are already breaking off not even a week later. Its unacceptable. I paid to much money to flake off. I will NEVER EVER go back. I am very disappointed.

I was not satisfied with the final result of my nails. They look like toddler hands now. She could never get the shape right and by the time it was decent my nail was the size of a lima bean!

I just had a basic pedicure, I wasn’t sure if the nail tech was using clean/sanitized nail clippers, etc. they were not in a clean looking box. After she did the pedicure, I had to ask her to use the alcohol on my toes before applying the polish. After me, she moved on to the next client. I waited a few minutes then walked by, she was using the same instruments, unwashed and unsanitized. That was my last time going. Unclean and unsafe practices.

Great gel manicure, the regular pedicure is just that, regular, I think they dont over exert on it because they want you to pay for the spa pedi but Im ok, my feet stay in pretty good shape. Dont usually have a wait they sit you right away and maybe a 5 min wait at most. Clean and nice atmosphere.

They lady who did my nails filed my nails, clipped my cuticles then took off my polish. It burned like crazy and when i asked them to take my nail polish off first they told me it didnt matter. I spoke to the manager about it and she hung up on me. They are very disrespectful. Plus i was also told by one of the workers that i was pretty for a black girl because i wasnt too dark.

I was greeted as I walked into the salon and treated very curtiously and Sam did my nails, they were all welcoming and business like , I enjoyed my experience and will go again!

I went there today and it seemed like they were in a rush to get done with my nails. (Acrylics). She missed a lot of spots, and made it all clumpy. When I got done drying my nails it had bubbles in it :(. I got many compliments on them though, until people noticed they were messed up...

Paid $84 with an undeserved tip for the Worst “basic” pedicure and manicure ever! Had basic SNS, no tips, for $45!!I have only gone there a couple times over the years, they are never busy and now I know why. I will not go back.

I will never return to this place. I didnt want to go far from home, so I decided to visit this place dispite the reviews. The prices are ridiculous. Not only that the services were not good at all and the polish selection is minimal. Now I know why they dont have a price list! You have been warned please spend your money somewhere else.

Visited this place twice. New to the area and needed a place get cleaned up. I didnt wait any more than about 2mins on a Saturday. Salena did my brows and they look amazing (Im picky about my brows) . I visited again a week later to have a pedi and mani and I am very pleased with both. Ill be back!
