When I came in, they had me stand in the middle of the floor for a while before they would help me, I dont think it was personal, I think they were busy. Finally I was seated ...my nails were done to perfection, they are still doing very well after a week and I believe theyre going to last a good while longer and I would go back for my refills... oh by the way I dont think I will have a different person polish my nails and put them under the machine. She was too jerky. I would prefer to use the man who actually did the tips.

This was my first time in this establishment and it was Horrible!!! The elderly gentleman that did my pedicure kept looking around at everything except tending to my feet. While using the little drill thing, he scraped my feet. The scraping of my feet caused them to burn when he did anything else to them. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she seemed concerned and cared about my concerns. She spoke to the owner and he never once offered an apology nor did he care about my experience because he remained seated while smoking his cigarette. She politely came back over to me and sincerely apologized to me. I dont plan to ever go back to Sun Nails!!

Over charged me for my nails. They were supposed to be ombré and they weren’t because the lady didn’t know what she was doing. She tried to do my nails with a dirty brush. My nails are all uneven. My sister and niece came with me and their nails looked bad as well. This place is really a scam. Horrible service. Don’t waste your money or time.

Went in for a pedicure and my nails were not shaped nor clipped right, she didnt clean under my nails. It was a rushed job and it was the most horrible experience I ever had getting a pedicure. Waste of $30. I will not be going back.

I usually receive OK service here nothing special. Today my friend & I went to get basic full sets. I check in & request #10. 1 hour later My friend was done & my number had never been called. To make matters much worse the tech I requested had GONE TO LUNCH mean while I’m still sitting there....no one came & said anything. I have been allowing Sun Nail to service me for 10+ years, needless to say I won’t be back.

No! There are about 20 signs on the door to read before going in. I drove all the way across town from North Macon to over here to only read no children under 10 allowed in. Carried my child in while it was raining. Also got shaking heads when I tried to enter. Just to get a 5 min eyebrow wax.🧐👎🏾

Im not going to lie I was scared at first when I went in because the lady I normally go to is not doing nails at the moment so I went to nail tech number 10. He was very fast so that scared me because Im like I know he about to mess up and Im about to go crazy but he did the best job I have ever had on my nails.I will be seeing him again. First time going would have given 5 stars but they need to renumber chairs so clients know what chair they should be in and where to look for numbers. That was the only issue I had because he did wonders on my feet.

I had to wait an hour for a pedicure. My feet were not scrubbed properly. There was bad areas that he missed. My toe nails werent filed evenly and the polish didnt cover completely. I will never go again and would not recommend!

I went here for the first time and I suppose to have gotten pink and white ombre. My nails were overlapping with glue and the stuff they use on them with the ombré powder. I had to go somewhere and let them clean my nails up and ended having to get another full set less than a week after I spent $55 for nothing. I’ll never go here again!!!

So far the service, cleanliness, efficiency, and overall quality gets 4 stars! Ill come back and let yall know how long my pedicure lasts. But they got me in and out of my chair, and the gentlemen was polite. He could have done a little better with my pedi, I wasnt moving around so idk why my French tip looks a little uneven. I read Tue reviews and I could see how some people here have the potential to be rude or ghetto, Im just glad I didnt have that encounter cause I will,have to shut this place down lol. The first time I went to Sun Nails, I didn’t like it because the lady who did my pedicure moved too fast. She didn’t even let my feet soak in the water. I decided to give it another chance, because a few of my family members like to go. I came back and was much happier. I now request Anna for my pedicures and TU for my eyebrows. Anna doesn’t hurt my feet with my pedicures which is an issue that I’ve had in the past at other places. TU does my eyebrows exactly like I ask and fast. The only con is you may have to wait a while if you go on the weekend. It’s beautiful inside and they change the plastic in the bowls to soak your feet and open new packs for the materials used for the pedicures. I definitely recommend this nail salon after giving it another chance!

I went this past Saturday (June 2) and recieved their Deluxe pedi I was greeted well, and seated fast. My issue is with the lady who did my toes. I do not know her name but she cut my toe nail on the side (she called it a hang nail) which clearly was not, and I did not ask her to cut into my foot ! Well after I left, my big toe was red which I figured was going to go down. Now its Tuesday and my toe looks and feels TERRIBLE. I had to go to the MedStop on Zebulon to get it looked at and now they have me on Keflex for two weeks twice a day! So now I have a 600+ bill that I will be filing a claim with them !

Came up to visit family, and didnt have time to get my nails done home in Miami. I wasnt satisfied with my service at all. It was complete chaos as soon I entered the building. The receptionists were all over the place. I got a full set and gel manicure. GEL polish peeled a day later. Waste of $80

Avoid going here ! I went there to get my lashes done and as soon as I got in the car and looked closely at them like I always do they look as if they were sliding off so I went back inside and the front desk clerk even stated that they looked a hot mess and looked as if they were coming off and once talking with the managers he decided he would refund a small portion of what I paid instead of refunding the full amount for a service they messed up or offering to do a different service. Very unprofessional business when it comes to fixing mistakes the managers are very rude and will angry with you over their own employees mistakes instead of making it right.

Worst full set Ive ever gotten! When I walked in I was impressed by the interior of the salon and was excited to get my full set that I decided would be a last minute treat to myself. There was no wait, so I was able to immediately be seated. However, I now know why that was the case, because they are AWFUL. First of all, they did not properly match the sizes to my nails. Several of the nails were put on crooked, which I immediately pointed out upon placement and was assured that they would fix it, which they did not. I asked for coffin shaped and instead I got no shape. The edges and tips are rough, uneven and have lumps of polish and powder all along them. They are hideous to look at, I just wasted $45 so I could come home and rip them off because being seen with these would be an embarrassment. DO NOT recommend!! I will add photos of this crack job as well.

75% of their workers does not know how to properly shape nails. My wife went in at 6:45 one evening, they closed at 7:30. They refused to put her gems on because they closed in the next 30-40 minutes(bs). The next morning she went back in, one of the nails broke. They were white, her left hand was coffin shaped and the right hand was what she originally wanted - square. He did not shape them properly, he only changed her color to clean up the white. 4 days after, the same nail broke. HORRIBLE.

New in town and needed a nail salon. Thought Id try this place. Ive had my nails done in 5 different states in the last 8 months. By far, this was thee best gel set Ive ever received. Thank you so much, William. Job well done.

The lady at the front desk with the short hair cut is VERY rude!! I used to come to Sun Nails faithfully but after my last encounter I will never return!! The owner should definitely evaluate the employees and their customer service skills because they are going to run this business in the ground!! The nail techs are fairly friendly but the other ladies are all mean and rude especially the short haired lady and the mixed female.

My cousin and I were walk-ins and taken immediately. Pick out your color and put your feet in the water. The massage chairs are wonderful! The ladies were nice and courteous! They did a most fabulous job! We will definitely be returning!!

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! They don’t have a set price and over charge ($22) for fill in. They also made me bleed and didn’t apply the nail color right! Also, they were really rude when u asked them to correct it!

Awful. The person who did my pedicure kept trying to dig into my nail bed on my big toe. I kept asking her to cut straight across and she didn’t listen. One of my toes wants polished all the way down and the other toe was polished over the cuticle line. Same for the woman who did my fingernails. If you have a person you like already fine but if you go in there not knowing anyone it’s not worth the gamble. They will stick you with people who do sloppy jobs.

If I had a choice to I would leave no stars. I took my daughter there and the female who did her nails did an awful job. She thought my daughter was there by herself and decided she was going to take her money for a sloppy job. Acrylic was everywhere. My daughters fingers are small and thin and her nails looks like they were bigger than her finger. Nail polish was on the skin of every finger. When I walked in and voiced my opinion, the female who was doing my daughters nails got mad, grabbed her bag, and left. What a retard!!! I was not leaving with my daughters nail looking bad. Someone else re-did them. Never again.

Poor service. They dont care about the quality of the work anymore just there for the money. I came in to get my eyebrows done and left with uneven eyebrows and they still made me pay for it. The lady that was doing my lashes had entirely too much glue on them and thought it was fine. The management sucks cause all they ever say is I dont know what else to do. DO NOT GO HERE AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Worst experience of my life my nails are already peeling hours after the sloppy job I received the older lady messed my nails up and the daughter tried fixing them but they’re still sloppy and uneven I have air bubbles as well and nail polish all in my skin around nail just a waste of $50

I use to go to Spa nails because they alway did a great job. This time I decided to go to Sun Nails, last friday because they were closer and now 2 of my nails popped off like lee pressons. I call to see what could be done she said its after 3 days so nothing could be done to fix my 2 nails that popped off. My nails usually last too weeks sometimes 3 with no problem when i go to Spa Nails. She didnt even offer to just replace the 2, i didnt want them done over just something do about the ones that came off. Customer service is key smh its only a week now i gotta ride it out for a week... Guess Ill go back to Spa nails its worth the drive, but i guess until then crazy glue will be my friend of too the dollar store I go. Smh

Left with a cut toe so bad that they could not even polish my toes. I had nice toes with design and all when we went in. I only got a Medicare because I took my granddaughter in to get a mani-pedi. I wish I would have never went to this nail salon. Bad day!!! Too much drama.

I took my daughter and her friend for us all to get gel manicures. We were there 15 mins. Can you even do a full manicure in 15 mins? As a master cosmetologist I say no. It’s been 5 days and my polish is peeling off. My daughter’s friend lost her polish that very night. They charged $30 a piece for a manicure with gel polish, but all they did was basically polish our nails. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place at all, or at least the people we had. The quality of the polish was horrible as well. Nobody had a license out in sight so I’m not even sure if they are even legit. I will be reporting them to state board and also filing a complaint. They did not sanitize any of the tools used on us. Quality is a Zero star, cleanliness is a Zero star, customer service is also a Zero star. Don’t waste your money, they over charge extensively.
