For starters, this is my GO TO nail salon. I have never encountered any issues with services or nail techs. I have had some hiccups with my nails cracking maybe the day of or a few days after my service but they always are so kind and understanding and are more than happy to fix them for me when I come back. I just want to come on here and just rave about this salon and give them the credit they absolutely deserve. They are the BEST!!!!

I got to this location at 3 and they didn’t start on me until 4:30. I didn’t receive the proper services that I paid for. I didn’t receive a massage with my pedicure or with my manicure. They didn’t even apply lotion to my hands or feet… On top of that, the pedicure was not good, my feet do not feel smooth - they’re really scratchy. They rushed me out at the end and that caused me to smudge one of my nails… the only reason I’m giving it a 2 is because the lady Love was nice - no one else was friendly, very stand-offish. Just felt like I definitely did not get the services I paid for. I will not be coming back.

Loved it so much better than other nail salons i have been to. They soak your heal in this lotion while they paint your toes ..my feet feel so good. Thanks i will be back.

I got my gel nail manicure done and within 2 days the polish gets chipped. One lady named love did my nails. She is unprofessional and rude.

My experience with Love was AMAZING, she was very efficient & professional!! Love stepped up & stayed after closing time to do my manicure when it was stated that the nail tech I originally planned to go to had to leave.

I have visited this salon three times in the past four months. The first visit was wonderful the older man did a wonderful job. But the last two visit not so much on the second visit the lady left sore spots on the back of my ankles.The last visit the guy scrubbed the side of my foot so bad it has left a very bad sore. I usually dont complain but when I pay for a service I expect to not to leave hurt. I will not be returning.

My experience was poorly did. I went in with my friend to receive a pedicure and the service was rushed throughout the whole process . I got the classic pedicure and that was suppose to be thirty minutes even though I paid $20- $25 for a way better pedicure in the past . Anyways my feet were soaked in the water for ten minutes which is fine the reason behind this review is because the nail tech “Jessica” rushed my service and skipped steps for the pedicure. I explained to her that I’ve been receiving pedicures all my life so I know what steps you missed and there was suppose to be more done. I have never complained on a service before but this was by far the worst service done and I won’t be returning . I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone unless your service is done by Ivy.

The only place I’ll go for my nails now. Their services are top notch. Their prices are good. I have been twice now and both times I left so impressed with how gorgeous my nails looked and how well they took care of me.

Went here for the first time and Ivey did my pedicure. It was wonderful and the best pedicure I’ve ever had hands down! Go for the spa pedi and enjoy hot paraffin and massage. I will definitely be back!

Best pedicure Ive had in a really long time! I feel like most places I go to they rush you in and out and just check the boxes so to speak as theyre going through the motions. Not here! My pedicurist was professional, detail oriented, and customized everything to the needs of my feet. It was definitely a relaxing experience. The arm & shoulder massage was definitely a bonus that came with the deluxe pedicure. I almost fell asleep. I will definitely be back! Highly suggest compared to any other salon Ive been to in Macon.Shout-out to Ivy :)

Horrible 4 gel nails chipped within days of getting them done. I was told it wasn’t a good nail salon from the start. Don’t waste your money

My nails were $90 and they don’t even look like they are worth $90 dollars they ar coffin shaped but are fat instead of being nice and clean on the sides. This was my first experience here and I will not be coming back in they didn’t even have everything I wanted for my nails here. The last cut two of my fingers while filing and drilling. The wait was very long. I do not recommend this place.

I waited roughly two hours for my pedicure. One other lady came in before me and they tried to start on me before her and based off the side-eyes and sighs/remarks I believe it was racially fueled so I politely pointed out the other lady came in first. My pedicure was finally started (where the tech dropped her tools on the floor to just pick it up again) and I asked for the regular pedicure and she kept pushing delux after I restated “whatever is a regular” and she shook her head and proceeded to do the service I didn’t request. After my pedicure, I was told I needed to wait again because “she doesn’t do nails” so I kinda cringed at the irony of her working at a nail place and sat down. After another hour and 30 minutes of waiting for my nails to get done or even start with a pedicure resulting in splotchy polish, I figured lesson learned and left. I definitely won’t be back

There were some miscommunication issues at first but my nail tech Launa was the bomb.I left that establishment a happy customer..

Went in to get a pedicure, Tony was my person. He never asked what type of service I wanted , got upset cause gel polish was on my toes. Barely put my feet in the water clipped my toe nails dry, and I have never had an awful experience like this before. I recommend this shop to slot of people and I just have a really bad taste in my mouth, and I surely won’t be returning. Worst service ever

As a “master cosmetologist” of 12 years and salon and spa owner ...... I will give 3 stars only because the tech Ivy that serviced my 11 year old did a superb job! She was very personable and polite , Ivy went above and beyond to give my daughter a pleasant experience. HOWEVER THE TECH CHRISTY definitely rushed on my deluxe pedi ..... skipped steps and rushed on my mani.... my gel nail polish is definitely uneven and I’m pretty sure it’s not going to last. Ivey started on my daughter before Christy started on me.... I was done way ahead of my daughter.....Christy was more worried about waxing my brows than giving a nice mani and pedi. F.Y.I a “nailtech” is NOT certified/licensed to wax brows..... OVERALL .....The salon is clean and they definitely practice proper sanitation.

First time at the salon move here from Chicago thought I try this salon walk in they told me I have to Waite at least 40 min. So I decided to get pedicure done then maybe after pedicure done I can get my nail done. So I show them the picture of the design how I want my nail done. They told me they don’t have the design to do that for me? So I just went with ombré. It’s was close to closing time I was feeling rush out the nail technician did my nail in 15 or so I thought it’s was very rush. They say they close at 6pm and charge me 60 for just a 15 min work. I will not return to this salon very disappointed with my service 😥

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AFTER 5PM. They will have you waiting 30 or more minutes then speed through your service in 5 to 10 minutes. Very disappointed and unsatisfied

Mr Bon did an amazing job! He really looks out for his customers and took time to make sure I was happy. I love that he was focused and not too chatty LOL although we did discuss the designs we will do next time.Definitely will be going back!

This is best place in town to to get your manicure and pedicure.. hands down to Jessice she always do amazing job on my nails and toes.. I couldn’t ask for anything better than that... She is amazing!!!

Worst manicure I have ever received. Male technician was rough & made my thumb cuticles bleed & buffed nails very thin. My nails look terrible.

On Wednesday (05/29/2019), I decided to try a new nail salon. The nail technicians name was Nicole, and she did my nails and toes. The pedicure was okay, but not worth the $25 it costs. The salon did not offer much during the pedicure, Nicole did not even remove the dead skin from my heels correctly. I also paid for a full set (false nails) at medium length, and coffin shaped with regular polish. Nicole barely put any super glue on the nail foundation and the nails were half-way glued down, and she also applied a large amount of acrylic to the top of the nails, causing them to look deformed, and misshaped EVEN after shaping, buffing, and filing. I commented and suggested more corrects to the nails and the technician became very offensive and stated that she wasnt done and continued her conversation with the other nail technician. . TWO days later, nails started coming off and breaking. I have never had nails so poorly done, and at such a high price ($30). I do not recommend Nicole or Artisan Nails!! Dont waste your time or money!

Nice place. However they were so ridiculously over priced. Charged $50 jell nails. The nail perso6was pushed the paint on jell nails, which I got only 2 at $10. My nail turned out too thick. I Want be foing back.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would... Pricing is VERY inconsistent, nails lift days after and as long as I’ve supported them, I’ve never paid $10 for a nail repair that you just put glue & a little bit of acrylic on when it’s only $5 to soak the whole set off... Never again!

Waited 20 minutes which was fine because I was enjoying the show on the television. The tech had a attitude once I told her that I didnt want gel nails. I was told that she only do gel nails. I thanked her and left. I will never go there again.

Just moved to Macon. First time here, great customer service, amazing deluxe pedi, actually received a foot and leg massage not just a stroke that I can do myself. However, the painting of my toes was not toog well. My gel manicure painting was better, but 2 days after I left the corners started lifting so a week later theyre all starting to break. Dissapointing :( my mani usually lasts at least 2.5-3 weeks.

Went in for a pedicure. My temperature was taken and I was asked to pick a color. I sat and waited for 20 mins no one acknowledged me or told me someone would be with me. I chose to leave and spend my money with an establishment that has better customer service.

My nail tech was great! I didnt have to tell him anything about me trying to do my own pedicure lol. He spotted it and corrected it to the best of his ability. Also love the fact that hes from Northern California as well. We had a great conversation. #NorCal

They dont listen to customer needs spent 150 and had to go to another shop to get my nails and toes fixed

I have been going to see Jennifer for many years. I love going here I have never had a complaint about anything. I give this place a 5-star because it is truly a relaxing place to go and my experiences have been professional at all times.

I love this nail salon. The staff is very friendly and they are very clean and professional. Their Deluxe pedicures are a hit $40 and comes with a soothing and relaxing upper body massage. Peter does great Gel Pedicures & Jennifer the owner is great and thorough with acrylic and sns. Five Stars :)

This is the newly re-vamped A+ salon that was at Riverside Mall and its fantastic!!! Ive consistently been a customer for a year with this establishment. The new location is beautiful. I get acrylic overlay with gel polish and Im always pleased. My technician is Savannah and shes amazing. Her care and quality are wonderful. She listens and provides great service. I drive from Jones county to patronize this salon. Im a loyal customer. P.S. get the Artisan Pedicure is THE BEST THING EVER!!!!!!!!

This not your average shop. This shop is extremely clean, the staff is professional and very friendly. They strive to please their customers and truly listen to you. The arm massage and leg massage were the BEST!!!I am very satisfied and will definitely return. In fact, I am bringing my Mom next week. I know she will love it!

I absolutely love the way Jennifer does my nails. She has always been a favorite of mine since Star in Dublin. Back then she used to do pedicures and I wish she had the time to do them now. I know I can be picky. But my motto is if its not broke dont fix it and I love dealing with a technician I know that can do the job. Im not saying there are not other great techs but I know what works for me.

I absolutely love this nail salon! The staff repeatedly goes out of their way to make me feel welcomed and heard. Jessica has once again done an amazing job on my nails. She introduced me to SNS and explained how much better it is for my nails. I can’t say enough how much I enjoy each experience here.

Wow! I was pleasantly amazed at my experience. I had a standard Spa Pedicure and I must say it was nothing standard about it. My technician was named Savannah and she was amazing. I left with baby soft feet and a revived energy!

I am glad Macon has a spa that offers this level of services affordably. A salon and a spa are distinctly different. This spa service exceeded those Ive had at 4 star hotels. Neck and arm massage included with top tier pedicure. I am very pleased with my visit. Only thing missing were private stalls and champagne.

OH MY GOSH!!!! that was the absolute best pedicure I have ever had. For the deluxe pedicure its 40$ and soooo worth it cause you get a shoulder and neck massage with it. I loved it and will be going back to them from here on out!!

Savannah is the best nail tech! I can bring any design to her and she can recreate it perfectly! She’s also very creative with her own designs and precise with shaping.

Jennifer and the rest of the staff have several years’ experience and do everything possible to make your experience in their salon enjoyable. Very professional and courteous.

All of the staff are very friendly, and they give great service. Linda always does my pedicures; not only does it feel amazing ,she has improved my feet so much. I will not be back. During the pedicure I asked for the $40 one. I was never massaged. I told him to put an acrylic tip on my big toe and fill in the other big toe that still has its tip. He painted over them both instead. I told the manager about my toes. They did as I asked by applying the acrylic tip. I told the guy to match my big toe sizes but he didnt. He said my toes were dry so I put my shoes on and left. I got home and my toe nail polish was ruined! My manicure experience was just as bad. All of the nails are misshaped. I wanted S&S with a round shape. Im embarrassed to be wearing them. None of them are flattering or shaped the same. Worst $70 spent at a nail salon.

Went there because my nails tech was on vacation. My daughter recommended them. Tony was amazing!! I told him I think hes stolen me from my tech. Keep up the good work!!

Michael and Katie are the Best. They both do great jobs, Katie always does my Pedi and Michael does my nails. I will not be going anywhere else but to see them. I enjoy getting my nails done at Artisan Nail and Spa. The service is great. I have been a customer for several years. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have recommended this business to people and will continue to do so.

We walked in and told them what we wanted. Receptionist was not very friendly. We picked our colors and waited 20 minutes. Then asked how much longer the wait would be and she then informed us there were 3 people in front of us. There were 2 people in the pedicure area with no nail technicians helping them. The business seemed very understaffed and it’s not a surprise that the place was empty due to the lack of enthusiasm from the workers. Do not recommend.

The worst place, long story short. The First Lady seam upset that she had to put down her book to even do my nails. After she cut my finger while filing my nail She didnt Even apologize for that. she just kept working like nothing happen, second lady I was passed to painted my nails and when I brought it to her attention that you could literally see though the color on the tips of the nails she told me I only get two coats and told me to go wash my hands.

This WAS my favorite place. My last experience was horrible. I spent 3 weeks growing out my fingernails, I asked the nail tech to please leave them long with an oval shape. I noticed he was getting a little crazy with the file so I said something multiple times. Welp, I left with SHORT square nails.This is the killer. This same trip, my friend had a $100 bill magically just disappear. When she asked to speak to a manager, the manager refused to talk to her and sent the receptionist up instead. When we asked about the cameras, we were told they didn’t work. When I say horrible customer service, I mean it.10/10 will never return.

I had a great experience at Artisan yesterday. Mr. Bon is an artist with fingernails and Katie gave me one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. The spa is meticulously clean and updated. Well worth the money!

As a first time customer I walked in and asked for a pedicure. I also wanted to check out the salon to possible go back in the future for SNS nails. Dat was the tech who did my pedicure. He never touched my feet with a scrub brush. After I told him I did not want my nails short but just trimmed to even them up, he did not cut my toenails at all and left them uneven. I asked for cuticle remover on my cuticles because I had a heavy cuticle buildup on my big toes, and he refused saying it makes it harder for him to cut around the toenails with the clippers if he used cuticle remover, and then he barely did any clipping of the dead skin around my toes. He left a big wad of nail polish at the end of one of my big toes, which chipped off the next day. This was the poorest excuse for a pedicure I have ever experienced. I went back to ask them to re-polish the toe nail that chipped. Karen was at the front desk and told me if I was there to complain I would need to come back on Monday because the manager was not here. After I told her I just wanted one toenail to be re-polished and I could not come back on Monday, she asked me to have a seat. While I was waiting another customer came in for a pedicure and asked for a specific nail color to match her fingernails she had done at another salon. Karen was very rude to this customer and told her there are 5 people ahead of you and you might want to just go somewhere else and let somebody else do your nails. That customer made a comment to me about how rude she was and left. Karen asked Jessica to re-polish my toenail. Jessica left cotton fuzz on my toenail and was about to polish over the fuzz which she could not see because of the poor lighting in the pedicure area. She could not understand me when asked her to remove the cotton fuzz. She started digging under my toe nail and chipped a gash in my toenail, then polished over it leaving a very obvious dip in my toenail. I left and went to another salon to get it done right. The staff in this salon have a serious attitude problem. I also noticed when reading reviews the owner tends to thank people with good reviews but rarely comments on bad reviews or makes any attempt to make things right for those who have had a problem with their service or the staff. The only thing that would entice me return to this salon is to maybe request Michael. He has excellent reviews and seems to be the only one who cares about customer satisfaction.

I love the new location. It definitely has that clean spa appeal. Jennifer always does my nails and she is always professional. They have over 2000 colors to choose from. Love it!

Very relaxing.

The place was terrible! My daughter came in today for service she had s&s nails and I had a pedicure. We were put in separate rooms. My daughter being 15 years old unfortunately did not speak up until after the service about the terrible experience. I saw that she had blood around her cuticles and asked why? She said the tech drilled so hard on her nail they bled. She also said the woman kept getting to call her husband. The tech that did my pedicure was also terrible by applying pressure with his nail while massaging. We will not be back

They over charge for everything here. I’ve gotten my nails done here (full set and fills) for months and they ALWAYS break. When I go to get to get them repaired, even when a nail breaks the same day), they try to charge me $10 for ONE NAIL. I’m over it. I can go to Atlanta for better work with the same prices. Won’t be going there again.

Everytime I go here its a problem. I will NOT be returning. There is never anyone at the front desk. They leave you for an hour to soak your nails and then cant find anyone to do them. Savannah has been the only one that was friendly and did great work. Overall this is just not a great place.
