The staff here was nice and personable. I was pleased to see all staff wearing masks Donna was my manicurist and she was very clean. She sanitized everything before and after use and thy had a sanitizer in the rear of the shop. Plenty of paper towels and soap AND a jumbo hand sanitizer up front. I also met Kathy, Tee, Andy, Cliff and Tony. I got a full set of solar nails and a well overdue manicure. I would definitely return again. I wish they had dip/S&S.

I got my nails did by Donna. She was very professional and super funny! And the nails look great! (edit: THEY GLOW IN THE DARK?! What a pleasant surprise😌)

I love this nail salon. I use them for my pedicures and eyebrow waxing. They are always so sweet and professional. And do a fantastic job every time.

Ive been here once before n it was ok. This time it was much better. They all worked together to get what I wanted done. Not sure if I will b going back tho. Just for a over lay with gel polish on my hands was almost $60.00. Thats not counting my pedi that cost $55.00. So again I not sure if I will b going back.

Initially went here to get gel nails and they overcharged me by telling me one price in the beginning and coming out with another. Came back to get those same nails taken off and they ruined my natural nails. Gave them two chances. Would not recommend going here. They cannot do nails well, very sloppy.

I take my dad here for a pedicure about every 5 weeks. The staff are very respectful and they do a great job.

The guy who did my.nails was very.tnrough w his work. I went lityle far away from my house cause other place was closed I dont ow kif I go again,cause its far.but definitely.recommend.yo people who lives.arounf.

Asked for a gel manicure and they turned out horrible. He asked if I liked them, I said “No, not really. They look pretty bad.”He replied, “want lotion?”No attempt to make a happy customer out of me. And it took entirely too long. Take your business to MT Nails. Wish I could attach a picture.

I would not recommend this shop if you have or want long nails. They made me very uncomfortable and they did not do a good job on my nails. Terrible place to go.

They started on me immediately. Went in for full set and had a picture as a reference. Everyone was very helpful and found the exact color match as the picture I wanted. Awesome service!

I highly recommend Nail World. My feet and nails were in severe condition from a lack of care. After one visit, the results were remarkable. Monthly treatment will be part of my foot care from now on.

I don’t too much like that hat I got. Likeee the nails started to look really good when the guy put the acrylic on and started filing and shaping but once that nail polish hit oh no ma’am that was it I instantly disliked it. Very sloppy strokes and all👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽I will not be returning.

My nail technician was very nice, but the quality of work wasnt at all good. I felt that she rushed through my manicure (I basically threw $15 away for something I could have done for myself at home). My pedicure was also mediocre, and she lotioned my feet AFTER painting them, which made the experience very lackluster because she had to avoid the polish the entire time (she did the same thing with my hands -- weird). Ive NEVER had that happen, and Ive been getting my nails done for going on 20 years. The quality of work is decent, but not worth the money.

I would recommend Andy or Donna for a pedicure and manicure. They both are fast. If you go on the weekend I would recommend scheduling an appointment. Clean and friendly nail salon.

Very bad experience yesterday with my nails and full facial waxing. My nails were not done to my liking Donna looked at them she said she would cut them down when I come back for a fill in. I will not be back..There was hot wax in my hair and still had some on my face.

Not even 5 days after my pedicure my nail polish is pealing and dull. Dont waste your money, go somewhere else

This shop is close by my home and they have great service. I adore Donna shes the always on point.

They couldnt even take off gel nail polish w/o ruining my natural nails and REFUSED to listen when I was expressing concern and issue, then chose to be rude when I didnt care for how they were treating my natural nails. Had to to leave. One employee chose to make fun of another customer b/c of her nail colour choice to me... Beyond unprofessional.

These ladies and guy are very nice! They greet you when you walk in. This business is just like any other business, everyone comes in at the same time and gets upset if you are not taking care of that that minute. Maybe you should call and schedule an appointment then walk in and expect to be taken care of when you can plainly see they are busy

Coming from out of town it is hard to find a good nail shop. I needed both my nails and feet done. I walk in and have shellac on my toes that needed to be taken off they proceeded to try and put my whole foot in acetone to take the polish off. Do not come to this shop they do not know what they are doing!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE LADY MESSED MY EYEBROWS UP THEY HAVE NOONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO ARCH OR WAX EYEBROWS AND INSTEAD OF SAYING THAT THEY MESS YOU UP AND WERE VERY ROUGH AND RUDE. THEN I HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR SOMETHING I WASNT SATISFIED WITH THIS IS RIDICULOUS NEVER AGAIN AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AT ALL

Great service and friendly clean shop

Not friendly, they constantly talk amoung themselves in there language. Always wanting to sale you extras. My pedicure was pretty good I just felt like I was interrupting a private conversation and not welcome.

Worse service I EVER experienced! I came to visit family and decided to get a last minute pedicure. They gave me the oldest slowest women they could possibly find. She was every bit of 85-90 years old. It took her 1 hour and 30 min to do a regular spa pedicure with gel polish.. she painted my whole toe nail including my skin (I posted pictures) and then they use cheap gel polish because the polish bled through even after going over it with another coat twice!! When I walked in the chart said $23 for a regular pedicure, which I new was Gona be like $5-$6 more because I wanted gel polish.... NO!! When she finally finished she had the nerve to tell me... $38!!!!!!!! I gave her that money but best believe I will never go back and I will write bad reviews everywhere about them!!!!!!

In my opinion, Nail World is the Best nail salon in Macon. I drive 30 minutes to get a deluxe pedicure and manicure. Donna and Andy are my favorites. There clean and very friendly.

They are terrible. I kept tensing because the guy was really rough and kept making me bleed and he acted like I was the problem. My daughter and I both have sore nails. Never go there!!

I got acrylic and they where supper rough with the filing and scrubbing. I have had acrylics done before and it has never hurt this much! They where not friendly,the only time he said some thing to me was if he was telling me to do something.

Do not waste your time and money at this place this is the worst service i have ever had i had my nails and toe done the guy did my toes and for some reason he has to long finger nail when he was doing my toes his long nail dug in the side of my big toe and it hurts like hell i have to keep doctoring up they could care less u hope this is helpful of i could give it zero stars i would

Walked into this nail salon shop and no one greeted me.. I actually had to say I wanted a manicure and pediacure..Being an Black American I felt disrespected and un welcome.. It was visible that there was a problem.. I suggest that Black Anericans spend money elsewhere..There are fine details to validate my point but useless to discuss the shortcomings of others and racism.. It still exist and we must move forward and dont let this stop our thoughts of stupidty..
