Paid $45 for these. It’s not even the nails I asked for. I tried to fix them myself after I got home, as I didn’t want to go back and bother them again as I already seemed unwelcome. They are incredibly lumpy, uneven, and not the nails I asked for. The color itself is pretty but it’s still not the shape or color I asked for.

When I arrived the ladies where 15 minutes late to opening. I received a pedicure from a young lady she did an amazing job. After I got a full set and I believe the lady started not taking her time because more people started coming which she then made my nail SUPER chunky and the paint bulky. For that alone I will not be back or recommend anyone!!

You must call to schedule an appointment with Arts Nails for service. This is in addition to plexiglass shields at all stations and face mask requirements due to Covid-19 pandemic.I feel safe & contine (after 20+ years) to go for pedicures, manicures, nails (acrylic or gel) treatments & facial waxing. Beautiful work with great friendly service!! And its conveniently located to grocery store and restaurants!!!

.The service in old Publix center off Tom Hill is terrible. Everyone looks mad. I walked out.The Arts Nails by Kroger off Grey Highway was fantastic. Brittany was exceptionally good. I enjoyed leaving a nice tip.

I had a great 1st time experience they were quick & delivered great results with my nails totally impressed & will be back.

I made an appointment and still didnt get seen tik 45mins later.I will not be coming back.

Went in today for my usual acrylic set, showed a picture to the lady how I wanted my nails and she rushed the whole set. my nails were all different sizes and not to mention they were super fat. you’d think I had showed her a picture of a T-rex hand because that’s what my nails looked like. I even told her that I didn’t like them and she continued with the set. I am highly dissatisfied! she got upset after I repeatedly told her I didn’t like them, she then banned me from her shop. I will never go there again!

I went yesterday for a full gel set with the stiletto tip. One color and that was supposed to be matte black. The man who did my nails had a wonderful attitude but unfortunately he rushed through doing my nails and now Im left with different size nails and the color isnt what I asked for either. It wasnt busy when I went. He was done in less than an hour with my nails. Iim highly disappointed in this because I evem expressed my previous experience I had and he assured me everything would be right. Would definitely like something done if possible.. its a wonderful place and the people are sweet as pie. But unfortunately my first experience here was very disappointing.

Dont go there. I got a full set that was suppose to be coffin nails the owner is rude my nails look horrible and she wouldnt refund my money Ill include before and after pics never again they should be shut down

I’m not very happy with the service I received. I had white tips put on showed a pic of what I wanted done and does not even look close and was cut on my cuticles. My nails on my left hand hurt for 3 days after. Will never go back. I was sitting so long my back hurt so I paid and left.

I am a professional woman with ultrashort nails... they recommended acrylic tops which I was not interested in initially. Terrible, I spent $75 in there and my hand and feet look like trash. I only went because I had a gift card and I’ll never go back to them again. My nails look a week old after he was done. They told me my nails would be $37 but after he was done he said $48 bc of the shape and length but they were not long at all.... not friendly, not good, will never return even if it’s free!!!

Im giving this place 3 stars. The service was great but the wait time was almost an hour. It also took two and a half hours for a pedi, gel manicure and eyebrow wax. Where I am from that only takes an hour. I had a wedding to attend that Saturday was there at 10:30 and didnt leave until 1:30. I dont not want to spend 3 hours ever in a nail salon. I really feel that they are under staffed and need to have enough employees to support there business especially with the amount of people coming in and out of that place.

Been going here for the last 16 years back when MiMi owned it. And continue to be a faithful customer under the new ownership. Here recently theyve gone through a remodel, from floors to paint and from table, chairs and massage chairs & the addition of the super deluxe massage pedicure chair that even massages your arms.

Lynn know I love her! I will not let anyone else touch my eyebrows and feet. Been coming here since I moved to Macon. Great place and now on my side of town!

Me and my sister always go here because they are very friendly and work efficiently, the place needs a lot more organization but after you get over that part ,its kool. They are very laid back and treat you nice every time. They always busy but they dont leave anyone out they try to get you in and out fast

This man made me BLEED on four of my fingers. I continually asked him to not file as close to my cuticle and he just nodded. I ended up bleeding so much that he had to take off coats of polish because THE BLOOD WAS MIXING WITH THE COLOR. i almost cried from pain. Afterwards I asked if I would be able to have my money back since they made 4 of my fingers bleed profusely and the woman continued to say youre okay instead of doing anything to calm me down. These pictures are after i washed my hands multiple times and had the man put acetone on the wounds.

I got my nails done here 03/05/19....by Saturday I needed a fill-in and today 2 of my nails popped off. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 13yrs old and I’m now 31, so I’ve been to my fair share of salons and this was the worst. The pedicure took longer than any pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I had to take the clipper and cut my own toes, cuz the girl doing them only spoke Spanish and didn’t understand I wanted them cut down. Polish had to be put on and removed 3 times!!! I thought my nails were ok...til they popped clean off today. $70 down the drain.

This nail salon was home to one of THE worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. I get SNS FREQUENTLY so I have seen from start to finish what the process looks like. No, I am not a trained nail technician. However, I do know what the process looks like because I take the time to admire the skills of the nail tech. With that being said, I know what the process is like and I did not receive the same care here. Even after I communicated to the gentleman that I experienced SNS being done a different way he cut my statements short and said we dont do that here. He repeatedly said what I asked him about was incorrect or not a part of the process. Unfortunately I trusted his judgment and my nails were not completed correctly. I went back and was rudely spoken to by the young lady who sits closest to the door when I said I needed my nails fixed. I came back a second time because I could not wait and the gentleman hurriedly fixed my nails TWICE before he realized he was missing key steps I had already told him about. For a third time I sat down in his chair so that he could take his time and include the steps I suggested. He proceeded to tell me it was not his fault and that it was the materials...sometimes they do this because of the chemicals. That is not true. I will not be visiting again especially after my friend had the same experience with the same man. Instead, this time he was even more rude and got upset when my friend informed him her nails were not correct. She too tried to correct him before finishing but he brushed her off. He forcefully, because he was upset, filed her nails down when she informed him she would not pay for inadequate service. Everyone in the salon agreed that her nails were subpar at best. His rudeness and lack of care was unprofessional. This salon needs to get with the times and update their abilities as well as revamp customer service. Its a no go!

In one word..Art of nails on Shurling Dr service is going down...Im not sure why but Im thinking its because they have reliable customers so theyre on relax mode instead of staying on grinding professional mode...They havent mastered the art of satisifying the customer and keep it moving even when the customer is rude and obnoxious...dont recommend this place anymore...I was happy at one time but last night experience was horrible...my eyebrows were rushed and so was my pedicure...but they look ok not great..when ur paying for service u want and expect the best! And the pedicure tub was dirty with fungus on the seat...I had to tell the nail tech to clean out the tub first...NEVER AGAIN NOT MY MONEY...

The first time I came which was two weeks ago I was a little iffy about going because of the attitude, well today I went back and everything was fine all the way up until she got to my design which was a simple one, cheetah print... Well she did it and like globbed paint all on my nail where the paint was running off my finger and looks at me and says how do you like that? Remind you I know every design thats on a website isnt going to look exactly the same but that was just a no go.... Then she did a design which I asked what she knew how to do and that was the design mind you I have gel nails and when you use the cotton ball it lets you know theyre dry or how ever, come to find out she used the cotton ball on the finger she had just designed, and smirs the paint so I asked her if she could redo the design and she stated no I just dont do you no more... So gives me my money back for the design and leaves my design finger with NO paint.... I do NOT recommend them to NO one. THEY ARE AWEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! I just left this nail salon and felt very disrespected. I was getting a pedicure and a new girl, who was very nice, it was her first day, was doing my pedicure. At first another girl was sitting beside her so that made me feel more comfortable with someone new doing my toes. Then the one who was supposed to assist her received a phone call so she walked to the back. I felt so bad for the new girl because she had no idea where things were and you could tell she didnt feel very confident. which is understandable when the one who i supposed to help you on the first day leaves you. She kept having to yell for her help to come and when she would come out she stayed on her phone and would rush through what she was showing her on my feet. She claimed gel polish would take longer than just regular..... when gel dries instantly.... my last straw was when the new girl asked her to get off her phone while she was standing over me rushing through filing my toes. I said i had to leave that i didnt want to continue. Spoke with the owner about what was happening and she could have cared less. MADE ME PAY FULL PRICE. It is one of the most unprofessional nail places i have ever been to. Another lady who left had heard me and she waited in the parking lot to tell me she agreed with what i was saying. her experience was just as bad and that she as well will never return. I had read a previous bad comment before going and just thought maybe that was just a one time bad experience... no. Save your money and go somewhere where you feel appreciated for your business and actually enjoy what is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Also, the establishment doesnt look that nice on the inside. should have been my first clue that they could care less about the business they are running.
