The workers here are cool. They dont have unbeatable prices or anything but they do make your payment worth while. Very fast, thats for sure. And conveniently located! If you hate going to shops and dealing with mechanics this is a less painful experience. Lol.

It was my first time going to Valvoline and I had a great experience. The people were very friendly and helpful and they took great care of my car. Ill definitely go back!

Dont advertise coolant system flush if you dont have the equipment. No business providing automobile services, especially one that advertises battery, should be without a jump box. Good coupons and employees and fast service but poor franchise ownership.

Those guys are very attentive and be on your car,like 👍 you are at the doctors office. I love going there. Plus you can coupons online.

I was not happy with the service. One of the workers was very nice and friendly the other one was talking to his friend and took his time helping me.

Guy was really rude when inquiring about oil change. Flat out told me Id be better going somewhere else.

Wonderful customer service. Suggested waiting longer to change my oil as they didnt want to charge me to change it when I could still make it 1000+ miles with what I have. Friendly folk.

I got serpetine belt and water pump changed.! Jason (the mechanic) showed me other issues going on and explained how everything worked. I didnt feel pressured to buy more services because he was so genuine with his approach and what he was saying. Im skeptical on people these days and love my car so i wudnt let just anyone fix on it. I felt so at ease letting Jason fix it. He is good and knows his stuff. My overall experience was great and my problem was resolved.

If this is the one right in front of Kroger, then it’s a 5:) simple and gets the job done and quality stuff! Go online for coupons!
