There was a very short wait to have tires rotated, service was extremely fast.Great customer service, very pleasant and didnt mind answering questions, stopping work to talk with me. Definitely will visit again and recommend to friends.👍

There was a bit of a wait with only 2 bays open. For some reason some people were able to pull into the third bay with no waiting. Maybe a VIP thing or call ahead appointments, I dont know. I waited just over half an hour and only 2 cars used that bay while the rest were directed to the other 2 bays.Regardless the staff was friendly and efficient. They did a thorough superficial check of my car. Prices were reasonable even letting them upsell me on everything. Ill likely go back.

They took real good care of me and my wifes vehicles will be going back to them next week for new oil change...

Fantastic service, I came in to get my front brakes changed and I was just visiting this area, so could t make an appt, but they let me come anyways and even though it was busy with other customer getting their oil change, once they got to my car they got it change out quickly and the price was way better than what the dealership wouldve charged, Casper and his crew do well.

Horrible wait times before, during and after the pandemic.Its not uncommon to wait 30-45+ minutes for an oil change. Then when they finally get to your vehicle, be prepared to wait another 30-45+ minutes for them to complete it. If youre the 3rd or 4th vehicle in line, be prepared to wait 2-3 hours minimum.There are 4-5 techs, and they just lazily wander around your car scratching their heads acting like theyve never seen an oil filter wrench in their lives.If we werent required to use this company for our fleet management, Id never darken their overcrowded, underworked, highly inefficient oil change bay.Its not rocket science, fellas. Its an oil change.

Theyre usually on point but on Monday July 19th they really ticked me off by having me wait in line at the middle bay while 2-3 people who pulled up after me were serviced before me in the inside lane. I decided to leave because obviously they didnt need or respect my money. I was two seconds from spazzing out about the poor service.🤬🤬🤬

On a road trip and this is not my usual oil change stop. I decided to come because I had been recommended this place. There was one car in front of me, which was already being worked on. It took them over an hour to finish that car. While they were working on that car, another person pulled up beside me. After about 5 minutes of the other person being there, they finished the original car. Then, they pulled the other person in instead of me -- seriously!? Waited another 45 minutes for them to finish with that car. When they finally got to me, they had 1 worker, and he was doing both my car & the person next to me (who also came much later than I did). He prioritized their car over mine (again) & left me waiting. A second worker came out, and instead of coming over to me, he began talking to the driver of the other car for about 10 minutes about nothing relevant. He finally came over & I told them I wanted a oil change quickly because I had been waiting for over 2 hours. I continued to wait on the oil change and after 45 minutes of being in the bay, it was finally done. My trip here was over 3 hours long for an oil change & originally 1 car in front of me. Beyond frustrated with the speed of service. The man working on my car also said the F word when speaking to me multiple times, which is completely unacceptable in any business. An oil change is hard to mess up, so of course they did it right. I just cannot believe it took 3 hours to do. Will never come here again!

The Manager, Casper, was great. I had first gone to the other Grease Monkey on Highland. They were backed up and recommended the location on the other side of I-40. They immediately took my car, did the oil change and tire rotation. Ill definitely go back there. Pricing is reasonable.

This was a very honest and helpful oil change service location. Our 0% oil light came on during a road trip. Ends up the dealership didn’t reset my reminder, I wasn’t in need of an oil change! The guys told me “the oil looks brand new” they filled up my windshield wiper fluid free of charge and sent me on my way. Appreciate their honesty and their assistance for peace of mind as I continued on my trip!

This place makes sure you know everything happening and that you know your service is getting done properly. Plus, you never even have to leave the car with their pits. Excellent service.

Well oiled machine, right down to business! Little higher in price than last I remembered also issues with the free car wash incentive. Was not able to get it bcz they dont have it at that location and the other locations wash was broken. Wouldve been nice to know that b4 driving to the other one. Little bummed about that but in terms of their work, they are well groomed!

Tried to upsell everything had no tire issues till I left had A flat coming home find out it was tire stem loose after they checked didnt ask to check tires filteters oil leaks power steering among several other things just wanted an oil change should of took maybe 30 min.took4ever

Took my Truck in to this location and was satisfied with service and price, however after taking my car in the next day there was grease on my steering wheel, hood, door handle and seat. Tires were not checked for pressure either. Shame on you!

Great crew every time I come in for a oil change, they keep me up to date on the maintence that’s due. Also very good and quick work!

They are ok for oil changes, not great especially if you have a transmission fluid filter. They drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. They almost burned up my transmission. Luckily, I noticed the problem right away and went back. I will use them again, but am looking for another oil changing place.

Stop by for my first oil change here and its all good but short staffed. Only one guy working his but off.

Went to see if they can fix my breaks. They tell me they don’t work on breaks on a Saturday. Due to people coming in on their day off. The weekends is the only time I’m off to get stuff like this done. I won’t be back
