If you go to quick oil change places because you can do it on time this place is good. They dont over sell you things you dont need and you get in and out fast.

Friendly crew that was adamant on being thorough and accurate, price was a bit higher than the dealership but there was a five minute wait versus the 1 week wait time the dealership gave me [not an exaggeration]. So far my car is running perfectly.

The gentleman who helped me, Tyler, was both professional and friendly. He and another gentleman made me feel safe and comfortable. Ive never had an oil change where I was talking with the techs throughout the entire oil change and it be natural. A++ these guys deserve a raise

Received a coupon for a full synthetic oil change for 59.99 plus tax. They tried to charge me $87.00 When I complained they marked it down to $67.84 which is still more than advertised. They also tried to overcharge the person in the lane next to me.

If your car has cloudy headlights this is the place for you. My car is an 2003 and I had given up on getting my headlights fixed because of the cost I was quoted at many places in town. Heard about Victory Lane and it sounded too good to be true but I checked it out. I am one happy customer!!!

Did an excellent job changing all my fluids and even looked underneath my car for a rattling noice I kept hearing. They were unable to fix the rattle due to what the issue was but was willing to if they could. Totally going bad...time and time again. Thank you for the quick, easy and great experience.

All the guys here are polite and very knowledgeable about their craft. Theyll let you know what you need and why without making you feel stupid or negligent. Theyve also started emailing coupons out to customers so it will be a good idea to get in now to get some money off your next service.

I was 2nd in line... and left after waiting 30 to even pull in. NOT a quick oil change place. Left there and went to Speedy Oil change. 2nd in line and they Had me inside in 2 min and out the door at 10 min, WITH a free vacuuming. THATS a quick oil change. Will not come back to this place

The gal that changed my oil was very sharp , she was very professionalAnd did a great job !!!

I went in for a quick oil change and tire rotation. Ended up having a major issue involving a rusted lugnut/bolt that snapped off. Terry, the manager, went ABOVE and BEYOND to resolve the problem. I highly recommend this place!

Pulled me in then disappears, about 7 to10 minutes later je showed up lookinglime he just woke up. Did not grease any front suspension parts, did not check tire pressure, sure did complain about how bad his head hurt being hungover, wen I asked if he greased my ball joints he said I wasnt worth his time becouse there was grease all over already. Not happy with the service from the short heavy set guy who refused to do his job. Got more help from the tall skinny guy from the other bay. Been going there about a number of years. No more. Ill give someone else my money. Im not paying $45 for a half assed job.

More interested in selling you other add ons and services than changing your oil. Very annoying!
