PLEASE DONT GO THERE ON NORTHSIDE DRIVE IN JACKSON THEY REUSE CHEAP PRODUCTS LIKE SPARK PLUGS AFTER I GOT A TUNE UP A COPLE WEEK MY CAR DID THE SAME THING I WENT FOR I WHEN I CHECKED IT OUT ONE OF MY SPARK PLUG WAS ALL BLACK AND DIRTY LIKE BRO WHAT ?? So I had to go to a professional and get a whole mother tune up

I am very disappointed on today. I have attempted to get my oil changed at the Triangle Drive location in North Jackson but they were closed early 2 Saturdays in a row. I go to this location for my oil change. I stopped by between 3:05 to 3:20 both times. I called and git no answer and online it stated that they close at 4pm. I ended up going to the one on 1-55 on frontage rd.

JL and Rocky both were relatable and down to earth.

They take care of me and both of my vechicals

They messed my daughter car up changing the oil. Then I was told it was nothing they could do bc the oil was gone out the car.

I went in for them to fix my wheelbarrow, brakes, and rollers and not even a month later the noise came and they had to fix the wheelbarrow again and then not even a week later my car started to shake because they did not place the rollers on correctly and they are trying to charge me for a job that they messed up on... all about money and they rush your car and do not fix it correctly.

The worst place to take your vehicle to. They have poor wait time and service They keep your car for several days without advance notice or aleternate transportation . Theyre prices are astronomical. Higher than anyone in the state of Ms.

They tore up my LED headlights on my car and broke the tab on the air box when they removed the engine air filter THAT I DIDNT ASK THEM TO REMOVE. I asked for a simple oil change only because the dealership I normally go to was swamped with 8 cars ahead of me. I called and asked for the manager and he was very polite I told him my problem and he asked for my number and he would run the cameras back and give me a call. That was on 8/28/2020 its 9/1/2020 I have ordered a replacement light and had it installed by someone else and the manager still hasnt called to follow up. They dont even deserve 1 star.

Car wouldnt start. I was new to the state and right around the corner from the shop so I had little choice. Car sat all day... Maybe they were too busy to look at it sooner. Problem was very minor but the price wasnt. Went to go get the car. Stood at the counter for over 30 minutes as employee after employee came out to the counter, looked at us and left without even a hello. I could not even flag someone down. I had just talked to them on the phone so they knew I was coming. If you want professionalism, do not go here. I checked prices on a water pump and thought I would give a call out to the shop on I 55. The highest price of the day and more than double other shops. Price gouging is a chain problem evidently. Go somewhere else.Go anywhere else. Care Care Clinic is not a name you can trust.

I went to Car Clinic to get a battery and it cost me 191.00 for the battery alone. They install the battery. After nine months, the battery start acting up and smelling like rotten eggs. They sold me a use no good battery. Please do not take your car there. They is rude when I call and always come up with excuses.

Excellent service. Theyre a little bit of a busy location, so dont expect to be in and out quickly. Ive gone several times for an oil change, and it took about an hour. Though it is a drive-thru service, they are a busy location. The technicians are friendly and professional. Will always return to this location for future service.

I came there on November 6th to get my 1 tire fix because there was a nail in it. The guy is so rude and didnt even take a good look at my tires and said I need all 4 new tires. I just got my tires. He a damn lie and not only that hes rude and try to have me buy 4 tires. People dont come to this tire shop. Rip off and scam. Dont waste your energy and time on places like this. I took my car back to honda and guess what. They didnt rip me off and didnt charge me for tire flat fix. Ill stick to going to honda, i should of stick to my regular people even if i have to tow my car there.

This place is beyond expensive. I went to get a tune up the only thing they did was change my plugs but not the wires for $169 no oil change or anything.Im very dissatisfied.This place will never get my service or my family service ever again.

I took my car on a Saturday for an oil change. I drove home and didnt crank again until Sunday before church. Before I could get off my street, the car started jerking and all kind of lights popped on. Check engine, vsc, etc... I called Monday morning to tell them what happened. I took the car at 10:30am Monday. At 1pm I thought it was strange my car was in the same spot and no one had checked it. The guy said he was waiting for it to cool. It hadnt been crunk in 2days, i live 2miles away, and the high outside was 45. How much cooler could it get. Oh and it was a holiday, so they werent busy at all. At 5:40pm I get a call saying its my coils and in order for them to check and be sure its $230+... But thats just an educated guess. They have to check further to be sure. I got upset and picked up my car. 15/20mins later I get a call from the manager saying his boss, somebody in cooperate would be calling me In a day or two.. So no car to use, and patiently waiting on a call..... Fingers crossed this goes well

My car died at the Post Office down the street. I walked up to Care Care Clinic and one of the technicians came down and jumped my car. The problem turned out to be some rusted wire connections which he fixed on the spot. A++ service. I would definitely come back to them for my next car issue.
