Tire and automotive. Two separate places in one service. Seating inside if you so choose or you can sit in your car for your oil to be changed. They will show you everything that is wrong or right with you car. Good service.

I have gotten several oil changes here, as well as mechanic services. They are very professional, friendly, and keep you updated during the repair process. They are also open on Saturdays which is great if your weekdays are busy. As far as oil change, they are one of the faster ones in town. If you are in the area, I highly recommend them.

Its was Awesome! Micheal and Audrey were so nice and polite to me , even though they was closing down. They welcomed me right on in! I am so grateful to have met the two of you!

Most watch the employees working on your car they say one thing and you do another slightly over charging customers.If you catch it They make it look like a mistake. Not buying that anymore..

Got my car dropped off here from a AAA tow truck. I had no idea what was wrong and they told me it would be two days before they could look at it. They called me back a hour later and told me they looked at it and saw it was a fuse blown and had it up and running and ready for me to pick up. Everybody is so friendly. Im definitely going back for all my services. Plus 10% off for AAA members

I only bring my car to Car Care Clinic. They’ve been taking care of my vehicles for nearly 20 years. They’ve been very trustworthy and have always taken good care of me. David is always friendly and honest when it comes to dealing with my vehicle’s repairs. I also like that this is a locally owned business.

The prices were reasonable, the waiting room was awesome with complimentary coffee and popcorn. The staff was informative, courteous, and thorough. And best of all the wait was short.. also the restrooms were very clean. Overall it was a great experience.

Care Care Clinic has been one of the best car service places have experience. The speedy service and friendly employees have won me over. The little details such putting caps on my tires, I really appreciated that. My last visit they even vacuum out my car. That really sold me on how they care about their customers. JOB WELL DONE!!!

Customer service clerk would not acknowledge me until the oil change was complete. Should have at least spoke and after checking out said. . .thank you for your business. Smoking her cigarette was the priority of the moment. Cigarette should be put when customer drives up.Grade: C-

I went to have an oil change because I was going on a road trip. They said they checked the whole car out and that it was ready for a trip, but the front brakes were completely worn through! I had to stop and have my brakes and rotors replaced because they hadnt checked my car properly. I would never come back here. That should not have happened.

In and out in less than an hour. I wasn’t hassled and made to believe I needed unnecessary work done.

When I first moved to to Jackson many years ago, I used Car Care Clinic on the frontage road of I-55. I brought in many different cars over the years and they were very good at first. I have not used them in the past two years because they are very unprofessional and very expensive for the kind of service you get. I had a fuel pump put in and it was about $900.00. They charged me $20.00 to replace to tail lights that were burnt out. This company must have changed management and the workers they have. Car Care Clinic has been going downhill for the last few years. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and go elsewhere. Im writing this review today, Thursday, 7/24/2014. Its a shame for a business like this to go downhill so fast.

My last two visits here have been unbelievable. They really value your time and money, and they take great care of your car. Most recently, they were able to diagnose and fix an electrical problem on our Honda CR-V better than Paul Moak... and cheaper! Cant recommend these fellas enough!EDIT: make that 3 visits now. They diagnosed the cause of this idling problem I was having, fixed the fuel injector and charged me only the cost of the computer analysis. SERIOUSLY, you cant do better than these fellas.TL;DR: Dont waste your time anywhere else - this is the mechanic you were looking for.

The staff are efficient and welcoming. They did an extremely good job at washing and cleaning my car and their prices are very reasonable for the good job they do.

Ive always appreciated the attention to detail at Car Care Clinic locations. They check my car from front to back when I only ask for an oil change. Personally, I want these extra (free) checks because I dont always think to check the wear on my brake pads or my other fluids. They note the status of everything on my bill right down to my tire pressure. I havent received this kind of service anywhere else, so Ill always choose Car Care Clinic first.

Dumb rednecks used an impact wrench on my crank shaft pulley, definitely not the 210 ft-pounds required by toyota. Now I have to buy a new pulley & crank shaft. (good thing i know how to work on my engine) 🙃🙂🙃🙂🙃

Had my oil changed within thirty minutes !

I got my a/c system vacuumed for $45 flat rate. The freon was too expensive $2 an ounce. I needed 75 ounces. Went to WAL-MART and purchased 5 cans for $25. A/c blowing very efficiently now from removing moisture from system.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! If I could give zero stars I would! I called on Tuesday and spoke with Keith about the issues that I was having with my car. He told me that it sounded like it was the transmission so I told him that I would bring it in to HIM on Wednesday. I got there on Wednesday only to be informed by Brandy that he was off that day. Hmmm why didn’t he say that when I called? Ok no problem so she writes down what’s wrong with my car and takes it to another mechanic. I asked if they would look over the things that I said was wrong AND just look over the entire car in general? She said yes they would. After sitting in the waiting area for almost 3 hours and having two of their mechanics take my car for a test drive Brandy finally came back and said they couldn’t detect anything wrong with the transmission. For the other issues that I was having she offered “suggestions” but couldn’t guarantee that it would work. I took my car to Ridgeland Service Center and although it wasn’t my transmission they did find out what was wrong with my car and got me taken care of right away. So if you’re looking for a great repair shop PLEASE GO TO RIDGELAND SERVICE CENTER!

This place is garbage! Left the lugs loose on my tire, paid for the highest car wash and only got a basic car wash. I dont recommend this place to anybody

Quick, quality service each visit

Externally mounted water pump. 20 dollar part and some antifreeze along with an hour of labor...an hour and a half if I had time to do it myself. I called for a quote and got the highest quote of the day. Expecting $200 or less after getting other quotes, you can imagine how surprised I was to hear a number over $400. More than double the price of other shops. I had work done at the shop off North Side Drive because of an emergency (fix it there or have it towed) and my experience with price gouging has shown it is a chain store problem. Workmanship there was nothing to brag about either. Slower mechanics would be difficult to find and professionalism may exist in other stores but for those prices, I am not willing to find out. I will never use another Care Care Clinic ever.

At first I really like their service coz it has discount for wash the car while you got an oil changed in the same time.I changed my oil here for a month and drive just 1,300 miles then the symbol for oil change appeared on the screen.Im not sure at first so I went to another car care and they said my car got many problems coz oil was dry.They told me that the screw was loose so oil leaking.I had to spent a lot of money to fix my car.I won’t back here again.😡

It was WONDERFUL!!!

Took forever for a simple oil change. Right before I left my car I picked up stuff off flor so they could vacuum. between the seats I found some $1s and I placed those in my console UNDER my sunglases. I got back in my car and headed off without checking. Money is now missing 10 min later. While I agree was partially stupid for me to leave the money there, that is never a reason for someone to steal.
