Had a hitch and cargo carrier installed on my mini van. Quality work at a reasonable price!

They dug into the under carriage of my car and found that what one place told me was a steering rack leak, was no more than a couple loose bolts on the oil pan. I paid under $40 at Blairs and the other place wanted over $1400 for something that was not wrong. I wish I could put their name here, but I am afraid of being sued for liable.

Bought a lemon from RPM Blairs took great care of me. They fixed an overheating issue in less than one day and after I got it back from RPM when they were supposed to check out an electrical issue, they replaced the head after finding sludge in the radiator within a two week span even with their head guy they send out to going on vacation unexpectedly. They are EXCELLENT mechanics.

My Heater core went out I had Blair’s fix it. They spend through the process and broke a couple of things my cup holders are broken, my dashboard lights fade out when I’m driving they didn’t plug it in all the way. My censors for my lights they also broke not to mention they broke heater actuator door And my heat works on one side of my truck. I have called Blair’s to see if they would fix the problem that they tore up. They are telling me they didn’t do that!! They also took my tie rode link off one side. They didn’t think I would notice. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!! Very disappointed customer 🤔

Had a wonderful experience at Blairs. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Incredible, fast service. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and they had called by noon to say it was done with a small repair. The free pick up and drop off was incredibly convenient and appreciated, as I didnt have to bother a family member for a ride. They found other issues with my vehicle but did not pressure me to purchase additional repairs. Gave quotes which is helpful for budgeting. I will definitely return to Blairs to get subsequent repairs.

So far so good! First visit was excellent. Service time was great. Thought I would need brakes, but the low pressure sales approach was I had a few thousand more miles and I was good to go. Very friendly curtesy vehicle driver.

Always rude on the phone. When they made mistakes on my car they asked me to bring it in to look at it and then they would just charge me more. My van was not safe to drive on the road due to there error. Took van to Kellog auto repair on Lansing ave . Fixed my van like new for a very reasonable price. There nice when they work with business but not auto owner.

I was looking for a place to do more than just an oil change on my vehicle and a friend mentioned Blair. I had quite a bit done. Since then I have been driving the vehicle for a while everything appears to have been done very well. The shop seems well run. They checked some things for me and seem honest by telling me the condition of things without doing unneeded work. I would recommend Blair to anyone.

Tried other garages and finally, gratefully discovered Blairs. They are not the cheapest. But they are fast, honest, use quality parts and get the job done right the first time. They have never tried to sell me something I didnt need like some places where they work on a commission. The courtesy van is really nice.Update: I have been forgotten and overlooked while waiting for the courtesy van. Also, when I had some brake lines replaced they broke one of the bleeders off and didnt tell me plus they just left a rubber boot laying on the floor instead of putting it back on my car. I check my car outmyself when its serviced. I called Mike and complained and he made excuses for the mechanic which I didnt appreciate. Then I went up there and found the missing boot and put it on my self.Update: Still take my car there. Get great service. Theyre not perfect but theyre damn close! Im not taking my chances with anyone else. If you are, be careful. Lots of crooks and people working on commission. Get a second opinion before you spend your money.

I love Blairs. If you have something very specific like work on a high performance car I would take that to a dealer, but for everything else, I always choose Blairs! Quick service, good price, quality work.

Glad I found Blairs Car Care. I shopped around for the best price for two repairs on two seperate vehicles and Blairs had the best price for both repairs. They got my vehicles in and out quick, and did a great job. I will definitely be a return customer.

I went into Blairs when I had a minor accident. My air filter plastic box cover was dislodged. They put it back on for $30 but also made several minor fixes (such as removing parts of the front bumper) that saved me a couple hours of my own time I was planning to do. I have friends in Ann Arbor who are going to come to Jackson to Blairs to get their car fixed because they know Blairs can be trusted.

Went in for an inspection, and nothing was wrong. Didnt try to make up some issues to gain more money, ethical working people.

Ive used Blairs several times. The front office ladies are always unbelievably rude and have misquoted me on several jobs. Recently Ive noticed that after changing a timing chain, they broke one of the clips that secures the power steering hoses away from the alternator pulley. Now that hose has been compromised and is spilling power steering fluid. I wont be using Blairs for anymore work and I suggest you dont either.

They quoted me 260 for spark plugs then they called me back after my car Sat there alllllll day and said it was going to be 500 because I told them my car was a 4 cylinder. Thanks for insulting me and My intelligence. Ive never owned a 4 cylinder I would never say that. Thanks for making me miss an entire day of work having to use my friends entire day to use their car for you to pop the hood.
