I came in to get a tire repaired. Erin and John were so nice and detail oriented. The service was great and quick. Not to mention very reasonable. I will definitely be back for all my brakes/oil changes/ tires.

Everytime I get my tires I go to this one. The staff there is always helpful and very polite. If they find anything wrong with my vehicle they always take me into the shop, show me with great explanation of whats wrong. And they are truthful and trustworthy because I have the knowledge and ability to work on my vehicles and they never bs me.

I recently had some work done at Mavis and I must say it was awesome! They gave me a great price on tires. Also, the staff is so friendly, especially J.R. at the front desk. I enjoyed my experience and even bought the 5 year tire warranty. I highly recommend them!

I made an appointment for brake pad replacement. I dropped the car off a couple of hours early for the appointment to insure they had plenty. Of time to complete the job. I did not hear from them all day so called one hour before closing time and was informed that someone was supposed to call me saying I needed additional work (no additional work was needed) and nothing was completed. They are either not qualified to do the work or dishonest. This was the was the second attempt for this service. The first attempt was not completed due to them not being able to fi d the correct tool. I would suggest that you consider using another. Company before wasting your time.

I do not recommend this location!!! I basically went up there and called for a week about getting my tire fixed for a slow leak!! Apparently management isn’t on the same accord!!! I was given different answers from 3 different people particularly Erin, J R and John! Please avoid this location!

Mivas Tires and brakes were amazing in the customer service that they provided. They told me my issues and even showed me my issues, and proceeded with completing the repairs needed. 4 Brake pads, 4 roters, 4 new tires, and an alignment all completed within 3/4 hours. We came in from out of town (Houston TX) and on our way leaving we noticed that there was a nail in the tire. We came to Mavis on a Sunday and it was open. John provided us with excellent customer service and repaired our tire in a timely manner. He is the true definition of southern hospitality. Stopped at Mavis store in Flowood, Ms. Asked for 245/75/16 10 ply tires ,hwy thread. Truck came out with all-terrain. After sitting for an hour and twenty minutes,I accepted them. On the way home it viberated pretty good. I called to take it back for rebalancing. I was told tomorrow would be a better time. Decided to check tires , NOT 10 ply they were 6 ply. Air pressure in rear tires 75 psi front tires 52 psi. Went back to have tires rebalanced and after waiting about 30 minutes they told me it was going to be awhile because of just one man working!!!!!

The people are nice and welcoming to customers, they also do good work for a decent price. But that’s where the positives stop. I stood at the front desk waiting to be check in for about 15 minutes, even had enough time to step out and smoke before being checked in. I had called yesterday and made an appointment for 11am, and when I was checked in, I was told that even though I had an appointment, it would be about 2 hours before someone had time to work on my vehicle. There were 3 people inside, including myself. As someone who works in the automotive service industry, you take care of your customers who are waiting at the shop first so they don’t have to wait, and then work on the customers who dropped their vehicle off. Sitting in the waiting area for hours on end for nothing more than an alignment is unacceptable, if I had the chance to get my money back I would. There’s no reason anyone should wait that long for an alignment.

J.R. And his team have to be the greatest guys on the planet. I got a flat tire and they put on my spare tire to help me get around. No tire shops in Jackson had my tire. They ordered one for me but over the weekend the winter storm hit. They called me everyday to check on me to let me know when my tire would arrive. They even went so far as to pick up my tire from the warehouse to help me get on the road. They took a personal interest in trying to get me back to Memphis safely. I appreciate them so much and I feel like they are family. Thank you soooo much. I would have never gotten home without you.

Needed a tire before heading to my grandkids game. Pulled up at Mavis waited about an hour decided to ask how much more longer. The guy explains to me there is a 2 to 3 hour wait. Omg that was the first time I heard there was a 2 to 3 hour wait. He says check your email. I dont have a email from them . I was not asked my email address. Anyway no big game nothing but disappointed. There is only one person doing tires and two ppl working inside. If this was brought to my attention before hand I would of went to Walmart and been at the game by now whole evening spoiled Thanks Mavis
