King Tire is so helpful every time I ever have a tire or car issue, and their service has only gotten better over the years. The guys are so nice and helpful, they are super respectful and put the customers’ best interests first. They stand by their work and will do everything they can to help. I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. They’re the only place I’ll go for tires, rotations, oil changes, etc… and they also do some mechanic work, which is also great. Highly recommend. Edited to add their waiting area is super comfortable with fast WiFi. I’ve set up a mini workstation in there many times waiting on my car and they even have a whole outlet strip on the back wall.

Great people, they offer you coffee, popcorn, WiFi, and a great lounge. The people were very professional, kind with fair prices. I would recommend Kings Tire to anyone needing some work done to your car.

These folks are absolutely the best- they took care of my cars for 20 plus years - ten of those years I was a widow- they are honest- supportive - and always have the customer’s interest at the top of the list!! Really disappointed with my experience at King Tire. I bought 4 new tires from them for my SUV. Not even two years after, I had to replace the two front ones. Before you buy, their assurances sound good should you have any problems with their tires. After the fact, they don’t deliver on those promises. I should have gone back to Gateway. I’ve never had any problems with tires I’ve purchased from them. They are nice at King Tire but they don’t back up their products.

Excellent care car as always. Im a 20+ year customer that keeps coming back. Ive had tires installed, brakes, suspension, and alignments done. They are busy due to their quality and price. People line up 30 minutes before they open. Its worth the wait if you are particular about your vehicle. Open M-F 8 to 5 and Sat 8 to 12.

I have been very pleased with the service I’ve received at King Tire. We’ve been customers for years, because we live 30 miles away we tried other tire shops closer to home but it’s worth the drive for quality service and people you can trust. They’re always helpful and never hesitate to answer questions. I also appreciate the clean waiting area and they offer WiFi to make working easier while you wait.

Ive been looking for a company like this since I moved to TN. I can get everything I need here, tires rotation, oil change, wipers, burned out bulbs and they top off my fluids! Wonderful polite employees. You may have to wait a little while. But well worth it.

Very friendly, came from out of town to move my son. Tires on my truck were bad, had to get 2 new ones so we could get back home. Honest on what you need not trying to sell you what you dont.

Had a screw in my tire. I went to their Old Hickory location and in less than 20 minutes I was on my way. I definitely will go back for any of my automotive needs.

Would have given it a 5 but, one of the guys working there scolded me for not answering my phone when he called. I had turned my phone off temporarily due to a Drs. Appt. In which we found out my husband needs to have his aortic valve replaced...we were a little shocked and didnt immediately turn our phones back on. Anyway their service is usually quick and the experience is usually pleasant. I feel they are honest and are not into doing unnecessary repairs. I would highly recommend them.

I used to love doing business here. However, their customer service has drastically declined. I recently purchased a set of tires for my wifes vehicle this past August. Now we are in need of a new set due to the way the tires have worn. We I can have a oil change and tires rotated I have always expected to be advised if an alignment is needed(vehicle was aligned with new tires). I will say that the owner is going to work with me on the new set and I appreciate that. Today I have spent 4 hours of a Saturday morning waiting for an oil change and tire rotation after being quoted a 2 hour wait. After 2 hours I asked them where stood and I was next up to go back with a 1 hour wait. I then returned after an hour waiting and I was still next to go back and they said it would be done before they go home. They close at 12. Needless to say I will be looking to go elsewhere, even it does mean paying for a rotation. Im old school business, as my grandad ran a successful lumber company for decades, while keeping his business away from the big box stores away.

A good experience. Prices match or better anywhere. Have bought my vehicle tires here almost 40 years.

Took my 98 Lincoln town car there to get to get new tires not only did they sell me some no name garbage tires, they bent one of my rims geting the tire off and almost blew my rear air shocks up. very unprofessional and extremely slow will never go back

Absolutely the best tire shop around. They treat every customer well, and do a good job quickly, even though they are always busy. To make it even better, their prices are great! Ive been here several times now, and cant think of a single reason to go to any other tire shop in Jackson.

Unfortunately I had the displeasure of using King Tire today even after hearing bad things about them multiple times in the past. I went in to have my studs replaced. I was told that it would cost me $200. Reluctantly I still allowed them to perform the work so I too could go back to work. I figured at that price it would at least be done right. I handed the clerk my card, thinking that he was going to charge me what I had agreed to. When he handed me the receipt I realized that he had charged me $357. Money isnt the issue, even though I could have taken the day off and done it for about $30. The issue is they werent honest and to add icing to the cake they took my ladders off of my ladder rack and didnt strap them back down or tell me that I should. So what happened next is my ladder flew off and made the truck behind me swerve into oncoming traffic and land in a small ditch. After talking with the gentleman we exchanged numbers and he said hed notify me if any problems arise from the incident. What if their negligence had caused a fatal accident? Just something to think about when deciding whether to use them or not. My ladder is destroyed too. I have put a stop payment on my account and will be seeking compensation for this.

The staff was amazing!!! We (6 females) had low tire pressure in one of the tires and of course a nail in was in the tire (the rental company supposedly looked and said there was no nail) and they fixed it as soon as we pulled in without any charge. You goto a place for 8 plus years , you trust them with your property and to explain clearly to you the problems with your truck. You ask for a line replacement and they will splice good line on rusty line and consider it a replacement. When that splice fails they will claim no fault and take your money and tell you to never come back.

As a single woman Im often skeptical and reluctant to enter any environment that has anything to do with vehicles because of my own ignorance. King Tire is absolutely one of the best customer service companies Ive experienced since Ive been back in West Tennessee. I watched countless interactions with customers which were exceptional. I even experienced one unruly customer that was handled in the best professional manner possible. Five stars across the board for you King Tire.

Really great place. Went in and out in under 30 minutes to fix a punctured tire. Was not charged for it because it was my first time there. Really great place, would go back again next time Im having car trouble.

Make this your 1st choice! This company does its customers right! I hadnt had much sleep but needed some pretty cheap tires so I found this little gem online and visited. The porter in the waiting room scurried around cleaning and refilling coffee and cups, cleaned the kids toys as other things. (Very happy employees) They have the most amazing recliner chairs and props for your feet! After eating my popcorn, they passed out, I easily fell asleep. They were extremely busy, but do great business and my tires were like new! I will give them all of my automotive business!!!

King Tire has taken care of our automotive needs in a manner I can appreciate as an old mechanic and a husband. My wifes car is 100% taken care of and my 220000 mile Tahoe is still running smooth and efficient...17.8 mpg. I was trained in the Goodyear maintenance program during the 1880s and was taught to push shocks, brakes, and front end parts. King Tire will tell you what needs to be taken care of, they will not push parts in the consumer. Great bunch of guys at King Tire, live doing business with them.

I have always had great service at King Tire. My only complain is the last time I was there I waited 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Yes it was the day before Christmas Eve but if some ones going to have to wait there don’t say an hour and half wait if you know it’s going to be longer. Take a phone number and text them 30 minutes or 15 minutes before you are ready and let them come back.

Came here 8 years ago... always scary to find company in new town that is honest and takes care of your autos quickly and at a fair price. Someone recommended King Tire and they exceeded expectations. Will always recommend them.A customer for life.

Good place to get tires, but I don’t like the way they price them. It seems to be about commissions, and pricing will differ with the same tire. They stay extremely busy, so plan to get in early.

Excellent service and friendly staff. We needed a new tire for our travel trailer which they had in stock and although they were quite busy got the work done in 45 minutes! Thanks guys for an awesome job! If ever in need of another tire in the area will go there again.

This is the BEST tire/service company, not only in Jackson, TN, but I believe in the country. The King Tire staff is honest, dependable, fast..and just the best ever. Ive been going to King Tire for many years. I briefly took my 4 Runner to another dealer/service provider and quickly came back to King Tire. The other provider/dealer offered a slick waiting room while your car was being serviced, but they tried to upsale me on numerous high priced items when I was there for simple stuff like an oil change. I came back to King Tire. Theyre, hands down, the best in town.

Came in looking for a specific tire. The pros pointed out the tires I actually needed. Been driving on them for a few days and they are worth every penny spent. This is the only place we trust for tires. They also got me in quickly which was surprising since 5 people were waiting at 8am.

Went above and beyond! I went in for an alignment and 2 new tires and they were very honest and fair with pricing. Staff was friendly and helpful, even going as far to inspect my front end for free. Definitely recommend if youre in need of an auto shop!

Was there today to check out a steering issue. They checked many things and couldnt find the problem even after they called the car dealership to help with the issue. The dealership said I should bring it to them. King Tire did not charge me anything and they looked for the problem for over an hour. I offered to pay them something and they said NO. I will go back to have them do other services. Great people...

Only bad thing I had to say was it took 2 hours for a oil change. I DIDNT say anything though, and the cashier seen the wait time and gave me a $5 discount. And was friendly and talkative the whole time at checkout! This is the first issue I’ve had with them and haves used for several years.

Ive been going to King Tire since the very early 80s. Great prices, great quality, great service, great people. Recently I hit a large piece of lumber on I-40 on Sunday, July 19. The car had to be carried by a wrecker to King Tire. They had to replace 2 tires, straighten 4 wheels, install a new hub bearing, and realign the front and rear. I picked up the car on Tuesday. Thanks Curt and staff for being so helpful.

Ive never used these guys but Ive had to work behind them. They put my drain plug in so tight it broke my impact bit. I should not have had to even use my impact to try to take it off. If they cant be trusted to change oil properly then what else are they messing up. Sad sad day...

I just bought my second set of Michelin tires from King tire, got 61,000 miles on the first set. Took the car in every 5000 miles and had them rotated, got very good service and assistance from King Tire, Thats the reason I went back for the second set. Recommend them to everyone, great company, good employees, and my wife loves the popcorn!!!
