I’m new to the river oaks area so I needed a new nail spa to go to. I went to this one since it was the closest. When I walked in, I was not greeted. When I sat in the chair, I showed her what I wanted and she told me she could try to do the design. She then asked me to choose my length and told me it was too long. Throughout the process, I was cut and my nails were bumpy because of the poor foundation. I even had air bubbles on some of my nails. Also while sitting there, every other customer that came through the door was greeted and offered a complimentary beverage.Fast forward to one week later, two of my nails have broken straight across. This only happens when the foundation is poor.

This is a very well run nails salon. It is extremely clean, the latest selections of colors and excellent service. It is really first class.

Ive been coming to this salon for twelve years. I moved out to the suburbs years ago and still drive all the way to Westheimer just to get my nails done. Ive read some of the reviews below...I cant say Ive ever had a bad experience at River Oaks!

This is a great place for a good quality and quick mani/pedi. The ladies that work here are super nice. They do a ton of walk in business, so if you have the chance to call ahead- it really helps. I’ve been coming here for 15+ years for mani/pedi’s and leg waxing. Helen is awesome, and I even had her do my daughter’s brow wax. Trish is great with nails- she fixed my daughter’s nails after a bad acrylic job at another place. But if they aren’t available- I’ve used whoever and been very pleased!!

Best nail place in River Oaks

This place was a huge waist of my time, they cut my nail to the point of them bleeding! They also didnt give me and my sister the correct amount of change and refused to give us the correct amount!

Horrible service & racist! Dont waste your time or money. I had the worse experience yesterday I went into the shop & wasnt helped until an hour later of course by then I just got up & left. On top of thats 3 other people walked in & were helped while I waited patiently !! Then I finally caught on that they werent interested in helping me

I went there with my daughter & I had the best mani-pedi Ive ever had. I will definitely be back!

Worst pedicure ever! While performing my services the technician answered her cell phone and continued with a personal phone call. It was rushed and I had to remind her to do very simple steps of the pedicure. It didnt look or feel as if Id had pedicure services when I left. Very disappointed.I would not and will not refer anyone to this nail salon.

Cuz ingrown toe nail and a er visit never go there
