Glow nail spa is by far the best nail salon in Houston! I’ve been coming to Michelle for years and the consistency and quality of her work is amazing! The staff is all very nice and the salon itself is beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this place and highly recommend them!

This is the spot sis! I came in on a random Wednesday and they were able to take my boyfriend and I in. The wait was about 10 minutes but the job was spectacular! The girls are so sweet! I got a gel manicure and it was to the T! Love it! I cant believe we found this place as skipping through traffic!

Loved chatting with the girls there. I feel as if they are really attentive and open with communication. Love the lavender mint pedicure. They do everything efficiently and care about the health of my nails. Would recommend making an appointment to make sure they can take care of you fully.

Very Cheap gel polish. Mine chipped off the second day. I went for a refill but it chipped off again shortly after. I’ve never had this issue with any other salon. Their prices aren’t cheap yet they can’t invest in a proper gel polish or at least hire professional staff that can properly offer these services!

Love this place! Beautiful space, great service, and I love the bar inside. Great selection of colors and I love the services they provide. Only downside is parking! If you don’t find parking right outside on the street you will have to walk far, because you can’t park in garage behind the shop.

This place was recommended to me by my esthetician. It was close by and I needed emergency service! I wont go through what happened to me at a previous salon. My sister and I waited outside until they opened. She wanted a pedicure and I needed my nails fixed. The spas is beautiful and the nail tech was nice, very welcoming. Only issue was she was the only one there and she explained they were booked but she had enough time to fix my nails. She did an amazing job and her recommendations for my nail polish worked out great! I love love love my nails and it turned a horrible experience into a beautiful day!

Julie is fabulous! The first time I got my gel nails done, they lasted for five weeks. No chips at all in the Polish. She has given me the best manicures I’ve ever had. I get so many compliments. She is sweet and really willing to do what’s best for my natural nails because they grow very strong on their own. The salon is very comfy and elegant and everyone is so kind there. Michelle has a great staff and is always gracious with her customers.

My gf got her nails done here and we had two cars. And they towed both cars. Wasted $500 trying to support their business. Terrible. And it wasn’t my car you guys towed because I do not park there after I talked to the Owner.The worst thing is they called the worst towing company on the planet. “American Auto Storage” go read their reviews. There’s thousands of dollars worth of damages done to our cars.Absolutely unacceptable. Now I’m sure that you make a percentage of towing cars considering you do business with such aweful companies.

DO NOT GO HERE!Not only were the nails overpriced..I left with bleeding cuticles and a poorly done pedicure.The custom service was terrible and the owner is incredibly rude.All around bad experience.. will not be returning!

The employees are nice and the place is very clean but it seems a bit overpriced for what you get. I was charged $75 for a basic gel full set that started to lift in the second week. The full set took two hours to do (no designs) and they didn’t require the other customer inside to wear a mask. I’d only be back if I had a true emergency, as it’s walking distance from my place. Any other time I’ll make the drive somewhere that’s more reasonable.

I was so pleased by the service received. Not only the mani/ pedi itself- but even the advice I received . I am fairly new to getting my nails done (a little over a year only) and I’ve been looking for my go-to. I found it here!

I live behind this nail salon and had never tried it before. Was very excited to try glow out as I always go to uptown But unfortunately I got a deep cut in my nail from the man doing them. It was bleeding there and he put cotton on it as it continued to bleed and even after leaving the blood won’t stop. Payed $50 for this and honestly I’m saddened. I’m anemic and this really hurts. I also didn’t find parking and parked across not knowing it was a pay for parking and got a $123 fine. So all in all it was a horrible experience.Update: It’s gotten worse, I have a sharp painful feeling every time I get under water. I don’t understand how someone can be so careless. Will definitely call the salon and see what they will do about this.

The women were very nice and talkative, but the men didn’t talk at all unless they had to. With the actual nails a guy did my names don’t know his name, but he didn’t put the gel all the way to the top of your nail. So it looked like my nails have grown up for almost 2 weeks. He also didn’t put the clear coat on the whole nail. You can tell where he didn’t put it at. I wouldn’t go back to this place again. It’s too expensive for not so good nails.

I loved how VU Did my nails as always he did a great jobHowever the pedicure was horrible. When I got the wax the nail tech did not coat my feet in the wax she just put my feet in the bag and let it hardened. Secondly, the hot towel/clay service was horrible the tech wrapped my legs in a cold towel. Lastly the hot stone service the stones had little to no heat.Very clean and nice establishments which struck me odd my pedicure was trash

Took my gf here to surprise her for her birthday. Called in advance to make the arrangement with the lady in the front. She was helpful and help me up as requested. My girlfriend ended loving it here .

Every time I come here they never have someone available or they say they are booked for the day with one customer in the facility around 3-4pm. Definitely not going back.

Loved my quick lunch break pedicure! The venue was gorgeous, spacious and clean. The staff were kind and more than accommodating. Prices were absolutely reasonable. I am so glad I was able to be seen on such short notice too! Definitely going back for many more lunch break spa treatments!

I went there today to have my nails done the gentleman who did my nails was quite opinionated and continue to tell me how poorly the last person have done my nails. I chose a white polish the nails are streaky I had to buy a file to pick some of them on my own and to boot when I asked him how much it was he said $60 I have never in my life paid $60 for a cell with gel polish I live in Tierra Verde Florida and the average cost is 45+ a tip. This certainly wasn’t worth $60 and I should not have given this man a five dollar tip I don’t recommend the salon at all my nails look awful.MY NAILS NEVER LOOKED SO BAD FOR $60 AND FIVE DOLLAR TIP! My gel nails have lasted over 4 weeks!!! My nails grow slow but normally the gel chips or peels off by the 2nd week. Definitely worth the price!

Best shellac manicure I’ve ever had! They lasted a whole month without any chipping I was so surprised. A little pricey but I honestly thought it was worth it because the nail techs take their time with every detail. The manager is also so sweet and funny. Will definitely come again.

I cam in with my sister and mom. we all wanted manicures, me and my sister acrylics and my mom just shellac. I had a lady named nina and loved her. we were all able to sit at the same table together and get our nails done which i loved. this place was so clean and every single employee was super nice and respectful not to mention all of our nails turned out fabulously. i probably won’t go to another nail salon again!

Favorite Salon by Far! Like gem in a haystack, love the inside ambience. They serve complimentary drinks with your service. Front desk girl was very sweet and relatable. My nails looks amazing! Forgot the girl who did them and Lee took her time with my pedicure. Hard to find a nail salon nowadays that don’t try to rush you out of your chair. I found my future home.

Came here for my sisters birthday and they just new how to make her feel special. Quality customer service and I didnt feel like it was over priced. They close at 7:30 and they took us at 6:30 and provided quality service, we were not rushed out or anything. I will definitely come back.

I have been searching for a nail salon that I really like and want to go back to for over over a year now and I think I finally found it in this place.I went early afternoon on a weekday, as a result I was the only person there and was seen right away.I chose the herbal pedicure and was given a list of different herbs to choose from for the pedicure. I was also offered a drink, the choices included wines and sodas.The girl who did my pedicure was very pleasant as well as focused on my pedicure. I left there very happy. I will definitely be back.

Saw a few bad reviews and was skeptical but then the majority reviews was good. So I gave this place a try. Holy moly, the place was nice! Super gorgeous interior, clean and I noticed they have disposal foot file thing. They won me over, as soon as I saw that. Customer was great, a lot of choices of cocktail drinks. Need to book for my future bridal party. Excited I gave it a go.

Very disappointed. I was charged $84 for this 🤦🏻‍♀️ A man did my nails and he kept getting up to answer the phone .There were more workers there He also told me that I couldn’t do powder because the nails I wanted were too long .he didn’t let me decide he just told me he couldn’t do it for me because of the length I have never had someone tell me I can’t do powder because the length I wanted. So he just put on the nail and painted my nails a clear color . He charged me $84 !!!! For something that I could’ve done at home if I would’ve known . Very bad service ! My friend was charged $84 as well and she had added some stones some the price is understandable . I don’t understand why the cost as high for something so simple compared to my friend . He honestly never told us in beginning how much he would charge before he started. If I would’ve know I don’t think I would’ve done them

I have my gel nails done almost two weeks ago and it still looks like I just done it. I love this summer color, it gives me a summer feeling and looks so pretty on my hands. Cammie, thank you very much for giving me a such beautiful color to start my summer.

Honestly there needs tippy a glow nail salon on every corner. This facility is very clean, beautiful, and the staff was awesome!! I drove from spring to try them out and it was worth the gas for sure!!

This new place but they need a lot of work in organization. The ladies doing my manicure had to pause many time to assist walk in customers because the receptionist was MIA. Also, prices are way higher than any other place around the area. They forgot there is a manicure location every other block and need to be competitive. Actually the reason I gave them a try was because my usual place was book that day, but they didn’t win me as a new customer.

Best manicure I have ever had! Meticulous attention paid to each layer of shellac for a flawless result. Loved the ambiance and the complementary cocktail ❤️ great conversation and a lovely experience!! Definitely going back! Regularly!!

Expensive and cheap quality

I finally found a good nail salon in the area!! I tried dip nails for the first time and I am loving it so far. I definitely recommend this nail salon. The owners are super nice. The owner’s father did my nails and fixed any issues without me having to say anything. It’s a little pricey but you do get your money’s worth.

Very beautiful and smells wonderful when you walk inside. It would have been my first time getting my nails done here. I walked in a little after 11am ready for a pedicure and a full set. To my chagrin, they cannot service full set nails after 1pm...something that should be on their website and is not. I understand this place is new and will give it another try in 2 weeks. However, I think it is very inconvenient to only service full set nails after 1pm. From the looks of their pictures, many clients have full sets and if they cannot offer all day service it should be clearly stated.

What. A. Rip. Off. Ridiculous price for poor service. Cleanliness of staff, instruments, and towels very lack luster. Please save your money. 2 hours for full service what a mess. I usually always go to CC nails and I never should have tried to change.

First time there and won’t go back. A man did my nails (I don’t know his name) he rushed through my dip and messed up twice and had to dip again after filing the nails. He never let me wash my hands before the clear coat on top, I still have black powder all over my fingers, he got my skin with the drill and they are red and puffy. He had to file so much that my nails are much shorter than when we started (I paid for tips). A waste of $60, I might go back and have them redone by someone else.

Ive been on a search for a new salon to get my nails done. This salon is hands down the best by far Ive been to. I came here with a friend on Saturday. Since its a weekend, expecting there will be a wait..but they sat us instantly! They got me there, not to mentioned they also serve wines. The staff is very sweet, the decor is so chic, and the place is clean. Definitely, I will be back!!

I visit often and I am always happy with the services I receive there.... it doesn’t hurt that you can have a complimentary cocktail of your choice ;). I can’t remember when I’ve ever waited for an extended period (with or without an appointment). It’s a Family owned business and they clearly take pride in their work! They are a little pricey compared to other salons, but I’m ok with that because the service is what I expect.

Had a last minute break on a work trip and glow was able to fit me in for a pedi. Beautiful spot, amazing attention to detail, and wonderful service. Highly recommend!!!!!

Visited sept 16th. I did like it. Very nice and up to date. They didnt offer some services listed on their menu. The place is still kind of new. I received the French shellac nails and a normal French nail pedicure with eyebrow waxing. My nails were very cute for only a week. It started snagging my hair along the edges. And one nail has already ripped less than a month in. I mention this because i received the shellac nails before at a different shop and it lasted me without ripping my whole nail off within the same time frame. They offer drinks etc. But i go to these places for the services offered not the perks. For the same price (and even less on other occasions) elsewhere i received a neck leg and arm massage with shellac and it lasted longer. I paid 100 for everything.

The wait time is long and technicians frequently leave you unattended to begin services for other patrons. The salon is nice but customer service needs to improve. The owner or employees do not greet you and leave you standing in the entry. I have come to this location more than three times and the service declines each time.

If you are OCD about your nails, they are METICULOUS and very detail oriented. Definitely worth it!! Just make sure you call ahead for an appointment.
