I stopped by while waiting on a hair appointment. I got my nails done at another salon and was not satisfied with the shape so I came in here and asked if they could reshape them. The girl at check in was very nice and genuinely looked interested and checked to see if one of the nail techs could reshape my nails. They found someone named Julie who could do it. I was offered a beverage when seated. Got a mimosa. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be returning.

Love this place! I work with Sharon. She does wonderful artwork. I come in with a photo of a design I like, and she goes to work! Prices are good. And they have complementary beverages (wine,soda,water)

I FINALLY found a nail shop that actually knows what they’re doing! I’ve tried so many nail shops inside the loop and they all leave bulky ugly nails. Heavenly does an amazing job and they are quick too! So glad I found this place!

Had a bad nail tech who repeatedly cut me and ignored unfinished and uneven nails. I think there’s other people who are better so if you have had a good experience with someone there don’t risk getting someone else. This is by far the worst set I’ve ever had

I’ve been going to this place religiously for over a year now, and I have never been disappointed with their work! I’ve had all different kinds of styles of nails, and they always make sure to give me what I want but also what looks good on me. The pedicures are always amazing and even when they’re busy, they still make sure to make everything look amazing. They’re always very kind and hardworking and I will surely keep coming back!

This was a lovely find! Its my first time in and doubt it will be my last. Everyone was very nice. I really enjoyed the choices of herbal treatments offered by the Herbal Treatment Pedicure ($37). I got the eucalyptus. The lotion was a cold shock I couldve done without but the hot stone massage was heavenly!! I got the dip on my nails($45 includes cuticle trim, but not hand massage); the technician did a very good job. She made sure I was happy with the color and shape of my nails. The only things to be aware of or prepared for is that there is limited parking and a strong chemical smell that is common in some nail salons. It was too much for me, but the place is fairly full right now so it clearly doesnt bother everyone!😊 I also, personally, love the fact that its Christian owned!☺👍🏼 I will recommend this to my friends.

I dont know the name of the gentleman who did my nails but he was perfect! He took his time and made sure that they looked stunning, not only to me but to himself as well!I can tell that he really appreciates the art in nails.Ive never found a nail professional who was able to give me everything Ive wanted in my nails.I never had to reiterate the look or style.Great experience!My new nail place!

Quin did an ok job with my nails not a perfect job. For $50 I expected better but the place itself is very nice and clean the staff was great. I didnt have a long wait, the music was relaxing. The biggest plus for me was how gentle Quin was with me. In the past when Ive gone to get my nails done the technician was always so rough and my nails would be sore for weeks. Thank God thats not the case this time around.

Wonderful experience here. I came on a Saturday at 11:00 AM and was seated in 5 minutes. My nail technicians Ann and Andrea didn’t make me feel rushed. Both ladies took their time and made sure I enjoyed the full experience of my services. Andrea, my manicurist, did an amazing job removing the acrylic and being sure to protect my natural nail. She buffed and shined my nails and performed the most soothing manicure and massage.I recommend the Herbal pedicure and Deluxe manicure!Also, the mimosas are made with champagne and a splash of OJ, just how I like them!

It was really nice and clean. It was my first time getting a pedicure in my life. They have various color options to choose from. They put in plastic bags in the small basin where you put your feet and dispose of it later. Theyre really thorough when it comes to clipping the cuticles. They offer complimentary drinks as well. The only sour part of the visit was when I was going to pay, the price ended up taking me by surprise since I wasnt told I would be upcharged for the choice in polish. Keep in mind this was the first time Ive gone in my life so it would have been nice to know it would be an extra $15. Overall the actual service is really good, but the communication is lacking

Went here for the first time yesterday after seeing great reviews. Bella did an amazing job on my dipped manicure (color 334) and Mae did awesome on my milk and honey pedicure that included hot stones. They were quick to get me serviced and very friendly. Will definitely be going back!Update:I have went back a few times and found that depending on the color for the dipped powder, it can be hit or miss. The colors I found that do well are lighter with glitter in them. Solid colors (yellow and aqua) not so much. The aqua appeared very uneven as did the yellow but I was told that I the color had a marble finish, meanwhile the nail examples didnt appear marble at all. The clear gel polish didnt cover the tips of my nails on this last visit. I doubt if Ill continue going here.. Not as noticeable on the pics but the ends are already missing the clear gel polish and I just got these done (dipped mani) Friday and noticed the chipping the next day. $45 is too expensive for these results.

I love this place! They recently added 2 new chairs in the waiting room but it is still unfortunately kind of small. They do great nails and are very kind. I recommend!

The best place ever! Bella always does a phenomenal job. She’s very thorough, consistently asking if there’s anything else I want for my nails every step of the way.Doesn’t hurt they also offer drinks while you’re pampering yourself ;)Been going here every 2 weeks (powder nails - picture is showing color 96...maybe 97 whichever is the darker pink because I switched last minute) for a few months and never have any regrets when I leave! They also offer a 15% off discount with your student idea which is fantastic! Try it out!!

I’ve been coming here for a year now. This place was recommended so I decided to try it out. I had an appointment at 1pm today. I got there 10 mins early. Sharon still working on a different client. Which is fine I don’t mind.My issue is over scheduling the techs when they know they won’t be available at the time of the appointment. I spoke with the front desk girl which the will rush you to pick a color.Anywho I told her I had an appointment with Sharon; once I noticed she finished w the previous client n went to the other person next to me. So the front desk girl says “oh you did, I spoke w you?” She comes and shows me the schedule where Sharon had 3 clients for 1pm (including me). I proceed on telling her again I spoke w someone which I’m sure it was her. She’s like “you probably spoke w someone else.” How is that possible? Why offer on social media that y’all offer appts if y’all aren’t going to be available at that time? I must add that when I walked in I clearly said I have a 1pm appointment.

I went here specifically because of all of the nail art I saw in the pictures. I called ahead and let them know I would be getting a gel mani with nail art. The salon was very clean and my appointment started on time, but the manicure itself was kinda sloppy. I picked a pretty simple design - a two tone diagonal with a little line embellishment (pic attached) and it took an hour and a half to do. They left excess polish around my nails and all in it was just ok. Not the best manicure Ive ever had, not the worst. I may give them another try and specifically ask if they have someone who does their nail art, but will probably keep looking.

They were very accommodating, talented, and had great COVID safety protocols.

Since I moved back to Houston I had been looking for a good place to do my lash extensions and nails. Well I found this place and started reading the reviews.They didnt have much about the lashes, so I called and learned that they arent doing lashes right now, b/c the lash room is being remodeled, but the reviews on the nails were A+. So, I decided to give it a try with my daughter. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!Very professional, very clean, FAST, and reasonably priced in my opinion. Anna did my nails, Loan did my pedicure, and Jessie did my daughters nails.... WE ARE SO HAPPY! And we will be back!

My pedicure looked like it needed a pedicure. My nails were barely filed down and the polish looked like a child painted them...after they were fixed my feet were so dry and looked like they were never even touched and my cuticles were barely cut. Not returning

Service is consistently good. Parking can be difficult and ambiance can be improved, but they are super accommodating so it’s my go to place.

Awesome little place! Very clean with hand sanitizer readily available and I saw the techs using it. Plastic barriers at all nail stations and between pedi stations. I felt they’re making a very good effort at keeping their clients safe. Great customer service. My boyfriend and I got peppermint herbal pedicures. They were wonderful!!

All the girls were super nice. I got a fantastic pedicure with all the fixings for a cheaper price than I’ve found anywhere. Gotta love a free mimosa :) at some point one of the girls walked in with a bunch of boba teas for her friends and I discovered the cafe next door that was also great. I also got an eyebrow wax which I’m always nervous about getting from a new person and she did a good job and was super quick

I would have given this place 5 stars before Covid, but I have only been here twice since the pandemic - once today and once a couple of weeks ago. Prior to Covid Ive been going here for over 2 years and have always been happy with their work and prices.I still think they do good nails at excellent prices, but they are NOT enforcing masking. The last time I came in, a customer receiving a pedicure had her mask off. Right now as I am getting a pedi, there are currently 2 customers with their masks off. One is only separated from me by one chair (photo of unmasked woman near me included).Unfortunately I cannot take the chance of being infected, so I will have to postpone any further visits until after the pandemic is over. Its really a shame bc this has been my go-to nail place.I will add that all of the nail techs were consistently masked during both of my visits.

It was the day before Houstons stay at home program began. I had one last nice dinner planned to celebrate with a friend. I stopped in on a whim as there was a delay in meeting up. The care and attention to detail here was amazing. Ive been to many nail salons, Ive always found them pretty interchangeable, but this visit really stood out. The people are amazingly kinda and take their time to make you feel pampered and beautiful. I will be back, this is my new nail salon home.

I had been going here over a year and was treated poorly when they didn’t have any parking for my appointment. Was told oh well come tomorrow. I will never step foot in there again. Nails cost to much to be treated poorly. And my daughter in law goes there and never one time has anyone told her to tell me sorry. Don’t care I spend good money on my nails. The new place I go never has been rude and thanks me everytime I come in the door.

Cut my cuticles off AFTER the $50 dip job... as in wasted at least 2 weeks of the $50 I paid bc the second they finished they cut off my cuticles and made it look like I got it done two weeks ago. Otherwise nice people.

My daughter and I have been coming here for a couple of years regularly. The customer service is really good and it is always nice and clean. They offer you something to drink while you’re receiving services. I usually get mimosas or wine but they also have water, juice and soft drinks. They have a wide variety of color acrylic powder, shellac polish and they offer dip powder as well. The spa chairs are very comfortable and they work all the time. It’s a very relaxing and professional nail salon so it’s worth checking out.

This has been by far the best nail experience I have had in a while. They did a great job on my Mani and pedi! Massage was great! My daughters nails were do e just as she wanted! They are too cute!

I looked up this location online and read the reviews before deciding to visit. I stopped by during the week in the afternoon. When you arrive there is limited parking but I found a space. The salon inside is nice and the check-in person greeted me once I entered. I wanted gel overlay and after explaining what it was I was told that they do not offer the service. I was okay with just gel nail polish instead. The young lady that performed the service was nice and made me feel at ease. After the service, I checked my nails, pleased with her work I tipped her. Later that day I noticed that on several nails she painted to close the the sides and against my cuticle. This caused the polish to lift. After two days the polish was coming up in several areas. Im upset that my polish did not last as long as it should have. I will not return.

This is the best nail place in town! Hands down. I always get great service and everyone, seriously every single person is so nice and professional. I have never had a bad experience here and always recommend all my friends to come here.

I liked this place. I came on a Friday afternoon around 5p. It was definitely busy, but I didnt feel rushed. I was greeted and tended to immediately. I waited a bit to get seated, but it was busy, so that made sense. Overall, Id likely come back and would definitely recommend to a friend.

My girl Sophia, is the only person I allow to do my pedicures. She is fast but her attention makes it worth it. They have WiFi so I usually bring my laptop to kill those 2 hours. I had an accident a few years ago which lead to an ingrown toenail if not well kept. I have been to multiple salons who made it worse or couldn’t help. The alternative was to see a podiatrist and get it fully taken off. I tried Sophia and though the first time was painful. It was worth not have the pain return after 2 weeks of my pedicures. I’m staying loyal to her because she takes care of me. Staff is nice and efficient. Always has on HGTV for relaxing watching. They provide a beverage of choice from tea, water, orange juice, wine or champagne. Fair price. Reward loyalty card.

I really enjoyed my experience here today! I’ve been at a conference for the last four days and I just wanted to feel a little relaxation and pampering before returning home (and I had a couple of hours to kill). The ladies were absolutely amazing and thoughtful.You might feel as if you’re walking into a typical nail salon - there’s not an over-the-top feeling of luxury, but the service is far beyond what you’d expect. I’m not from Houston - I live in Oregon - so I literally chose a salon based on distance and positive reviews. I’m so glad I came! The menu of services had a lot of options but they were all focused on what they do best: high quality service. I did the charcoal detox pedicure and I can’t remember the manicure option but it included the paraffin treatment.I loved it! I wish I had done the shellac manicure, though. I hustled out of there and had to deal with my luggage and returning a rental car and you know I messed up my nails. The manicure itself though is perfect. No messed up cuticles and a perfect shape. I’m so happy! You should go here!

Always a pleased with the service provided! Great relaxing atmosphere, plenty of color options and staff is always welcoming and thorough with the service. Its important to note, the waiting time is never too long as there is plenty of staff and chairs.

I’ve been here a few times and they are not consistent. Twice I’ve gotten a gel manicure and within two days the polish started to lift. The most recent time, the nail tech rushed my manicure not covering the entire nail so it looked grown-out immediately. The prices are great and the place is sanitary, but it’s not worth it if my manicure only lasts two days.

I’ve been coming here since I discovered them two years ago. Truly the best service Ive ever had. Clean and all implements are sanitary. No sales pressure like typical salons. I’m not picky about which technician does my service because they’re ALL fantastic. Kobe and May are always there, they are very accomdating and go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. They just opened a baguette & tea restaurant next door too which I know will be great because of the quality and service at Heavenly Nails!

First time visitor - love- love love my nails. Called in advance and when I arrived I was ushered to a chair. Techs were friendly and not too chatty. My feet feel like silk and my gel nails are gleaming. They serve an array of cocktails if you like to partake. Shop was very clean and lots of nail color choices. I would highly recommend this shop.

After reading reviews I went in today for a Full Set, Charcoal Pedicure, Eyelash Extensions and a wax and I have to say it was the best spa experience that Ive ever had. The building was extremely clean and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My hands, feet, lashes and brows look amazing!!!! I will definitely be back.

I always like coming here. The staff is friendly and always remember me when I come in. I usually get the milk and honey pedicure which is just above a regular pedicure at a pretty good deal. Management is also very friendly and attentive to the customers. If you call ahead they get you seated pretty quick. Heavenly lashes is definitely the best service in the area.

Take there time. Very nice people. Do good work! Feels like family. They listen to your instructions on what you want and walay get the job done. 🥰 They also have drinks from hot matcha tea, wine, beer, water etc the list goes on. You can have as many as want. They don’t judge you 🌹

They have a pedicure menu of sorts, I don’t remember the name of the pedicure that I purchased but she literally rubbed orange slices on my legs at some point during the whole process, it felt great. I walked in an hour before closing and no one had an attitude about it. I could tell I was inconveniencing the girl who did the pedicure for me but she kept a smile and gave me her undivided attention all the way to the end. I’m not from Texas and I’m here on business but if I were a resident, I would frequent this place with out a doubt. If your scrolling through reviews trying to figure out if you should visit this place, then scroll no more, this is the one. At the time the rating is a 4.7 but it should definitely be a 5.

They do a GREAT job with dip polish, including perfectly shaping each nail. Parking isnt great, but they more than make up for that with complimentary champagne, wine, or beer while you have your nails done. And the added on foot / leg massage for pedicures is well worth the marginal extra cost.

They do no respect people’s time, no matter if you set an appointment they will have you waiting for 30+ mins and the moment you are 10-15 mins late to your appointment they will cancel it. Very terrible customer service, they have delayed me ever single times I have went there. When you try to express your concern to them they minimize you opinion as if you don’t matter. They need to learn how to treat people. They man that works there very dismissive, Jenny had the nerve to cancel my appointment and didn’t have the respect to let me know. I will NEVER go back to this place again. The will never get a PENNY of my money again

They are always friendly and helpful. I hate to choose favorites, but Bella and Chi are my go to ladies! Early mornings and afternoons get pretty busy. Great selection of beverages, colors, and packages. The jelly pedicure takes pampering to a new and delightful level.
