Beautiful place. Stopped in at opening for my daughters birthday. Were both enjoying it and Tim is very great. Hes detailed, honest, and down to earth. Highly recommend this place for some real peaceful time and great nails 💅

If I could give them zero stars I would. The most unprofessional nail shop I have ever been to. The manicure and pedicure were both so sloppy I had to correct both women several times for obvious mistakes. The owner has consistently (for years) been so rude and unprofessional to all of the his customers. Many times I have seen being rude to them women that keeps this business running, and finally it happened to me (after I took a 3-4 year break from here). I will not be returning and to maintain your peace I would urge you to do the same. On top of all this, my gel nails were chipped by the end of the week and my feet were raw from how hard they scrubbed them (and then were not calloused to begin with). Lastly, there were two dogs running around the whole time which does not lead to a very relaxing nor sanitary environment. Not worth it at all. Please Spare yourself.

Made a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate. Really good service and I will come back again.

I wouldn’t recommend to no one! If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I, along with our two small children, drove 40 minutes to this shop for the very first time and at the door were TWO GIANT DOGS, barking loudly. I sat in the car about 5 minutes waiting for my husband to come from the store next door because the salon didn’t have public restrooms and I watched the dogs run around the salon while customer were inside & not to mention someone had a newborn baby. Once my husband got back to the car, I told him that I wasn’t going in a shop with dog(S) running around so he went inside and expressed to a male worker that was dealing with the dogs that he had two small children & a wife that was afraid to enter, was there anyway they could be locked away because he really wanted to check them out. The guy responded “Thank you for being concerned but they are well trained” basically NO we can’t do that. I think having dog(S) that big in a nail salon running around customers is very unsanitary and unprofessional. This place should be shut down!!

This was my 2nd time coming to the shop (I was referred) and I love my nails even more than I did the first time! Both times, he asked what I wanted then added his own flare to them without charging an arm and a leg! His personality matched his work! Funny and a great talent! I recommended him to 3 other people and the one that came with me the first time loved her nails as much as I loved mine the first time. I’m in love and definitely will be a regular!

This was my first time at this nail salon & I was beyond impressed. I was immediately seated and worked on. The place is super neat & tidy and it’s just a welcoming environment overall. My nails came out lookin very cute & fly as one of the nail techs said lol! I love the vibe and energy of the establishment. I had a very funny and welcoming nail tech who worked on me today (didn’t get his name); he really did an amazing job on my nails. They came out looking super neat and very professional. Definitely will be returning in the future !!

Omg this is by far my favorite nail salon. Ive tried so many but Ive finally found a perfect spot. I only go to pop nails. I highly recommend Tim for acrylics. Hes an amazing tech and has a great eye for detail.

My nails came off in 5 days, paid $55 for solar nails. Went back to business to try to explain the situation, owner was veey rude. Only used this nailshop once because it was on my way home from work. Will not be using it again. Poor Customer service. My solar nails at my regular nail salon in Katy always last no less then 3 weeks before time for fill in😡

You always wonder why some businesses appear to be nice but lack steady customers or at least half capacity. On June 18th I returned to Pop Nails for a refill onlu to be told I could not use the same color put in my nails unless i recieved a gel set? I EXPLAINED I do not want a gel set, just a refill on my overlay with the same color as before. The co-owner (wife) would not allow me to get my color and basically started ignoring me. INSTEAD OF SAYING: Our apologies.my husband did not catch this mistake last visit. We will honor what we started but moving fwd with your next set you must get gell in order to use this DND color. I instead got the agressive do this or nothing at all from his wife. The nail tech (Tracy) that did my nails acknowledged the color that was used but couldnt do anything due to the wife interceding (basically disregard customer service, commitment, etc). When i asked if we can get her husband on the phone as he was present my last two visits... Thats when Hanna (my current nail tech) spoke to him in their native language but did not allow me to apwak to him but moreso asked me to wait an hour or come back in an hour to speak with him. I guess Pop Nails havent realized their are other options off the Beltway. Pop Nail do not keep their word and expect for you to wait an hour to speak with a manager because the husband does not want to get on the phone to hear issue at hand meanwhile the wife is attempting to get you to pay for something else. This why businesses like Pop Nails keep loosing, that is not how you do business, that is how you loose business. We have to avoid these type of business until integrity is part of the equation. This post isnt about stopping business but holding them accoutable in our communities. Do Better Pop Nails.

HORRIBLE ! The guy that did my nails didnt ask me how long I wanted it he just cut it short saying this is good for your age not even know my age and I told him no I want them longer and he charged me saying you can pay more so I can take them off and redo it ! I was very upset with it . I paid $29 just for short nails that barely pass my regualr nail when I can pay less for longer nails and coffin somewhere else . And he kept talking about how they were gonna turn out fine knowing they werent good ! & he kept talking to other people not paying attention I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!
