This is what I got for $80, not worth it. I asked how much it get was for my toes and I didn’t get a response I never thought I’d be charged $30 dollars for simply gel polish. Expensive, yet they had good service.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure and wasn’t shown the menu for their services. A customer before me and a customer after were shown. My manicurist rushed everything and didn’t pay any attention to detail. I feel like they took my money and it doesn’t even look like i got a manicure. I’ve been twice and felt the same leaving out.

Kristen did my nails and I love them!!! She got the shape perfect! And left my acrylic thin not bulky! I definitely recommend and will be back in two weeks.

If you want to feel rushed this is your place. While I like the shape of my nails, I had to come back to fix the poor paint job and one of my tips came off in less than 12 hours. Manager Kim fixed the next day with no problem, but still rushed the second paint job and messed up the pointer and thumb. Would you believe she STILL rushed me again while drying those two? Needless to say those two fingers dried lumpy and chipped. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. Time is money and I’ve wasted both here.

I have never visited a nail salon and felt like family! I was having breakfast in the area and decided to stop to have my nails done. Well the experience was wonderful and the owner was so sweet to me and my baby. She treated me like she had known me before and that was such a wonderful experience! I would visit here again and I hope sooner than not !

Unprofessional folks and poor manner. if you enjoy being treated poorly, this is the place for you. Seems like they have been flagging all the hundreds of comments of this sort instead of focusing on improving their work ethics.

Just moved to the area and have been trying out different salons. I happened to stop in to Mason’s and am thrilled! Kimberly did an amazing job. She was patient with me while we figured out the right color and perfect nail shape. She is very precise and the dip looks very natural, not too thick. She also took time to make sure she took my previous nails off properly in order to protect my natural nails which I really appreciate. Very impressed with the service here.

I walked into Mason’s without an appointment for a quick gel manicure. They were a bit busy, but able to squeeze me in. She did a great job and was very polite and professional. I was overcharged on accident and she made it right. I didn’t even know I had overpaid! Great customer service.

Owners and staff were so friendly and sweet. I got just a standard pedicure with polish but I feel like I got a royal treatment. They rub the minty scrub on your legs, then massage more with lotion, then use warm rocks to further massage the bottoms of your feet and calves taking their time to give you a whole spa experience. Again, --and this is a huge plus to me--is the friendliness of every single staff member, the owners wife has been manager here for 20 years and would come check up on me and my boyfriend (it was his first pedicure), so you know they really care about their customers. Not to mention we sipped on complimentary wine while we sat in the massage chairs.10/10 would recommend.ps there is also a gelato place in the same strip to go to afterwards so its a perfect date night

I absolutely love this place. Staff is friendly and professional. I always have Kim doing my nails and I love her!!! She always gets the shape perfect! And leaves my acrylic thin not bulky! I have brought many friends to this place and they also love it. I definitely recommend.

Once a wonderful p/m, but recently a decline in service. After many years as a customer, today was my last visit.

Shellac manicure started chipping on day 1 (when done at the place I usually go to it lasts at least 2 weeks). Also notice how big the gap is between the cuticle and the polish - no, my nails didnt grow that much in 3 days. That is how the technician painted them. What a waste of my time and money :(((The pedicure is not much better - looks fine from a distance but take a closer look at the big toe and youll see how uneven the coverage is at the edges. And no, I have normal nails, no fungus or anything - they just cut them so short

I will definitely come back to this nail salon. Right when i stepped in they were so welcoming and friendly. The woman who did my nails was super sweet and professional and the prices were super reasonable. Definitely a great place to relax and get your nails did.

The person who did my pedicure did not speak to me at all. He did my pedicure in spurts and left for long periods of time with no communication. Currently waiting for him as I type this.My friend also was not satisfied with her service.We will not be back.

I love everyone here but this last time was not a great experience. The nail tech was rough and didn’t listen to what I wanted. On top of that, all of my nails have fallen off and it’s only been 3 days since I’ve had them.

The customer service is pretty good, available openings, first time here and the prices are great! I like the fact they take their time and provide customer service with needs and feeling acknowledged as soon as you walk in and out the door.

These ladies were sooooo welcoming and nice!

Went in for the first time for a fill, Kristine fixed my chunky nails from my last manicure & made sure that I was really happy with the results. Everyone was super friendly & conversational. The salon was also very clean & they were taking the time to sanitize & clean after everyone. Definitely my new regular spot, so happy it’s only 5 mins from my apartment.

This is a good place to get your nails done. They are very Covid safe and they made my nails look fantastic!

I have been going here for a few years. The owner knows me by name. The staff is a little bored because I think sometimes hours go by with no clients. But they always do a super job with me. I went to ONE other place and got a nail fungus. I have never gotten anything of the kind at Masons.

I made an appointment but showed up a little early and they went right ahead and started my pedicure. I was very pleased with the work that Van did for me. They were cleaning and sanitizing the entire time. I’ll be back for sure !

Terrible job, I went in to get a full set for prom, I’ve been going there for a while, there’s only one girl I love, she actually knows how to do her job, rather than another lady, I believe the owner. She rushes her through her nails, hits your hand, and pays more attention to her phone, would HIGHLY not recommend to anyone who needs full set, unless you get a young girl. Will never go back, terrible service.

Ive been going to see Daisy at Masons Nails for the last 13 years. The salon is clean, it smells fresh, and the staff, especially Daisy and Van, are so courteous. I really appreciate that the staff is consistent with many that Ive seen for five years or more!

I recently visited Mason nails on Montrose avenue in Houston Tx and was delightfully refreshed of warmness and kindness this business offers the tranquility I found was priceless the lady who did my eyebrows daisy was very polite and patient taking her time to meet my every needs with out one moment of complaint or rush the soothing feeling of the atmosphere is that of a personal touch and I would not go to another nail salon or spa after this I highly recommend this place after a very long the hot stone foit massage are priceless ..... Went in for a mani and pedi. All nail shops I have gone to in the past have a plastic cover over the tub where you soak your feet, this place did not! I tried to give them the befit of a doubt and had them continue, maybe they thoroughly clean the tub after every use, no! A woman sitting next to me finished her pedicure , i watched them to see how they would sanitize the area next , basically they just rinsed the tub with water. I also noticed they used all same instruments with everyone without cleaning them. They rushed with my pedicure and did a horrible job. The polish and clear coat are so uneven. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The prices are unreasonable, for example the longer the nail thee higher the price. My nails came out with different shapes, I repeatedly told the guy associate doing them, but after a while it felt like I was being talked about.

My only regret about writing this is that there is no scale for sub par service. I went in for a mani/pedi what I received and saw was alarming. The lady that came in after me wanted the same - her exact words were this was a great place until i stuck my feet in scalding hot water,she immediately left. the lady who was doing my mani was MAN HANDLING my feet - i told her that hurts and she eased back for a second and continued on - turns out that she sprained some ligaments in my foot. This happened about 2 weeks ago - the staff appears to be more interested in talking about and making fun of the customers than doing good work. I noticed as I was leaving they did not clean out any of the foot tubs, there was clippings on the floor and the back door was open . If you are looking for the worse possible this is the place - Im shocked this place is still open I WILL NOT BE BACK

Rude!!!Asked what for a menu of what they offered. They didnt have one, on top of that I asked what kind of pedis were offered and she said basic and deluxe. Im like whats included with both, I had to ask 5 times (no lie) to get an answer.

Never going back. I thought my pedicure was okay. Then until I got an infection 3-4 days after my pedicure. Nothing was sterilized after now I think about it and the tub you put your feet doesn’t have a liner.

Went there today with the gf. We are both vietnamese but didnt mention anything. They were talking about us and laughing at our feet in vietnamese. They were also saying some very mean things about other customers. Terrible and rude people here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!
