First time going here, I got great customer service, place was clean and the lady who did my pedicure and nails took her time.However, the price I was charged for my full set was $20 over what I usually pay for a basic full set and I don’t think it was that detailed. Also one of my nails looks crooked and after I left I realized I had a bunch of dried up glue on my fingers.

Amazing!!! Had the best pedicure. My husband and I came in last Minute after his haircut and they didn’t rush at all. Took their time on our feet: and the hot stones are amazing !

Nice people and the lady that helped me did a good job but she took almost 2 hours to do my traditional pedicure with regular polish! I have never had such slow service before. I lost my patience and only got 1 of the 2 services I wanted. Some of us are on tight schedule and don’t have all day...

Came here for a pedicure with a friend and it was such a great experience. They were extremely kind and friendly, and made sure your time there was pleasant. As for the service itself, it was very enjoyable and they did a very fine job with it as well. Would recommend anyone looking for a nice, small nail salon to go to, with good pricing as well.

I usually don’t do reviews but. I have never been to a nail shop with such quality care. They take their time my toe was messed up from a prior nail shop.when I say the best so far it’s worth every penny.

Very nice staff, they sadly don’t have any chrome colors which was the reason why I wanted to get my nails done. But they helped me choose another color, I loved the way they look except for a few bubbles that they had to fix at the end when they added the gloss on top and it looks like one of my thumbs doesn’t have gloss. I do recommend if you want something easy done to your nails.

I enjoy the pedicures here it includes more than most places for a great price. The owner is always friendly and tries to ensure the satisfaction of all his customers. The places is clean and sanitary so I definetly recommend coming here over any other place.

I’ve been coming to Cutie Nails Spa for over a year already and I have always left satisfied. Peter, Lani, and John are the absolute best!! My mom and sisters and I come here to get our pedicures and they always take their time on us. We have came here so often that they are now part of our family. The pedicure was good but none of the colors came out how they show it in the bottles of polish or the book and the nail technician would not listen to what i want. she made my nails much shorter than i preferred and did a terrible job shaping not to mention she kept nicking my skin and the durability of the nails is awful, barely lasted 2 weeks. will not be going back.

I came to this salon for my pedicure and my nails. The salon was well organized, cleaned and cute. They had plastic liner for each customer doing a pedicure. They also had the tools in a package taking out directly from a sterilizer right before doing my pedicure. Also, their feet buffer, nails buffer and file all in new packages. I had been looking for a dependable nails salon for three years and now I had found!

Just Wow. They are very polite. They do not rush you out to get to others. I will definitely come back when im in Houston. Great great people.

Went in for a pedicure and a acrylic full set, and all I could say is that I’m only satisfied with my pedicure. Not sure if the nail technician knew what she was doing when it came the full set. But in all honesty, it’s nothing like the customer photos I saw on these reviews. Truly upset.

My regular salon way closed for their vacation. I found the next closest nail salon in desperation. I got just a pedicure at the time but I will never go back to my old salon. The whole staff at Cutie Nail Spa on North Houston-Rossalyn is outstanding. My pedicure was DELUXE and I loved the hot rock massage. Since my first visit I have also had a manicure. I had never heard of dipped nails but they last so long and they don’t nick like surface polish. I am sold on the sweet folk that run this business. My old place was nice but run of the mill. Do yourself a favor and try Cutie Nail. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!Also they have good protection for Covid19 with plexiglass shields between you and the manicurist and curtains between you and the pedicurist. Currently they require you wear a mask and make an appointment for your own health and the health of their staff and other customers. But they are worth the wait!

Absolutely would recommend to anyone! I love the new dipping technique !. Faster and healthy than old acrylic technique. They are super kind and respectful to their customers and reasonably priced! They want you to be happy with their service and I’m 100% satisfied. Beautiful work ! 10/10

I got a pedicure and gel polish change. If I could I would give them a 4.5, my pedicure and toenails were perfect and service was great. Only complaint is that they didnt pay attention to details on my polish change. She missed polishing the corners (my pet peeve) and didnt clip my peeling skin. Ultimately, I would go back and do recommend them!

I use to like this place but I will never go back, I called ahead of time to let them know I need my nails fixed. I had already gone once because after A DAY 3 of them broke off and they wear clearly all cracking but they fixed the 3 that broke off so of course after a week the others that had cracked broke off, so I called and they said they would charge me the full fee of $45, I’m not going to pay if the job was done badly from the beginning. Don’t get the dip nails, they only do 2 thin layers per them so they won’t last long.

This is my first time here at cutie nails spa, so far super GREAT!!! and it wont be my last time I thought the prices were a bit high, but I was wrong everything they did for my pedí was awesome specially the hot stones they run on your feet and legs!! I had done DIP once from another place and regret I’ve made a wrong decision and promised to myself never do DIP again. When I came to Cutie Nails and saw couple of their customers just had their DIP NAILS done and they were so beautiful. Oh My Gosh! I didn’t want to do it, but myself kept pushing. I closed my eyes, held my breath and let the tech did my nails. The outcome, my nails were also beautiful too! I love it and will do it again in the next three-four weeks.

This place is very well kept. The staff is so friendly and courteous. Very mature and professional. They dont rush through to get to the next client, they take their time with each client. I walked right in with no wait. Even the wait for some was less than 15 mins. I will come again.

They did an okay job with my pedicure. I asked for an ombre big toe only and they seem very confused. Ended up having to get the whole toe instead of ombre. I dont know if I want to trust a nail shop that doesnt know what a number is. To top it off , I used my own gel polish, and she tried to use a regular top coat to dry it. Not too satisfied.

They used to be so polite and nice. They get started with you and don’t ask what service you want and of course they start with the most expensive one, they have a Special sign outside 17.99 and it does NOT state the times this special is valid!! So when I asked for the special the guy walks away from me and gets the owner, again to ask why I wanted the special?? He claims it’s only certain time and it doesn’t state that I’m the sign. The costumers that were there before me also had a problem with the sign.I went down the street to Gulfbank and they honor their Specials!!!

I use to go to a nail salon in vintage park that does that but they people in this nail salon are actually nice so Im going to start coming here.

I was greeted in a very courteous and polite manner when I entered the salon. The entire staff was polite and professional. One is taken care of as soon as possible. If there is a wait you are told that up front. I recommend the salon.

Walked in asked for a full set. Three workers and two young kids were in there. No one seem to know English but the adults proceeded to ask the kid something in their language and the lady tells me afterwards they are closed. It’s 9:35a and the hours on their door says that they open at 9a on Mondays. This is very inconvenient for me because I have other things to do.

So i recently moved to this area and my nail salon is far so i tryed to give this one a try worsee place to get nails done lady did my nails for 2 hours and you feel rush to pick the color if not they dont start doing your nails my nails lasted 2 days 😒 horrible horrible wont go back again

Their Delux Pedicure Service is awesome! I havent got this kind of service since the last thirteen years. I highly recommend people to come just once and try out their services.

This is a really small nail salon with not a lot of staff so be prepared to wait a little if they are all busy. However, the staff they do have is very nice and all of them do a great job to try to accommodate you. The prices alone are worth the wait unless you are in a hurry. My deluxe pedi was 35 bucks that included(scrub, hot towels, hot stones massage and wax on my feet plus all the cuticle care and so on). I have gone to many many many other places I try just about a different one every week and none of them have this same prices and treatment. I always have to pay 5 dollars more for was and 5 dollars more for hot stone. I end up spending 60 dollars on a pedi not including my nails as well. I highly recommend for the prices and great service just like I said be prepare to wait if they are all busy. Definitely my new spot.
