Lie about wait times. Nails pop off first few days and feet heels always peeling after a day or two. Old lady that does pedicure makes cuticles bleed everytime!!!!!

NEVER DO DIP AT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT THEM DONE RIGHT. I’ve never been this angry. While they don’t look bad, they charged me $45 for a basic gel nail polish job. This is so bad omg.

Very Professional work, reasonably priced. I probably dont get my mimosa here, but thats okay because they work in a team to do what you want and the outcome has not failed me. Great job!

POOR VENTILATION!! Smells like pure acetone from the time you walk in, and it gets stronger til the time you leave. My nail tech was rough and did a poor rush job on me. And of course she tried to give me a service I did not ask for 🙄. Told her I just wanted my polish changed and she tried to throw a manicure in there. First and last time dealing with this place. Left with a headache and a bad taste in my mouth. Plus Im pretty sure I was overcharged.

The staff is so friendly and kind. They are very attentive on what you want and execute it perfectly. They were all very patient! I already recommended my personal friends/family to go here! I definitely recommend this place, it is also very clean and prices are reasonable!

Hieu did my pedicure- and it’s was best! The massage was great and then he popped my toes which felt amazinggg. Kelly did my nails and she NAILED it. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. My new nail salon for sure!!! Highly recommend!!!

Like the way they shape the nail but didnt clean the cuticle well. Worst eyebrow I ever get. Other than that it was good. Will return if next time they clean good and work on eyebrow.

Overall I have had good outcomes. I like the guy there to do my nails.

I got them done June 13 its now its three weeks and NONE have broke off and the jewels have kept! Going back for a refill. Im very impressed with the service and price. Tommy did my toes and took his time! There was no rush and it was the best pedicure I have received. Van did my nails and its one of the few times someone hasnt cut me and made me bleed. Also under my nails were clean. I highly recommend this place!!!

I have coming to Kelly 14 yrs and i love what she does to your hands i just let her be creative and do want ever she wants to do. Queen Nails is the best clean nail shop in Houston and i drive 30 mins just to come to her. So please stop by and check them out.

I’ve been going to this location since they’ve been here. Kelly has been my nail tech for over 11 years. I’ve had an amazing experience being her customer FOR L I F E lol so funny but true... the staff here are sweet and all pretty talented. I recommend them for any style of art and many options. I really love it! I’m sure you will too!

I went in today for service the lady gave me a waiver to fill out while I am filing out the waiver I have something in my other hand and she tells me to put my mask over my nose I tell her as soon as Im Finish and I have a free hand I will the guy then tells me to get out because I was not moving fast enough for him to put the mask over my nose I will never go there again. They both were very unprofessional. The guy started to walk up on me and as I turned around to face him he ran back as though he was scared but yet continued to walk up on me till I turned around again and asked what was his problem

To be fair... I did go back on yesterday and David redid my nail polish. They do look so much better. I will not give them another star because they did charge me an extra $7. No other place Ive gone to has done that. Why $7 extra. For me this place is horrible to get your nails done.

Best nail spa Ive ever been to. I went there with my wife last week, the staffs are really friendly, we came in the happy hour time and had hot stone pedicure for just 30$ which include hot parafin wax and foot massage. Their service is amazing, definitely come back again.

I have come to queen nails for years. My Mom, sister and I all get our nails done here. The shop is always clean and their spa pedicures are wonderful! Kelly and Danny do awesome designs! I am constantly getting compliments on my nails. I appreciate how friendly and kind everyone in the shop is. You should definitely get your nails done at queen nails!!!

I started going to Queen nail a few months ago and love the passion they have for people disabilities. I have Multiple sclerosis and I barely can stand on top of that my legs/feet are always swollen but they take their time with me. David is the one who always helps me, he is so nice gentle. Love the place

David was amazing after going to another place and being extremely disappointed, he came through and gave me an absolutely beautiful set of nails. I highly recommend the entire staff. 10 stars.

This was my first time using this nail shop. David did my pedicure and it was alright. The young lady who did my nails starting filing my nails without consulting with me even though this was my first time there .I like my nails their natural shape and even though I told her that she kept filing my nails to a pointy shape. I was charged extra because my nails are long. I do have a regular shop I visit and no matter the length of my nails the price is the same. This nail shop is closer to my home. I am so disappointed in the way my nails turned out. I was there a long time but my nails never dried and most all of them smudged. They turned out sooooooo ugly!!!! I called and left a message and no one from Queen Nails on Westheimer returned my call.

Kelly and her Staff is friendly and caring. If you experience a wait its worth it your nails will be professionally done. Last, when you ask for a style you will most likely get it. I normally go when I have nothing elder planned just to keep a spot. I love this place will not go any other place.

First time walking into this nail shop, I was greeted with a smile and was told about the prices and the early bird specials. The staff was very nice, the building was very clean. I will be returning for my next visit!!!

When I tell you Im never gonna go anywhere else to get my nails done, I love this place!!!! You know how you can go to a nail shop and only 2 people are good??? Well not here, everyone can do nails!!! EVERYONE!! Danny does mine!! #BEAST!!! I just let Danny do Whatever! I dont mind! I asked for something loud, fun, and a little ratchet! Lol! After reading the yelp reviews, I decided to give this places a try, and I must say Im very impressed with Vans work. Ive been coming here a while now, because I always love my nails. Im very picky about my nails, so I love the fact that Van is very detailed and takes her time to make sure your nails look great. She asks questions to make sure youre satisfied and also gives great suggestions on colors/designs. However, the only problem I have is she is always behind schedule, I always have to wait 20-45 minutes after my appointment time to get started. I live in the Memorial area and pass up several nail salons to come here, and trust me its so worth the drive to come here, but they need to get better with time management. All and all this place is the definition of a hidden gem.

Worst place ever to get your nails done be ware its nasty not clean and the owner is ratchet when you paying your money you expect good customer service and your nails to be done right.If you looking for good customer service and your nails to be done right this wouldnt be this place I will not recommend .Dont go here its not worth your time or money...If I can give it a zero star I would.

Great work. But be mindful that they have a microphone of some sort that transmits to a recorder in the back of the salon that records all dialogue. I was sitting next to the door by the fish tank and I heard the echoing of the voices from the nail techs. I think this is so unlawful. One great example to incriminate someone.These people are sneaky. But they do great work. I also believe the microphone is located near the 1st tv that is hanging from the wall.

PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE KELLY she is a horrible nail tech I scheduled a appointment with her at 4:30 when I arrived she was doing nails so I had to wait a whole hour ON MY BIRTHDAY I was told I would be next but when she got done she started on another lady and whens I brought it to her attention she was very hostile and disrespectful I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY A NAIL TECH IM MY LIFE...

Kelly pays close attention to detail and Im super picky. But its hard to get in her chair with or without an appointment. Pedicures, anyone there can do alright.

I finally stopped in after driving past it so many times. Now I wont go anywhere else. I get my nails done exactly how I want them, design and all. They have so many crystals so the designs are endless.

OMG...🤷🏽 5 nailshops later I found the one I was looking for awesome work reasonable price. Im im love 💙😘💙 with my new nailshop 😆 Kelly does 💣 designs. Kevin did the full set he is very good with detail of shaping and filling. Its safe to say I found a new home.

The man told me he couldn’t do my nails without the drill. I told them that drill damages my nail bed. They didn’t even try. Horrible

This is my 3rd visit.1. Snatched my cuticle off and had my hands looking horrible.2. Made my toe bleed and polish chipped the next day. Mani was rushed.3. Great mani/pedi until it came time to do design. She was doing it backwards so after it was pointed out to her she then kept saying she sorry, no design. Manger/English speaker comes over to explain that bc the shop is now full that she cant do the design. What kind of customer service is that???All different people on nails. Kelly is in high demand but always booked.I have given it 3 chances but now I will not be back.

They seem like they didnt know what they were doing I am sooooooooooo F*****G upset bc my shellac is horrible!!!!! My white tip is not even. You get what you pay for though and thats my fault. You guys used to be great, Im not sure what happened.

My nails popped off THE NEXT DAY!!!I got my nails done Thursday night so that I could wear them to my Homecoming Dance on Saturday, but my nails began to break off the very next day.Then they wouldn’t even fix them without CHARGING ME FULL PRICE. This is a NO for anyone who doesn’t want to waste their money!!!!

Worst service ever... i mean who takes 2 hours (3:30-5:30) just to do a fullset she was taking so long. The store wasnt even busy😐 on top of that my nails are uneven. If kelly or danny are not there then i really dont want anyone else doing my nails... also spent $61 just for a fullset($25)and my toes painted ($8) which should been 33. Smh

My experience was great up until the point of today. I recently paid $93.00/+ tip for a full set of nails along with designs on April 22. My designs came off the next day. On my next off day (April 26) I called the nail salon and described my experience. The guy in the nail shop then told me over the phone its ok and that I could get it fixed with no problem. After I came in and waited for my nail tech Kelly to arrive.He called her on the phone and she said she would be there in a sec. At least thats what he told me. 30 min later another customer walks in and ask for her. He then stated that Kelly would be there in another 30 min. I guess he wanted to play a wait game with the customers. Which I think was very rude. Kelly then called on the phone and told me she would not be able to fix my designs and that I should let another tech fixed my nails for an additional $10. I was upset with her response and bad attitude with me that I decided to not get anything done. I told the nail tech to tell Kelly that I feel that she was very unfair with no customer service. The guy in the salon (assumed to be her husband) jumps out of the chair asking what did I say. Additionally he started to be rude, yell, and very disrespectful towards me in front of all of the customers. He also stated that I did not have to come back which I did not have a problem with after experiencing his lack of class and respect for a young women. This was a lesson learned. I feel that after you spend your money they dont care about the low quality of designs that they apply. I wont refer anyone and I hope no one else has this experience.
