I went to this nail salon last week Wednesday because I was going out of town and my regular nail salon was booked. When I got there it was only 4 ladies working and I guess one of them was the owner long story short it was a long wait the lady who did my feet didn’t know what she was doing she nipped 2 of my toes causing them to bleed. The owner did my nails and by that Friday when I made it out of town one nail fell off not even 2 days after I paid $73 for them after that my nails just kept falling off . I wish I could give this place a zero star your basically paying ana and leg for press on nails

Very bad experience. The manager have bad attitude and she do not care about the customer. The staff and manager talk all the time in there language so the customer don’t understand what they talk about. I don’t recommend that place.

Ive been going to this nail salon since the other sister was the owner and kept going b/c Danny did an awesome job with my nails but hes gone too. My last visit was my very last ever. I cant deal with owners attitude, I dont know if shes bipolar or something but thats a reflection on her business, no wonder now days is kind of empty. Theres way too many nails shops in Houston, to be putting up with someones attitude, I rather take my $$ where my business is appreciated.

I got a basic pedicure with Helen, and she did a great job! She was nice, professional, and my feet feel refreshed! I upgraded to get the light exfoliation and it was well worth it! Masks required and temperatures taken!

I love this place, but it can be busy sometimes. I dont mind waiting for a bit. Wendy did my nails today and they are super cute, minor hiccups, but I love them. Thank you so much. 💙

Don’t recommend this place. I think they have better employees there, but unfortunately i just wasted my time and money, looks so unprofessional.She tried to clean the nail polish on my skin, and start cutting my skin so bad. I told her to stop dont do it.Pedicure looks even worse!

I went there for the first time today. The staff was very friendly, I was in and out. I got a shellac mani and pedi. Nancy did my mani and what I liked the most is how she paid extra attention to the outer edge of the nail to make sure it was covered. She also massaged my hands and arms. I will be returning!

The woman helping us had the audacity to slap my girlfriends hand, while we were in mid conversation to indicate she was done and for us to get up out of our seats and move. customer service is something you won’t find here, just a cheap nail place if that’s your kind of thing.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had! The massage hurt so bad I have Bruises all on my leg and the lady put a blazing hot towel on my feet and it burned my toes, it’s the next day and my feet and legs hurt so badTHE WORST PLACE IVE EVER GONE TOO, and she was double dipping with the foot scrub and didn’t look like they used new products it was disgusting

I went to this place and I waited for about 2 hours and then they took me i got my nails done and then the next day they were breaking apart so i went back to them and waited about 30mins, the same lady tried to fix my nails by putting acrylic on the parts where it broke! So i got mad and told them to do it all over again and they were having an attitude with me and the lady that was doing my nails was rude the whole time she was doing my nails and i even thought that she didn’t know how to do nails its like she wasn’t professional! but out of all the only person that was good was the Chinese man he was nice and he asked me nicely what happened and why i do not like them. I still don’t recommend this place at all and hope for the man to find a better place to work, thank you so much for reading

If I could give 0, I would. I’ve got warts after their deep treatment with grater for feet! Never let them use it on your feet! It’s 100% after their non-sterilized tools! And I used restroom and saw cockroaches everywhere!!!! They need to sterilize that place first!!!!!!

Hannah did my shellac manicure and she did a very good job. She wasn’t too rough on my nails which I like. And for only $25, what a steal. I will be returning to get my shellac pedicure which they told me would be $30! Usually when I get my hands and feet done I walk out of there paying $85-$100. But for shellac manicure and pedicure for $55 isn’t bad at all.

Ive been coming to this place for a couple of years. It recently got a new owner and the service got even better. They are friendly and professional. They produce quality work. Tammy is my favorite. I only get my pedicure and manicure done with her. The owner consistently takes the pulse of great customer service being provided. Im a very picky customer and this place has met my expectations overall.

Ive been coming here for a while. My man loves the way Ms. Linda does his pedicures. This place smells like they have sewage problems. Today was it for me. Baby roaches on the floor and my massage chair! I moved it away with the remote for the chair. Why is it so hard to find a CLEAN & CURTIOUS NAIL SALON? I understand supply and demand. It doesnt take you but 5mins to clean up your mess and disinfect your area. So I will being looking for a new nail salon next week.

I came here about 4or 5 days ago they had Friendly staff & a chill atmosphere ... I came in with my Big Toenail chipped, and requested a overlay and I got an amazing repair job that was very natural and smooth looking plus a relaxing pedicure with a great leg massage. I also got my eyebrows waxed I asked the tech to just clean them up and keep them thick with room for my sparse areas to grow in (because I fill my eyebrows in with makeup) and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I will be coming back.

I love all of them here. Professional, they don’t use cheap products, everyone there is not the normal.

Lady was very rude

I come here twice a month and have never been unhappy. Chow is my favourite, but DJ has done my nails also and he did a very good job. I even came late once with 2 other people and they fit us in quickly, we were out in less than an hour with 2 full sets, 2 pedis and a manicure. Love this place.

I wouldnt recommend this place! I walked in to get a pedi done and the lady who is in charge is not professional at all! I literally waited about a minute or so and she asks what do i need i told her pedicure and her response is sorry we dont have time .

Today, 07/07/16, I went in to get shellac. The guy who attended me was the guy with a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm. He cut my cuticle pretty deep and it started bleeding. What I am grateful for is that I made him bust out sterilized tools because he was initially trying to use some from his drawer, which Im sure he had previously used on someone else. The moment he cut me I knew I was done. I asked him for alcohol for my finger and told him I no longer wanted my nails done, after all theres no way Im letting anyone put chemicals on/near a cut. This entire situation could have gone better had he been respectful and apologized. Im not a shady person, I would have accepted the apology and went on my way. Instead this human, who lacks decency, tells me to just hurry up and go with an attitude and then starts rambling in Vietnamese. Seriously, what a POS of a person. I hope he reads this and works on his POS attitude. Never going there again.

Came in earlier to check prices on eyebrow waxing. Just to look at their sign. I hear maam? Maam! From the back. I look and a man thats doing someones nails said Were closed. The door wasnt locked. It waant even the closing time that was on the door. I didnt come in for any services. I just wanted to look at their prices for a few seconds and they kick me out. Want to know what else is closed? My decision to never give you an actual chance and never spend my money here lol bye

I moved from Brooklyn, NY 6 years now and when I get my nails done I love to be different just not overboard. From the very 1st time I walked in Twin and her staff, was absolutely great on customer service. Lol..... Twin doesnt allow me to walk out of there with just anything. I walk in, I sit down and tell her what I want. At times she tells me different and I give her full allowance to do whatever. She puts me together and I always gets compliments. Her staff makes you feel important and doesnt rush. #nailsbpoppin #freshlook

Wait time was over an hour long on a Saturday morning when the shop had just opened. They kept telling me 20 mins like every 20 mins. The nail tech did an okay job on my nails , I got coffin shaped. I did notice her being lowkey in a rush , she kept telling me to just use one color powder when I had chosen two. Obviously Im paying so you will use what I choose. She didnt even let me wash my hands before applying the gel coat , she put the gel on and under the UV light . Right after she rushed and put oil on my nails which werent even dry yet , and because of that I had to go next door to Sallys to get a shine top coat also got a nail file since she left dry acrylic spots around my nails. My total was $41 and I did NOT leave a tip.

I just got A mani plus solar and pedi here yesterday, horrible horrible horrible. I wont write a long detailed message theyre not worth it, but for one bad painting my nails did not dry fully before adding coats, the lady had me sign my receipt for in the middle of her painting my nails. She decided to go in my purse for me to get her money before she finished painting. Could have done this after washing my hands before painting. Shaping horrible, she cant paint, I want my money back my nails look like crap. Took her 2 and half hours.

Rudeand slow . I was trying to do pick a color while I was waiting but no one would help me . After my toes where done ,they finally gave me the right shellac colors . Instead of giving me one second to pick ,they just kept taking other people , left my waiting .I left .

THEY HAVE A NEW OWNER n MANAGER NOW. THE SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER n VERY FRIENDLY NOW. YOU GUYS CAN GIVE IT A TRY.

This is such a great place everyone is professional courteous theyre going to take great care of you I always go there and get it pedicure and a massage up your leg to your knee and your feet get all the knocks and in Kinks out of your feet you come out of there with Happy Feet

I wish I could give 0, very bad experience as they changed the shape of me eyebrows. It looks very odd and bad now. And they ripped my skin and applied an ointment n said it will be okay. Such a worst experience ever. Trust me, Never go there for waxing. They are terrible at it

I was able to post my picture. Its the red nail polish one, If you zoom in you can see my finger is even swollen! I should have listened to the people who posted on here. The guy that did my mani tore off my skin. I took pictures wish I could upload them. Nothing minor like other manis have been he literally took off two peices of skin looks like I was bitten. You come here to get pampered and look pretty and you get the opposite. 2 hours for mani pedi nothing extra just regular nail polish. Took about 30/40 min for them to even start my mani. Couldnt walk out Bc my feet were inside the water. I should have anyway. Sooo not worth it. First and last time Im here. I told one of the main people there that the guy had ripped my skin. He said okay Ill talk to him. I had been going to lavish nails down the street thought Id save a few pennies and come here. NOPE not worth it at all. You get what you pay for.

One of the worst places I have ever been to. They did not switch on the AC and they kept the doors open for long time and it was freaking hot. There was a lady doing my pedicure and a guy doing my manicure. The guy who was doing my manicure was very irritating and he wasnt gentle while using cuticle remover and cutting my nails. I had shellac on my nails and he tried to remove it by wrapping up my nails using aluminium wrap.It quite common to wait about 15 mins before we scrape it off. He left it on my nails for 2 mins and tried to remove harshly. I asked him to let it soak a little more and he refused to listen to me. Pedicure was very quick and wasnt satisfied at all. I asked them to do my eye brows and they forced me to get my eye brows done even before my nails dried. When they did my eyebrows, all the hair got stuck onto my wet nail polish and they said its ok. It is definitely not ok having 10-15 hair in ur nails and u have to deal with it till ur next manicure. The ambience isnt pleasing at all. Definitely no more than 1 star.

For a first time visitor I believe you pull out the big guns to show your customers that you guys know what you are doing When your new they put there new person on you as if youve never had your hands and feet groomed before who takes 20 minutes on 2 two so imagine how the rest of the pedicure went so disappointed not returning
