So happy with my nail makeover! I loved the service and my daughter and I felt satisfied with the salon’s health measures to keep us safe. The salon practiced proper sanitation techniques. And wore masks to keep us safe per the CDC guidelines. It felt really nice to treat ourselves and not have to worry so much about this pandemic for once.

Ive been to this location twice, I believe with the same nail technician named Amy. I loved the service for both occasions. My acrylic nails with powder were amazing and recently decided to take a natural approach by going with natural nail length with dip. The staff is really appreciative and take their time to do a good job. Very hygienic and comfortable environment. My new favorite spot for nails! Thank you Ms. Amy!Update: 3 weeks after this review my nails grew longer so I got to change the color and shape! I was very happy with these nails. They accepted my mom and I even though we were reaching closing time. They took their time and did a magnificent job! I really appreciate the care and knowledge from the staff. Thanks again!

I received a coupon on my car and figure Id give them a try even though I already have a favorite nail salon (worst decision) but hey who doesnt like a good special. I got the pedicure and a matching acrylic full set. The shape couldve been better but thats not my main issue.Upon getting my bill, I saw that it was a lot higher than what it was supposed to be and previously discussed when I verified pricing when scheduling my appointment! The coupon is not $10 for a $30 service as it is written on the card, the manager said it is $10 off a $30 or more service. If you look at their website under coupon, there is a big difference between how it is written from there previous special. But OK no problem, however even with the $10 my bill was still higher than it was supposed to be.If you look at the website the cost is $30 after I brought this to her attention, the MANAGER said An acrylic full set does not include a false nail, the pricing is only for acrylic on the real nail so the extra charge is for the false nail..... the lies and unprofessionalism! Even the surrounding nail technicians were shocked by what the manager said. She overcharged me and tried to cover it upI do not mind paying a higher price for nails but your skill, customer service and quality needs to be top notch. This place isnt, and I have to get my nails fixed at my regular place before my trip.

I got dip powder done 2 weeks ago and theyre still going strong, as you can see theres no lifting. they are very nice and accommodating, so over all a great experience.

Great service!! Anna and Amy did a wonderful job. They had taken such care on my hands and feet! I’ve never been somewhere that actually took quality time on my pedicure. My nails are as close to perfection as possible. I will definitely become a regular!

I came upon this place my total mistake and it was fantastic! My originally place I’ve gone for almost 7 years recently burned down and I had to find a new place. I have officially found my new regular spot for nails!

This is my favorite nail salon ever. I believe my nail technician was Amy. She was really friendly and helpful. The salon is shine and clean, and the music was relaxing. Highly recommend this place.

This was the first time I got acrylic nails and I was kind of nervous as I had no idea what the process was like. The nail technician, Lily was absolutely amazing. She took her time and was very meticulous. She paid close attention to every little detail. I was floored by the results. Definitely would go back again. The place had a wonderful atmosphere, very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. I think I finally found my go-to place and my go-to tech Lily.

Radiance Nail Lounge is spacious and clean. The environment is very relaxing. I spent 2 hours here receiving dipping powder and pedicure services. Kelly did my nails. She really took her time on them and made sure I liked them. Lindsey made my basic pedicure feel like a million bucks. I will be returning for my next round of services and would recommend this salon to anyone looking for first-class service.

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and kind. They do a great job every time. Best place in town and discount for med center employees on Wednesday’s! I’m always happy when I leave.

Bad service, and all the time theyre asking for tips

Impeccable service, clean and comfortable, super sweet ladies (my girls got hot chocolate and super cute flower art on their nails), I LOVE the shape and color combo of my nails, did not even feel them filing and cutting away. I will return, no question. Best experience hands down (which includes several high end spas in town for comparison).

Amazing staff and beautiful interior of the salon! My nails usually chip after 5 days and here they last me up to 3 weeks. These ladies can work magic! Also, the serve complementary drinks!

A while back ( when this location just opened,) I gave them a 5 star rating. Loved my nails. Now, i tell my daughter to go in. So she did. She got dipped nails and a pedicure. First, it wasnt the color she chose, but, she dealt with it because we had an appointment and she didnt want to delay. This was on Thursday. Her nail came off on Saturday. Being busy with the holidays, we could not return until today, Tuesday. She showed the lady the color she chose and it wasnt the same. Eventually it led to the lady getting upset and my daughter getting upset. I asked her how can we fix it as the colors are very off. She said she will redo them ALL to make them match and make her happy. However, she only redid 2 nails. Now her nails look worse. Would have been better just to keep that fake nail bandaged to her hand then have them redo it.

LOVED my mani/pedi today at Radiance Nail Lounge, it doesn’t hurt that it’s Gorgeous inside!! It’s spacious and well laid out, not cramped, cluttered or over crowded.They do mani/pedis, massages, facials, and waxing, and more; they offer complimentary beverages; and they have enough space and chairs to handle large groups/parties!Reasonably priced, conveniently located, and professionally run, definitely my new go-to nail salon!
