Fast, friendly, and detailed staff. Had an issue with eyebrow wax but nails were OUTSTANDING and will definitely return for those services. Best nails in the area Ive found.

This place is hands down the best nail salon I have been to in Houston. It’s very clean, tranquil, and quiet inside. No loud pop songs or televisions are blaring, just light meditation music. Also, the staff is exceptionally thoughtful and respectful. Both my manicures and pedicures have been exquisite. Lastly, the shoulder message at the is the cherry on top! I will 100% be back and I would commend Nail’ori to everyone!

Jenny is very professional she is very detail oriented. Her shoulder massages are amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing !

This is probably the best nail salon Ive been to so far living in the US for 2 years. I usually visit Houston every month or so for a weekend but this october I stayed for almost a month. Before leaving I looked for local places to where I was staying to have a regular manicure and pedicure. I am SO glad I chose Nail ori.Calling to make an appointment was so easy but honestly on a Saturday morning there werent even that many people inside. Which is great!The covid precautions are followed so well and are made so easy for the customer. Everyone is super friendly and attentive.I had a mani pedi at the same time and both ladies were super attentive to detail, groomed my nails so so well, did everything I expected and more. Ive gotten mani/pedis from reputable places where they dont cut cuticles or clean under the nail, but Nail Ori didnt miss a beat. Both ladies kept going over their work to make sure it was perfect. Nails were shaped so evenly (i went in with uneven nails), polish was applied immaculately, and the steps in between were so relaxing. I had no idea my mani came with a neck and shoulder massage.. OMG! My manicurist took allllll the tension from my neck and shoulders which had been building up for weeks! It was so good and so relaxing once the knots were loosened. I could have stayed for hours. The foot and leg massage was so calming too. The spa chairs are super advanced and really helped with back pain. The whole salon was spotless and they had the best calming music on in the background. For the very reasonable price point, I dont think youll find this service anywhere else. Ill be going there everytime Im in Houston for sure! You should too!

This is a very clean, organized and professional nail salon. I feel very safe during covid times now. They check temperature at door and sanitize everything.

Went for a gel manicure in May 2020. I got an elegant CND shellac gel manicure in nude knickers for $35. CND shellac nail polishes are on the wall near the manicurist stations.

Nailori is my favorite of all. I never have to wait. The nail technicians are always on top of their schedule. They pay very close attention to the detail of my nail because I am very picky. I give them a hard time sometime, by the end of the day I walked out the here happy. They know how to please me.

Nasty, Dirty, dirty, dirty salon ever. They reused dirty wax, and dirty towels on customers. It look clean from the outside , but behind the closed door you dont want to know. State board should shut this shop down!!! By the way, they dont wash their cup, you actually drink dirty cup from another customer. The owners wife is a witch, she screams at her employees across the room, cussing and yelling in Vietnamese. The owners wife talk trash about customers while they still in the salon in Vietnamese. All the employees scares of her.

Amazing saloon..... Great service and they are following all of the new rules put in place due to Covid. The gel nails last two weeks and they have lots of colors to choose from. Great place!

Im so disappointed, I used to come here 5 yrs ago and boy has it changed. This place is located at San Felipe and Augusta, i felt like I was at bissonett and 59 at the Walmart. The lady was so rough with me and didnt add the wax like I asked. I originally asked for dip but after the treatment and job on my pedicure i opted for a manicure NO POLISH. My husband saw a roach crawling on the floor. I only came because I was going to the galleria and my usual nail salon (Anthony Vince) was not close by. I will not be returning.

Over priced! The lady that did my manicure was too rough and the charged me for services they didn’t even offer I told them I wanted a regular refill and it cost 40$ and pedicure and it ended up being 70$ for trash ! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had !

$26.75 for a basic pedicure with no top coat is pricey. Service was mediocre at best. The only highlight was the liner they use for each basin.

Their NYE hours are wrong. Went at 6:45pm they were closed. Said open to 10pm. Polish quality is usually mediocre.
